One and a half month ago, my
sunflame gas stove glass top shattered, we live in kolkata and ever since, i have been trying to get the glass replaced. To my surprise, for more than a month now, the only response i get from the sun-flame dealership is that glass is not coming from faridabad, and we can not do anything, this was un-acceptable that too at a metro city like kolkata. They also told that faridabad has no stock of glass.
They even gave me number of faridabad office, coordinator. I also talked to the lady she said problem will be solved within a week, but now even after more than 10 days, kolkata has not received the supplies, and problem remains same.
Only change is that when i call now, the faridabad coordinator also does not pick-up.
When i was purchasing
sunflame stove, i was given all assurance of service, but such is the situation, i have decided not to go for any
sunflame product in future, and will also narrate this story to all my friends and contact. I have also planned to put this picture on facebook and also will create a blog of
sunflame after sales sufferers, to make
sunflame understand hardships faced by many customers like me.
Sunflame Enterprises customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
