I got the stove on 13th december 2017, from a sunflame dealer at suncity, bandlaguda jagir and the boy there got the delivery but the packing was not proper so i asked him if that was a new one still he said yes. But lately observed that the left side sticky tape which is under the toughend glass has come out and it's looking ugly... When you give the dealer please suggest you to do a thorough check of their services.

    Sunflame is worst brand ever. Dont ever buy anything from this name. As it's poor quality and the most important thing customer service is worst they don't even respond or check, they say on call they will send someone to check but no one shows off.. Gas got shattered and broken automatically within one month... The knob automatically came out. And it's very risky. This sunflame is worst company who make worst low quality products and fool consumers by selling them defective pieces.. I will make sure that a strict action will be taken against sunflame by cheating consumers. Fraudulent case. I am soon going to lodge a company in higher court..

      Hi,
      My gas stove (4 burber) sunflame co. Is not working properly the flame is come very less. I registered my complaint on 23 december 2017 and my ref no is del[protected]. Still there is no progress on my complaint, i call so many times on this number [protected] (Rajesh). They said every time "mechanic" is on the way.

      Kindly solve this issue asap.

        I got a sunflame otg 66 ltr in jan 2017 in bangalore. Within a month i got thermostat issue. They replaced it promptly. After using 3 months again i faced the similar issue and get it replaced after a followup of 10days. Now in dec again same issue it's always getting heating to maximum. It's been a month we are consistently following up with service person. He says parts not available, courier not reached etc. Finally he came yday and replaced one. He checked at lower temp. Yday it was always at lower temp heating only. I baked 1 tray if cookies $o an hour... Today when i preheat it's getting heating to max temp always. Both the rods are red. It's really frustrating. Pls get it fixed asap. Product is still in warranty. Or i need a replacement of the product. I would never recommend sunflame otg to anyone. Worst experience.

          One and a half month ago, my sunflame gas stove glass top shattered, we live in kolkata and ever since, i have been trying to get the glass replaced. To my surprise, for more than a month now, the only response i get from the sun-flame dealership is that glass is not coming from faridabad, and we can not do anything, this was un-acceptable that too at a metro city like kolkata. They also told that faridabad has no stock of glass.
          They even gave me number of faridabad office, coordinator. I also talked to the lady she said problem will be solved within a week, but now even after more than 10 days, kolkata has not received the supplies, and problem remains same.
          Only change is that when i call now, the faridabad coordinator also does not pick-up.
          When i was purchasing sunflame stove, i was given all assurance of service, but such is the situation, i have decided not to go for any sunflame product in future, and will also narrate this story to all my friends and contact. I have also planned to put this picture on facebook and also will create a blog of sunflame after sales sufferers, to make sunflame understand hardships faced by many customers like me.

              Purchased 2 sunflame regalia gtss ai oven ranges from arvee sales in delhi. The oven doors were both very stiff and needed to be slammed hard to shut. There is no oven light in this model. There was a bad smell coming from both ovens. Complained to the sales company and was referred to mr rajah at sunflame. A technician was sent to inspect and said it would take 2-3 weeks of continuous use to burn off the toxic smell. Bad for health and food cooked in the oven. We are not happy and have tried on numerous occasions to contact the company for a resolution. Just keep getting excuses that they are talking with sunflame and will get back to us. Now there is no response. We would like a refund as they are such poor quality we cannot use them. The auto ignition also does not work properly.

                I am ex iaf - i purchased this product from defence csd from station canteen pathanamthitta on 24\07\2017.
                The burners burn normally i[censored]sed individually but if all the burners are on the f
                Burners were not but if atleast three burners are used together the flame was very low. I thought over a few days the situation could get better; but this has gone from bad to worse and two of the burners have completely stopped burning - i tried calling your toll free number but there was no response.
                I request you to immediately act upon and depute your personnel to replace /rectify the product failing which i will be constrained to file appeal at consumer forum.

                  Useless hyderabad service center and hopeless customer service.
                  I do not want my stove which is lying in your service center from 3 weeks and which your guys could not repair it after more than 2months follow up and 3 visits.
                  Toll free number doesn’t work cannot reach customer service... Head office operator, representative, service center cuts the call.

                    I bought a geyser from sunflame it got failed within two months. Then i contacted their local authorized dealer. They came and inspected the geyser. Finally they informed me that the coil got failed and they promised me within one week the problem will be resolved.

                    It is almost more than 6 weeks now, till now they have not yet resolved the problem.

                    They even not responding to calls.

                    They are not attending warranty repairs.

Suddenly on October 2017 motor is not working at the time of grinding spices.                       I was lodge a complaint for chimney on 11 nov. Through toll free no.
                      And at the time of complain they given me a complain ref. No - del[protected]
                      And confirms our complain resolving tat is 24 to 48 hours but till 21st november there is no technician came to resolving the same.
                      My experience about sunflame is very bad there is worst after sale service provided by you guys.
                      And the chimney was purchased only 8 months back.

                        While cooking food on sim only on one burner out of four the glass top blasted and scattered glass pieces here and there.. Am blessed that i didn't hav my kids in the kitchen at that time as am a mother of a toddler otherwise bid accident would have happened. But am really disappointed in sunflame as i hav bought this burner on 7th of october.. It's not even 2 months old. Am demands by for complete exchange, they are insisting on change of glass top only as this is part of the terms and conditions.. Am a very unhappy client of sunflame and the way dealers treat us is that we are asking them to pay from their pockets.
                        Very sad on sunflame group.

                            Hello i'm dilip kumar. I was purchased a geyser which is in warranty period.
                            And the geyser is continuously leaking.
                            Im fed up by complaining again and again.
                            I'm not satisfy by this condition.
                            A man was come previous week and he was not worked properly. He destroyed the remaining parts which was good and the whole parts of geyser is destroyed including indicater and pipes.
                            Please do some efforts..
                            I want to satisfy. Please give me satisfaction. Send your man in my home for repair my geyser as soon as possible.

                            And the Geyser is continuously leaking.

                            We have purchased sunflame's 4 burner stove but it's tefon glass has been broken up so please change the glass as when we have gone to your service centre they told to complaint you about it so kindly as soon as possible change the glass ...

                            Today only my Sunflame 3 burner glass top burst into tiny pieces. My mother was cooking on it at suddenly the glass broke off. Luckily nobody get injured but all the glass pieces went into the food kept nearby.
                            Will Sunflame provide replacement of the glass top?

                              We purchased grace 25 liter electric water heater (Product code iggoj25ch[protected]) from gambhir son's, 2 the mall road nahan, district sirmour, himachal pradesh.
                              I am forced to inform you that even after multiple phone calls to customer care number given[protected],[protected] in the back side of booklet no reply received. I hope this number is not valid. The purchased water heater is not heating the water at all since the day we purchased.

                              You are requested to please send some to rectify the problem or replace the same urgently.

                                I bought a sun flame stove and it’s main burner was not working properly after a while.
                                So, i gave a complaint to the registered service center in hyderabad but the person showed up 2 weeks later and said need to change the burner and would visit again after 2 days.
                                Later he didn’t show up again i gave a call 2weeks later again he showed up with a anew burner and the problem became even worse.
                                He asked me to sign as it was repaired but it wasn’t so i didn’t sign or gave hi, my bill xerox.
                                The repair guy they sent did not had proper tools nor expertise in repairing and tried to repair with used parts.
                                Still after 45 days my problem persists still even after contacting the main office people regarding the problem.
                                Be aware and do not buy the products especially people in hyderabad.

                                I have bought PNG water heater from M/s Garg Music house on 3rd Jan 2017 against bill number 834. Currently heater is not getting onafter starting tap water and sometimes it starts but switch off immedetely after few seconds but does not restart again. Need immediate attention.
                                Complaint no. 10821 dated 18.8.2017 for exhaust chimney . Engineer hastily visited us and left without checking the chimney saying that the chimney is not working. It is already known to us. The power supply to the chimney is ok. He did not checked it as the procedure laid down in the service manual. please expedite servicing

                                  In last two years my sunflame heavy weight iron stopped working three times. I visited their service center in kota rajasthan though the product was in warranty still they charged for repair. The quality of service which they did was pathetic. I tried contacting customer care of sunflame but neither the helpine worls nor the mail system. Every time they say thanks for your response, but where is their response.
                                  I said no to sunflame products and switched to phillips.

E sunflame chimney model number iris 60 bk bf purchased on 25/11/2014 on the name of my father chandra prakash srivastava now the issue is machine started making very loud sound after make many calls to your engineer then he visited and said that your blower is damaged and it doesn't comes under warranty.

                                      I bought a sunflame mixer near about 10 months before, since 2 months it got some problem, i tried every customer center in ncr region but no one picked my phone not i found any fixed customer service center. At last around 2 months before i wrote an email to official customer care and got a response from faridabad center that my complaint has been registered to their r. K center in indirapuram ghaziabad. They took my jar but did not provide the solution yet. I am following up over and over but no solution. Please help here.

                                        Dear sunfalme,

                                        It is very surprising that the brand sunflame products are so bad that they broke without touching even.

                                        The glass top of my gas stove got damage even without anything falling on it, i think you guys test the quality of your product before introducing in market.

                                        From last 2 days we have not cooked food at home and in shocked that how come in 6 months a product of sunfalme can be damaged.

                                        Pls send some one to replace the stove on urgent basis.
