Sir,
My self P.K. Sajeev, Udaipur, Rajasthan, I have a SunDirect DTH connection vide their smart Card No. [protected].
Last six months I am facing problem for getting some channels, I informed concerned person time to time through their customer care.
As of now no response received.
My last complaint was made on 2nd of June, 2014, but still no response from them and every time am calling customer care and they saying as usual, we will resolve your problem within 24 hrs.
I paid money already, but they are not able to give me the service.
For your reference, the complaint number with SunDirect is 1-[protected] dated 02.06.2014
My humble request is that if they are not able to give service, please refund me the money which I paid during the purchase time, so that I can avail any other service.
One more point: They are not bother after expiry of validity, am in problem in both way, if I not pay they are saying sorry sir, you do not have balance, if i paid also am not getting service.
Hope I will get service through this.
