I had bought an induction cooktop from the military canteen 15-20 days back, & it stopped working, had made complaint for the same, the person from your company came n repaired it, the very next day it stopped working, hence I was forced to visit the service centre. Inspite of showing the packing box of the product which bears the manufacturing date as August 2016, & having a serial number of the machine at its back, I was forced to pay 450 Rs & was told you can make a complaint in the company that we have charged . The issue is we have 2 induction cooktops, one from euronics & other from prestige. No one ever asked for the bill, they see the serial number & tell it's in warranty, then why this fraudulent way of charging money . The bill that was issued from the canteen was a printed bill & the got erased in the next 5 days, which is not our fault . Question is not that 450/- is a big amount, the question is what kind of frauds are authorised to run a service centre & then they say make a complaint. I need a refund for the same .
