Last six months I am facing problem for getting some channels, I informed concerned person time to time through their customer care.


As of now no response received.


My last complaint was made on 2nd of June, 2014, but still no response...

Deleting so many channels and not adding new channels

Sun Direct Set Top box not working and this is not the first time
