as my subscription comes to an end on 10th july, i have recharged rs.1325/- by net banking for annualor 10 months plus bonus period .but renewed for one month as there was revision inthe mean time. i am ready to renew by remitting the excess. but clearly they are not mentioning the difference amount.whether it is[protected]=174 or ----- dharmarajan [protected]----smart card--[protected]

      There is no signal since July 7th. The customer care executives are not picking up the call just leaving a busy tone all the time.
      Yes, Sun direct is not working from 7th july. They sent a sms for this technical problem, but still the didn't sove the problem. What the technical people are doing?. Please solve this soon.

      Respected consumer forum, i m Amit sharma from Himachal Pradesh . i am lived in vpo ghaneta, distt. kangra teh. palampur. sir/mam, i m purchase the sun direct set top box it is more than 6 month to that i m not able to view many channels even dd national, dd news, vh1, news live,Sony tv all are not available and those who are available are not in quality condition . i m complaint towards them many time since the month, but no body listen my problem i m really harass about that. please do something .... i m not continue with sun direct for its fake service really toucher me regarding there service,,,, my Smart card no is: [protected]

        I am a sun direct DTH customer from the year 2005. i have recharged my DTH lastly on December 2011 for an amount of 1200+. its a one year package and has expired in the month of July 2012 itself when 5 more months are left. I tried to contact the sun direct call centre and its in vain since everything is computerized. would like to get a solution as soon as possible.

          Hi,

          Am Sudhakar and am living @ Hyderabad now. I bought sun direct HD here in Sept 2011. It was giving problem every month since the first time installation not set properly. Every month I have to raise a complaint thru customer care and technician will after 15 days of complaint and adjust the direction and collect Rs.250. this is old story
          Now I have fallen into new problem. June 1st 2012 Sun direct introduced 2 new HD channels since then the problem started (problem started on 30th May itself). I was not getting channels for 1 hour and all channels coming for 5 mins then blue color screen displayed for another 5 mins then again no channels. I have raised complaint after that the distributor called Thirupathi Enterprises came to home and took the set top box for repair. Its been 20 days(today 19th June) now the set top box was not repaired and not returned and no replacement has been given to me till .

          Am keep calling customer care/ distributor and nodal offer as well on daily basis no response am getting. Customer care is saying I cant temporarily stop the connection as well. Here am loosing the validity as well without watching the TV.
          Thi is kind of fraud and corruption and cheating. Instread they can go to any road and beg then they can get enough money to eat.


          Here at Hyderabad our family suffers a lot since they dont have any other entertainment here

          Please help me to get the set top box or help me to surrender the connection as well. anything would be fine for me

          Sun Direct DTH Set Top Box — not received dth set top box

          i have purchased asus windows mobile at sangetha mobile store on july1.as per the specifications i have sent all the required documents.it is said a maximum of 4 weeks to the delivery of dth, but till now i have not recieved any delivery.i hope that this complaint will revoke a punctual response from the authorities.hoping for a swift and speedy action.

          Sun Direct DTH Set Top Box — New Set Top Box

          I have purchased sun DTH on 15.11.2010 from the distributor Simpak Electronics, Har Nagar, Ashram, New Delhi. The smart card number is [protected]. The set top box no. P[protected]. From 19th November on wards the receiver is not working.I have been complaining for the past 15 days, No technician has come and to re-align the STB.

Is that really problem with distributor (Thirupathi enterprises, Hyderabad) or SUN is not capable of running DTH business. They just loot money without any service? I really do not understand this business here and there was no reply from nodal office as well since am keep sending mails almost everyday

            My name is M.VIJAYA BHASKAR, I am a subscriber to the SUNDIRECT DTH from[protected], MY SMART CARD NO IS [protected], CUSTOM ID NO. CR-6327299, and i paid Rs.999.00 towards TELUGU BASIC PLAN for ONEYEAR and also paid Rs.300.00 towards telugu CINEMACLUB on[protected].The duration of the period is ONEYEAR from[protected] TO[protected] as placed in the INTERNET in my account. Recently I opend the NET and found the information that the BALANCE of Rs.108.49 were shown in the CINEMACLUB,but as per your agriment Rs.20.00 per month has to be deducted from Rs.300.00. But I surprised that to see that the balance is only Rs.108.49 and also further noted therein that the PERIOD WILL EXPIRED BY[protected], infact i am entitled to it up to[protected]. I lodged a COMPLAINT to your customer care center on[protected] under complaint no.1-[protected], again contacted customercare center on[protected] under complaint no.1-[protected]. Your CALLCENTER has not properly responded to my complaints inspite of intimation on two occations besides this have sent mail on two occations regarding the complaints.But NO ACTION till date from your side. I am loosing 10/- whenever i contacted with your CUSTOMERCARECENTER. YOU ARE LIABLE TO REIMBURSEMENT EXPECT MORETHAN 50/-.
            THEREFORE I REQUEST TO RECTIFY THE MISTAKES COMMITTED AND CONTINUE THE SERVICE UP TO[protected] AND SHOW THE AMOUNT IN CINEMACLUB AS RS.230/-.                     SMART CARD No.[protected] OF SATELLITE CABLE DTH TV COMPLAINT No.1-[protected] OF 08-MAY-2012.

                    I have complained the above company since 08-May-2012 for simple replacement of Set-Top Box and a score of technical/support personnel for the last six days but nobody has turned up, so far and my problem is unresolved yet.

                    I am being tortured by the SunDirect DTH by not changing the set-top box and not allowing me to view TV though my subscription is alive and everyday the proportionate amt of subscription is being reduced in their record without providing any service the proportionate subscription for the last six days.

                    How can I take action against Sun Direct DTH for a solution to my problem?

                          Set up Box was given on 11April 2012, Still they are saying it will take one week to get serviced as it is year ending process is going on. (Geekay Distributors). Every 3 Months the set up box fails and they are charging Rs. 200/-. Almost 11 Days over every alternative day we are going, they say to come in the afternoon and before coming give a call. If we give a call they still you setup box has not yet came.
                          Those who give more money or belonging people, they will give the setup box immediately by putting their Smartcard No. For others they are delaying. Also after service they say free exchange within 30 Days, but after 60 Days surely the setup box fails.
                          Even the replacement setup boxes will be of bad condition, old and sometimes broken.

                            Hello sundirect customer care

                            your services is horrible, your call center executives are really pathetic, they don't know how to understand customers requirements.
                            1.) without getting customers confirmation they them self recharge the package what am not requiring.
                            2.) whenever i request to know about the complaint number status, your executives are not answering properly.
                            3.) your recharge plans are not clear to understand easily.
                            4.) whenever i recharge it is not automatically recharged. i should call the toll free or other std number they said your complaint has taken to account this will get resolve in 48 to 72 hours if i didn'tcall even after 72 hours i need to call them again and they given another complaint number. also once they resolved the didn't give any status of my complaint number to my mobile number or my account in http://www.sundirect.in

                              Worst Cable DTH tv service,,

                              I reinstalled the connection from chennai to hyderabad. From the day one, I started payment amount unneccassary for the set up box update and recharge. from the day one I have problem in the signal connection. i raised a complaint again in the customer care. The customer care is atter waste. there is no proper response, no promises meet, everytime i call i have to spend 30 mins in waiting, no proper knowledge, no proper communication and the condition with the dealer. There are not worth for services and When i tired to cancel the connection. they are saying no fund also.

                              It is the worst service, I have ever seen in my life. I am not sure how to raise a complain against them or how to take the legal action against them. I ready to raise a voice if anyone can. I am going to write about the same in Facebook & twitter and wherever it is possible.

                                This is with utmost distress and unsatisfaction am writing to you regarding your poor customer service which I have experienced in the last four days. There was verbal commitment from your customer care executives that I will retain my sun direct connection in 48 hrs from the date of compalining, this is the fourth day but forget about connection there is no verification from the cusromer care that we have received back our connection or not.

                                I have purchased my Sun direct hardware from Goodwill electronics shop in bhopal and SIM card no. is [protected] R subscribed 1 yr connection w.e.f 29/12/2011 for which I paid Rs.1840/- but my connection is disconnected within four months, moreover I did spent morethan Rs. 50/- while talking to your useless customer care dept.

                                Request you to take immediate action and provide proper solution within 24 hrs otherwise we will move to consumer court.

                                  Hello,

                                  I have been trying to topup for my Satellite TV. I have a sundirect connection. The Internet portal does not work. Their customer care numbers dont work. I have been facing this issue continuously for the last 1 year.

                                  The recent issue that I am facing is, I am not able to top up Sony Set Max.

                                  When I call another state Sundirect Customer Care number, they refuse to support & ask me to call the karnataka customer care. However the karnata customer care # does not work. I dont get connected at all, or the route is always busy.[protected].

                                  I need help here please

                                    I have sun direct connection this is to inform to you that my smart card number [protected] customer ID for the past 2 week Sun direct connection not functioning properly we are not able view any picture and signal is also not proper. we have compliant many times but there is no response from them. Compliant[protected] ref no. 1-[protected] so please take necessary action. we calling them and complained lot of times but no response and nobody came to riper it. I want them rectify the defects immediately.

                                      setup box problem
                                      Respected Sir, My sundirect hd smart card number is [protected]R. I have a (setup box video output problem) Many times my dealer bring my setbox to VIZAYAWADA service centre but not repaired correctly by VIZAYAWADA service centre excutives .
