Sun direct is not providing us star sports select 1 and select 2 in sd. They are not ready to reply to is as well. Star sports now telecasting all other nation except indian cricket in select 1 or select 2 so we are missing lot of cricket. Even i contacted them through phone call but they don't have any information regarding this.
I contacted star sports channel authority and according to them it's not their fault and said to contact the service provider. So the reply from your team is really bad. Please make sure to solve the customer problems and solve as soon as possible

    I had requested for a new sundirect connection three days ago. The time and date fixed was yesterday (February 11) at 3pm. I was given one 'dolphin agencies' contact details with the point of contact being one mr. Manikandan.

    However no one called me for the connection and while i was waiting i called up the agency who then informed me that they have not received such a booking from sun direct. He infact redirect me to another contact number saying the person was a local distributor.

    To my surprise, the person who's contact was shared to me by the agency was the actual mr. Manikandan. However, he is an independent distributor who doesn't abide by the same costing as the sun direct personnel. He told me i would not get all the channels that was told to me at inr 849 as was told by the sun direct personnel and that it would cost more. Additionally, he also informed that i would have to pay the technician an additional inr 150 for coming and installing the new connection. When i disagreed to the same, he lost interest in speaking to me and kept the call.

    I fail to understand why there has been such a grievous miscommunication from your end to the agency which has further caused all the other happenings.

    I called to lodge a complaint and was trying that a different technician would come the same day. No one turned up. Instead i ended up calling the customer care four (4) times with each call lasting for a duration of 15-35 minutes in vein. The first two calls, i was told i would 100% get the connection the same day and i just had to wait. The third person as expected turned me down saying it's a sunday and it's 6pm. I would only receive a call tomorrow. I then spoke to the team leader who assured me a new connection by 12pm today (February 12). Again no call or details informed until now. I was very clear that i would take a half day leave and stay back so this process could be completed at the earliest. But i believe you'll find value your customer time neither give importance to prioritize such issues.

    I again spoke to a customer care executive who now tells me to wait for the same until end of day. When i told her i have taken an off and he problems caused, all she kept reiterating was that 'i need to wait, the technician will call'.

    I would not be surprised if i was left hanging again the same way as yesterday.

    I find this absolutely unreasonable. How is it that a network like sundirect which is the most prominent and based out of tamil nadu unable to provide me with a new connection as promised in a city like coimbatore. I am extremely disappointed in such the customer service and hence am taking the effort to write this down.

    I believe immidiate action be taken and my connection be installed today without any further delay.

          Yesterday i have placed an order for new connection and in next day morning they have fixed the mount and informed us that within 1hr it will get activated.

          I was waiting from 12 to till 7pm still it is not activated, when i checked with customer care division, they informed that my documents are not updated in their system so can't help.

          It is totally worst service and worst customer care. For sure i will never recommend this service to any of my frnds and relatives.

          You are serving us with very poor responsibility.Channel no. 506 is not available today (04/02/2018).And the customer care is also not picking up the call, on the whole summing up of all issues and grievance attained by me I rate sun direct service is very irresponsible and with more flaws.

            Did a re-charge this morning after the subcription got expired. I wasnt getting any chanels. So called [protected] and they said it will be activated within 48hours and i was suprised to hear this as normally it takes 2 to 3 mins to get chaneels activation. Few mins later only hd channels got activated.. Called customer care and again they said it would take 48 hours. Now nothing is coming. Have been trying to reach out to the customer care for the last 1 hour, the no is busy

              I hanumanth m. From haveri district savanur talluq. Huvinashigli village. Pin co.581118. I am using the sun direct dish cabel since 01 year connection is in the name of me. And my complaint is that, i am facing the network error as
              (E-48-32 no signal) since one week and i have alredy registered an two complaints in one week. And registered complin no is. Sr[protected]/01/2018) and second compline no is also same as sr[protected]. The thing is thinkable in hire that the teqnisians are demanding sum off 1000/- for network problem. When we ask them they were told that its for their vehicales petrol charge and for travelling allounce...!? For this i asked the costmer service they told that their is no need to pay the money to the service for teqnisian. Please take necceasrry action on the teqnisian his name mr. Valmiki kodihalli con no.[protected]. And office no is.[protected]. Do nesaary action.

                  Greetings!
                  I am srinivas, resident of attapur, telangana, hyderabad. I took full hd subscription with sundirect and have also replaced my hd setup box with hvec box recently. I have shifted my house and even the sundirect connection but many of my hd channels are freezing and unable to see the hd channels properly.
                  For shifting he charged 400 but didn't set the channels properly and i even called sundirect technical guy but there is no response.

                  This is not the first time that we are facing the problem with sundirect since 3 years we are facing many problems with sundirect and paying much amount but there is no permanent resolution.
                  Whether it can be resolved or i can go with consumer court, nearest police station and even post this in all social networks please advise.

                    I am saju. K. Ramakrishnan. My consumer card number is [protected]. As per the advice of your customer care executive, on 21:12:2017 i had recharged my connection for rs. 209/-. From today morning (8:01:2018) your esteemed office had illegally disconnected the service which you ought to have provide to me. This clearly amounts to unfair trade practice and defficiency in service from your part. Just an elapse of 19 days you had arbitrarily disconnected the service to my above mentioned number. This clearly reveals the violation of natural justice.
                    Hence i hereby request you cure my grievance and to provide your service to the remaining period of my packet data, otherwise it is going to affect the reputation of your esteemed office.

                    So, please do the needful as early as possible.

                        It is very disgusting a multimillioner like kalanithi maran must earn by cheating common people. The set up box works well and suddenly a few channels show no signel. When we ring up to customer care. The reply is a local technician will attend and you need to pay rs-150. When we say, yes. The technician or local franchisee says that in addition to rs-150, we need to pay 750 for changing the set up box. The box is in good condition and all channels are fine except a few channels. It is their duty to do the service with rs-150 but asking for additional rs-750 is an injustice. Unless until they take it into consideration and rectify, people will switch over to some other genuine channel providers.in this whatsapp world, it can be spread like wild fire and expose their looting. And further, the govt, cbi, etc can be their side, but god can give such people severe blow like cancer, heart attack, etc to them and their children and all their ill-gotten wealth will be useless for them.

The transaction citrus txn#[protected] using sbi debit card to recharge sun direct dth worth rs318 vide POS 80000606 . The amount was debited from my account and showed transaction failed. Please reverse the transaction and transfer the money to my account.

                            2 weeks back, i complained about overlapping pictures and technician told the problem with set top box and needs new one. He changed it. But problem same and continued. Now he said the problem with tv.
                            When the problem is with tv, why i should pay for a new set top box???
                            He has taken both old set top box and new set top box. Now since i do not have any connection, i request you to refund the advance i have paid for 3 months, immediately.
                            If this is not the right forum, kindly let me know to whom i have to contact, in this read. I was very particular to put only sun direct. But, i have cut a sorry fighure in my family.

                                Sun direct dth cw[protected] my registered complaint number.
                                Without my knowledge and information to me, dealer celltone at tiruchengodu changed my smartcard.
                                I recharged to my existing smart card number. After checking with customers care only we came to know that smart card is thrown away by dealer, anf and replaced some others card. I reacharged for 3 months and also have existing balance of 240 rs.
                                I need my old card or transfer my balance to my old card or yourself reacharge to my existing card. Or pls cancel this and issue to dd the existing balance to me.
                                Very poor response from customer care and from service centre

                                    I had given a complaint on 4th Dec 2017. I have a valid card ( No [protected]. ) and have subscribed and has a balance of Rs 500 0r so..
                                    I am not getting any channel now.
                                    I have tried to the numbers given in the web site but to no avail.
                                    The 24x7 dial is a fuss. no bady picks up. The other numbers when dialled rings biut nobody picks up.
                                    I AM DISGUSTED.

                                      Iam existed sundirect hd plan customer (My smart card no: [protected]). I recently shifted my home. Now hd channels are coming as blank, i called to customer care, they are saying that there is a upgradation in hd and asking us to change the existed hd box by paying 849 rupees (699box cost + 150 service cahrge). As this a problem in their service why we need to pay money for upgrading the existed hd box. This is a problem in their network, so they should replace the existed hd boxes with free of cost.

                                      Hi my name Pradeep Kumar, last one week i am not getting channels, when i am call the customer care no one not giving proper response, why they behave like this i don't no, i think this is not good service
                                      I tried online recharging for new basic pack on 14.12.2017 of rupees 1554/-. The amount was deducted from the bank bt the recharge is not reflecting on the site.
                                      The money is not yet returned to the account.
