We are using this connection for past sometime but was never happy with the connection. Every now and then the set top box stops working if we call customer care they send the technician who says us that software upgardation & replaces other box which we have to pay him 350/- every time.

      I have a sun direct connection with smart card No [protected]. I re-charged it on 10 May 2014 but the service not activated. I lodged complaint to sun direct customer care vide complaint No 1-[protected] and they promised to resolve my problem within 48 hrs, But even after lapse of three days they failed to keep their promise and cheated the customer like me

        Hi Sir, I am using SUN DIRECT DTH Since 2 months.I unable to view some subscribed channels since one week. I have been trying to contact their customer care numbers and Delhi Distributors, no response from these people. They are given the customer care number just for showing purpose. I recharged my account today[protected] for 60 rs ( 30 rs 1st time & 30 2nd time ) through internet banking. But money got debited from my bank account and it didnt got credited in my sun direct account. My smartCard number is [protected]. Plz credit the money in my sun direct account as soon as possible.

              I am calling to the custormer care for last five days but still no body attended it. I shifted my house near to my previous house on saturday. Saturday morning called to customer care and register an entry there. The complaint number is SR#1-[protected]. On saturday itself i got a message with servie engineer details as below Name : Naveen Mobile : [protected]. I called him and he told that he will come by evening. Called him many times in the evening but no use, he didn't pick phone. Next day on Sunday i got call from landline and said someone will come today itself. We followed many times and requested to come and they said yes.. but the same result. Monday also same result.. nobody attended.. Tuesday also i made call to customer care and descripted by problems but no body attended yesterday too.. This is total lose for us in these days.. Is this the service given by number one service provider ?? Is there any one who take resposibility for these things?? we are frestrated with your service... Will you give these days added servies to us??

              yesterday i got call from chennai office of sundirect and he metioned that he will check it and will send someone by evening. Yesterday also didn't get any other call and nobody attended it. Now it is almost one week this is pending. I have recharged for Pepsi IPL and world cup. I am lost now many matches and many days o[censored]sage. Really it is the worst service i ever come across.

                This is Anil Kadiri from mumbai, I done online recharge payment from www.sundirect.in, due to the bad performance of Sun direct payment gateway my transaction was expired then i verified my History payments in my profile account of sun direct and after the confirmation then i did 2nd transaction again.Again it got failed.Then i made call to customer care regarding the failures of transaction.                     I would like to complaint that some of the channels in my sun direct have very bad reception. Even paid channels like HBO have very bad reception some of the Tamil channels stopped working.Sundierect is supposed to be the best DTH in the south but unfortunately it turns out that it is not . I would like the problem to be rectified. didn't expect this from sundirect.DisapPointed

                        I had got installed Sun Direct DTH Service last year and my smart card number is [protected]. I have been facing a lot of Signal issues lately. I first received the issue on 22nd Feb. I registered a complaint (1-[protected]) and the technician arrived the next day and got the issue fixed. I was a receiving a No Signal Error on my television screen. However, after the first technician visit this has somehow become some type of a routine. I received the error again a week later. I registered my complaint again (1-[protected]) on 8th Mar. The technician paid a visit next day and again corrected the issue. However, I received the same error message again on my television screen two days later i.e. on 11th Mar (1-[protected]). We are supposed to pay Rs.150/- as per the company policy for each visit by the technician. It seems unfair on us that we are not given a quality service as I am facing the issue again and again. I have tried to contact the nodal officer in Delhi but it's been now 5 days without any service. Regards, Sherin

                          i have paid Rs 2300 for SUN Direct recharge on 9.3.14 to sun tv company through Net banking. Transaction no CCABC2AWG[protected][protected]@81. the amount also debited on the same date from my account. To day ( 16.3.14) it self the amount has not been sent to SUN TV company and the amount was not re credited in my account. Today( 16.3.14) also SUN TV company send the message like reminds the recharge my account( the last date for topup date is 23.3.14).i request to you refer the above complaint status and credited in my account the amount which debited on 9.3.14.                             I am using Sun Direct DTH, I think Sun direct is very very poor service in DTH.

                            Service Man is asking Rs 500 to 750 to any repair and he has not provided bill also.

                            Previous Month is get repaired and again today it get repaired.

                            Very very waste DTH Means is Sun direct only.

                            Nobody dont buy sun direct.

                                  This is Naval kishore Upadhyay residing at Edalpur Sadabad Hathras (UP) Pin code 281306. I've Sun Direct Connection on my name. The smart card no. is [protected] .I have recharged on sun direct smart card rs500 and I paid rs200 Company technician.
                                  I have been ringing the customer service for the past 3.5 month No one responded, my last complaint no is 1-[protected].

                                  I was really frustrated to tell the service is totally nothing and it has been more 3 month I have given complained more than 6 times to the customer care people, I have followed all initial steps of action intimation to service provider via all media but there was not updates, callback or mail reply from there end

                                    I recharged my smart card thru mobile banking its credited in sun direct account but my smart card not recharged.I contact customer care they simply said it will take 7 days for their internal process(simply back end ...etc).
                                    My question is why they are giving this option to recharge if its take much time for internal money transfer .
                                    Its very difficult to use their service.very poor customer care ..

                                      Dear Sir/Madam I am residing in Hyderabad(ANDHRA PRADESH) and we are using your SUN DTH network for the past 6 years. Again I am facing problem with set top box which changed by giving complaint to H.O. The problem is while we watching TV suddenly the picture is going off and again it starts automatically from the info channel. I booked a complaint on 8th of this month and they have given me complaint no 1-[protected] they said that it would be cleared within 48 hrs, but till today they didn’t do anything and again I called and asked they said the complaint is kept open today they will clear it but nobody has come. Previously one who installed I called them and there that lady said today I will send by evening (on that day) but no response at all. Can you tell me the warranty period for the replacement the person who installed they said I month only and in call center they said 4 months so need have to pay for the replacement if it is under warranty. I told them just 2 months passed according to on that day. Which is truth I month or 4 months. Any how the service is very worst and this is the second time I am mailing you. Take action .                                         I am Shunmugam Murugan. My smart card no. is [protected]. I have been calling sun direct for the past two weeks telling that my set up box is off since two weeks. Every time i call the customer care they are telling we will send the technician soon with 24 hrs but it has been two whole week they said this and till today no one has turned up. We are just fed up off calling them and telling to send a technician. We got many channels activated and our money is going waste. It will be better that you send a technician orelse we will lodge a complaint on consumer court against SUN DIRECT and then you will have to pay high compensation for the same.
