I had purchased sunflam electronic gayser eva model on 7-1-15 from vijay store sector 20 c chandigarh but now from 6-1-16 this gayser is not working properly and making some noise during switch on and not warming water this product is under gurantee. I have contacted to chandigarh sunflam service centre regarding this they replied me that they give their service only in chandigarh but my address is Ward no 10 randhawa colony near attewali petrol pump city sirhind Distt. Fatehgarh sahib punjab and i have not found any of your service centre near my city. So please make arrangement to repair my gayser at my address. From kulwinder singh

    I purchased water heater of 35 liters capacity vide bill no. 2773 dt. 6/11/2015 fro m/s vijay harware store, vijaypur teh. & dist. Samba (J&k) and had gone out of order. I lodged complaint with jammu service station vide complaint no. Sma[protected] through telephone no.[protected] but till date no technician from your company has repaired the water heater . At the time of purchase the tall promises for after sale services were made. Your requested to instruct the concerned to repair the said gyser immediately.

      We have purchased Sunflame Gas burner from Vijay Sales, Mahim, Mumbai 400016 vide tax invoice no. V. No. 115-EXO1-15SIAAO233 dt. 05/01/2015. The waranty is valid for 2 years. The glass of the said gas burner is spoiled from the inner side. We have already registered a complaint with Kalwa, Mumbai service centre (Tel n.[protected] under complaint no. VJ 3664 dt. 14/12/2015. In spite of calling them over the phone they are not attending the compalint. Please look into the matter and resolve the problem immediately. Also we have lodged the complaint with Vijay Sales, Mahim, Mumbai 400016.

          Dear sir,

          I am writing this email with highly distrust and disappointment that I have purchase a 4 burner CRYSTAL PLUS GLASS COOKTOP on 1st November 2015 from one of the authorised dealer i.e. Varun Variety home in Bhangel located in Noida. After getting proper installation on 3rd November at my premises I start using as a normal work to cook food. Suddenly on 7th November the glass top get broken during the cooking. I have reiase the complaint (22025) in the customer care with the help of Varun variety dealer

          Thanks god that my wife and 3 year daughter just came out from kitchen and the glass top broken in the kitchen. I gave thanks to all mighty that my family is safe. I raise a complaint to customer care and my authorize dealer but no one responded properly on this. Due to this big shock I am not in the position to use this Glass cooktop now. I would request you please replace this glass top with new stainless steel 4 burner cooktop.

          I was NOT willing to write this mail but my tolerance level is over after having the faulty product that get busted during the cooking time. Even after getting the service support after 15 days with doing hundreds of follow-up with customer care I am able to replace this glass cook top on 23rd November. I am writing mail with full of disenchantment and highly regret felling that I showed my full trust on one of the BEST and fully trusted company Sunflame to purchase this product but after purchasing this what I get is frustration, disappointed, distrust and many more pain. 

          However I am planning to buy new kitchen appliances items for my new house in future but I am NOT willing to use any Sunflame product in future and also this incident always stop me to recommend anyone for Sunflame (most trusted kitchen appliance brand).

          I am writing this mail to the highest authority with the hope that my humble request will be entertained surely.

            I have purchased sunflame three burner glass top stove from Balaji traders who sell gas stoves and all other cooking appliances in Gachi Bowli Hyderabad on 2014 march.

            My stove last week got cracks in the glass stop . when I complained the Balaji agency they directed me to service centre and service centre people told me after 4 to 5 complaints they gave me an answer that the glass top does not come under warranty though, my stove was in warranty period.


            I was asked to pay Rs 2000 for getting it repaired. Such a well known company is still not considering the issue and I was told during purchase it was tefflon very hard unbreakable etc.

            I am very satisfied with gas stove of sunflame. I want the remedy to be provided by the sunflame

                Hi I had purchased one sun flame chimney innova60 auto clean model from sethi sanitary store at 6 nov 2014 since that time it was packed after three month when the installation person installed it that time he found some issue in his touchpannel. Then i lodge a conpalint on 23-mar-2015 (Complain no 264) in authorised service center, hacc service sector-4 rohini. Same day some person visit at my place and take panel from my chimney and said that it replace which 3-4 days. But since now problem not resolve and nobady entertain us for complain and they abused us also so please help me regarding my valuable appliance. Dealer name...                   I purchased a sunflame hob ( Four Burners) from their authorized dealer in Nagput Ms.Pande & Sons. Right from the day of installation there was a problem with the auto ignition of the big burner. The Dealer washed his hands off by referring our complaint to the Company. From the internet the authorised service centre Ms/Abhianish Sales & Service[protected] refused to take our request, n when we persisted send a technician once who came, saw and told us he will return since he is in the dark about hobs and almost a year now no one takeour calls, the company does not resp[ond, the pther burners give out yellow flame and cookig vessels get a thick soot coating... Our last hope cau u help

                    Sir, i have purchesed one gas stove, from m/s mangal singh & sons, katra baghian, amritsar, vide their bill no;440dated 15 october 2014. Of the brand sunflame crystal plus (3 burners) however from the very first day we lodged our complaint that when we burn on the any one burner it starts emitting the gas, their technician came and fix it, but after few days the problem starts again, so we again lodge our complaint, technician came fix it, go, but now again the big burner starts emitting the gas, and we again lodge our complaint on 16 jan 2015 vide complaint no.868, but till now, (It is 18.54 pm) no one came to look into our comlaint, we lodged our complaints on their service centre land line[protected]. Amritsar. Sir we are fully unsatisfied with the appliance, so we here by ask for the refund of our purches price rs.5960/= and ready to give the appliance back to the company. We are in fear if the gas comes out in high quantity what will happen, si if any untoward incident occured the entire resposibility will be of the company.                       I purchased one cook hood sunflame venza 60 from ram ji electronics on june 20, 2014. My receipt number is 252. The chimney is producing a lot of sound since last one month. So, i requested the ram ji electronics (Lakkar mandi, batala-143505) to do its service as per warranty. But they refused to do so though i requested them many times.

                        I purchased a Sunflame 4 burner glass top gas stove in June 2014. In september, while cooking was on, the glass top exploded with a big sound and shattered throughout the kitchen. Our servant had a narrow escape. I sent an email to the company with all photographs the same night itself. But there was no reply.. I had to make repeated phone calls to multiple people, including their head office in Faridabad, for more than two months to get a replacement agreed (of course i told them i cant go for glass top again and risk my life, and wanted a steel top.. they agreed, since the steel top price is much less) I never saw a more horrible customer support than this... Finally they told me to collect the items from their distributor, Aditya marketing near corporation circle in bangalore.. After reaching there, the fellows there were more horrible.. they pretended ignorance about the issue, and simply told "You are not our customer, we are the distributors, we don't bother about you..." i had to literally fight with them for long time, and make phone calls again from there to finally get the item replaced.. Decided.. NEVER GO FOR SUNFLAME...

                          I bought a 3 burner glass top gas stove on June 2014 from ecommerce site Snapdeal. The Stove was working fine for the first one month, but then we started observing lot of problems like uneven flame spread out in a burner, sound in the burner, and finally from last one and half months auto ignition is not working. I am fed-up calling prakash ([protected]) who is the authorised sunflame technician for Bangalore. He is reluctant to come to my place yelahanka saying I am located in remote area for him.                               I had purchased a sunflame coffee maker back in 2012. The device functioned okay for the first 11 months. Thereafter it started giving problems. The coffee machine leaks while making espresso and the espresso is not functioning. I would have purchased a normal drip coffee machine worth 1.5k to 3k, but i wanted espresso so i invested in this 7k machine. I have been using multiple devices of sunflame and am happy with the products. But this time the company has hopelessly disappointed me. It has been sent to repair to sunflame multiple times however it is returned with same problem. Last time the service engineer mentioned that there is something wrong with the device and he would go back to office and lodge a report. However it has been more than 3 weeks and nothing has been done. This is the worst experience i have ever had. I have contacted customer care of the company but they simply stopped responding. Seems like you are trying your luck while using sunflame products. As long as it works fine, you are good, but if it would start giving problems, you are of nowhere, the company people would not respond.

This is quality of product form well renowned company. Please take a quick action regarding this complaint. For customer, please don't purchase this product from sunflame..                                     This is with reference to a product we bought in the month of Oct 2012 that was a sunflam Chimney from the dealer M/s KSR electronics, sec-4 Vaishali, Ghaziabad and in this regard, please note flwgs. The chimney was making noise, vibrating violently and hardly had any suction. Complain registered with Mr Sriniwas, mobile no. and the service eng came after 35 days after so many times ringing to Mr Sriniwas. The service eng checked the product and said the motor and fan are faulty and the other service eng will come and will dismentle same and will take to the service station in Faridabad for service and then same will be boxed back. After so many calls again to Mr. Sriniwas one service eng Mr. Jagdish Batti came and he was taken the motor and fan on 7th sept 2013. And till that we have not rec'd these items after ringing atleast 100 times to Mr Sriniwas and other possible contacts. Now either no one picks up phone or otherwise says that this is not the service station and wrong number. So many times we went to the dealer and asked the other numbers for the company, they have only this service station number only. Found from the net the number of sunflame all india head and told him the subject matter, he said that we are closing this particular service station with Mr. Sriniwas as found him not competent enough and that we have so many complains about him. He then asked me to take both the items back from this service station and same will be serviced by other service station. Please note that i have the receiving copy(xerox) from the service eng Mr. Bhatti that he is taking the motor and fan for the repairs.

                                      We purchased new induction stove sf ic04. Product id [protected] from om enterprises varanasi on 7-8-2013, we have been facing issues like not getting started, from 1000 heat its not going up neither down, getting stuck at 1000 every alternate day sometimes week after getting repaired from service centre. From the time of purchase it's fourth time we have sent it back to om to resolve the current issue but they have been failed in resolving the issue. Kindly take appropriate action otherwise we are planning to file a strong complaint against company.

                                        Hello, In the month of august 7th 2013 we purchased sunflame shakti star 2 burner from shree ashapura kitchenware, 5, dwarkesh complex, bopal, ahmedabad as we were shifting to new house. As on september 2 2013 we connected the gas stove there was leakage from the burner and the pipe of the gas stove and also the choke (On and off button). We put complain to where we purchased and they connected service centre of ahmedabad (R. K. Enterprises - jodhpur char rasta - ahmedabad) - mobile number - [protected]) they came and put some solution on the button of the gas and told us the solution dried up so leakage now it will not happen. Again after 1 day leakage was there i asked the shop from where we purchased to replace they said sunflameservicecentre will only replace we are retailer we will not take back the product. I called them and they told me they willr eplcethe product but they didn't and again put solution and moved on. Again after 1 day leakage was there i called him and he said i don't have product so didn't replace and after calling for 2 time he told me on tuesday 17 i will replace the product at 11 am. I waited till 1 pm and they don't come to replace the gas stove and i called r. K. Enterprises mobile number - [protected] and he told me i am busy in meetings. What is this, customer is important or meeting? As i called hq of sunflame and told you guys if today you don't make this thing alright tomorrow morning i will place complain to consumer court. So sorry to take this step as i thought sunflame is such a good name so i purchased but service is really very bad and need to be customer friendly and what you promise deliver or say directly that we are not capable. I am located at ahmedabad, gujarat. I have valid receipt of purchase. This what is called big brand.???
