    I have taken the sun direct dth connection in the month of June 2010 .I have commited to me they will sovle any problem with 24 hrs.But last 3 month I not able see all chanells.Then called to their customer care.
    Palakkad (Kerala) Toll Free No & Local Office (very poor service) but always the line is ringing but there was no responce and then i wend the local office (Set Max) but they told me we will cleare the issue with in 2 days but no improvement in the complent call they repeate this drama. My problem
    not solve last three month.I called to Sun Direct Head Office nobody pichup phone,

    Please help me what to do for this?

    They have committed to me they will solve any problem with 24 hrs.But last 2months I am not able see all channels.Then called to their customer care. Bangalore 39407575 & Toll Free No & Local Office (very poor service) but always the line is ringing but there was no response - no improvement in the complaint call they repeat this drama. My problem

    I have taken the SUN DTH in March 2010 from Hyderabad. But from November 2010 I am not getting any telugu channels. When i called customer care they said due to satellite change we need to re-align the set box at your house. They have taken all the details but no action is taken. For the past 2 months I am simply paying the subscription amount with out watching any channel. I have called[protected],[protected] around 8 times. But no use. This is worst customer service I ever seen in my life.

      I have taken SunDirect connection and on one saturday (4th May 2013) the STB was not receiving any signal, I have raised a complaint calling the customer care. Even after making many attempts calling the Customer care, they didnt send any technician to resolve the issue. Could you please assist in this please.

      Sun Direct — Poor service of customer care

      Sir very very poor. I tried for 2 days , but i could not able to contact the customer care. The system asks approx time for waiting as 15 or 20 minutes every time. I wasted so much money even more than my rechargeable amount. I went to internet for login to sundirect, there also site was not serviceable. What a pathetic condition for a customer that not even able to contact customer care.
      My card No- [protected]R. pls improve the service. This is not the first time i faced problem.
      I have sent many mails regarding this issue, but never got a reply. They are not all caring about the existing customers.
      They are only behind of money.

      I wanted to know the surrendering procedure of this DTH. I want to switch over to the good service provider.

      SUN DTH — Poor Customer care

      Hi,

      Season Greetings!

      I have bought Sun DTH in 2009 march and was a happy customer till October 2010. Since 2010 customer care from Sun DTH is deteriorating every day.

      My Smart Card number is as[protected]

      My First complaint was made in October and sorted out after 22 days (i.e on 30th of October) following which there was no much issues. In December again I’m facing similar issues. Since December 17th I’m not able to view any of my channels. I have filed a complaint on 17th December 2010 (complaint number : 135708) requesting help from Sun DTH technicians, Till date no one has turned up. I have spoken to so many executives and floor supervisors who just gives just blank promises of 1 or 2 days but the customer interest is never taken into consideration.

      I have no choice left other than writing to you to get this issue sorted out. Such poor customer care highlights lack of coordination and lethargic attitude on Customers.

      So far I have spoken to executives (Pavithra, Vijay, Arul and Floor Supervisor Kannan), No one has given solution other than simply buying time. I wish my issue is sorted out on or before 30th December.

      Highlight of this is all the executives of Sun Direct does not have good fluency on English we actually have to understand what they talk. As per SLA it was supposed to have been sorted out in 3 days. Reason given to me by one of the floor supervisor is after 11 days of my complaint is their dealers are not taking things on priority (Shame on service Provider to cme up with such an in efficiency statement).

        Description:The Set top box provided for us is not working for quite long time, I just tries to lodge my complaint through your customer care centre @ Ernakulam[protected], but continuously i got only recorded speech and advertisement only, no one customer care executive attend my calls, I have called your Ampalapuzha Agent M/s.claxy communications through phone, and there is no response. After my long time struggle one of the service engineer attend my call and informed that he will attend my case, but even after 72 hours there is no response and as and when we calls the response is very very poor and disrespect. I request the company to resolve my problem at the earliest.

        SUN DTH — not working

        Dear All,

        Never go for sundth connection they got worst customer care service their call centre executive didnot know about their product after talking to executive more than 20 min asked me to contact my delar, when i called local delar address mentioned below giving silly reason and not sending their techinican ..My connection is down from 4 days .So never go for sundth

        My Name is Arunachalam, I got a Cable DTH connection from SUN DIRECT through M/s. Galaxy communication, Ambalapuzha on October 30,2012. But the set top box provided for me is not in proper working condition, which was compliant through their Service Engineer Mr. Manu ( [protected] ) several times, but the same was not corrected. In last 15 days i am continuously calling them to attend the same, but they are very reluctant and the response is very very poor, also disrespect.
        There are Two Service engineers ( Mr.Prasad - [protected] and Mr. Mugesh -[protected] )are working with them and as and when I calling, they are criticized me and treating me like I am a fool.
        I wish to lodge a compliant with Consumer Protection Council, for the ill treatment and unattended the consumer calls in time.
        Sir this compliant is very very genuine and I wish to provide my complete contact details for your verification and action.

          I had paid Rs 880/- as recharge amount to my SUNDIRECT HD Account ( [protected]) on 26/04/13 in two transactions but it was credited once. Though I received a confirmation mail from the consumer site separately for both the transactions they are not resolving the issue for more than 12 days. They neither credited the amount into my DTH account or paid back to my credit card account

            Hi Sir,
            i have taken sundirect 2 years back , i changed my home from nagawaara to maratha halli last month , i have called sundirect customer care number and asked about re-installation they told with in 48 hours our technician will come and he will fix sundirect ,i called after 3rd day,4th day, 5th day ,6th day. every day they will tell the same answer and till now no technician called me ,i called 7th day they told your complaint is already closed , i asked till now he is not at all come to our home , not fixed re-installation how complaint is closed , and again if you want to re-install it you want to give complaint again like that they are telling . Please help me regarding this.

            Dear Friends ,

            I have purchase Sun Direct 10 months before. But from last two month my experince is very very bad. They are displaying in there channels that they are shifting to new Satelight and they will be sending Service person to for adjust the Dish.

            Even after paying amount i am not able to view channels . and i have call more then 25 time to the customer care service but no response. Every time they give new date and give a customer service no . but, they not at all giving any response .............

            Pls do not buy Sun Direct it 100 % waste Company. They can spend crores of rupees for add and movies ... but they will not spend for Service to the customer,.

              Recharged today for world pack. yet all today GK pack and English Movie Mini pack disconnected. Recharge amount Rs 200. Its actually Rs 199. I received SMS as Topup done. " TOPUP DONE for Rs.0200. Current balance is Rs.180.22. Basic Expires on 04-May -2013". Called customer care. No human beings to answer my call.

                I have tried recharging for 6 months renewal of tamil world pack on (16.04.2013),by selecting the product from sun direct user site given below and paid the amount(auto amount pop up 1099 for the pack as shown in the site).once the amount is paid no sign of the pack change to my DTH,called the customer care and it was advised that the amount has been increased for the pack to 1210.queried them why it is not updated in the site(no proper reply)

                Then the customer care personnel asked to topup 150 more so that they can change the pack to 6 months of tamil world pack. i paid the money but the amount has been deducted with transaction status success and topup failed(screen shot attached for all the transactions made)
                so they registered a complaint for the same and advised it will be solved in two days and i will be getting a call.

                Its been 10 days now,no reply.i have been following up with customer care.they advise the same it will be rectified with in one day.

                and they disconnect the call if we ask them to connect to higher officials or for solution with in the call.

                Really worried why i had chosen the sun direct service DTH

                SUN DTH — No response

                On Oct 21st i made a complaint to sun DTH because of repositioning the dish but they didn't gave proper response by past one and half month we are waiting for the technician
                there is no customer services totally its waste..........

                  I am residing in Nanganallur.
                  On 6th April 2013 Contacted Sun Direct DTH for recharge and activation as I came from AHMEDABAD after retirement.
                  On 7th April in the evening a Technician from Madipakkam office.
                  The Technician installed the Dish on the terrace but since at that time recharge was not made and thereby no activation it could not be confirmed of signal for all channels.
                  Next day the activation was done but most of the channels had no signals or it was blank in the screen.
                  One or two channels like Sun TV and Vijay Tv the signal was there but after few minutes audio/video problem occured and persisted.
                  In spite of frequently complaining over phone and talking to many personnel till date it has not been resolved.
                  There were lot of messages in my mobile stating that it is now resolved but however it is not the case.
                  Already an amount of Rs 819/ has been debited to my account after recharge.
                  It is to bring to the notice that as a customer of Sun Direct DTH since last 3 years it is nothing but harassment and humiliation.

                      Last month on 2 March2013 I purchased new sun direct dth connection to my home. I have not got acvtivated it due to I was going away out of City.
                      I was offered Subscription Pouch 1990/- for 5 months. Yesterday when I asked Distributor to activate he is saying he can only give me 3 months package now..which is very offended I had a word with Custumer Care they are saying I will be entilled for 5 months package because it is considered when I got installion..I am fed to call Distributor again and again..

                        Last month i purchased new sun direct dth connection to my home. Lasy week i went to tour. My basic service was expired on 2nd april. But i rechared my dth on 3 rd night. But till i receive call to customers care message. I try to speak to customer care but not connected. But i was charged for all customer carecall. I try to toll free no. But no help. Worst service.

                        SUN DTH — customer care contact

                        there are only two numbers to contact cust care.[protected] its a toll free number. and[protected] both the numbers are always busy and some times i am getting not reachable message. no other numbers are available. if we get the line it will take more than 10 minutes to talk to the cust.care executive. and they take more than 2 hours to activate an account after getting recharged.

                        Sun Direct DTH — No one came for upgradation/ worst Customer care

                        I bought the connection in Feb 2009 its been more than 1 year with the service. I am getting note regarding upgradation from last 2 months. I waited for a month for the engineer to come. i logged complain for the same 1 month ago but still my call is not attened. from last 1 month i am keep calling to customer care but they have only 1 answer ' your call wiil be attended shortly' they dont even give any time line nor forwarding the call to process. Whats the meaning to have such kind of service.

                        Sir, I have Purchase a SunDirect DTH 18 Months Before but from last six months i am getting bad services regarding signals but no action is being tgaken by company. and since last 1 month my total settop box is closed and i cant see anyof the channel i have complaints to company 4 times and i cll customer care on 100 times but no action is taken so i have decided to close my connection so please help me top refund me my money...........

                        Dont go for new connection with sun direct
                        i am using sun dth service for the last six months. for the last one week i am getting error while viewing. i am able to very few channels. due to signal errors i am not able to view most of the channels. i am getting error E-48 No Signal or some times Searching for signal. i have complaining the same to customer care service ever since i have got this error. till now that has not been resolved. every time i complain, the reply was that the same will be rectified in another 24 hours or 48 hours. so far neither a person has come, nor problem has been rectified.

                        Sun Direct — useless service

                        i am not getting some channels since 10 days and I made complaint regarding this to customer care two times (com.nos: 1-[protected], [protected]. But till now any useless sun direct staff contacted me. I never expected this kind o[censored]seless, irresponsible service from sun direct.

                        I am totally disappointment from sun direct activities. When ever I make phone call to customer care the customer care boys are ready to register my complaint again and again and ready to give complaint numbers only no response about pervious complaint status.

                        All are useless, sun direct wants to sell only their product later simply cheating customer if any problem from there product.

                        SUN DTH — WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

                        I HAD TAKEN SUN DTH CONNECTION TWO YEARS BACK. SUN DTH IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY FOR LAST ONE MONTH. AFTER MANY COMPLAINTS AT CALL CENTRE SINCE LAST SEVEN DAYS. PROBLEM IS STILL SAME. MY MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION AMT HAS ALREADY BEEN DIDUCTED BY THE COMPANY.

                        Hi,

                        Recently I bought new Sun Direct DTH Connection. I had ordered for a connection on Last saturday 21/04/2012 then they came and Installed on 24/04/2012. Today the date is 26/04/2012 but still the activation is not done.

                        Often a person calling from sun direct and asking check channel 102 and said its due to server problem and will be activated soon. I don't know why.

                        That person who came for installation didn't collect money that time. Cleverly he said amount is not a matter for him only channel activation and customer service is main and said he will collect money once channel is activated.

                        I just called and ask them to come and take their dish and accessories back.
                        DONT GO FOR SUN DIRECT DTH.

                              i have recharged for rs 200 in my sundirect and i hav logged in to my self care account bt i cant addo any packages in to my a/c .... today night i want to watch ten sports urgently but it almost sucks now .... i hav called to customer care number[protected] but it sounds busy tone ... so what can i do now... sundirect sucks :(

                                I am an avid customer of SUN DIRECT DTH since 2009, well i am forced to be one (to be straigth forward), becoz once we get into the loop, it is a one way road, cant come back.
                                The call centre employees attending should be trained so as to ease the customer's problems and channel the same to the concerned, if they cant solve. But ALMIGHTY CAN ONLY SAVE THE CUSTOMERS OF SUN DIRECT, from those stupid questions the call centre guyz are made to ask again and again, before you actually put-up your issues. I can assure every one, till date, none of my complaints have been solved by the customer care, except than sending some guy to me.
                                My sundirect is not working nw...two days ago it was expired and today im already recharge but still not ready..there is shwing one error message " smart cardfailure" ..my card number is[protected]R..your immediate help and advise is highly apreciated.thank you

                                  Hi Sir,
                                  I recharged Sun Direct DTH card for the amount of Rs 1400. But the amount is recharged only for Rs 400 remaining 1000 rs are not showing up in the top up. Sun Direct these people are really cheating. My Sun direct card number is [protected]. And the worst of the worst thing is they never pick up calls if we call for customer care.

                                    I purchased SUN DTH on 30-Nov-2012 with 8 month validity on tamil cinema plus package by paying Rs 1900 in Hyderabad, My PIN number is [protected], Within one and half month, they have deactivated the subscription and changed my plan with monthly subscription and once again i have paid RS 143 as monthly premium to resume the service. I have registered multiple complaints from 17-Jan through customer care center, my complaint numbers are 1-[protected],1-[protected],1-[protected] and [protected]

                                    still they did not extend the validity as per the package and my problem is not being resolved even i asked them to refund the money but they are saying they dont have any option to refund. please suggest me how to claim my money.

                                      I am B.G.Mohan babu customer of dish Tv I am subcribe platinium south package of Rs 373.00
                                      my VC no is [protected] now for recharging i have purchased ITZ cash card of 4 nos of 125 each(Total of RS 500/-) this is not getting charged because it lower value 125 x 4 =500/- .I checked with ITZ it is active. i have called customer care more than 10 times and i have all transtction ID . no body is helping out to get it recharged .Now i have service diconnected for non payment. Though i have the cards with me what i have do .if the customer care people can charge 125 for 4 times for Rs 500/-

                                      this is my smart card no.[protected]. i did complaint to local customer care in our dish signal problem. but they are not take any action. pl do needful action.
                                      I have recharged my SUN DIRECT TV connection by using voucher of Rs159/ (got information that YOU HAVE SUCCESSFULLY ...through phone). After a day also, not yet given a RECHARGED information from sun direct. Later I used net banking facility to recharge the same. Then I received an email that was about SUCCESSFULLY RECHARGED. But still my TV is not yet recharged. The services of SUN DIRECT is very poor!!! How can I get be recharged my TV?
