sir my name is rajesh kumar rajbhar and i am sundirect customer . irecharged my sun direct on 5th march 2012but it was not catching channells .i complained to sun direct 12to 15 times icalled every day they told that their technicician will come to my home and he will repair my setup box but nobody came to my home and now my recharge is going to expire.i am feeling of being cheated sir my sundirect smart card n. is [protected]R and connection is on the name of birja rajbhar

    Respected Sir/Madam,
    I had credited my Sun Direct DTH account ([protected]) with Rs 500.00 to make renewal/buying add-on packs. But the Sun Direct had itself deducted my amount for 2 months instead of 1 month with out any intimation or acceptation by me.

    I request you please look into the matter and they should not buy/recharge my DTH smart card with out any acceptence by me.

            two days back I have lodged one complaint against sun direct HD at Pathanapuram agency, in which I had purchased one sun direct HD from Pathanapuram agency through agent Ajith kumar , Pattazhy. He came to my home and fitted the dish but the receiver is not turning and fitting. it will purchased one and half month before from the above agency. In this regard it is requested that necessary direction to given the above agency to provide needful to the above compliant otherwise shifting the product from my home as soon as possible.

            On[protected] we got a call from DISHTV office. They approached about HD. A agent name Khaza (mobile no:[protected]) came and fitted the HD device. we are not getting 10 additional channels and we are not getting the previous channels also.With out giving any reciept he has collected Rs 600 from me. I'm continuously trying his phone he is not responding my call. He is disconnecting my call and switching off his phone for some time. I have called in your office they told they are going to call me, and their senior is going to talk with us. But there is no respond. From last 3 days i'm not getting the service and response.               Immediately,I have filed a complaint with sun dth customer service,phn.no.39407575,and my complaint was registered against complaint no.1-[protected],and I have been informed that,my complaint would be attended. with in 24 hours.Since the said complaint was not attended,even after 48 hours,I have called up the customer care many times and spoken to many customer service executives,named,Mr.Ravi,Tapan,Ajay,and Mr.Vinod (technical dept) and Ms.Sheefali and Mr.Shammi [Senior executives],and to many more.
              Till now the said complaint not even attended and no service is provided,SUN DTH cannot charge me and they should not be allowed to cheat any customer in future.
              I am supposed to pay for their service and since no service is provided,they cannot charge me and the amount debited,from my a/c should be credited with immediate effect and the concerned authority should take necessary action against SUN DTH for cheating the customers,by giving false information and promises.

              Sun DTH Services — NOT RECHARGE

              Sir,
              I am Amit Soni. Today dated 09-6-10, I have recharged through Recharge it now to SUN DTH account vide Smart Card No. is [protected] by Rs.200 through Bank of Baroda. It is debited in my account. But still it is not recharged in SUN DTH account.
              Kindly inquire about it. If not possible, kindly refund the same amount.

              SUN DTH is not able to provide service and their approval for running DTH services should be with drawn with immediate effect and criminal case should be charged for cheating.

                IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING SUN DIRECT SET-TOP BOX

                Have you taken Sun direct digital TV connection? Are you kept idle without using it due to service relative issues? THEN BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!
                you will be receiving calls from service centers saying that they will do service(free of cost), then you can recharge and use it. Please check the receipt while giving to technician.

                Don't sign on the receipt with the following heading

                "SUBSCRIBER TERMINATION APPLICATION REQUEST"

                Once they collect your set-top box will never return to you.

                SO, I request you to be cautious on such type of calls.

                  I paid Online through www.rechargeitnow.com for SunDirect DTH recharge for 5 months for Rs 1100. Amount is deducted in my account, but still its not recharged, DTH is disconnencted, both rechargeitnow.com is not responding and sundirect is also not helping. Without connection we are finding difficult and has lost my amount too. Why do I need to wait for refund, when thsy give option to pay through rechargeitnow.com.

                        Don't suggest sundirect for anyone , very worst service, poor customer care,no use of money, only the ad is big but their response is

                        very very very worst. everymonth different rule . only they expecting to earn money from us but no proper service. simply giving add india's largest

                        network, they are very poor suckers. nor making customers foolish they can s...k our's. A simple cable operators giving all the channels

                        for 100Rs. or 150Rs. but this largest network only giving language channels and increasing rates everymonth. and disconnecting their own no proper

                              Sir,
                              I have been using Sun DTH service from 2010 and have been paying my subscription on yearly basis.(ie from Jan to Dec)including add on channels. In the month of June they have deactivated the add on channels and after making number of calls & when I did not receive proper response I had to visit their office and met the official and they have activated the add on channels there by extending the add on channels up to Dec 11. But again in the month of Nov 11 they have deactivated the add on channels (except WB)and after making en number of calls (that too STD calls) there was no response nor the add on channels were activated (their toll number was not also not easy to get) and they responded saying the the amount was taken by auto renewal till 17th Mar 2012 without my knowledge and also which I did not want. Under the circumstances, I feel it is not advisable either to pay on yearly basis or pay excess amount towards add on channels which Sun DTH is transferring the excess amount from the subscriber's account. I sincerely advise that Sun DTH users not to pay excess amount towards add on channels and lose their hard earned money and get deactivated their add on channels.

                                Sun Direct is the Worst ever DTH Service in India ... They have problem with their hardware. They installed a Samsung receiver for me and that didnt work for more three months due to software updation problem ... But they charged from my prepaid amount. When i called at customer care those people mislead with false informations.
                                I have dumped this crappy device and switched to airtel dth a-la-carte pack .. far better than sun direct

                                    This is to inform you that we had Sun Direct TV Dish connection and which was not in use from last two years and on 26th November, 2011 for restarting the my Sun Direct Dish connection I had made an inquiry with Sun Direct DTH Customer Care Number (079 –[protected] and after taking my details of Smart Card Number, made an inquiry about Sun Direct DTH connection history on that I had briefed them, that the connection was not in use from last two years and after that the help-desk officer had checked balance of my account and advised me to refill my account with the balance of Rs.133.00, Rs.165.00 or more, so that they can active Sun Direct DTH plan and after that only I will be able see the TV channel as per plan and to refill the account balance they had given me the and name & address and contact no. of their surat Sun Direct DTH Dealer details i.e. Neeyati Trading Company, V W – 05, Sankeshwar Complex, Opp. Raymond Showroom, Main Road, Majuragate, Surat. Contact No. [protected].

                                    After that next day i.e. on 27th November, 2011 in the morning I had contacted on the given contact no. i.e. [protected] but the person who pickup the phone told me wrong number and after that I had visited personally on the given address and on making an enquiry I came to know that the Neeyati Trading Company was closed long back.

                                    After that I had updated same to Sun Direct DTH Customer Care Helpline and requested them to provide me with some other dealer name, address and contact number but again false dealer information was given me.

                                    After that I had find a shop of my own and I had refilled balance of Rupees Two Hundred (Rs.200.00) in my account and updated to Sun Direct and requested them to active plan so that I can see the TV channel on that the helpdesk officer had informed me that since the connection was not in use from last two years and hence I need to re-align my Dish – antenna and for that I need to registered my requested and after that technician visit and realign my Sun Direct dish setting but it will done only on chargeable basis and I need pay sum of rupees One Hundred and fifty Only (Rs.150.00).

                                    I had agreed to terms & conditions and after that help-desk officer had registered my complaint for realignment of dish and told me that the technician from Sun direct will visit very soon i.e. with in twenty – four hours from now onwards and following are the complaint details are as follows.

                                    Complaint No. # SUN327282

                                    Date: 27th November, 2011

                                    Time: 15:15 hours

                                    After waiting for twenty-four hours on 28th November, 2011 I had followed up on the complaint with Sun Direct but the only assurance was given to me that the technician will visit soon and resolve the problem but no one had visited to my place.

                                    On 29th November, 2011 again I had called on the Toll free help-desk number i.e. on [protected] of Sun Direct and made an inquiry with the help-desk officer of my complaint for realignment but its strange that no complaint was pending with Sun Direct and hence I had requested him to registered one more complaint with the remarks that the complaint no. # SUN327282 has been registered with Sun Direct on 27th November, 2011 at 15:15 hours and the complaint was not attended till 29th November, 2011 on first the help-desk officer had tried convinced me and told me that he won’t be able registered such a complaint and after several request he had registered my second complaint and details are as follows

                                    Complaint No. # 1-[protected]

                                    Date: 29th November, 2011. Time: 15:35 hours
                                    After that when no one had visited to my place till 30th November, 2011 at around 19:00 hours I had again called up on the Toll Free Line of Sun Direct and requested to the help-desk officer that I would like to speak to the senior of Help-desk who could take some strict action on the complaint registered by me regarding the realignment of Sun Direct Dish, so he had transferred my line to the Senior officer (Mr.Gurudev) of help-desk and I had briefed him about my problem and requested him to look into the matter and to resolved it.

                                    Mr.Gurudev had told me that he cannot do anything from their end and I (customer) need to speak to the dealer directly and given me the following detail of Surat Sun Direct dealer are as follows

                                    Name: Wankhwala Agencies.

                                    Address: 10 – 2201, Sony Faliya, Main Road, Surat.

                                    Contact No. : [protected].

                                    As per the given details of Sun direct dealer I had contacted on [protected] but the person who picked up the phone told me that they only provide support for Airtel and not to Sun Direct.

                                    After that I had spoken to Customer Care again and requested to transfer my line to Mr.Gurudev but the helpdesk officer told me that Mr.Gurudev was busy and I can’t speak to him and disconnected my line.

                                    Sir So far I am not at all satisfied with service of Sun Direct for the above mention reasons and due to that I request you to consider requested and registered my complaint against Sun Direct TV and take some strict action on them and order sun direct to take back their dish antenna, Setup box and accessories and to refund my money as well as my refilled balance back to me at the earliest.

                                    Hoping you will consider my request and do the needful.

                                      I am an Army man. My smart card No. is [protected]R. I am a sun direct customer for last more than two years. But I am sick of poorest service by customer care as well as by the distributor or technician sending agency. I made a complaint with customer care on 12/13 Nov 2011 for poor/no signal, the customer care executive informed that this is to be rectified by the distributor. I made complaint to the distributor on tele no. [protected] vide complaint serial number 499 dt 14.11.2011 and was assured to send the technician Repeated the complaint on 16 Nov, 17 Nov, 25 Nov, 28 Nov and 30 Nov 2011, I am sorry to inform the authorities concerned that no one came to resolve the issue. My request is just take away the useless box & dish paying me the cost thereof. My present validity is upto 10 Dec 2011. I don,t want to continue with the sun direct further.

                                      Sun direct services and the dealers/distributors as such should be black listed and dealt with severely. I am fed up a lot with these useless people.

                                        I gave a complaint on 15 sep 2011 till far not resolved,such a poor poor service,,,,,,,,Such a poor service 3 months ago no action taken till far..

                                        Please credit the validity, Nowadays 123 rs i need to do a recharge. Before when i got the connection it was 75,after that 100rs.Now it went to 123 rs.


                                        I raised a complaint which was on 27-Oct-10 around @ 10:30 PM,they gave a complaint no :[protected].
                                        They have mentioned as 3 days of time, I have told them that "Tv channels are flickering".Alignments are not done
                                        properly,When I went to my home and checked there was nothing available on the screen.
                                        Msg came as "Nothing to Upate", when I called to the customer care, all agents were asking the name,smart card no,etc
                                        But I have told them now channels are not coming Nothing to upate,

                                        But I spoke to more than 50 agents which was on 28-oct-10 and after that call got esalated to floor supervisor name Mr.Karthick,
                                        he also told that give me 24 hrs time we will send an technicians to resolve.When I asked him to refund the amnt or
                                        extend the validity he told no its impossible.

                                        I called once again which was on 29-oct-10, the call got escalated to TL name Anita, she told that from our backend team
                                        they will be calling u within 2 hrs of time,,,but once again I called to them,,its escalated to Technician Mr.Vijay
                                        the call got disconnected.

                                        Then I spoke to Mr.Surender for about 45 mins, he also again took a complaint he also said that 24 hrs of time frame
                                        It's being waste of having the connection.

                                        I have never seen such a kind of service, Pls call me I dont want in email reply,,PLs pls call and chk my issues
                                        Otherwise I dont need your connection..

                                        Either the amnt needs to refunded or they should give the validity because I have recharge 8 days before in advance
                                        and I have never seen the picture on the screen....Pls chk all the call records an resolve it.Iam fedup with the connecction
                                        I hope there should be a solution to this..The call has been escalate to all the supervisor's.




                                        Hereafter i am going to tell my relations and street people that connection is very poor poor not to use your connection/product,so we all throw your connection out.
                                        if not waivering the amount.

                                        SUN DIRECT DISH TV — No service

                                        Sir,
                                        Reference is made to my sun direct card no: [protected]. I complaint (Complaint no: [protected]) to Sundirect customer care . They put me in trust and told me, somebody will come to my house and rectify my problem. But nobody has come till now. We are facing so much problem. In our package only 5-6 channels are available.
                                        This is for your information and necessary action please.
