I am using sun direct hd setup box from past 3 years, setup box problem arises 3 weeks before, i had contacted sun direct customer support for the repair, on November 9 sun direct technician came and replaced my setup box with a old setup box and charge Rs. 650, technician informed after 4 hours the setup box will be ready to use, but it never happened, i keep calling to there customer care repeatedly almost more than 20 times, they are telling me they are going to send technician to check this up. I had recharged my sun direct account which is valid till 21st June 2014 for which i almost paid Rs. 4300, can you please help me i had recharged my account for full year, but unable to use it.

Updated by satyadeep_b I called up Sun Direct Customer care again and again they have given me another Complain numbers with each call but not resolved. i am still having same problem, i can't switch on this setup box.
Please please help me...

I am residing in Hyderabad and we are using your network for the past 6 years. Again I am facing problem with set top box which changed by giving complaint to H.O. The problem is while we watching suddenly the picture is going off and again it starts automatically from the info channel. I booked a complaint on 8th of this month and they have given me complaint no 1-[protected] they said that it would be cleared within 48 hrs, but till today they didn’t do anything and again I called and asked they said the complaint is kept open today they will clear it but nobody has come. Previously one who installed I called them and there that lady said today I will send by evening (on that day) but no response at all. Can you tell me the warranty period for the replacement the person who installed they said I month only and in call center they said 4 months so need have to pay for the replacement if it is under warranty. I told them just 2 months passed according to on that day. Which is truth I month or 4 months. Any how the service is very worst and this is the second time I am mailing you. Take action .
