As, i am a customer of sun direct with card no:[protected]. I want to change my previous plan which was expired on 26.04.2018. And i also remitted rs.169/- to sun direct through online with the use of sun direct plan change option portal.
But, the amount was added to my previous account balance and they have activated the previous plan without my knowledge for the next month period.
After i had talk with the customer care person, they told that the plan is in active mode so that it is not possible to change the plan and also told my plan selection is wrong because it is lower value pack. But i am not interested to pay money for the previous plan.
Please arrange to change my plan to tamil economy pack.

Complaint marked as Resolved After my complaint, Immediate steps taken by the Sun Direct Side. I have received so many phone call and E-mails from Sun Direct Side . Finally they resolved my problem. ie. They activated my Tamil Economic Plan.
