This is Jagadeesh vk vignasanthe ( p) nonavinakere (H) tiptur (T) timkur (D)pin number 572224taken a Sun Direct Connection on 26/10/2017 in my name (Jagadeesh, for one year subscription. The smart card no. is. [protected]For the past 3 weeks, I could not receive any signal and getting error messages only (E16, E48, etc.) I have been ringing the customer service for the past 3 weeks[protected]. No one responded for first 2 weeks. While I enquired the dealers, they told that they are relocating the entire setup. From the third week I got the direct consumer service line and I have been complaining repeatedly. Even if they picked up the call, they do not send any of the service technicians. I have made more than 100 calls (both from my landline and Mobile). Also, I've informed them that I'm going to complaint in consumer court. Till now no response. Could you please assist me regarding the same? My request HD seatap box

We have been using Sun direct DTH since 2011 but from september mostly channels have gone. Now only 4 channels are able to watch. I raised many complaints to Sun direct customer care but there is no resolution from Sun direct team till now.
I have decided to permanently shut down sun direct DTH.
Some malayalm news channels missing in the Chanel list.other DTH and cable network companies also provide that channels. i wnat that chanels

    Sub: complaint against worst service from your side

    My name is vrinda nair and i reside in mira road, mumbai, and my smart card number is: [protected].

    This mail is to inform all the above mentioned higher authorities that since 16th october 2017 i have registered a complain regarding not able to view the channels and got a call only after 48 hours from the technician named krishna residing in malad that reliance had taken over the sun direct completely so the satellite is being upgraded as per their channels, hence i'm not able to view the channels and it would be solved only after 1 week once the reliance technician visit my home, so i thought this news is genuine and waited for 1 week, and this technician mr krishna with out asking my permission has closed this complaint registered on 16th october 2017 and about this i came to know only on 31st october 2017 i. E today, i want to know who gave him the permission to close that complaint without my consent.
    Now on 29th october 2017, i once again registered a complaint only to hear that i have to wait for 24 hours so i cut the call and again called on 30th october 2017 to again hear that it would take more 24 hours and finally i have called the so called customer care and came to know about the complaint being closed without my consent, and the person who picked up the call today was not able to give any answer to my questions and handed over the call to the person sitting next to him and that girl told like i have to wait for more 24 hours as if i'm admitted in a hospital and the doctors are telling my families that i have been kept in ventilator and i just have 24 hours time. From 16th october 2017, i'm just hearing that i have to either wait for 24 hours or for 48 hours.

    This is not at all done from your side as you all are unable to give us proper services when required and when my pack is expired you all would just stop that package unless i recharge it again but since last 15-20 days i'm not viewing any of the channels so who is going to give me the reimbursement for the same.

    Satellite upgradation is not my problem it's your look out and any how i want my tv to be activated and also the reimbursement for last 20 days to be done as soon as possible.

    I have a video visualisation problem...I complainted to costumer care...there say we will provide you free service ...But... while technician came and do nothing (simply make factory reset, said problem is over)and ask money for that😤

    KINDLY RETURN MY MONEY AND TAKE YOUR SETUP BOX.

    I RECHARGED LAST WEEK I CAN'T ABLE TO WATCH THE PROGRAM

    LOST MY RECHARGE OF 230 AND TO GIVE SERVICE CHARGE 150 FOR WEEKLY 2 TO 3 DAYS.

    PLEASE SOLVE THE PROBLEM AND YOU UNDERSTAND.

      Hello Sundirect,
      Very nice service you provide. I recently changed my existing setup box to new setup box from sundirect itself and my smartcard number is [protected]. Now from 1week(23/10/2017) I'm facing problem we can't watch any channels it is showing No connection. We called the customer care and explained the problem they sent a person on (29/10/17) at 2pm he didn't check it properly and he was not even ready to sit for 5min and check is it working properly. He told no problem and went way and even he charged 200rs for remote. When we buy new setup box remote also comes with that. Now still we are facing the problem. Today (30/10/17)I spoke to the customer care they told service is provided and if it is not working then that's not our problem, If you don't like go to some other cable operators. This is the worst reply I have seen. Seriously, worst cable operator and even charging high and not even ready to send a good technician.

        I sagi sankar, your sundirect smart card holder (Smart card no.[protected]) hereby want to lodge a complaint against sun direct office vazhuthacaud, trivandrum, kerala. (Sun direct pvt ltd, tc-15/2014, appu building, vazhuthacaud, trivandrum, kerala land line[protected]. I am a native of kerala and working outside the kerala state since long. When i was in trivandrum during my holidays, i started using sun direct connection. After completion of my leave i returned back to my work place and unable to use the dish connection since a long period. On 21.04.17, j. S robert, technician from sun direct pvt ltd, vazhuthacaud office taken back the settop box of mine with its card, adaptor, and its remote. He told me that “because of long time inactivation of my connection “, and given a receipt and told that he will be replaced the same when you want to re - activate it.
        No i want to re-activate my connection and i talked to that technician on 30.10.17 (Mob no. [protected]), but he refused to replace and talked very harshly that he only replace it if you recharge the connection for at least 12 months or 06 months, otherwise he will not do and if you want to complain against him, go-ahead to higher office or police station. This is the way of talk to a customer by your technician.
        I also informed to this to your regional office, cochin call centre (Mr. Bittu – call executive) and to senior executive of that office on 30.10.17. But they denied to lodge a complaint.
        Now i will be available for only one month at trivandrum and want to activate my connection for one month.
        So request to do needful to return back all the items mentioned above to re-charge or otherwise i will opt another way to approach legally against them through police and will take any other new connection of another service provider.

Iam call the customercare he/she told that after 24 hours your complaint has been sucess. But 240 hours be ago my complaint is not done

          Sir i am chandrasekar from puttaparthi ap i recharged sun direct on 6th august 2017 for 3 months package paid rs 780/ & i was told the validity will b upto 6th nov 17. This month 6th suddenly ur people disconnected the connection and telling me to the package expired.
          My dealer called ur people and after argument it was connected and they told me the validity is till nov 6th.
          But suddenly again today it was disconnected and when i contacted they said it was expired. And i have to go for monthly package.
          Please tell what is the meaning 3 months or 6 months package
          I am sure u will take necessary step and will arrange for connection immediately.
          Waiting for ur call. My [protected] and [protected] i made complaint through online and that number is[protected]

          As per sun direct suggestion we replaced our set top box to new one.After replacing my setup box Channels are not full DH in Sony Bravia.
          -Unable to configure IR blaster with replaced set top box.
          -Sound effect is not like previous set top box .
          -Weekly one getting an error in HD channels.
          Sir we are not able to see the chaneel in tv the dish is not coming we paid the amount.but no responce please reslove my problem

            I called sun direct executive. To get information about my next plan. But his response is very bad. He's rising his voice like. I had a war with him before. This is not a proper way, to respond customers. I didn't accept this from sun direct. He's ordered me to choose my vernacular language instead of english. It's upto me to choose my desired language. Who is he to ask me. Better you listen for the audio then you'll come to how hard his talk was. I'm very unhappy. I will get a new tatasky connection gudbye sundirect.

                I have been using sun direct dth since last 7 years. Had recently subscribed for 1 year package of gujarat mega shine and spent precious 2800 rs. But now they have stopped some good channels like colours gujarat, start sports hindi 1, aaj tak etc. Trying to contact customer care but no one is responding on phone / chat. This is pathetic. I am not sure, what level of service is this that no one even takes care to listen. Nodal officer contact details are also wrong.

                  Sundirect — not attending for complaint even after calling 20 times

                  My costumer id is [protected] and i has taken sundirect connection since last 05 years approox. Now since one and half month most of the channels are not coming and screen appearing to register complaint. I had complained to customer care from 07.10.2017 onward, till now at least 20-25 times i have registered complained and wasted my money through telephone calls and till now no one attended the complaint to rectified it, whenever i called they say we will send their technician for visit. But no technician never ever visited to home for rectification of the problem. Kindly expedite the complaint otherwise i will disconnect you dth connection and sift to some other dth...                     If sun direct don't care about customer they will be lost in market soon.
                    This is very mandatory requirement for all service provider.

                      Dear sir i have purchased sundirect dth on 23/10/2017 with lot happiness and on 25 oct i recharged addons four channels cartoon, pogo, sonic, 9xm but unexpectedly only two channels only working rest of sonic & 9xm is not working past three days money was deducted from my account for subscription but i am able to watch i contacted customer care executive two times but no progress i am really dissatisfied by only a message receiving a message after call disconnecting my call from customer care customer complaint solved without solving my complaint how can u send this msg i do know what kind of service is this please look forward my concern & resolve quickly thank you

                          This is regarding the complaint raised for hd to hevc upgrade free.

                          We regularly subscribe 'hd ultra malayalam world pack' and we had recharged on 23rd sept 2017 for 'hd ultra malayalam world pack subscription package 3 months'.

                          From last week we observed that none of the hd channels are working i. E there was only audio and no video.

                          When contacted customer care on 21st oct 2017 (Saturday), we were informed that it is due to upgrading audio and video quality and it will be fixed once the box is replaced with new one, free of cost. Hence a complaint sr[protected] was registered on 21st oct 2017 for 'hd to hevc upgrade free'. However technician informed us the same day that there are no free-cost box available and he would replace it once it is available, most probably after monday. Instead of keeping the sr open till the box is replaced, the sr was closed on the next morning i. E 22nd oct 2017 (Sunday).

                          A complaint sr[protected] was again made on the same day (22nd oct 2017) for the same and it was assured that the problem would be fixed within 48 hours but
                          There was no response from technician till 24th oct 2017.

                          All the channels stopped working from 24th oct 2017 midnight and when contacted technician on 25th oct 2017, it was again informed that free-cost box is still not
                          Available and they are not aware when it will be availabe. Currently we are not able to watch tv since the box is not working and technician looks helpless since
                          He is not able to replace it since there are no boxes availabe.

                          Since we have made an advance payment for 3 months and not able to use the service since 21st oct 2017, we would want you to either refund the money
                          Or fix the problem at the earliest (Not more than 48 hours).

                          Nodal officer was also notified (via [email protected]) about the issue on Oct 25, 2017. Received a phone call in the evening and they assured that they would replace the setup box today. As promised, the setup box was replaced with the new one and the issue is fixed.

                            I am having sun direct connection having smart card no: [protected] and using since 2015. Recently i am facing relay problem frequently. I made complaint for rectifying the same, but none attended for 2-3 months. Last month one mr. Vikas came and rectified the problem and charged rs. 150/- towards visiting charges. The problem again repeated from next day onwards. This time sh. Vikas came and told that there is a need to change some parts, which costs rs. 250/-. He changed the same by taking the said amount, but from next day onwards again the problem repeated. Only three channnels viz. Gemini (Telugu), eenadu (Telugu) and gemini movies (Telugu) are comming. Despite daily complaints, neither sh. Vikas nor any one else attending the compliant and we are not able to watch any channel other than the above mentioned three channels.
                            It is pertinent to mention here that we are recharging thri-monthly regularly and the current scheme exists upto november, 2017.
                            The concerned may be directed to rectify the problem immediately and the validity period of subscription may also be extended for three more months without any additional charges, as the fault is at sun directs" end.

                              I am a consumer in sun dth during the 13 month. The network problem, is very high in our places now our instrument is not working. I complaint the costumer service center complaint no sr[protected]. On oct, 20th at 3pm. But till time any one not attending the matter. So i want to a written clarification about the matter, and i will go to consumer court, you peoples irresponsibility and blame to costumer, the same complaint is facing many of our places.

I hav complained 5 days back abt half channels not able to view bt still the problm is nt solved also 2 days ago the technician named krishna who said he would be coming in 1 hr now he is saying sun direct has take over reliance network so there is error hence he won't be able to set the right frequency for particular channels so i jst want to know why the customer care people didn't inform us regarding this and also how long will it take to solve my problm. Even the customer care people are not giving the right answer. This is not done from ur side also if the recharge gets over then the next day by 12.05 am u cut the channels bt nw even if i hav recharged still i'm nt able to view. They are the worst customer care people with no manners at all. When you can't solve customer problems or give them any service then why the hell are you keeping a department called customer service in your organization when nobody can give a proper answer to any of the questions. We are paying money which is our hard earned money bt still we are not receiving proper service from you people.

                                  This is for sundirect dth is not responding about complaints from last 7 days. I have given a complaint no:sr[protected] for e-48-52 signal has been registered with sundirect. On that day company provided technician came and give suggestion that change that sd dth box. So again i approached to sundirect call center on 19-oct-2017. Srno:[protected]. That sr (Service request) is also not closed. I receive a message from customer care on 21-oct-2017. I. E. Dear customer, please find service engineer details - appointment time:10/21/2017 03:45:00pm, name: rohith, mobile no:[protected], sr. No:[protected]. This sr also not closed by the company. Today i. E. 22-oct-2017 again i have reached to callcenter and again explained all the details. But they are negligibly giving answer to me. The previous sr's are closed with out sending message to me. Again today they raise sr. No:[protected] for sd-hd has been registered with sundirect.
                                  So last one week onwards i am suffering with the company. They are not giving proper explanation about the sr. I am requesting please solve this problem. Because i am losing last one week onwards.

                                    Complaint sr[protected] lodged on 11/10/2017 pending till date! Have been calling everyday since 11/10/2017, same answer - "it will be resolved in 48 hrs".
                                    The set top box isn't showing any indication of power.
                                    It's been over 10 days now and every means of communication has been tried.
                                    Payment has been made for six months in advance.
                                    Kindly repair or refund!

                                      My customer id [protected] i have register complaint on 15.10.2017. Register no is sr[protected].
                                      My set of box not working so i request change from old set of box to new hd set of box. I have followed so many times but still now not solved & and also service engineer not my call from 15.10.2017 to still now. Name is vijayan - [protected]

                                      So pls solve the issue today without-fail

                                        I already spoke to customer care. They doing nothing. Pls do the needful.

                                        [protected] also verify your customer.

                                        I hope customer verification is not doing sun direct. It is illegal.
