Dear Sir,
In reference to the complaint registered against loss of Sun Direct smart card bearing number [protected], we have repeatedly tried to contact both nodal office in Lucknow & Delhi, before which I have tried contacting the customer care support number[protected],[protected], [protected] & [protected]), and every time I cal there is a same response to wait for 24 - 48 hours. Below are the request number received along with dates:

We kept on trying calling on the landline numbers mentioned in the above paragraph, they do not receive the call. They have harassed us. We have made an annual payment and now they have started harassing us when we register a complaint. We are left with no option than losing the money paid to Sun Direct.I tried asking them for any contact number for any senior, for which they are not ready to disclose. Below is the mail sent to the officer incharge o[censored]P. We humbly request you to take action on it.

Complaint marked as Resolved I had registered a complaint on December 12, 2014. But to my dismay the problem wasn't resolved neither I had received any calls from the team of Sun Direct. Every time I called the customer care cell they requested for 24 hrs for resolving the complaint, which never happened. Then I decided to lodge a complaint with Consumer Forum on December 31, 2014. Then I had to call on January 02, 2015 on the Sun Direct Head Office number i.e. 044-44676767, after which I had to narrate the entire case which fortunately they took it seriously and resolved the problem the same day.
