We have sun direct disc and the set top box is not working. We have been calling them for last 15 days but there is no response,

The complaint numbers are sr[protected] dated 12 july and cw[protected] of 14 july.

We paid amount for 6 months in advance, and if it takes 3 months to change the set top box, i feel it is a case of white collar fraud carried bu sun direct.

    Mobile number is [removed]. Please update my phone number to [removed]. I have tried this 100 times in the sundirect.in website, and 1000 times called to customer care, but there was no response.

    I am very unhappy with the customer service, I cant update even a phone number easily.

    I will cancel the DTH service if this is not done.

    DTH Recharge done 15 days ago, but still channels are not coming. I called customer care 4 times still issue not resolved.
    Always it shows No Signal or Network unscrambled or Smart Card Discarded...What to do ...Solved our problem

    I'm very much frustrated about the sun direct service.
    They are making customer fool. I have subscription for Sun nxt, but when try to play any content then I get error message as "Please subscribe". This is happening monthly twice. They are cheating people. I'm sun direct connection also, due to wind our antenna direction will get changed some times, so if I contacted customer care people, then will send technician came to my home and charged Rs.150. This will not happen If I am using cable connection. I'm going to throw this connection and setup box and disconnect from sun nxt as well from my next subscription.

    Not even worth of 10Rs.

      Last month on 5th I have recharged to amount 500 for this month current account balance is displayed as 147/- and my basic pack is 209/- balance account should be available with 291/- for this month but its displayed with 147/-and today I have recharged with 500.I am missing amount of rupees 150/- around.And customer care people are not responding for this.

        I have made the payment of Rs. 2300/- for 6 months (383/- per month) validity on 10th Feb 2017 which should be valid till 10th August 2017. But it is showing here as 11th July 2017 with 221.76 available balance. I tired contacting customer care service one person disconnected without proper response. Another person tried to convince me by saying something that the payment was made on monthly basis so the validity got reduced, when i asked who made monthly payment, 2300/- per month i made payment? then he said he will raise a complaint and send me the complaint registered number to my registered mobile number, but i haven't received anything yet.

        If this is all a game play or not going to resolved with next 24hours i wish to withdraw the service from Sundirect and switch to other service provider.

          My sun direct dth number is [protected]. My connection was not worked from 23.06.2017 being set top box failure. The sun direct has issued bad quality set top box. Already last year my set top box failured. The sun direct collected an amount rupees 330 to clear it. No receipts issued. Now also sun direct demands rupees 650 to replace it. Every year sun direct planned to collect extra money like this.in firstwhen i bought it, i had paid rupees 1590 for meterials. So sun direct should issued well qualified quarenteed upto 3 years set top box with cash bill. Avoid to issue disqualified set top box. Avoid every year illegal collection in the name set top box. Date 26.6.17.

            I bought sun direct connection on 9.6.17 today 11.06.17 there is no channels just showing info e101-4 service scrambled message on tv screen i called customer care multiple times they told me that we will refresh picture will appear within 2 hours but there is no picture still now. After they told me our technician will call u and speak with me but i got call from sun direct but i have to wait and here there waiting for 20 min after that line was disconnected automatically

            I had given my setup box to sun direct service man, he had not returning yet, about 22 days over. i responding my calls.
            it really disappointed me. that i have to change my setup box company.
            Just 5 days back placed request for relocation, but he did not installed properly. I am not getting lot of channels screen showing blank. Sun direct customer care people not responding properly. So please look into this and get it done asap.

            This is loganathan. I am using this sun direct more than 3yrs. This is my card no [protected]. Now 1 year I'm having some sound problem. I can't get clear voice. Some different noise is disturbing while watching tv. So pls rectify that problem ASAP or otherwise i will move to other branded setup box.

              Dear sir,
              I am getting no channels for the last one week. I contacted the shop high ferfomance at chinnakkada, kollam from where i got the dish and accessories. When i tried on the number [protected] that they gave me a few times a man came on the line and told me that the orientation of the dish is not correct and offered to come after calling me on hearing the complaint. There after he attended my call once and then not. Today also i tried thrice. My consumer id is [protected] and what i see on the screen of tv is e-48-32 no signal. I request you to take immediate steps to solve the problem. Your stb also is of very poor quality showing frequently insert card etc.

              I too had the same problem for the last 3 days . I contacted the customer service and they are asking for a paid service, since they are claiming it was due to dislocation of my dish. Bt I had tried for channel installation in advance setting and everything went okay
              So
              Pls try this repeatedly
              Menu-> advance setting-> channel installation (password = 0000)(4zeros)
              My smart card No.[protected], this month end, while recharging, I have switched over from the current pack to ROI which includes BBC news also. However, the same old pack is still continuing. This may please be corrected and enable me to view the channels promised in that pack which I subscribed now.

                I had recharged for INR: 550 on 7 April 2017 as per customer service for Malayalam value pack for 3 months through Paytm Smart card number: [protected]. Right now I am getting SMS that the pack is getting expired. As a customer how we will know the policy or T&C, you people should inform the customer to call and inform to change the plan, we will think after recharge plan will automatically change. As long term relationship with sun direct..it was a bad experience, this issue should be resolved and I need a positive reply or I will cancel this connection... and will take a connection from any other company...

                  We are the sun direct customers since last 5 years, now we have a problem with box then went to dealer in ongole they told that box having a problem need to change the device with charges. We told that OK give me the new one then they are saying that boxes are not available since last month and can't say when it will be available after that call to customers care (i.e one of the worst and waste services they offered)they are resolving and giving any proper respobse.

                  Even they are not caring about their customers then why they had the customer care.after my complaint they even don't send the complaint no. After 3 to 4 times called

                    I use sundirect official website to recharge my dth box. Recently they show different tariff and activate different plan.
                    For that I tried to reach customer care but I got unethical and irresponsible answer. They terminate my phone call while I am talking hence they haven't proper answer

                      The above stb is not working from 21.5.17 a. M and our complaint no is: sr[protected]., and after a lot of deliberations, the local service engineer mr. Shivkumar closed the complaint as resolved and directed me to go to his office and get the set top box free. My self gone to his office on 23.5.17 at 11.30 a. M and found his office closed and we tried him over...

                      Recharged HD prime.. But I am not getting HD channels

                      My smart card no. [protected].. I am from chennai... I have recharged for hd prime plan 250 yesterday... Before my plan was 199... But after recharging i am not getting hd channels.. Which i have complaint yesterday around 11 pm.. At customer care i mentioned the error message e48 -32 signal.. They told that after accepting complaint they wil send technical person with in 24 hours and asked me to pay him ₹150... I told accept my complaint...

                      This is in regards to sundirect SCN [protected]
                      2 months ago I upgraded my set top box to HD and had activated malayalam cinema plus sports pack with HD prime with great difficulties. Last month I wanted to change thr pack to HD ultra and recharged for 399 like mentioned in the app and the website and guess what the pack wasn't changed to HD ultra cinema sports pack and I contacted the customer care for more than 3 times and everytime I call them the agents tell me that they have issues in upgrading to HD ultra and said they need 24 - 48 hrs to rectify this and they even told me that the team will contact us. This was the case in all 3 calls I made to the customer care. Infact one of the agent said I need to recharge another 100 rs to activate the pack and which sounded stupid but I still recharged so that I can watch all HD cahnnels. This haven't been fixed now and I have lost hope on sundirect. This is really one of the worst services that I have expirenced. If this is the case how can we do an advanced recharge for 6 or 12 months? Pathetic.
                      Can some one help me to resolve this issues to upgrade to HD ultra cinema plus sports pack.

                      Ihave recharged Rs250 1hour ago amount not transferred in my account and no response by costumer care representatives
                      For the past 20 days we are facing issues with bhakthi channel, tv 5, T news, ABN,
                      We are unable to watch those channels which are including in our package. Its really irritating us by wasting my money unable to receive committed channels as per ur packages which was offered.

                      We need immediate resolution asap..

For more than 3 weaks my dth service is disturbed due to the set top box display blinking, and not getting the picture. Already contacted two times on the customer care service. They told me that compliant entered and service engineer will come within 24 hrs. But till date no one had come. Kindly rectify the fault or terminate my connection. My phone no-[protected].

                            I am facing error in my set top box. I am complaining from 5-6 months.
                            I called customer care, every time they are telling clean smart card and reinsert again. How pathetic it is. They all are very well known about this error but still same reply.
                            If we registered a complaint one illiterate technician...

                            No 1 cheater. No words to say... Here after i want say means " — " fill in the blanks for ur wish bad words.

                            I have recharged 449 rs on mar31st 2017 in sun direct website and called the care frequently but they told me amount didn't captured incase the amount will be credited our account we will refund you, i called 3 times their customer care both time told me with in 48 hrs payment will be ur bank account. But finally one guy told me there is no option for refund other 3 executives given wrong information so sry for that.

                            And the senior executives not ready to spoke with customers because they told me its our rules.

                              Am recharged my smart card yesterday night, am not able to watch ptograms, 3 times am contacted sun direct cistomer care, till now not resolve my complaint, very werse servive providing this dth service, nobody responsible to solve problems, am unsatisfied, am waste my money for continue sun direct service, in bhopal sun direct service center not present

                                Always have signal problems. Techinition charges 300 per visit without doing anything. Since 4 years changed box 2 times. New box price is 650 with labour cost it will become 1000. I'm not happy about service.

                                  Dears, I have Paid required amount for Three months from 1st April onward. Since 25 April, we are getting only 6 channels (204 - Surya Music, 216 - Amirtha, 218 - DD Malayalam, 220 - Jai Hind, 221 - News 18 Kerala, 222 - Asianet News). We can enter other channels. If enter 200 - display as No Program and jumbing to 220 - Asianet news.

                                  We complaint through Customer Service Number, they are saying they will send the Technician and there is charge as Rs. 150.

                                  We already paid the amount for Three months subscription and it is your responsible to connect the Channels.
