RECHARGING OF MY DTH WITHOUT ANY INTIMATION/ACCEPTION

Respected Sir/Madam,
I had credited my Sun Direct DTH account ([protected]) with Rs 500.00 to make renewal/buying add-on packs. But the Sun Direct had itself deducted my amount for 2 months instead of 1 month with out any intimation or acceptation by me.

I request you please look into the matter and they should not buy/recharge my DTH smart card with out...

I paid Online through www.rechargeitnow.com for SunDirect DTH recharge for 5 months for Rs 1100. Amount is deducted in my account, but still its not recharged, DTH is disconnencted, both rechargeitnow.com is not responding and sundirect is also not helping. Without connection we are finding difficult and has lost my amount too. Why do I need to wait for refund, when thsy give option to pay through rechargeitnow.com.br...

I have been using Sun DTH service from 2010 and have been paying my subscription on yearly basis.(ie from Jan to Dec)including add on channels. In the month of June they have deactivated the add on channels and after making number of calls & when I did not receive proper response I had to visit their office and met the official and they have activated the add on channels there by extending the add on channels up to Dec 11....

Misleading Directions From Call Center

Sun Direct is the Worst ever DTH Service in India ... They have problem with their hardware. They installed a Samsung receiver for me and that didnt work for more three months due to software updation problem ... But they charged from my prepaid amount. When i called at customer care those people mislead with false informations.
I have dumped this crappy device and switched to airtel dth a-la-carte pack .. far better than sun direct...
