connection cut ven bal is there

I am a sun direct DTH customer from the year 2005. i have recharged my DTH lastly on December 2011 for an amount of 1200+. its a one year package and has expired in the month of July 2012 itself when 5 more months are left. I tried to contact the sun direct call centre and its in vain since everything is computerized. would like to get a solution as soon as possible....

Set up box not returned

Set up Box was given on 11April 2012, Still they are saying it will take one week to get serviced as it is year ending process is going on. (Geekay Distributors). Every 3 Months the set up box fails and they are charging Rs. 200/-. Almost 11 Days over every alternative day we are going, they say to come in the afternoon and before coming give a call.
