Dear All

I am Avinesh P from Bangalore. My smart card # is [protected] and mobile no is [protected].

I have recharged my sun direct on 19th September 2013; So far the amount is not credited and I am not able to watch TV now.

I have raised the complaint many times but the problem persist and I am getting the same dialogue “wait for 24 hours”. I am fed up of calling to your customer care department.

I am attaching the payment details for your reference. Please do the needful to resolve the issue at the earliest or I have to find out alternatives to solve the issue.

Sun Direct customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Same case with me - Is your problem solved ? Any way to get this sorted?
recharged my sun direct DTH account # [protected] with Rs on 620 14th Oct 2013 at 8:25PM. It didn't recharge my account. My bank account was debited.
Called the support guys and lodged a complaint at 10:15PM. They assured by next day morning it will be sorted out and i will be getting the channels.
Even i had talked to customer care guys supervisor, he also assured morning it will be corrected. Nothing happened and I called back customer support at 2:45 PM on 15th Oct again - to my surprise no complaint was lodged when i called first time.
Oct 16th no change yet.

I have no clue where to call or whom to contact

    sir, sun direct dth company cheating from after 3 months... surya action, suryan tv channels 24 hours non advertise moovie channel''? this sun dth companies offers. so this channels moovie channel ok, but daily showing film 3 months after showing same moovie. daiky not changed moovie or programme. so this is cheating to Customer. pls action immediately.

        Respected Sir, (For Kind Attention: Mr Rajiv Varma/ Mr. Naveen Shukla). It is very sad to put some bad remarks about your working firm, that is, Sun Direct. Iam an existing customer of Sun direct since 2008. I took the connection from Ambala, then moved to Delhi and now at Nagpur. I got a good response from Sun direct family during my stay at two previous places. But now, at Nagpur, Iam getting a horrible service from your Sun Direct and you are the Nodal Officer for Maharashtra. Firstly, there was no one available at Nagpur for the Re-installation of my connection, when i arrived here in Aug. Then, it took almost 7 days to re-install my connection & it was done by private technician, not by Sun Direct authorized service technician. I already spoken to you in this regard on 28 Aug & 30 Aug. After Re-installation, the very second day, Sun Direct showed a quick response by deactivating my account due to NIL balance on due date, which was a timely response from your firm & it should be.like that only because, recharging part is to be maintained by customer in time. After that, i was searching for recharge coupon throughout Nagpur city, but failed to get one. Every shop keeper is having recharge coupon of almost every DTH services except your Firm, Sun Direct. Yesterday morning my account was recharged for Rs. 220/- through SBI net banking and the amount has been debited from my account & Transaction ID is [protected]IGL7700908 TRANSFER TO [protected] STATE BANK OF INDIA. After recharge, i spoken with your customer care service for reactivating my account by spending almost my full mobile balance. But till now, my account is not reactivated & balance is not credited. Some of the complaint IDs are s follows: SR # I-[protected], SR#I- [protected], & the latest is SR# I-[protected]. Today morning , i was trying for you continuously on your phone No. [protected], but getting no response from you as in the case of my complaint. Please do something at the earliest to reactivate my account from your side because you are the responsible officer to maintaining credibility and reputation of your working firm Sun Direct.           I was really frustrated to tell the service is totally nothing and it has been more 5days I have given complained more than 4 times to the customer care people, I have followed all initial steps of action intimation to service. This happen repeat every 2 to 3 months but resolved issue at least weeks time, so I suggest don't sell only product give some customer satisfaction & services.               Sub: Complaint : CUSTOMER DEFRAUDED; Sun Direct DTH,
              Complaint not attended, complaint ID 1-[protected]. 07August 2013.
              Nodal UP failed to control SUN Direct DTH services in Varanasi.

              Ref: Smart Card Number [protected], City: VARANASI. U.P.


              The consumer begs to inform you as under:

              That, you parties failed to render the service for which a rental charge has been paid to you by the customer in cash and has deliberately created an error code before expiry of due date of rental charges.

              That, you parties have sold nonworking DTH equipment’s which failed in receiving DTH signals during service period and defrauded the consumer. You parties have caused a monetary loss to the consumer to the extent of price paid in cash for the said Sun Direct DTH equipment.

              That, the consumer requested to you parties through your Call centre / Customer Care Number[protected] on dated 10 August 2013 at 11 am wherein Pinki Sharma attending the call responded that there was no Nodal Officer working for Sun Direct DTH TV at Lucknow office and the signal was disconnected deliberately by Sun Direct TV.

              That, the consumer also contacted Mr Rajesh on Mobile [protected] on 10 August 2013 who replied that the Web page has given a fake name for its dealer at Varanasi and Sun Direct is totally failed in this city.

              That, the customer requested you to compensate the amount of rental charges and credit the same in my balance amount for the period the DTH services were not rendered by you i.e. from 01 August 2013 uptill 10 August 2013, which you parties failed to do.

              That, the consumer mailed you parties a number of emails and called you on telephone numbers, contacted you parties through web pages but you parties did not respond at all. The complaint matter emailed is as under:

              (1) That, the customer is defrauded by Sun Direct TV Channel Service providers for services were not rendered on payment. Mr Girish Varghese, Nodal UP also failed to control SUN Direct DTH services in Varanasi.
              (2) That, the DTH Signal discontinued from 01 August 2013 with an Error code. The Call Centre Customer Care refused to accept reminder for complaints. Mr Jagdish at all Centre Lucknow refused to attend my complaint and said “AAJ EID HAI BANDE DARU PI KAR GHUM RAHE HAI”
              (3) That, the consumer registered his complaint in oral with local dealers and vide complaint ID 1-[protected] dt 07 August 2013, followed by complaint lodged with Nodal UP but the complaint remained unattended as the technicians are not available with the Sun Direct Service provider in this city to attend any complaint.
              (4) That, the customer made several calls with Sun Direct, Lucknow office but all in vain. Mr Girish Varghese informed “KAMPLAINT ATTEND KARNE KE LIYE ABHI BANDE NAHI HAI, VARANASI MAEIN JIS DEALER KO DIYA GAYA HAI VO KUCHH NAHI KARTA”.
              (5) That, a fake Service provider is created in Varanasi for Sun Direct DTH service who does not provide any services at all nor does a complaint is attended by any technician. It was again told by technician Rajesh that “ CAAL CENTR KO PATA HAI < HAME 24 GHANTE KE BAAD KABHI BHI COMPLAIN DEKHANE KI CHHUT HAI > AAJ EID HAI KAL SATURDAY HALF DAY HAI , PARSO ITWAR HAR, MONDAY KO SOCHENGE” . “ COMPLAIN DERI SE DEKHANE KA NIRDESH KHANNA ELECTRONICS SE HAME MILA HAI”
              (6) That, recharge coupons and recharge facility is not available with all Sun Direct local dealers along with M/S Kohinoor Stores, B-21/2, Opposite Peshwani Bagh, Next To Sahidaya Reasturant, Rathyatra, Varanasi - 221002 , [protected], [protected] / B 27/88 j-2 lane no 11,ravindra puri varanasi , 221005, Varanasi, [protected]




              As such the consumer is of the opinion to be defrauded by you parties and bound to refer the matter to their legal advisers for compensation of all losses and damages caused by you parties and further action into the matter in competent Court of law at your cost, risk and responsibility.

              please inruduce the best plan for all. because nobody can satisfied your system and plan. as well as your set top box also not having a standard quality/device when it is comparing by Airtel digital tv. as the people feeling that the sun dth has cheating with the people. because of its clearness it has no digital quality and sound quality. also it has not a proper channel guide too. the channels providing by sun dth are unsatified by the mejority of people. because in india no need to divded the channel as north zone and south zone all indians are liking hindi as well as tamihlz also. so telecast all indian channel for throughout india. the north zone is not only having the hindi speaking people all languagers are there in through out india. also all people wanted their mother language most it is nature. no one can change it. it means kindly indtruduce the good channel package which has all indian (no worry different languages, it is necessary for the indian people also it is will of god, man cannot changing anything his own, no need the mejority minority dividuation between indain people) please dot not changing the channels without any notice. issue again all basic package. also no need the differnt kind of package and names aviod this in future. give only one package for all also it must be the genune indian rate. aviod the rechare coupen system. intruduce the three months payment system only. it is useful for all people all the time. never company is going any loss because of these plans. so, soon and soon the people are waiting this wonderful planning thanking you.

              we have been on vacation for last month. when we reached back we found that we are unable to get most of the channels we subscribed in sundirect. can anybody help us to whom should we contact? everybody in this country who are sundirect subscribers face the same problem. we have paid them in advance for more than 3 months. please help us.

As u have dispplayed in the infermation chaennel that it must be upgraded.I contacted ur branch office at Kochi ([protected]) six times from 01.08.2010. They said they ever dealer(for Trivandrum A.V. Asscosiates [protected],[protected]) will contact me in my mobil on ie [protected].But I conacted them they said that they had already came to this area it is clear that they did’nt came beacause in this area so what 20 to 50 conncetions are there.The 4th time they had given on saying that it is a complaint on ie[protected] and told me that with in 48 working hrs complaint will be rectified it was on 01.10.2010.Today(08.10.10) I call them they said that we will conact me at 10am but they did’t call me. Then I call them then also they said that we will conact me.What should I do farther.Ple tell me what to do.

              Sun Direct — Servicing

              From last 2.5 Months sun direct dish not working
              we r called to customer care almost 10-15 times.
              no action is taken from 2.5months.

              Sun Direct DTH — Service Not Available since 09/10/2010

              Dear Sir,

              My VC#: [protected] (validity is till 2011) and since last Sunday i.e. 09/10/2010 suddenly i started getting E50 Service not available message and after that none of the channels were coming. I have raised a complaint on the same day and i contacted the help line the executive advised me to do some regular checks (Switch off my setup box, asked to unplug the cable wire and once again plug and goto menu settings>Factory Setting> enter 0000 and then press OK to confirm) even then the channel were not coming. The execute registered a complaint (no. complaint #: [protected] ) and informed me that my problem will be solved within 2 hours but till Wednesday i.e. 06/10/2010 there was no update or the problem was not resolved. Once again another executive raised another complaint[protected] and informed me that immediate action will be taken to resolve my problem. But till date there has been no steps taken or no call back arranged and past one week we are not having TV channels.

              Please let me know will there be any action taken immediately or should i need to raise this to higher officials? Also i need compensation (at least my account has to be renewed with 1 week grace periods.

              This will be my last complaint to SunDTH provider and next time I will be raising the same to concern division.

              Hope there will be a quick reaction from your end.

              I have register two times of my complaint regarding Worst Service of SUN DTH service and since from 09/10/2010 onwards I am not able to see any changes. Even when I call the customer executive many times and every time they just say the formal sake says 24 hrs you issue will get closed. But no steps have been taken so far.

              Will there any necessary taken or will i get any valuable response given to me from your end. Please let me know the procedure.

              Please update me When will you be taking your immediate reaction.

              SUN DTH — regarding phone

              in my house i am having two connection, i bought two Rs110/- voucher every time when i recharge there people saying one time one smart card allowed if you want another you have to cut the call and try again,.. .then other one is after rechargering they told me the balance and everything now your account activevated but it is not done again tried and then i spoke the person and activevated. when is message seen most of consumer is affected like (this is series issue)

              Due to Satellite frequency my dish antenna need to change the proper direction, i informed to your distributor/dealer Darling Center, but still they didn't come, this was happen last week, i hate this kind of service, i contacted this phone no[protected] person is name Aravind and Santhosh, they are telling the same answer like, morning will come, afternoon will come, evening will come, this answer iam hearing from the last one week.and today morning i raised this issue here, i didn't get any response from your side also, i dont know whether you guys working or not, worst case i can wait one or two days, how can i wait one week with out watching tv you are not doing free service i paid already, And i thought to contact higher official Mr. Krishnan K.V and Mr. Prabakar this fellows are not pick up the phone always ringing, both are using[protected], these guys are Nodel officers, 's, i feel shame when i type this kind of words,

              Dont buy...My Sincere request

              Sundirect — NOT ATTENDING ANY COMPLAINT

              They have announced in channel that the disc positioning would be done by rep FREE of charge.
              One month bqack, they have given a dealer's contact No of Mr.Sunil at Bhayander {Thane} (Ph.[protected]).On contact to dealer his words are rediculous and misbehaving with us..There after he have switched off his mobile.
              Again I called consumer care on after 2 days and booked a complaint wide reference No.1-[protected].They have told that the complaint will be closed before 48 hrs.
              Daily I was reminding the consumer care regarding the complaint.Now I am unable to reach even consumer care of Sundirect.
              I have got the Telugu package for monthly but out of the package only 2 channels are telecasted.This is the waste of Money for me.
              My smart card No is [protected]R.My contact No is [protected] & [protected].
              There is no other go for me other than consumer forum.Last time my complaint of receiver breakdown attended only after regitering the complaint at Consumer forum. I request consumer forum to take legal action against Sundirect and Dealer.

              Sun Direct DTH TV — good service not providing

              Iam a subcriber of sun direct dth.Last three months they did not providing good service.I have complaint many times,but they did ont accept.Please help me and do needfull help.My smart card no. is [protected].mob.no.[protected].Thank you.
              Worst service. Big Cheaters. Just to increase their TRP rating, they are playing this stupid game. We have paid 1 year subscription and they dont take any action for the complaints. Are we paying money to see Sun tv alone. Horrible. They will not respond. Dont believe them. Try cable connection or other DTH. Throw SUN DTH outside their office itself. All the customers should do that. That will be a big lesson for them.

              Sun Direct DTH — Lazy Service

              Recently Sun direct changed their satilite signals, so every customer needs to change their dish directions and update the receiver s/w. I gave request for the same on Dec 12th. Since then I try to reach their customer service. I never seen this kind of worst CC. You can't get the line even after 15 times continues calls, anytime during the day.

              I lost my rechange validity for whole month with viewing any channels. Waste of money.

              Seems they really don't care about their customers. I learnt that may custoemrs facing the same issue all over India. (Some customer had this problem since last 2 to 3 months)

              Better avoid this "Full Tension" DTH. Even there is little extra amount, better go for other DTH services

                For the last 10 days, i am facing signal problems / errors with Sun Direct DTH i have installed in my home. I have made several calls to the customer support, but didn't find any proper response. They continued with same story of escalating the complaint and sending the technician to my place and both didn't happen. really agitated to see such a poor service after collecting money through recharges and not delivering the service. This is a shame to the Govt also for forcing us to buy DTH service and not delivering the service after payment. I believe we have the right to get the refund for the days which Sun Direct couldn't deliver their service and to repay the amount we have paid for set top box after deducting the days we have used. I urge the Government to take action on the poor service they have delivered and request you to stand by the common man to deliver justice. I believe Govt has the responsibility to regulate these kind of companies when they urge the public to subscribe service from the limited choice of service providers we have.

                  i have been experiencing signal unavailability from sun direct for the past 24 hours....complaint no is 1-[protected]....even after 24 hours, customer care executive of sun direct is unable to tell me when a technician would come to help us,that too by paying them fixed fee..i think the company is run by a handful of .. customer care does not have even an english speaking person.....why should we pay when i dont get signal..we are paying monthlysubscription for their service and hence it is their duty to give uninterrupted service..

                    I gave a complaint regarding No signal on 13/7/13 and the guy on the phone told that technician will visit the place within 48hrs and solve the problem, but till now (19/7/13) the problem is not solved when i call cus.care they say that it will be solved with 24hrs and i'm hearing the same since last 4 days when i said him to connect to higher authority he kept me on hold for about 6mins and disconnected the call.

                    Worst customer care service.
                    Installed FIFA plan and it stopped working since last 7 days and got same response from customer care after contacting 10 times saying that you would be able see your channel within 2 hours.
                    Now the whole sundirect is not working since 2 days.
                    I cannot understand how such a big company like Samsung has tied up with this crap company.

                    Sundirect — worst service

                    Im requesting for sundirect dish realignment since 2 months .not yet done .
                    firstly, I gave complaint to the[protected] for dish alignment to see channels vide complaint No.[protected] on month of November 2010
                    again and again I gave several complaints to[protected],[protected],[protected] vide complaint No.[protected]. I subscribed One year valid till[protected] vide conformation No.[protected] but I was not able to see the channels right now as per my subscription since November.

                    Sun Direct — worst service

                    I am using sun direct sine 2 year with kananda basice package. And I wanted to change to indi pack so i called the customer service spoken to agent parsanth who provided me fake compaint number - [protected] and he informed me that the complaint is logged. and he told to me contact after 24 hours to change the pack and took the rechange number and T - series number.
                    When i called again to the customer service after 24 hours the call was disconnected and agents where placing the call on mute which is not acceptable.
                    After a long time trying one agent picked the call name arun who told me that we will not activate the service for indi pack and need to wait 24 hours for the backend team to work. hence the call was transferred to the floor support whose name suresh.

                    Who infromed that the compaint number given to me is fake.

                    And gave me another number called [protected].

                    He has insisted me to wait 24 hours.

                    I am not aware is this number is right or fake.

                    I will not recommend Sun Direct to any one,,,,please do not trust Sun Direct Entertainment.

                    your services is horrible, your call center executives are really pathetic, they don't know how to understand customers requirements.
                    1.) without getting customers confirmation they them self recharge the package what am not requiring.
                    2.) whenever i request to know about the complaint number status, your executives are not answering properly.
                    3.) your recharge plans are not clear to understand easily.
                    4.) whenever i recharge it is not automatically recharged. i should call the toll free or other std number they said your complaint has taken to account this will get resolve in 48 to 72 hours if i didn'tcall even after 72 hours i need to call them again and they given another complaint number. also once they resolved the didn't give any status of my complaint number to my mobile number or my account in http://www.sundirect.in

                    SUNDIRECT is Sucking directly from Customers
                    Sun Direct doesn't seem to have enough technical expertise to answer some of the questions customers have. I tried calling to see if they can give me a remote code so that I can use my universal remote with the set top box. The answer was they don't have such feature. This is not true as there are tons of 3rd party companies that sell remotes for around 100 rupees that work with the set top box. It wouldn't be possible without a remote code.

                      SUN DIRECT DTH SERVICE — channels not coming

                      the custmer care is very bad when we have called them they put the line busy and we have lot of complaints about them .

                      after charging the sundirect also we have not yet recieved the channels and they told that the account was deactivated due to not using for 1 month and they told we can activate through the net and did so but after one day also the channels has not yet come

                      Sun Direct DTH — concern with Sun Direct DTH service

                      Hi Team,
                      I am really upset with the service which has been provided with sun Direct DTH. Once I saw the message on my television for service equipment needs to be upgraded for uninterrupted service. There is no one turned across and even after calling customer care. I have called almost 6 times for the service and raised my concern and there is no action take as of now.

                      Every time whenever I call up customer and raise my complain for the up gradation that needs to be done to my receiver and setup box to have an uninterrupted service. they say we will be saying Sun Direct is sending its technicians to do this for you.

                      Whenever I call customer care they say my request has been taken and they provide the request numbers. But I have lot of my request number DG0060 and [protected] and then 1 – [protected] unattended. long back whenever I use to call I never used to take the request number. even I have sent the SMS to the number which ever provided. even also I have sent msg via the URL http://www.sundirect.in/contact.php too.

                        Hi iam taking the new connection of sundirect on 6th of this month ,and at time of the dish fix my account was not activated and the service guys didn't shoe us the list of chennels i have in my package.After the account activation iam not getting all the channels so that i went to the distributor he told me that you can call to sundirect customercare so that they will fix the issue,but when i call to the customercare they told us to contact the distributor he will send their serviceman and they will fix.After that i went to the distributor and he told me our service man will come and fix that and they had given me a number .I was called him during the whole day and he was telling i will come after 1 hr and after 6pm he did n't even answer my call ,so that i was again reased a complaint so to sundirect they had sent a service man and he told me it will cost around Rs 150 as the service charge and i was told him that from the day it was activated imanot getting all the channels inthe list stillhe insisted that it will cost Rs 150 other wise iam not going to fix the complaint .so i was agreed to pay the money and after he set the dish he told me that the dish should n't be here as it was fixed on the floor of the roof which may cause crack on the roof of the house due to the water propagation through the holes and he told me i will raise a complaint on be half of yo so that they will relocate the dish.On the next day some one called me and will send the service person to relocate dish and no one has come to relocate the dish .After 2 days i noticed that there are come cracks on the roof and there is the water leaks .Our owner was angry about that so that again i raised a complaint to the sundirect to relocate the dish ASAP but they are not responding. It was a very big issue for me as i was staying on rental basis.

                        Hello sir
                        I am a customer of sun direct DTH, but from last few days my TV signals are fluctuating. I already register a complaint in their customer care ( complaint no.[protected] on 22/7/2010. Customer care said to wait for 48 hours for any help. But there is no responce from their end. I called again 26/7/2010 but they register new complaint (no.[protected] and said wait for 48hr again, but there is no responce till time.

Every time i used to give complaint in customer care they promise us that within 2 hrs a technician will contact us but still day not even a single technician contact us. I also met the shope person from i purchased this fraud DTH he visited my house after promising him to pay rs 200 but he managed to watch only DD channels. From next day he also stopped to attend our phone calls[[protected]]. What a fraud company is Sun Direct it don't have any connection between customer care to dealer or distributor or between any technician. Just a vagabond type service good for nothing. One of the fraudest service in INDIA.

                        Hi,

                        Sun direct has changed there satellite recently and from that time onwards i am unable to get any channels. I called the customer care many times and raised several complaints for the same. Whenever i am calling they will say we will renew your case and the techincal department will call u."[protected]" is the latest case raised with them a couple of days back but till no response. really fed up with the service and no area of escalation matrix provided for solving my issue. please help

When we register the complaint they promise that they will send the technician within 48 hours. Now it is 3 days. No response from your side. Several times I tried to contact sun direct. I regret to tell you that your service is very bad.

                          Sun Direct Connection — No response to services

                          This complaint is regarding the no response scheme of the sun direct people. This ia a new way of looting the customers I believe. Before taking the connection they told usthat the customers never complaint regerading their services. But this is something weird. It has been 3 months since the sun direct people have told us regarding the realignment, because of which we are not able to view any of the channels, even after paying the amount for that months. Whenever we contacted the customer care, they told us that after paying the amount for that month, sun direct officials will come to do the realignment, but no one responded and I wasted 3 months money. Being tired of their services I have also registered a complaint in the consumer court and they suggested me to drop a mail which will act as an evidence for us if they would not take any action that time. The court also suggested me that in case they are not able to sort out this, they will have to reimburse me back the amount, that I paid to your services (WITH PENALITY) for 3 months. When we went to the sun direct's compeitors to take a new connecton, we saw 4-5 consumers of sun direct who faced the same problem. I advise you all to be very careful with these people. Mark a copy to the consumer court whne yu drop such mails to these people otherwise they will not take any action. BEWRAE OF SUNDIRECT.
                          Registered a complaint. 3 days no response. Very bad service.

So now I have requested to install my connection in my new house. I requested on last 29the of May. Even after following up therough more thean 25 calls, noone has turned back to me.

                            I already communicated thee request to theeir nodal officer . But no response. Now I want theem to give thee connection or to take back thee receiver and dish, and pay thee amount back to me. So I can go for a new connection, withe some otheer service providers

                                  Very poor customer service in SUN Direct. We had registered a relocation request on 20th May with request no 1-[protected] and the SLA given is 48 hours. Ten days over. Still no response. My smart card no [protected]. Name of the customer VP Balakrishnan, Address: #98, Thirumala Niwas, Narayanappa building, Dhottamma veedhi, Amruthahalli, Bangalore 560092, Again we had registered a complaint on 29th May with request no 1-[protected] with an SLA of 24 hours. Only hours are passing and no action from your end. Is it really a political influenced DTH service or you are really a customer oriented service provider. When the Ordinary cable connection was there, we used to get it in 3 hours.                                     Sir,

                                    I have subscribed for SUNDIRECT's Malayalam Cinema pack for three months by net banking on[protected]. The product was activated immediately and I used it till midnight that day. But to my surprise on the next day, when I opened my TV it displayed a message that the "service is scrambled". I contacted their local agency and they told me to keep the set to put on. I kept the STB and TV in on condition till evening but with no results. In the evening I personally visited their shop and then they told me to make available the STB to their office for check up.

                                    Next day morning[protected] I took the STB to their shop. I was made to sit in their shop for about two hours while they were attending the complaints of my connection. I was told that there was some software problem with them. Finally the picture was received in my STB. Then they said that the plan was changed to Tamil Cinema plus instead of my subscribed plan of Malayalam Cinema plus. They sent me back with a promise that the issue will be resolved shortly.
                                    When I connected my STB to my TV it gave only Tamil Cinema plus. When I contacted again, they said that a complaint has already been registered and the problem will be rectified within 24 hours.

                                    I have registered 4 email complains with their customer care ID. But sofar there is no response from them

                                    Two days again passed.When contacted they say that the problem will be resolved today ie on[protected]. But upto 10.00 PM today no action is taken to rectify the defects.

                                    I need justice or else return my amount.

For the last 14 days a am not getting many channels and i had given a complaint to customer care and they informed that the problem is due to misalignment of dish and it will be rectified with in 48 hours by local dealer of SUN DTH service. I waited for one week and as no one responded to attend my problem, i talked to customer care on 10.05.2013 and i was told the complaint was closed after attending problem. When i informed the persisting problem, as usual they apologised and raised another complaint ( no. 1-[protected]) and ensured me that the problem will be resolved with in 24 hours. Afterwards i received phone call from the local dealer and informed me that the technician is on the way to attend dish problem. In spite of my repeated remainders to the local dealer, no one has turned up to solve the problem. Again i talked to the customer care and i realised that the latest complaint also closed as if the problem was attended. When i asked the customer care person, why can`t they verify the status of the closed complaint with the consumer, i did not get any answer. The customer care person informed that, high priority is given to the complaint and it will be forwarded to the regional incharge and problem will be sorted out in 24 hours. The present status is, no one attended the problem and the local dealer is least bothered neither to take the new complaint nor attend the problem.
                                        This is the sorry state of affairs of SUN DTH. I decided not continue with this DTH once the present recharge period is completed. I rate SUN DTH is the worst.
