new connection amount refund

Dear sir,
I had requested for new connection & made on line payment on 22 april amount of 3590.
But, due to delay in getting connection i requested for cancellation of the connection. For which sun direct agreed.
But, still now i have not got my refund amount.
When i escalated to nodal telangana office, but still no refund.
Still i have not received my refund amount.

Pls support me....

poor visibility of channels

I am a Sun diarect customer in Coimbatore. My smart Card No [protected]. quite recently most the channels are having very poor visibility/grainee.
The antenna and cables were checked for quality by the local technician and are found to bee good. The local technician says it is the problem of the relay and not of the cable and the dish. Please look into it and do the necessary to improve the quality of relay with immediate effect for...

recharge complaint

I have recharged rs.408/- in sundirect for tamil economic plan validity is 3 months but they have recharged for tamil basic plan for one month. I have selected required plan properly in sundirect website they did mistake.in this regard i have registered in our request in sundirect costumer care no [protected] through phone in 3 times but they did not solve my problem.in their mistake i lost rs.200/- please help me and change my plan properly...

sun direct dth service signal available

Am using sun direct dth service. Two day before we are putting a sheet on the top of the house. Later am noticed our dth is not working because the signal is unavailable. Pls help us to place the device in an proper place to get the signal available. Am informing a dth agent to help us but they don't take any necessary steps. time delaying

The DTH service installed last month only, within a month there is lot of problems in the set top box itself, while we are requested the technicians replace the same he behaved impolite and disrespectable .the telecallers has informed that the technical errors are resolved within 24 hours, but after 5 days also there is no response from the service. Very worst customer care service, Never ever seen like this....

I have bought sundirect hd box by paying 2200rs which is 600rs extra from sundirect sd box. I was told if you pay 2200rs you can enjoy the facility of hd channels. After few months when i recharge for hd subscription they are saying hd box was changed and you have to buy new hd box which is of better quality.
Buying hd box with 600rs extra got wasted because of such worst ideas.

failed transaction

I made an online payment of INR 2050.0 with Transaction ID [protected] towards payee Sundirect/CITRUS PAYMENT SOLUTION from my
Account for smart card number [protected] which failed on Feb, 09, 2018 at 05:21.

When the money wasn't reverted to my account, i sent a screenshot of my bank statement to them.
Instead of Sundirect dealing with bank/payment gateway for this transaction, they made chase the bank and merchant...

I am using sun direct hd box and due to lag off time for watching tv i have used only sd channel and now because of interest on hd channels i have recharged for hd pack, but not able to view. (Its not playing).
Just i made a call to customer care and they replied that the hd box version has been changed.

Without any proper information and even advertisement they have changed the version and now asking to pay 699+150...

about the special function visual effects

Sir you guys are doing a great job in giving the new shows and function to the tamil nada people.
But the effect which you make in the functions are causing eye effects.
For example vikatan awards the dance performance effects create more effect on eye sight.
Though you give the best these small makes bad impression on the channel.

about channel

Sun direct is not providing us star sports select 1 and select 2 in sd. They are not ready to reply to is as well. Star sports now telecasting all other nation except indian cricket in select 1 or select 2 so we are missing lot of cricket. irresponsible and reckless customer support

I had requested for a new sundirect connection three days ago. The time and date fixed was yesterday (February 11) at 3pm. I was given one 'dolphin agencies' contact details with the point of contact being one mr. Manikandan.

However no one called me for the connection and while i was waiting i called up the agency who then informed me that they have not received such a booking from sun direct. He infact redirect me to another...
