hd package recharge problems

I have upgraded normal setup sun direct sdbox to hd and viewed hd for few months after that usually use normal package and now when i try to activate hd package i couldn’t. When i try to connect customer care enakulam branch. I faced completely disappointed responses and they can’t even understand i’m already upgraded. I had to wait on hold for long time to resolve this more than 30 minutes and lost lots of money too. Custemor care...

Dear sir,
I had requested for new connection & made on line payment on 22 april amount of 3590.
But, due to delay in getting connection i requested for cancellation of the connection. For which sun direct agreed.
But, still now i have not got my refund amount.
When i escalated to nodal telangana office, but still no refund.
Still i have not received my refund amount.

Pls support me.

    I am a Sun diarect customer in Coimbatore. My smart Card No [protected]. quite recently most the channels are having very poor visibility/grainee.
    The antenna and cables were checked for quality by the local technician and are found to bee good. The local technician says it is the problem of the relay and not of the cable and the dish. Please look into it and do the necessary to improve the quality of relay with immediate effect for which I shall be very grateful to you.
    Sun Direct customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I have reacharged my sundirect dth on 14th May 2018 from sundirect app and the amount has been debited from my bank account but I called sundirect customer care and they r telling that they dint receive the amount and they are asking me for bank statement hw stupid is it

      I have recharged rs.408/- in sundirect for tamil economic plan validity is 3 months but they have recharged for tamil basic plan for one month. I have selected required plan properly in sundirect website they did mistake.in this regard i have registered in our request in sundirect costumer care no [protected] through phone in 3 times but they did not solve my problem.in their mistake i lost rs.200/- please help me and change my plan properly or refund my money.         Free to air channels like dd saptagiri dd yadagiri dd chandana are not being provided.gov says all dth operators to provide fta channels to every dth constumer inspite of having a monthly pack or not. I request the forum to see into this matter and find out the exact rules implemented by trai for fta channels by dth operators. Only the south regional dd channels have been blocked, i can watch dd new dd rs dd ls dd kissan and other north dd regional channels. Thanks in sdvance.

          On february 1st week itself, they have completed the deal and agreement for adding zee tamil hd channel in sun direct platform

          But, it was not yet added in the sun direct dth platoform

          Many peoples demanding for the same with sun direct from the launch date of zee tamil hd

          But, yet now it was not yet added even after the completion of the agreement between sun direct dth and zee tamil

          Even zee tamil corporate office also, conforming the same thing when i contacted them directly regarding the same
          They said deal was done
          Already we have provided everything for the transmission of zee tamil hd channel in sun direct dth
          But, sun direct only not yet added these channel even after the completion of the deal, zee tamil team said

            As, i am a customer of sun direct with card no:[protected]. I want to change my previous plan which was expired on 26.04.2018. And i also remitted rs.169/- to sun direct through online with the use of sun direct plan change option portal.

            But, the amount was added to my previous account balance and they have activated the previous plan without my knowledge for the next month period.

            After i had talk with the customer care person, they told that the plan is in active mode so that it is not possible to change the plan and also told my plan selection is wrong because it is lower value pack. But i am not interested to pay money for the previous plan.

            Please arrange to change my plan to tamil economy pack.

            After my complaint, Immediate steps taken by the Sun Direct Side. I have received so many phone call and E-mails from Sun Direct Side . Finally they resolved my problem. ie. They activated my Tamil Economic Plan. Thank you very much to the Consumer Complaints Team.

              Am using sun direct dth service. Two day before we are putting a sheet on the top of the house. Later am noticed our dth is not working because the signal is unavailable. Pls help us to place the device in an proper place to get the signal available. Am informing a dth agent to help us but they don't take any necessary steps.                 The DTH service installed last month only, within a month there is lot of problems in the set top box itself, while we are requested the technicians replace the same he behaved impolite and disrespectable .the telecallers has informed that the technical errors are resolved within 24 hours, but after 5 days also there is no response from the service. Very worst customer care service, Never ever seen like this.

                  I have bought sundirect hd box by paying 2200rs which is 600rs extra from sundirect sd box. I was told if you pay 2200rs you can enjoy the facility of hd channels. After few months when i recharge for hd subscription they are saying hd box was changed and you have to buy new hd box which is of better quality.
                  Buying hd box with 600rs extra got wasted because of such worst ideas.

                  If they change the box suddenly, people who can afford it, can buy but for others old hd box should be continued with same old quality. It is a worst plan only to make money and cheating people

                  Recharged Rs 1103 on 9 april 11am by net using canara bank atm card and amount deducted in the bank statment
                  But still not getting tv connection pl check and make connection
                  Had subscribed to Sun Direct for a period of one year paying an amount of Rs.2520 on 24th of April 2017. The subscription was terminated on 3rd of March 2018 by the Sun Direct authorities claiming that my subscription was only up to 20th Feb 2018.Requests appropriate action against Sun Direct .

                    First of i wish to say that this is worst and waste app. kindly requesting to the people please do not install this App this is an bogus app, once you have be subscribed you will be auto debiting of Rs 50 every month

                    Please unsubscribe my account detail fro the the login credentials, without my knowledge the amount is getting auto debit, i tried to customer care but no one picks and gives response and the other is through emial that is also worst.

                        I made an online payment of INR 2050.0 with Transaction ID [protected] towards payee Sundirect/CITRUS PAYMENT SOLUTION from my
                        Account for smart card number [protected] which failed on Feb, 09, 2018 at 05:21.

                        When the money wasn't reverted to my account, i sent a screenshot of my bank statement to them.
                        Instead of Sundirect dealing with bank/payment gateway for this transaction, they made chase the bank and merchant provider for more than a month.
                        I had to write literally more than 50 mails, make 50 calls for coordination.
                        I still haven't got the money and they raise a new SR nearly every-time I call and close this this SR the following without even making a proper attempt to reach me.

                        A customer shouldn't chase up a failed transaction when the payment service is determined by the merchant and customer has very less transparency over this.

                        Also the Sundirect customer service is hopeless and have zero coordination among themselves .

                        Kindly take a look into this issue and take action against them.

                          I am using sun direct hd box and due to lag off time for watching tv i have used only sd channel and now because of interest on hd channels i have recharged for hd pack, but not able to view. (Its not playing).
                          Just i made a call to customer care and they replied that the hd box version has been changed.

                          Without any proper information and even advertisement they have changed the version and now asking to pay 699+150 for replacement.

                          They providing information that they have replaced the box at free of cost in oct-2017, but in nov-17 it has been charged.
                          Is it way of replacement, what have to be done. Should replace all the hd box for who are all purchased. It looks like a robbery.

                          If they updated for another version, then is we need to pay again?

                          Then why i have to buy hd box.

                            Sir you guys are doing a great job in giving the new shows and function to the tamil nada people.
                            But the effect which you make in the functions are causing eye effects.
                            For example vikatan awards the dance performance effects create more effect on eye sight.
                            Though you give the best these small makes bad impression on the channel.

                                  I made recharge through sundirect app by the sbi bank. my sun direct number is [protected]. and 1060 rs was deducted and it showing in statement. but sun direct guys are telling that recharge was not happened even they stopped all channels. My transaction reference id is [protected]- IGACXXXRZ3.

                                  please check and provide me channels or return my amount.

                                    Sun direct is not providing us star sports select 1 and select 2 in sd. They are not ready to reply to is as well. Star sports now telecasting all other nation except indian cricket in select 1 or select 2 so we are missing lot of cricket. Even i contacted them through phone call but they don't have any information regarding this.
                                    I contacted star sports channel authority and according to them it's not their fault and said to contact the service provider. So the reply from your team is really bad. Please make sure to solve the customer problems and solve as soon as possible
