Dear Sun Direct Team, My connection with ID [protected] is not working from yesterday. I tried calling the customer care but due to some technical reasons they are saying we cannot talk to you. I want my connection to be working. Atleast please call me back on [protected] and give me the reason for disconnection. In my account i have enough money, and the present connection i have till December 2nd. Kindly check and revert back to me ASAP. Thanks and Regards, Madhu Kakarla.

    I have SunDTH Connection, The Smart card No :[protected]. I am residing in bangalore I am been loyal costumer for last 4.5 Yrs, Presently i am moving out of town for alteast 3 to 6 Months, i have recently recharged Rs : 2000 and it is valid till 28-Jan-2015. and, since i am moving out of town, i called customer care to deactivate, they are saying, it is not possible to deactivate. SR # 1- [protected] SR # 1- [protected] They are not even taking compliant to take next level, They should deactivate my account or payback. I discussed with Nodal officier, they are also not ready to deactivate my account. Please take it next level and resolve it.

      I have registered a complaint with SUN DIRECT regarding my set top box via their 24*7 telephonic complaint centre on 8th of July 2014 and was allotted a complaint number SR-1-[protected] and was promised visit by their technician within 48 hours and I had also agreed to pay their visiting and rectification charges but as of date 13/07/2014 till now no person from sun direct has visited our house, on enquiring I was told to wait another 24 hrs.Their so called efficiency in resolving customer complaints within 48 hrs stands exposed

        My sun direct smart card number [protected]R. I was taken connection since Dec 2013. Now, the connection suddenly stopped on 05 July 2014. Showing on the screen various types of problems firstly showed E48 after that E50 and now services not available. I was approached to customer services & He is said to me your problem solved with 48 hrs and next sun direct boys came to my home and they said your setup box is not working. I approached to sun direct for regarding this problem. They are asked firstly Rs 350 + Rs 150 = Rs 500/-. I was question to him why to pay and I was take this connection within 7 months. He said first setup box warranty only for 3 months only as per Company rules. I was asked to him why you not said before taking this connection and why you cheated me. He is compromised and said - sir, you just pay Rs 150/- for visiting charges and registered my complaint No 1-[protected] on 06 July 14 but no more service providers approached to me and again complaint to sun direct and again register my complaint No [protected] on 08 July 2014 and the same repeated here. if you not giving services earlier why given to connection me. please return to my security deposit money OR change my connection to other services. I was completely harassed from sun direct services.

          Hi Sir, My smart card number [protected] has given the complaint on Saturday(05-Jul) related to 'E48-32 signal message is coming for some of the channels. When I call to customer care after three days[protected] they are saying that complaint got closed. We never know who solved that and still we are facing the same issue. Complaint number : 1-[protected] Meanwhile one of the person came says I am from sun direct and he took 500 Rs but not solved the problem. He told I will do it later some time and he left the house His name Ravi and number : [protected] We also got call from distributor Mobile no : [protected](Gudur, Nellore D.T) says we will send the person in a day, but not happened. When I call to this number they are replying like Ambani. Its already two times they told to customer care that request got closed and still the issue not resolved. Please take action against those persons and please solve our DTH issue earliest.We have already one month money got wasted as no channels are coming.. Your response is really appreciable.               my sundirect connection no is [protected]. I have complained about the set top box provided by Sundirect which is not working. The complaint was registered on 23rd June but and reminded again and again on 27th June & 28th June but nobody has attended the complaint. I am seriously thinking about shifting the service from Sundirect now. The set top box has become a big problem for me. For the last one year the box has been changed at least 3 times and every time they charge Rs. 350 for the box & 150 as visiting charge. Last time in Feb 2nd the box has been changed and installed a faulty box and after continuous follow up they changed it in 27th Feb 2014 which is not working now., everytime the replacement is with an old box. I will never recommend Sundirect to anybody.

                  Sir,


                  My self P.K. Sajeev, Udaipur, Rajasthan, I have a SunDirect DTH connection vide their smart Card No. [protected].


                  Last six months I am facing problem for getting some channels, I informed concerned person time to time through their customer care.


                  As of now no response received.


                  My last complaint was made on 2nd of June, 2014, but still no response from them and every time am calling customer care and they saying as usual, we will resolve your problem within 24 hrs.


                  I paid money already, but they are not able to give me the service.


                  For your reference, the complaint number with SunDirect is 1-[protected] dated 02.06.2014


                  My humble request is that if they are not able to give service, please refund me the money which I paid during the purchase time, so that I can avail any other service.


                  One more point: They are not bother after expiry of validity, am in problem in both way, if I not pay they are saying sorry sir, you do not have balance, if i paid also am not getting service.


                  Hope I will get service through this.

                  Still no response from SunDirect, What to do????

                    This is Naresh Kumar Reddy from Hyderabad, My Sun Direct card no is [protected] . To this smart card i have recharged Rs 185 /- on 20/06/2014 . But has not activated, i have called to the costumer care and made my connection activated, it cost me Rs 10 /- when i called to the costumer care it's fine, But with in 24 hrs again they have deactivated why . Once again i have called to the costumer care but there is no use . still i have not activated why . due to this i lost Rs 25 /- . This is not fair, totaly Rs 35/- i have lost from my mobile and the service is also very varest . Totaly i have lost Rs 185/- + Rs 35/- from u r company service . please i am requesting you sir activate my smart card and can i call me at once to my phone .                       Dear Sir, I am using your SunDirect network service past 5yrs. and never had any compliant so far. I have recharged On 12/06/2014 & being a Tamil basic user opted for add on package of Channels National Geography (542) and Animal Planet (544). Called your customer service center and add on both channels. And as per their instruction I am watching both channels. But whenever I switch to National Geography channel and switch to any other channel I am seeing blank screen only. Which I reported 13/06/2014 (compliant no.1-[protected]) to your Customer service center. They assured me they may solve within 2hrs time. Today morning I verified but, the problem persist so again I called your personal and reported the same (compliant no, SR#1-[protected]). The person attended my call said service personal may visit my home and I have to pay Rs150/-. This is totally ridiculous it is totally service lapse on your part, I only opted for add on package from your listed channels, and it is your part to give the service on without extra cost. pl. look in the matter and rectify the service fault in your side as early as possible.                         My name is Jijo J Pillai (Mobile number - [protected]). I am working in Indian Air Force at Delhi. My Smartcard number is [protected]. On 1st June 2014 I made a complaint at Sun Direct Customer Care regarding freezing of some channels and some channels were not at all working. The Signal strength was showing just 40% in the Menu (Signal Status). Earlier, the strength was showing around 80%. The Customer Care Executive told me that my complaint has been registered and within 48 Hrs the technician will contact me to resolve the issue. I waited for one week, no call came from the technician. Again, I rang up the Customer Care on 7th June. The executive told me that a reminder has been sent on URGENT BASIS regarding the issue and he assured me that I need not to call the Customer Care again for the problem. Again, the result was same. Not even a call from the technician came to me. In these days, I missed the IPL matches, FIFA World cup and many of my regular programs. On 14th June, I made my third call to your "REPUTED CUSTOMER CARE" for a positive reply. This time also he told me the same TYPICAL ANSWER that a reminder has been forwarded on an URGENT BASIS. When I asked him to connect the call to any Senior responsible person, he requested me to wait for some hours for a call from the technician. After a few hours, I got a call from Sun direct office, Palam[protected] and made an appointment on 15th June morning. But on 15th June, the technician named MAYANK (Contact No: [protected]) came to me at 2100 Hrs and tried to resolve the issue till 2230 Hrs. He could not even understand how to solve the problem. He promised me that he will again come to me at 1300 Hrs on 16th June (TODAY) and the problem will be solved. I came from my office taking OFF thinking that he will come in time. BEFORE REGISTERING THIS COMPLAINT, I RANG UP THE GUY ATLEAST 80 TIMES (from 1330 Hrs to 2030 Hrs) AND HE DID NOT HAD THE COURTESY TO EVEN ATTEND THE CALL. I tried to call the Palam office, but in vain. I AM JUST FED UP WITH THIS ISSUE AND NOW I AM THINKING TO TAKE SOME OTHER DTH CONNECTION OTHER THAN SUN DIRECT... I WASTED MY VALUABLE OFFICE HOURS AND LEFT MY RESPONSIBLE WORKS BECAUSE OF THIS ISSUE. CAN U DO SOMETHING REGARDING THIS ISSUE ??? OR ADVISE ME FOR NEXT ACTION...

                        Today I made a call to customer care and spoke to Mr. Amit Kumar (Supervisor). He told me that their system says my complaint has been resolved on phone. I don't understand how this complaint can be solved on phone. Can u make a follow up regarding this???

                          I had recharged for Rs.39 to view fifa pack and the same was not activated even after 24 hrs. Really i fed up with the service from sun direct and even after paying money also i cant get my service. And important thing is i have recharged it through sun direct login id only. And due to the intention of seeing fifa i had recharged again with third party site also. But even though my pack is not activated. And in the sun direct login my transaction seems successful. Totally i fed up and i m unable to see the fifa 1st match.                             I am the costumer of Sun Direct DTH.on 3rd Jun, I got a message from Sun direct DTH to recharge my sun direct account with Rs 525 will get cinema+spots pack in 3 months. So I believed that message and recharged with 525. But I did not get spots pack, when I call to SunDTH customer care customer agent is telling they are offered only basic sports pack. But there was no mentioning about basic pack it in that message. I have already getting these sports basic pack with out this offer. I felt they are simply cheating their costumer.

                              Sir, I am a customer of Sun Direct for around an year now. My Smart Card Number is [protected]. I am receiving E48-32 error for the past 5 days, signal quality is 70%, I have made several calls to the customer care center and Sun Direct is useless in every field except re-charging pin. Customer executives/supervisors/managers sitting to attend customer complaints are just doing no work except apologising time and again and asking for another 24 hours to get the complaints rectified and if reminded before completion of 24 hours, reply from the executive is "still the time is there to complete 24 hours, the technician will certainly visit". But when the such day will come is not known. Whenever, there is a signal problem/re-alignment/ relocation problem one cannot think that how many days a technician will take to visit the customer and rectify his complaint. The above position is of a customer sitting in the heart of India, "Delhi". Cannot imagine the state of poor customers all over India who by mistake have opted for Sun Direct Dish TV. I hereby request everyone DONOT BUY SUN DIRECT DTH as they are the worst service providers in the market and are completely negligent towards customer service I would like to request the authorities concerned to penalise Sun Direct and all the people in chain i.e. customer executives/Supervisors/Managers and distributors for harassing the customers in this manner. A suitable compensation may please be made to me. A system is needed to be streamlined. 24 hours are needed to be reduced to maximum 2 hours. Thanking you, Phani Kumar Simhambhatla

                                E48-32 Signal error

                                The Sun Direct is not working, many do not get Signal for last 5 days, the signal received is 70%.No response to email complaints or customer care no[protected] doesn't respond appropriately and Delhi nodal officer is not answering doubts. Raised several complaints Whether Sun DTH has closed company and formed new HD service or not.But How can we trust in Sun which cannot serve DTH customers properly but has launched HD service.I think...

                                I have been using SUN HD DTH for the past one year. I get one of the worst service from SUN DTH customer care.First of all they dont have toll free number.Each time you call you should go through nonsense IVR and you should waste your money. If the DTH validity expired, you are gone.You should call the customer care exclusively available for HD. The customer care officer will ask your name, contact number and address each and every time you call them. The procedure they follow to activate the account is very very idiotic. They say the DTH should be on while we talking over the phone with them and should keep changing the channels for 2 minutes in order to get the connection back. They don't have any simple procedure than this.Otherwise it takes 48 hours for the package to get activated.Very unpleasant experience with SUN DTH. Don't ever opt this DTH if you looking for best one.

                                  Issue : No signal nature of issue : Technical 2: 25 pm on 31st asked if the person will come: the good for nothing CSA said by sunday morning he will come. closed the issue as resolved : no. [protected]. closed with a lie on sunday they said no servcie is there. on Monday they said by 12 o'clock person will contact and at 4pm, they said by tuesday evening the person will contact. escalation complaint resolved : 1-[protected]. on what basis are you sending message that it is resolved !! , 5 days and you send no one. Never choose sundirect.

Sun-direct team asked for box change and sent the set off box Aditya Associates (450 for Box and 150 for service charge). MAY-15:- SR# 1-[protected]. Same issue (Service charge 150). May-28:- No channels coming SR# 1-[protected].
                                      Sun Direct customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      We decided not use sun direct any more very bad service after raising complaint, They called us on 30th(SR# 1-[protected]) and said that they will send engineer. Till now no engineer came after multiple calls from us.


                                      The only help i request from them is to please take there set top box and antenna from us. If we get any amount return them else thank you very much.
