I am from Indirapuram, UP and have lodged a complaint with Sunflame to fix my broken water heater on first week of November. This simple complaint to fix the Eva Water Gyser was not solved even after 3 week and multiple visit by the technician. Technician came and said that element needs to be changed and since last 2 weeks they have not been able to get it replaced. The warehouse is in Faridabad and still replacement is on the way.
We have made multiple request with the technician and custOmer rep to expedite the process without any heed.

    Geyser bought l year back (Nov2015). Earlier repaired 3 months back for leaking (tank changed), took more than a month to get the things done. Not working again for last 1 month due to tank leakage. Nothing done despite complaints.

    Very poor quality of products and
    Pathetic state of services from sunflame.

    One should never by geysers from sunflame.

    Hi, the complaint is about the three burner gas stove we bought a year and the half ago.After the warranty expired the burner caps of two burners became loose one by one.The flames comes from sides of the burner caps and caps are not fitting too.

      I purchase online sunflame gas stove from snapdeal which was fully defective . The whole gas stove got burnt both sunflame and snapdeal were informed . It has become habit of companies to sell their defective stock online at discount.

        Sir,
        I want to draw your attention towards this issue. I purchased a gas stove of your company from snapdeal online store around 15 days ago. Unfortunately, gas stove's glass got break up due to over heating. Now we are continuously following your customer care numbers, your service center numbers but no one is responding. Some has their switched off their phones, some are not receiving and some are not providing any information to rectify their customers issue.
        Now if i want to repair my gas stove then please can u tell me how can i contact you or you simply having fake service.
        It's a gas stove, food cooks on it so please try to understand and respond and kindly rectify my problem as early as possible.

          Purchased this on 28th oct. On eve of dhanterous... But 2 of the burners are making noise during operation.
          Tried to log call on sunflame customer care [protected] and surprised to hear that this no. Is not in service.
          Send an email to sunflame@sunflame.com but no response so far.

          I am sunflame product user since more than a decade now and never expected such kind of service sunflame is rendering.

          An immediate action be taken to attend the problem at earliest.

            I purchased innova 60 auto clean chimney of sunflame on 24/4/16seeing its repeated advertisement in news papers. its oil collector is breaking repeatdly even in non running condition. complaints lodged at this site vide id no 1354640, id no 1354810 dated 16/8/16, id no1356536 dated 17/8/16, id no 1376013 dated 9/9/16, id no 1391293 dated 28/9/16 has not been addressed so for.in absence of oil collector, we can not use chimney. no representative of service center has visited after 28/9/16even after calls made at[protected] &chandigarh center. you can imagine the poor after sale service of sunflame. company is requested to replace the chimney being manufacturing defect otherwise i will be forced to go to consumer court - naresh kumar 1517 psiec socity sector 51 b chandigarh 160047

              I purchased an autoclean innova 60 cm sunflame chimney and one 4 burner cooking top (Gas chulha) crystal plus model from your authorised dealer ludhiana marbles, near madhok complex, ferozepur road, ludhiana (Punjab) on 24.10.2016. After the purchase of these products i faced problems for the fitting of the chimeny at my residence. Despite my repeated telephonic request to the service boy (From sunflame company) for the fitting of chimney, nobody turned up. Since the purchase of the chimney i had to make several telephonic requests for its fitting. Lastly on 29.10.2016 just one day before diwali i made at least 5-6 calls starting right from morning at 9.00 am till 4.00 pm in the evening but only false promises were made by the service boy. Helplessly i contacted the dealer and another service man was arranged in the late. Evening. The whole incident shows that after sale service of sunflame co. Is not upto mark and i will not recommend any one to buy sunflame products in future.

                  I purchased auto clean chimney innova 60 in 4/16 but its oil collector is breaking even in non running condition repeatdly. I lodged complaints vide id 1354640, 1354810 dated 16.8.16, id 1356536 dated 17.8.16, id 1376013 dated 9.9.16. But defect has not been rectified yet. No reply has been received from company. I request company to replace the chimney being in warranty period. I i will be compelled to go to consumer court.

                    We bought a sunflame slow juicer from Kohlisons, Krishna Nagar, Delhi in December 2015 and it was not working properly so we complaint about this on 30th august in your call center. Your executive came and checked the product and told us that he will visit again, but he didnt turn up again. We called up many times after that but nobody came to solve our issue.

                      The Chimney is broken and looks dangerously fixed. The Glass Cover has broken. It does not appear properly fixed. The inner contents are appearing open and cooking underneath it feels very insecure.
                      This problem persists for past 1 week.
                      Our house is located at Trichirapalli, Tamilnadu. As we could not find any service centre at Trichy, we are lodging the complaint here.
                      However, the chimney was purchased at Chennai, TamilNadu.
                      The situation is urgent. We need immediate solution. Please do the needful asap.

                        I had bought an induction cooktop from the military canteen 15-20 days back, & it stopped working, had made complaint for the same, the person from your company came n repaired it, the very next day it stopped working, hence I was forced to visit the service centre. Inspite of showing the packing box of the product which bears the manufacturing date as August 2016, & having a serial number of the machine at its back, I was forced to pay 450 Rs & was told you can make a complaint in the company that we have charged . The issue is we have 2 induction cooktops, one from euronics & other from prestige. No one ever asked for the bill, they see the serial number & tell it's in warranty, then why this fraudulent way of charging money . The bill that was issued from the canteen was a printed bill & the got erased in the next 5 days, which is not our fault . Question is not that 450/- is a big amount, the question is what kind of frauds are authorised to run a service centre & then they say make a complaint. I need a refund for the same .

                              As per my complaint Id 1356536 dt 17/8/16 regarding repeatdly cracking of Oil collector of Innova Auto Clean chimney60 purchased on, Rep of chandigarh service center replaced the Oil collecttor on 7/9/16 at 14:45 with his own hand .Surpriseily this oil collector fell down on night of same day at 11:45 p.m even when chimney was in off condition.I inform your service center dealer on 8/9/16 & sent the pictures at his whattap.We could not utilise the chimney benefit, instead purchased the headache of complaining here and Faridabad office.Ask your Rep to go into the reasons of repeadily cracking of oil collector from hinges & rectify the defect free of cost.Otherwise the chimney may be replaced-Naresh Kumar Nijhawan 1517 PSIEC Society 51 B Chandigarh

                                I have purchased cooking range on 27 th of March 2016 through dream kitchen Civil Lines in Moraddabad just in a month whole glass broken where knobs fitted due to fire come out from the knobs fire was so severe if somebody was there definitely burnt
                                It is repaired after a month because glass was not available
                                Now again today one burner back one was open however front one was off all of a sudden flame came out from front one knob whole knob was come out like shuttle coke with spring n knob n cover
                                This is informing you that product have some problem somewhere is leakage, but company serviceman saying no leakage so I m submitting this one copy to SO Police Civil Lines stating that if any mishap penning in this house due to this cooking range only fully sun flame company fully responsible because it's a very serious problem either they have to take immediate action or ready to face the repurcursion

                                  Purchased sun flame geezer 25 liter - purchase month 2015oct. (Through defense army canteen noida) bill copy provided to service centre.
                                  Problem - heavy leakage from tank cause product dead and rust.
                                  Pending - from last more than 25 days. 3 visits done by service engg. From authorized service centre - indira puram plot no-271, niti khand). Every time this or that part is not available and will take another 10 days in all 3 visits. Talk to service head mr. Surinder also. Not yet solved.

                                  Then talk to mr. Rohit /mr. Chandan - faridabad office on phone number[protected] twice to both. Both promised to solve this problem by yesterday monday 22.08.16. But not solved. Today try to call service center indira puram - phone switched off-[protected].

                                  If anyone in sun flame management can look into this pending problem for the newly underwarrenty product - would be highly grateful to them. But so far very pathetic situation. It appears that we had done biggest mistake by buying sun flame product as concerned authorized person are not bothered about the customer pain. Sorry to say that too to the defense personal who serves the nation.

                                  I only have very very slim hope with kind of experience so far faced that somebody will look into this matter and do the needful at the earliest possible manner.

                                    I bought this burner in April 2016 and above all it has 1 yr warranty. Its biggest burner is giving problem with its auto-ignition. On calling their customer care and registering the complaint, none of the technician has turned back. this is happening for the third time. I dont understand how the complaint is marked resolved when the issue is not sorted by customer.
                                    pathetic service.

                                    Beware!!! Do not buy such products from sunflame atleast.

                                    They are immature in handling customer complaints. sunflame has hired a couple of fools who are supposedly taking care of the complaints.crazy people with crazy staff.

                                      I purchased innova auto clean chimeny 60 of sunflame on 24/4/2016. One end of oil collector half cracked within one month of fixing. Other end of oil collector melted/cracked on 13/8/2016. Complaint center of company at faridabad directed me to contact at service center sector 41 chandigarh. I lodged my comlaint vide id no 1354810& id no1354640 at this site on 16/8/16 for free supply & fixing of oil collector. Service center rep visited 17/8/16 at 12 noon and convinced me to pay rs 350 for cost of oil collector. He fixed the oil collector. To my surprise this oil collector also fell down after cracking from one end at8p. M on17/8/16. Now i will request to get defect removed which the repre failed to do. I should not be burdened by paying the cost of oil collector again and again in guise of plastic material because of manufacturing defact.

                                        I purchased innova 60 chimney autoclean on 24/4/2016. To my surprise one hinge of oil collector half cracked after one month. Now another hinge melted and oil collecter fell down. It clearly shows that poor quality collector has been supplied with chimny. Now service center of 41 b chandigarh says that you have to pay its cost as plastic material is not covered in warranty. It means that company can earn in disguise of this condition by supplying poor plastic or rubber material. It may be replaced free of cost being manufacturing defact

                                        Hinges of oil collector of Innova 60 Auto Clean purchased on 24/4/2016 could not bear 3 ml oil load and cracked/melted within 4 months of purchase due to supply of poor quality of oil collector at initial state.Kindly direct your service center 41B chandigarh to replace it free of cost because of manufacturing defect asYour service center represetative says that they will charge the its cost Rs350 .Melting shows that it is manufaturing defect.
