I am S Subramanian, from Flat No B2, 11 Manickam Street, West Mambalam, Chennai - 600033 - contact No.[protected] and [protected]. My Smart Card No. [protected]. My yearly recharge for the above smart card is due on 09.03.15.. I have paid a sum of Rs.1980/= on 07.03.15 to M/s BBS Associates, Sun DTH stores, at Sout West Boag Road towards yearly renewal of my existing plan. They made many attempts to recharge the connection, but COULD NOT DO IT DUE TO SOME TECHNICAL PROBLEMS. They also contacted various persons in the technical team and no one could give the solution for solving the issue. I also personally spoke to Mr SYED, Who is in charge of this area and he has not taken any action for solving the issue. My subscription is ending today and they will be disconnecting the same for non renewal of the subscription BUT FOR NO FAULT OF MINE. PLEASE RESOLVE THE ISSUE AT THE EARLIEST AND RESTORE THE CONNECTION WITHOUT ANY DISCONNECTION.

      Worst service I ever faced anywhere... Always facing E42-32 signal not found. This is second time I am facing the same issue with in one month. Always the service engineer is asking Rs.150 for each time. And they are not coming at scheduled time. My Smart card Number is [protected] Why should I pay the amount for the same issue and it happened within one month.

          Sir, SMC-[protected], Guntur I took SUNDTH connection on 29/07/2014 for 6 months for Tamil Value pack. So, the validity is up to 29/01/2015 But on 19/01/2015 itself I received a message "Your Sun Direct validity EXPIRES on 19/01/15. Kindly recharge to avoid disconnection". So, immediately, I recharged on-line for 7 months by paying Rs.1050/- for Tamil Value pack But again I got voice mail on 19/02/2015 telling that my plan will expire on 19/02/2015 night and do recharge. When I contacted the Hyderabad office, one person told that my balance is 1050 and I am in cinema plus and recharge immdly by paying extra Rs.10/- for 6 months. After some time anther person told that my balance is 853 something and I have to recharge immdly. From the above contacts, I came to know that my plan was in Tamil Cinema Plus and not Tamil Value pack, which I originally opted for. Being the very first time we didn't know the package at all. And I was advised to contact my Guntur office. When I contacted my Guntur office, the person (Mr.Tarak, [protected]) thro' whom I joined Sun DTH, and asked him that how I am in Tamil Cinema Plus instead of my option for Tamil Value pack he told that by mistake it happened. And he advised me to recharge with Rs195/- immdly and assured that my plan will be changed to Tamil Value pack for 7 months from 20/02/2015. I recharged immdly with Rs.195/- and going on asking him the confirmation. After several requests he sent me a msg thro' cell "SMC-[protected] for 7 months 20/09/15 expiry" on 28/02/2015 4:28 pm. But to my surprise and anger, when I contacted Hyderabad office today (02.03.2015), again one lady is telling that I am in Tamil Cinema Plus and my balance is Rs.853/- When I contacted my Guntur man (Tarak), he is telling that I am in Tamil Value pack plan for 7 months. I am in total confusion. Please help me and clarify everything. We are Tamilians and seeing all these we loose faith in Sun DTH Kindly do the needful . Please respond.             i had taken the Sun direct connection 20 days before. From the very next day onwards i am observing the No Signal E48- 32 and then fallowed by E52-38 searching for signal Error. i already sent a mail and got a call saying that check the cables properly. i checked all the cables and wires. When i asked for send the technician, technician is not ready to come saying that not a proper PIN code. Here is my actual complaint. Hi, I am having a problem with my connection recently I took. Around 10 days back, I took a connection of SD+ box. It is working fine. But, everyday morning time around 9 onwards, we are observing no signal and searching for signal.               My smart card id:[protected], my name is G.Subba Rao, Iam having a sun direct connection from last nine moths iam facing the some technical problem in setup box...Already i gave a complaint from last 20 days in vijayawada customer care but those peoples are not giving any response upto now...they are taking my setup box from last 20 days but now onwords they are not send any technician and also not giving my setup box...what should i do??? Atleast you will take my complaint..

                        MY ID is[protected]. I have recharged my account with Rs. 845 for 3 months but the customer service has updated the same amt on monthly basis. As this was done thru the dealer, I did not know that it was updated monthly when I received a message saying that your recharge is expired then I called my dealer to find out he says that they are not updated by customer service. Please update the same and let me know the status.

                          Dear Sir, In reference to the complaint registered against loss of Sun Direct smart card bearing number [protected], we have repeatedly tried to contact both nodal office in Lucknow & Delhi, before which I have tried contacting the customer care support number[protected],[protected], [protected] & [protected]), and every time I cal there is a same response to wait for 24 - 48 hours. Below are the request number received along with dates: 1-[protected] - Dec 31, 2014 1-[protected] - Dec 28, 2014 1-[protected] - Dec 27, 2014 1-[protected] - Dec 27, 2014 1-[protected] - Dec 27, 2014 1-[protected] - Dec 27, 2014 1-[protected] - Dec 24, 2014 1-[protected] - Dec 24, 2014 1-[protected] - Dec 22, 2014 1-[protected] - Dec 22, 2014 1-[protected] - Dec 18, 2014 1-[protected] - Dec 16, 2014 1-[protected] - Dec 12, 2014 We kept on trying calling on the landline numbers mentioned in the above paragraph, they do not receive the call. They have harassed us. We have made an annual payment and now they have started harassing us when we register a complaint. We are left with no option than losing the money paid to Sun Direct.I tried asking them for any contact number for any senior, for which they are not ready to disclose.                           I had registered a complaint on December 12, 2014. But to my dismay the problem wasn't resolved neither I had received any calls from the team of Sun Direct. Every time I called the customer care cell they requested for 24 hrs for resolving the complaint, which never happened. Then I decided to lodge a complaint with Consumer Forum on December 31, 2014. Then I had to call on January 02, 2015 on the Sun Direct Head Office number i.e. 044-44676767, after which I had to narrate the entire case which fortunately they took it seriously and resolved the problem the same day.

                            I had got installed Sun Direct DTH Service few year back and my smart card number is [protected]. I want to upgrade my connection to HD and registered on 19/12/2014. Call service person informed that he will provide the set top box in 2 days, but till now nothing happened. Daily i am registering the complaint to sun direct customer care and they promised to resolve my problem within 24 hrs, But even after lapse of three days they failed to keep their promise and cheated the customer like me. I want my money back from this worst DTH service. Useless peoples useless DTH service

                              This isK JANARDHAN from Hyderabad, My Sun Direct card no is [protected]. To this smart card i have recharged Rs500 /- on 19/12/2014 . But has not activated, i have called to the costumer care and made my connection activated, it cost me Rs 10 /- when i called to the costumer care it's fine, But with in 24 hrs again they have deactivated why . Once again i have called to the costumer care but there is no use . still i have not activated why . due to this i lost Rs 25 /- . This is not fair, totaly Rs 35/- i have lost from my mobile and the service is also very varest . Totaly i have lost Rs 500/- + Rs 35/- from u r company service . please i am requesting you sir activate my smart card and can i call me at once to my phone . This is my ph no :-[protected]

                                This is K SASI KIRAN Plot no 30, Friends Colony, Manikonda, , KAKATHIYA SCHOOL OPPOSITE I've taken a Sun Direct Connection on 28/06/2010 in my father's name( K JANARDHAN), for one year subscription. The smart card no. is [protected]. For the past 3 weeks, I could not receive any signal and getting error messages only (E16, E48, etc.) I have been ringing the customer service for the past 3 weeks[protected]. No one responded for first 2 weeks. While I enquired the dealers, they told that they are relocating the entire setup. From the third week I got the direct consumer service line and I have been complaining repeatedly. Even if they picked up the call, they do not send any of the service technicians. I have made more than 100 calls (both from my landline and Mobile). Also, I've informed them that I'm going to complaint in consumer court. Till now no response.                                 This is Gopiprasad I've taken a Sun Direct Connection in Last Four year subscription. The smart card no. is [protected].                                   Complaint No. 1-[protected] dt 17 Dec 2014. The company through their call centre is treating the consumer very badly. Eg after registering complaint some one claiming to be from their service centre informs that the technician is visiting to attend to the complaint and at the end of the day no technician comes. Every time the call centre officials and the nodal officer's office give assurance that complaint will be attended the day on which the call was made but nothing happens thereafter. I have already paid for the services and the company is denying the services. It appears that this is cheating the customer after collecting money from him.

                                    Hi There, I am Rajesh from Faridabad.We are using Sundirect DTH services. Since August 2014 our Sundirect DTH set top is not working properly. I complained immediately. After several attempts service men from Sundirct arrived and said its a technical issue and they will come again with proper equipment to rectify. They come again after two weeks and said its done and you will be able to see after few days. And so they closed complaint. But the problem not rectified really. We could not avail the channels from Sundirect. Till then I lodged many complaints. But no one arrived so far to check. I recharged my account for Rs.2000 and its for a year. Kindly find solution.
