I gave a complaint on 15 sep 2011 till far not resolved,such a poor poor service,,,,,,,,Such a poor service 3 months ago no action taken till far..
Please credit the validity, Nowadays 123 rs i need to do a recharge. Before when i got the connection it was 75,after that 100rs.Now it went to 123 rs.
I raised a complaint which was on 27-Oct-10 around @ 10:30 PM,they gave a complaint no :[protected].
They have mentioned as 3 days of time, I have told them that "Tv channels are flickering".Alignments are not done
properly,When I went to my home and checked there was nothing available on the screen.
Msg came as "Nothing to Upate", when I called to the customer care, all agents were asking the name,smart card no,etc
But I have told them now channels are not coming Nothing to upate,
But I spoke to more than 50 agents which was on 28-oct-10 and after that call got esalated to floor supervisor name Mr.Karthick,
he also told that give me 24 hrs time we will send an technicians to resolve.When I asked him to refund the amnt or
extend the validity he told no its impossible.
I called once again which was on 29-oct-10, the call got escalated to TL name Anita, she told that from our backend team
they will be calling u within 2 hrs of time,,,but once again I called to them,,its escalated to Technician Mr.Vijay
the call got disconnected.
Then I spoke to Mr.Surender for about 45 mins, he also again took a complaint he also said that 24 hrs of time frame
It's being waste of having the connection.
I have never seen such a kind of service, Pls call me I dont want in email reply,,PLs pls call and chk my issues
Otherwise I dont need your connection..
Either the amnt needs to refunded or they should give the validity because I have recharge 8 days before in advance
and I have never seen the picture on the screen....Pls chk all the call records an resolve it.Iam fedup with the connecction
I hope there should be a solution to this..The call has been escalate to all the supervisor's.
Hereafter i am going to tell my relations and street people that connection is very poor poor not to use your connection/product,so we all throw your connection out.
if not waivering the amount.
