I Konda Reddy Potula from Hyderabad, TELANGNA. I have purchased the Sunflame Mixer Grinder SMART on[protected], through Snapdeal.On delivery I only checked whether it is running or not and kept it aside, as it has to be taken to my native village for use there. Last week we visited our village we took it with us. When we tried to use we found the jar is slipping off when we switched it on. The problem appears to be the grooves of jar holder. We request the Sunflame to do needful immediately.

In the area of Patna, after repeated complaints through customer care, no action has been taken by the company.
My Mixer juicer grinder is not working since three months.

    To Whom it May Concern

    This is regarding a Sunflame 15 Litres geyser purchased on 28/8/2016 (details in the scanned copies of enclosed bills) and is still under warranty.


    1.Within a month of installation problem of leakage started and the geyser short circuited.
    2.Upon raising a complaint your outsourced agency (mail trail enclosed), the technicain from Goodwill Service Centre visited on 4th Jan'16 and detected that there was a Water Tank Leakage and the tank to be replaced. I had asked him that why such productrs with manufacturing defects are not replaced when it is very much under warranty ? This is the normal practice with all companies especially when dealing with heating appliances like geysers.
    3.After frequent follow-ups the tank was replaced in a week's time. However, heavy leakage was observed the very next morning.
    4.Again called up the service guys and they replaced with a new tank .
    5.The geyser ran for barely three weeks after which it conked off again.
    6.Your technician who visited yesterday in the afternoon, repaired a faulty circuit and checked and assured us that every thing was okay. We even paid him for an Led light which is an indicator of the thermostat.
    7.Last night when I switched on the geyser there was an electrical blast and it barely missed my eyes and face which could have landed me with serious burn injuries and in hospital. Lucky that it was me and not my children or wife.

    Under these circumstances I would like you to clarify on the following -

    1.How has such a faulty product passed the requisite quality checks ?
    2.Why was the same not replaced when it was under warranty ?
    3.Does your technicians have the adequate knowledge / expertise to certify a repair activity because time and againthey have goofed up ?

    Your product and after sales support has exposed me and my family (including my children) at the risk of potential life/major injury.

    Kindly redress the same within 3 working days after which I shall be compelled to move consumer court so that no other customer suffers what we have suffered.

      I had put in a complaint for my OTG, I gave the model number, and explained exactly what was not working. They gave the the name of the local service centre near my home, which did not call me back, so I called them. They then kept me housebound for 3 days, everyday they would say, today the technician is coming at x time, but let alone x time, they did not come at all. When I phoned them, they said: oh today I am very far away, I can't reach your house, today it is late, shall I come now (8pm) etc etc. On the 5th day the technician turned up without informing, no appointment. Luckily - or unluckily - I was at home. He fiddled about for some time and I realised he had no idea what my complaint was.I asked him, he said, no I don't know. I said: Did they not tell you? He said: No. Then he said, now I am going, I don't have the parts. I phoned the service centre, they said: We can't send him with the parts when we don't know what is wrong, we don't know the model number. I told them that I had given all the information, they said it's okay, he can come again!!! Again? Another 5 or more days, I will be sitting at home, waiting for some clueless technician.

      Then I called the Sunflame customer care number, after a long time one man answered the phone, barked out: this is the lunch time call again after 1/2 and hour, and cut the phone off.

      This kind of service is no service at all, it is just an annoyance.
      I would NEVER have bought a Sunflame product if I had known the after sales service is so useless.

      the service center manager advised me to call customer care, they will solve your problem
      I purchased sunflame crystal nexa four burner gas stove on 7.2.17 from Deepak Steel, ghatkopar, Mumbai and within 1wk of purchase glass broke into tiny pieces with a big noise. Luckily no one was injured. Company should replace the gas stove with steel one. Co. should not sell such gas stove which are at high risk to life. Early response awaited

        Hob Model - SF73 FTGB bought on 11/9/2016 - Invoice No - 107 from Bhavani Home Appliances, Sarjapur Main ROad, Bangalore 560035 - [protected]

        There was a strong smell coming from the hob while operating the middle and the large burner. We contacted the dealer and then your service centre. We were given bangalore service no - [protected]-who gave[protected] who gave[protected]who gave again [protected] - who gave again[protected]Its a vicious circle!!

        PLease arange to address this gas leakage as it is a emergency

          Hello sir. I bought induction cooker model sf 18 from canteen in august 2015 but in december it stopped working. I registered a complaint and my complaint number is 024 in zind (Haryana) service center and my name is pradeep parmar village madhmadhvi po manheru bhiwani haryana but nobody came to repair it then i again called them they kept on saying that they will sent technician to repair but still nobody come so i kept on calling them in this process nearly 6-7 months gone then i don't know how a technician came but was not able to repair it. And said that he will again come to repair but never come again. But i kept on calling them and gaurantee period went they said we will replace your cooker but they don't. I also e mailed you twice but no response from you also. Now they are saying that we will repair but still not coming. Now i will not call because already called them almost 1000 times and almost 2000 rupees has spent in this process now i am going to consumer court.

            Two months back I bought the sunflame cook top. One day suddenly the glass broken into small pieces. We approach the company person, he sent service person for checking. After which I gave the necessary details. I am trying to coordinate with him but the service person is not responding at all. I wanted the glass should be replaced soon. But the customer service is worst.

                      I purchased a optima geyser of 25 litres capacity on 15th October 2015 from CSD.At initial days geyser working properly but suddenly leakage problem took place in the month of August, 2016 and it is replaced by new one by your company but after few days same leakage problem took place and I informed your service center for replacement on 25th November 2016 12:10PM. Service Executive visited my place and told that will replace old water tank with new one.But till date problem is as it is.I called service centre four times after 25th November 2016 and they always making excuses.Problem is still as it is.

                        I bought a table top sunflame gas stove from snapdeal of 2500 rs just a week ago. But on the very first day, i got the problem with left side burner. When i put it to sim, the flame is switched off, which should not be. But the right burner is working properly. I had asked the seller to replace the product. But instead of replacing the seller asked me to contact local service center. I asked the sunflame service center to service the product. But it looks like they are just playing with customers. Each and everyday they are promising the customers that they will send someone to service the product but they are not. I am waiting more that 1 week on this issue. Please look into this matter.                         We bought sunflame 4 gas burner chulha and now there is a complaint in one burner nob which is rotate in 360 angle which is not safe.

                          Gas Stove has 3 burners. Out of which one is not working and completely discolored. I purchased it just 1 month back.

                          It has 2 years warranty. So change the product.

                          3rd burner is mandatory in my home as we are 5 members but because of this issue, it is impacting the whole family. I have used SUnflame earlier as well, it was never been so pathetic

                                I purchased innova 60 auto clean chimney of sunflame on 24/4/16seeing its repeated advertisement in news papers. Now its oil collector is breaking repeatdly even in non running condition. Complaints lodged at this site vide id no 1354640, id no 1354810 dated 16/8/16, id no1356536 dated 17/8/16, id no 1376013 dated 9/9/16, id no 1391293 dated 28/9/16, id no 1418027 dt1/11/16 has not been addressed so for.in absence of oil collector, we can not use chimney. No representative of service center has visited after 28/9/16 even after calls made at[protected] &chandigarh center. Mohan atri of service center chandigarh assured me that company has conceded the defect and assured to provide s. S oil collector in last week of nov but in vain.                                   I had bought a new sunflame super dx two burner from csd canteen powai mumbai. The product is not working properly. Out of the two burner only one is working at a time and other one is not working. The product has warranty of 2 years, given by Sunflame Enterprises Pvt. Ltd.                                     Dear Sir,

                                    We had purchased a Cooking Range of Sunflame named “Exotica Super Delux- A/I ROTI, on 28/12/2015 from Vishnu Priya International, Bengaluru for an Amount of Rs.29500. We got the product delivered here in Trivandrum after 5 days. It had its front door broken while arrival, we got it fixed by a local stove repairing team. From the day we started operating the cooking range, its oven has not been working good, the cakes gets burned out in 20 mins. We had raised a complaint with Sunflame and the technicians from Ernakulum came after a month and said the thermostat is complaint and need to replace it. After again a month they came and worked, for about 4-5 hrs on it and said the thermostat had been replaced. But still the same problem persists, and we are not able to Bake any cakes in it as it gets burned out after 20 mins . We had been calling them for last 2 months but there is been no proper response.
                                    We need an urgent solution to this issue. Sunflame should either replace the faulty cooking range or should compensate us the full amount and take back the cooking range.

                                      Hell Sir / Madam,

                                      I am using Sunflame gas at my home.

                                      I have raised complaint BL62 to check my gas stove as I felt gas is leak from stove button and stove creates some noise when vessel is kept on burner.

                                      Guy named Kailash came today to my home and did not listen our complaints and directly checked stove and said that there is no leakage where we can smell it and can heard some noise when vessel is kept on burner.

                                      He was rude and not ready to listen customer complaints. When I check with "Unique Traders" from whom I bought stove, they tried to save him and asked me to directly check with company.

                                      As a renowned company in this domain for so many years, I was very disappointed with these kind of service.

                                        Dear Sir / Mam,
                                        Greetings
                                        Please find we have purchased a new mixer of Sunflame on 13th November 2016. We have purchased is from Novelty Smart Kitchen Store sector 50 Noida on 13/11/2016 a copy of Bill attached.
                                        The day we bought machine while checking at home one spin button was working freely. After 2 days my mother was tried to grind Khadi Dhaniya in the machine where the jar got over heated and Jar coupling got damaged by over heating. Both 2 new jars coupling and machine coupling were damaged.
                                        Today your support staff has visited us to see the machine. He informed that the motor is disbalanced because of which the jar coupling is damaged and the spin button had a problem. He has said to repair it after 2 days which i said to speak to the supervisor and replace the machine and jars since the product is faulty, but still no one hs reverted as on 3rd December 201. I have spoken today with Mr. Dev Pandey who is saying that we can only repar the machine. I want to know that once you have sold me a faulty product why cant the company change it and if the machine gets spiled later after months will company replace or cover it under warrenty. Incase you want me to file a consumer complaint in consumer cell do let me know, i will file a proper case upon you. Its been 20 days now and no one is listining.
                                        We have brought a new machine which went faulty within 10 days of purchase. I would kindly request Sunflame to kindly replace us with a new machine. We are not satisfied with the quality of the product. Do not force us to take a legal action or file a conumer court case against you for selling a faulty manufactred device as confirmed by your service engineer.
