My smart card no. [protected], located in medchal, hyderabad everyday signal failed why? i am recharging every month before 3 days expire days. Some times morning failed, sometimes evening, some times full day signal not come please solve the problem.

    Sun Direct D2H gives worst after sales service. My complaint resolved after one month that also after 7 reminder calls and several emails.WORST service. Never opt for sun direct D2H. Thy have no technical support .And have a stupid call center which never listen to your problems. They will say that our complaint will be resolved in 48hours but even after 48 days they won't do anything And one more thing, as part of their marketing strategy they will remove some channels in-between. I took the package for one year, after I have taken within a month they removed some of my favorite channels, when we call to customer care they told, as part of their marketing strategy they removed it. My strong suggestion is don’t go for sundirect.

      Hi my name is sumeet chavan having worst sun direct dish cable, smart card no. [protected]. They replaced set top box 3 times in one moth . But still i am facing problem with this . The channels are not coming after changing the set top box. But they are charging rs.150/- for complaint attending . Every time i have to give complaint on customer care but no response from them . This is very ridiculous service is providing by sun direct, i never complaint before but meanwhile in 2 months i put 3 to 4 online complaints to you but they are not taking serious action on this . This is my last mail to you because im changing the service provider. In this month along with me there are 138 connection will disconnect, by this month end . They are loosing there business .

        I am Yesodharan, customer of sun direct since 4 year and my smart card number is [protected]. I am living in Kerala our regional language is Malayalam but i cant get all Malayalam channel in our regional pack. We are giving 165 Rs per month and i call the customer care several times and requested that we don't want any other language channel like Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi and English remove and provide all Malayalam channel they wont accept and asking more money. Register this complaint and take necessary steps as possible

          Since one year i am using sun direct and there is alot of telugu news channels and lot of telugu entertainment channels but sundirect providing only 20 channels including news channels since four months every month decreasing one channels now they decreased upto 16 channels and increased 210/- from 185/- this is not worth of that amount they simply cheating every one take action and ban in india worst sun direct i am fedup its horrible

            Dear Sir, This is to inform that I have a Connection of SUN direct DTH, vide our Smart card no.[protected], we have face several issues for viewing Channels. fist we have complainted on dt.24.06.15 against complaint no.1-[protected] and I contact server times to resolve our complaint but till date they are not contact or update the status of that complaint. now I have 2nd Problem vide complaint no.1-[protected] on dt.29.08.2015 but every day i contact them they inform me to we will solve your problem as soon as. I can't understand when they have solve our problem. we are contact their toll free no.[protected] from Surat Also we have reacharge the DTH on dt.25.08.15 only three days we are use after we are facing problem. We are inform them to stop the activation when our problem is solve or solve our problem immediately. but till date nobody contact us or come to solve our problem so I request to solve our problem as soon as.

              This is Sujatha Nair, House No. 41D, Building No. P8, SRS Royal Hills Building, Faridabad Sector 87, Harayana. I've taken a Sun Direct Connection on 2010 in my Husband's name (Goukuldas Nair), for monthly subscription. The smart card no. is[protected]. We had relocated our house on 19th August 2015 and called the customer care on 21st Aug 2015 to reinstall the sun direct dish. I spoke to Nikhil he gave me the compliant no.([protected]) and told me that within 48hrs technician will give a call, But there was no response till 24th Aug 2015. Again called up to customer care they told me that a distributer will give you a call. Next day(25th Aug 2015) we got call from Mr. Hari Om (GURU Distributer), he twice called up to confirmed the Address and gave an appointment by 3:00pm. The person didnt come that same day. Again next day i call Mr HariOm in his mobile number his response was that he didnt receive any complaint no. and he didnt gave us a call. Then i had argument with him anyhow he told us that he would come tomorrow, till 4:00pm we waited for him but still didnt come. Then again we had called him up and his answer was “in your place lot of wiring have to be done so he cant take the project and won’t be able to deliver the service.”Meanwhile there was no response from sundirect regarding any confirmation of project status. On 30th August i had call the customer care again, Spoke to M/s Asha she told me that she had forwarded the request to technical department. But still by today evening NO RESPONSE from technical department. Then again i had to call the sun direct customer care, the customer care executive Mr. Prudumen (Untrained CCE) was not at all supportive. He was like recorded answering machine. I asked him to transfer the call tothe supervisor/senior his answer was“the supervisor was busy”so then i asked “any senior person call could transfered but his answer was that: this call cannot be transfer to any representative”I cant believe that a call centre management software call cant be transferred to his senior. This is worst experience i had with CCE in my Life. The moral of this service is “Even if they picked up the call, they do not send any of the service technicians”. Till now no response.                 My SUN DIRECT HD connection lost signal on 21/08/2015 and it was rectified by the company technician on 22/08/2015.On the next day I contacted him and informed about it.But he has not attended the complaint.On 25/08/2015 I contacted the Customer Care and registered a complaint.No result.Whenever I contacted the techn he replied that he would come on mng/AN/evng.But did not come.It is really teasing.I am not receiving the signal and connection became a useless one.Pl remember this is ONAM, our national festival.Please do the needful.Smart Card No. is[protected].Mob No.[protected]

                  I MR MANOJ KUMAR, mob-[protected] - smart card num:-[protected](customer since-2011) had registered a complaint on 22nd aug 2015as that my “set top box “is not working. On 24th An executive named Yesudas-mob:num-[protected] –call us and communicate he is on the way to replace the box up to the evening, he repeated the same and at evening he switched off the mobile. We contacted the customer care and registered the complaint again on 24th aug (comp:reg: num-1-1-[protected])and also talked to Deepu the team leader& he promised to resolve the issue before 25th aug 1pm. The Yesudas who himself say he is the coordinator call back us on the same day on eve 8 o’clock and was in a very irritating way, he said he is the coordinator and he knows how to handle this problem gave the number of the technician who has to come –([protected])he said, nobody said him anything and he was not aware about the matter and also said there is shortage in set top box. The Yesudas callback and gave the agency partner Mr.Aneesh, number-[protected], while talking to him the matter he was very rudely speaking and using bad words to my wife. On 27th a lady([protected])called and said she is sending a technician, nobody came and again at evening we called Deepu, he again promised to do the same before 8 p.m.. Yesudas called and said the agency will replace the box on 27th eve 8pm itself or he will move against the agency.Upto this time the problem is not resolved.

                      I am a subscriber of sundirect. My id is [protected]. since last week I cant get chanels and message on the screen is e-80-35 service is currently scrampled. i thought it was a technical problem and waited for two days.Thereafter on august 14, I called the coustmer care and Iregitered acomplaint. They hadnt take any action, I repeatedly called on 15th august twice and registered complaint. And till now my problem is not solved and no technician visited our home. Our balance is getting deducted and we cant watch any channels. please take immediate action.

                        I sumeet chavan [protected] asking money for resolve the problems, last few days i paid for set top box, they charged for me, now the problem is came with the set top box & for problem solving they are asking money, sure im not ready to pay single rupee to them, im having 250 connection with me, if i loose my patience then that 251 connection will through out from my end .

                          I sumeet chavan having sun direct dth [protected] this is my second mail to you for another complaint regarding channels are not showing, reflecting ie. E-80, i have recharged my smart card, after that some channels are showing but not all channels, i registered complaint on 15th august, they told the complaint will resolve with in 24 hours, now its been completed 48 hours but no one showing interest to do fast work. my family suffering this problems . if the problem will not resolve today then i will remove this third class sun direct service.

                            I am customer of sun dth. My setup box not working since two weeks I have already call to customer care but no action. After 2 weeks i will recieve a call from sun direct agency kolkata they are say setup box send to kolkata by coureior i leaving in siliguri this is not solution.                                 My SMC no is [protected]. I have registered complain on 5th Augest 2015 for non working of set up box and executive has given 24 hours to rectify problem. Till date i.e. 7th August 2015, no technician has come to resolve problem and not even a phone call received from sun direct. After every follow up customer care executive tell that your complaint has been highlighted and your problem will be solved as early as possible. I felt that after sales service of Sun direct is pathetic, so not recommended.

                                    I have an Sun Direct DTH Connection and my Smartcard Number is [protected], I am residing in Jodhpur, Since last may I am facing signal problem. I have raised complaints for the same, the complaint Numbers are as follows: Complaint No.1:[protected] dated 18 May15, No.2:[protected] dated 26 Jun 15, No.3:[protected] dated 12 July 15. In May I waited for more than 15 days and went for a vacation to my hometown and returned on 23 Jun 15, after coming back I have recharged for 6 month subscription for Rs.1100/- after recharging also it was showing signal error, so I raised a complaint with customer care of Sundirect on 26 june. after repeated calls to customer care also nobody has come from sundirect for rectification of my problem. On July 10th they have automatically closed my complaint without rectification of complaint. again I lodged my third complaint on 12th July when I came to know from customer care that my complaint has been resolved without my confirmation. I have sent many emails to Nodal Officer of Sundirect, Rajasthan but till date no body has visited my place or rectified my complaint. Money is also deducted for the above period when there is no signal

                                      Dear Sir/Madam, I have recharged Sun Direct DTH today morning with smart bearing no. [protected] thro' my debit card (Central Bank of India, Vellore CMC Branch). I requested to recharge for Tamil-Basic of Rs.175/- and I also furnished the details correctly thro' online banking. The amount was debited in my savings account and my DTH account balance was not credited and also not activated and I called your customer care executive immediately but the reply was not satisfactory to me. He told me to contact the bank's customer care. The problem is with your side, could you please look into this as soon as possible and also kindly activate my DTH for tamil basic immediately. I am also herewtith forwarding the transaction failure message for your kind perusal. Please do the needful at the earliest. Waiting for your positive reply soon.                                          this is shailesh k shah residing at mehsana, gujarat.  the smart card no. Is [protected]. For the past 3 weeks, i could not receive any signal and getting error messages only (E16, e48, etc.) i have been ringing the customer service for the past 3 weeks[protected] . No one responded for first 2 weeks. While i enquired the dealers, they told that they are relocating the entire setup. From the third week i got the direct consumer service line and i have been complaining repeatedly. Even if they picked up the call, they do not send any of the service technicians. I have made more than 10 calls (Both from my landline and mobile) . Also, i've informed them that i'm going to complaint in consumer court. Till now no response. Could you please assist me regarding the same?
