Sir, My Sun Direct Smart card No. is, [protected], and the connection is not working for more than a month. I have made complaint several times through [protected], from my mobile number, [protected] on 9th, 13th, 14th, 15th, and 17th July 2015.All those days the customer executives replied that 'your complaint has been registered and the complaint number will be sending by SMS'. So far no SMS, no complaint number, nor the problems rectified by the company. Actual problem is that the dish position is changed, due to that it is showing as 'E48-32 No Signal' in the TV Display.
