Dish TV — recharging

I am B.G.Mohan babu customer of dish Tv I am subcribe platinium south package of Rs 373.00
my VC no is [protected] now for recharging i have purchased ITZ cash card of 4 nos of 125 each(Total of RS 500/-) this is not getting charged because it lower value 125 x 4 =500/- .I checked with ITZ it is active. i have called customer care more than 10 times and i have all transtction ID . no body is helping out to get it recharged .Now i have service diconnected for non payment. Though i have the cards with me what i have do .if the customer care people can charge 125 for 4 times for Rs 500/-

this is my smart card no.[protected]. i did complaint to local customer care in our dish signal problem. but they are not take any action. pl do needful action.
I have recharged my SUN DIRECT TV connection by using voucher of Rs159/ (got information that YOU HAVE SUCCESSFULLY ...through phone). After a day also, not yet given a RECHARGED information from sun direct. Later I used net banking facility to recharge the same. Then I received an email that was about SUCCESSFULLY RECHARGED. But still my TV is not yet recharged. The services of SUN DIRECT is very poor!!! How can I get be recharged my TV?

        I am holding sundirect DTH service connection [protected]. The set top box provided by the company was not working. Lodged a complaint with sundirect and after charging this was replaced with another old repaired set top box on 23rd oct'12. This replaced set top box was not functioning properly from 24thoct'12. Complaints registered with sundirect from oct 25th are still in open status and company not bothered to service or correct the set top box issue.

        Dear, Sir/Mam,
        I was Purchase SUN Direct DTH[protected] It was Install[protected]. And In 10 Hours The SET TOP BOX was Hang From Some Technical Problem In Her BOX. And Now Today is 09-01-09 And My SETTOPS Box Is Not REPLACE Till Today. Distributor Have not Set TOP Box. I was complain Her Regional Office In Lucknow From ALOK{[protected]} But He was Also not Respond Me. And i was said to Mr. Alok That Please Replace My SETTOP Box Within 24hr. But he was Told me That it will be Replace After 4 days.Then i was Told Him That i'll go to CONSUMER FORUM .Then he Told Me That You Are Free To Go There.

          Our Sun Direct connection is brand new on 29/10/2012. On 12/11/2012 suddenly channels stopped and error message as NO message .. when called 39407575 after long procedure of keying in IVRS options when spoke to CSR named Prashant went on giving all account information except my issue ...still waiting to get my issue resolved...

            I am subscriber for Sundirect with card No.[protected] and on 7.11.2012 I made payment of Rs.200.00 through online payment but i got credit of Rs.200.00 only. I do not know where Rs.22.00 has gone. Will the sundirect authorities or the credit card authorities explain the same.

              I recharge the sundirect with spicejet discount voucher, i got it discount voucher from sun direct but there is no option for redemption to this voucher from spicejet (from the spice jet have option to redemption only for credit card holder). after that i called to sundirect customer care and spoked to Mr.Venkatesh (Senior sales Executive) but they are not giving proper solution to solve my problems for redemptioning the spicejet discount voucher. For Mr. Venkatesh answer all the customer required the credit card to use the sundirect this offer. all the people not possible to kept the credit card (only possible to kept credit card business man high class guy) they are made it fraud add and attracted the customer after coming the sundirect they are cheating the customer. So please take the action this kind of company.

                Immediate response required.

                Till now I did't get the set top box.. I totally disappointed with the service you do. They gave some offers like pay 10 months subscription and get new HD recording box. I cannot spent that much for sun direct as you removed "Puthiya Thalaimurai" from ur network and no much HD channels. If you provide "Puthiya thalaimurai", I can top up for 10 months. Otherwise give the serviced HD box back ASAP or refund the sun direct amount,so that I can choose other vendors.

                  I have taken new connection last year Aug - 2011. I have give many complaints for fixing up the same. But till this year no one has fixed the issue. Now after speaking little hard they are asking me to renew with new setup box by paying a amount of Rs.3000 again. I have recharged twice for the amt of Rs. 3000 (each time). So it comes 6000Rs.

                  I have give complaints many times. I have Service Request number too.

                    On 29 sept 2012 evening, I recharged my sun direct tv for rs1499 and the transaction got failed for session expired reason.My amount has been debited for the same rs 1499 for this failure transaction.

                    The hdfc bank people says that my account has been debited and the payment has already been made to the merchant / Service provider (sun direct) and requested me to get in touch with the customer care team of merchant / Service provider(sun direct) .

                    Please have a look on this issue and do the necessary action in order to credit my money back into my account asap. Please find the attached screenshot of failed transaction.

                      Hi,

                      I had registered a complaint with sun direct call centre on voice not audible in set up box. Engineer visited my location after 3 days and said that set up box needs to be changed and hence i need to pay service charge Rs 150/- and set up box charge 300/-. There was a delay for technical visit and once visited technician informed family members that issue is resolved (Even after communicating from my side on phone that issue not yet resolved) and went collecting service charge without resolution. This was informed to Mr Moorthyrao (contact No: [protected]) very next day and he informed that a person will be sent. Now its almost 3 months and no one has visited for issue resolution. This was communicated repeatedly to Mr Moorthy Rao. Expecting resolution for my issue as well as refund for charges taken in last 2 months. My details are given below for your reference.

                        Sun Direct Add on packs are not avilable in AIrcel outlets in gurgaon they dont know what the sundirect add on packs
                        I am using sun direct dth home service from last few months. My smart card Id is-r[protected] and box no. is- H[protected]. I have recharged my account with Rs.-400/- on dated 22.05.2009. But till date my setup box is not working. I complaint to customer care for this isse but i hav't received any positive responce. please look into this matter urgently.

                          Sun Direct has the worst Customer care... No one picks up the call... they keep saying " you expected wait time is 2 min 1 sec" for more than 10 mins. the same dialouge with no change even after 10 mins of holding..... the worst DTH/ Set up Box connection... Dont ever choose it... The Marans are just cheating people with out giving proper service... they don have enough customer service staff nor any proper standards set to ensure porper and smooth customer care operations.... SUN Direct sucks...

                              We reside in Pushp Vihar near Saket in New Delhi. We have Sun Direct Cable TV Connection that gets frequently disconnected with the message Smart Card Failure. We have to Scan frequently to get it back.We have reported this problem on the helpline number but they have not provided any support. The Company is requested to look into this problem on priority.                                 In sun action channel no:109 i saw the film at 2.30pm today(24/08/12) was already telecasted two weeks before continously for two days.Again today also it is being telecasted.Even the film name is not displaying at the bottom.Why you are telecasting again and again same films for more than 4 times?we the public are not fools to pay 150/month to see the same films.
                                Also in K tv the film telecasting is different from the name at the bottom of its channel,why these types of silly mistakes?and you are proud that kalaignar is the no;1 whyy??

                                  I had direct DTH and my Card No. is [protected]. For maintaianing my balance and package my self, i am tried to register on Sundirect web. but i could not find an option in the web for registration. Hence, i am contacting the customer care through web and also by email provided by them since long but till date i had not received any response.

                                  Further i am subscribed South Pack of Rs.165/- but when recharging they are recharging for Rs.200/- and telling that the balance will be adjusted. But they are giving service only for one month. I am paying like this since last three months. I could not contact them. Why they are not providing proper details and if not giving proper details why they are maintaing the web page?

                                    I purchased a recharge coupon from Tambaram Singapore plaza (at Shanmugam Road, Tambaram) for 299 Rs.
                                    Unfortunately the PIN no after scratching wasnt clear enough to be recharged. I contacted both Customer care and the concerned shop but they are not extending any help towards this. Please look into this issue and recharge my account. I have the Serial No for the topup coupon. Please note that below.,

                                      Most worst service. Never expected.. in india's one of the worst hd set up box..selling by sun direct.my smart card no.[protected].already above 100 times more i call to sun direct.no respons... they repair 3 time also same pro..

                                        On 29th July 2012 complained to sun direct customer care to send d mechanic as the television is totally blank. She assured to send the tecnician for Rs 150/- chrgs within 48hrs.

                                        its 2nd August 2012 still the mechanic has not come inspite of calling the customercare again on 31st July.

                                        I called again for the 3rd time 0n 1st August,but still waiting for the mechanic.
