Hi Sir,
i have taken sundirect 2 years back , i changed my home from nagawaara to maratha halli last month , i have called sundirect customer care number and asked about re-installation they told with in 48 hours our technician will come and he will fix sundirect ,i called after 3rd day,4th day, 5th day ,6th day. every day they will tell the same answer and till now no technician called me ,i called 7th day they told your complaint is already closed , i asked till now he is not at all come to our home , not fixed re-installation how complaint is closed , and again if you want to re-install it you want to give complaint again like that they are telling . Please help me regarding this.

I have taken the sun direct dth connection in the month of June 2010 .I have commited to me they will sovle any problem with 24 hrs.But last 3 month I not able see all chanells.Then called to their customer care.
Palakkad (Kerala) Toll Free No & Local Office (very poor service) but always the line is ringing but there was no responce and then i wend the local office (Set Max) but they told me we will cleare the issue with in 2 days but no improvement in the complent call they repeate this drama. My problem
not solve last three month.I called to Sun Direct Head Office nobody pichup phone,
Please help me what to do for this?
