Worst Service and facing same issue again and again

Worst service I ever faced anywhere... Always facing E42-32 signal not found. This is second time I am facing the same issue with in one month. Always the service engineer is asking Rs.150 for each time. And they are not coming at scheduled time. My Smart card Number is [protected] Why should I pay the amount for the same issue and it happened within one month....

Confusion over Plan & period

Sir, SMC-[protected], Guntur I took SUNDTH connection on 29/07/2014 for 6 months for Tamil Value pack. No Signal Problem from the time connection taken

setup box not working properly

Recharge not done for 3 months after taking money

MY ID is[protected]. I have recharged my account with Rs. 845 for 3 months but the customer service has updated the same amt on monthly basis. As this was done thru the dealer, I did not know that it was updated monthly when I received a message saying that your recharge is expired then I called my dealer to find out he says that they are not updated by customer service. Please update the same and let me know the status....

Set top box not working since august 2014

Hi There, I am Rajesh from Faridabad.We are using Sundirect DTH services. Since August 2014 our Sundirect DTH set top is not working properly. I complained immediately. After several attempts service men from Sundirct arrived and said its a technical issue and they will come again with proper equipment to rectify.
