Purchased sun flame geezer 25 liter - purchase month 2015oct. (Through defense army canteen noida) bill copy provided to service centre.
Problem - heavy leakage from tank cause product dead and rust.
Pending - from last more than 25 days. 3 visits done by service engg. From authorized service centre - indira puram plot no-271, niti khand). Every time this or that part is not available and will take another 10 days in all 3 visits. Talk to service head mr. Surinder also. Not yet solved.

Then talk to mr. Rohit /mr. Chandan - faridabad office on phone number[protected] twice to both. Both promised to solve this problem by yesterday monday 22.08.16. But not solved. Today try to call service center indira puram - phone switched off-[protected].

If anyone in sun flame management can look into this pending problem for the newly underwarrenty product - would be highly grateful to them. But so far very pathetic situation. It appears that we had done biggest mistake by buying sun flame product as concerned authorized person are not bothered about the customer pain. Sorry to say that too to the defense personal who serves the nation.

I only have very very slim hope with kind of experience so far faced that somebody will look into this matter and do the needful at the earliest possible manner.

    I bought this burner in April 2016 and above all it has 1 yr warranty. Its biggest burner is giving problem with its auto-ignition. On calling their customer care and registering the complaint, none of the technician has turned back. this is happening for the third time. I dont understand how the complaint is marked resolved when the issue is not sorted by customer.
    pathetic service.

    Beware!!! Do not buy such products from sunflame atleast.

    They are immature in handling customer complaints. sunflame has hired a couple of fools who are supposedly taking care of the complaints.crazy people with crazy staff.

      I purchased innova auto clean chimeny 60 of sunflame on 24/4/2016. One end of oil collector half cracked within one month of fixing. Other end of oil collector melted/cracked on 13/8/2016. Complaint center of company at faridabad directed me to contact at service center sector 41 chandigarh. I lodged my comlaint vide id no 1354810& id no1354640 at this site on 16/8/16 for free supply & fixing of oil collector. Service center rep visited 17/8/16 at 12 noon and convinced me to pay rs 350 for cost of oil collector. He fixed the oil collector. To my surprise this oil collector also fell down after cracking from one end at8p. M on17/8/16. Now i will request to get defect removed which the repre failed to do. I should not be burdened by paying the cost of oil collector again and again in guise of plastic material because of manufacturing defact.

        I purchased innova 60 chimney autoclean on 24/4/2016. To my surprise one hinge of oil collector half cracked after one month. Now another hinge melted and oil collecter fell down. It clearly shows that poor quality collector has been supplied with chimny. Now service center of 41 b chandigarh says that you have to pay its cost as plastic material is not covered in warranty. It means that company can earn in disguise of this condition by supplying poor plastic or rubber material. It may be replaced free of cost being manufacturing defact

        Hinges of oil collector of Innova 60 Auto Clean purchased on 24/4/2016 could not bear 3 ml oil load and cracked/melted within 4 months of purchase due to supply of poor quality of oil collector at initial state.Kindly direct your service center 41B chandigarh to replace it free of cost because of manufacturing defect asYour service center represetative says that they will charge the its cost Rs350 .Melting shows that it is manufaturing defect.

          I purchased a sunflame gas stove in may 2016 and one of the burners is defected. Fire is exploding out of the burner. Smell is also coming when burner is set to sim mode. It's been so long that we are trying to reach you against this complaint but got no response.

          Kindly look into the issue on priority because this is a serious matter and company must be informed asap.

          PFA the invoice and the date of manufacture -March, 2015. The old model was sold to me on 15th August, 2016 from Great Eastern Trading company at Dalhousie, the product was delivered yesterday, when we found the product is 1.5 yrs old.

          Now request to replace it with a current date manufactured product orelse I will have to sue at court.

            I bought an OTG oven from sunflame about a year back. Within 6 months it started giving problems. Have been chasing them ever since but they are not at all bothered about repairing it. It's under warranty. It is a piece of junk which is lying in my house. Request sunflame to take back ther oven and dump it in their dump yard. And please never ever buy sunflame products even if they give it to you free. It is the worst company ever.

              Hi,
              I have Sunflame Classic 3 burner gas stove. In this one part related to gas cock is damaged, I contacted to Sunflame Service center in Pune (K.K. Service). They sent one technician. He visited my place and checked the burner and then said that this part has to be replaced. He said that he will ask his seniors to arrange the part from company and then he will come again and fix my burner problem.

              I am in regular contact with K.K Services, every time I call them they say: "we have send the request to company, but part is yet to come". This I am listening from last 1 month.

              Now on[protected] when I talked with them again, a had a conversation with lady, when I said that if any misshapen because of part not replaced on time, then I will take name of Sunflame, then lady very casually said that we have no problem if you take our name if someone dies in your home. This is how Sunflame service center members are.

                The glass of my sunflame cooktop is completely cracked for no reason. The dealer provided me with the number of the man associated with the care but no service is availed till now except the false assurance to change it for a month. The call was made fr three consecutive days on the provided number and every time with the same excuse "either will come in the morning or evening" "dont have the boy to hold it" etc. Now it has been almost 2 months since i made a call an still no positive response..Very poor and pathetic
                service ever received .

                  I have a Sunflame oven which was gifted from Delhi. After a year and a half o[censored]sing it, it stopped heating. I've been complaining for more than a year and they ppl in chennai service center are so reluctant to take my complaint and they are talking bad and without reapect to their coworker while handing over the phone to the other person when I am still in the line. Satish from chennai service center talks without respect. I want some immediate action to be taken against that person and something to be done about my oven which is unusable for more than a year now.

                    Yesterday morning (16th july 2016), my wife was cooking food (Idly) at kitchen suddenly glass broken into air with a big blast noise. I thank to almighty god that my wife was not seriously hurt but flying glass hit her hard causing minor injury. Since then my wife is in pain and mental agony. This is really not expected from the trusted brand like sunflame. Our family had been using sunflame products only for number of years without any problem and had lot of faith. My wife always have been using the stove as per manually written instructions only and she also has been using our microwave convenction-back-griller oven for cooking food items at the same time.

                    I have purchased sunflame 3b-bk-ai crystal curve toughened glass cooktop online through snapdeal “ invoice number :b47768/14-15/1118 and invoice date :29-sep-2014” with two years warranty.

                    First i called your sunflame faridabad number - +[protected]. They asked me to call at customer care numer[protected]. They gave me the indore service centre number –[protected]. I called this number and requested to check this issue and provide the replacement and repair. The same engineer (The name perhaps - rajeev) came to my home in evening. He told us that the stove not under warranty to replace the glass and informed us the charges of inr1800 for glass plus service charges. He took the stove with him yesterday with a promise of repairs within one week with these charges to be paid. He did not provide any service report or anything, which he was not carrying.

                    Sunflame needs to note down the complaint and solve our this issue with best to our satisfaction and without any charges to us. I will update here if i could get any positive service from sunflame upto our satisfation.

                    was cooking in your Sunflame 3 burner toughned glass. Suddenly there was a huge noise and glass shattered into pieces. I did not expect such a nonsense from a branded co like yours. Kindly arrange to pick up your stove and refund us the invoice value.                       I purchased one gas stove of granito 3 burner model from your distributor m/s jain polyplast, wz - 46, raj nagar, mahrauli road, palam colony, new delhi - 110045 on 30.10.14 against invoice no. 7510.

                      Last week, while cooking, there was a sound from the gas stove and we found that some glass pieces from the gas stove came out and scattered. We immediately switched off the stove and tried to check what happened. We found that glass top of the stove was cracked, may be out of heat. Same day we contacted the distributor personally. He lodged the complaint with the company and assured us that a person would visit us soon.

                      Within 3-4 days, a person visited us. He said there is no guarantee of glass top and same can only be repaired at our cost.

                      Sir, i agree, that as per guarantee card, the company do not cover damage to glass items of the stove, but you will appreciate that people buy sunflame brand because of their faith in the brand and after sale services assured by the company. Otherwise glass top stoves of local make are available in the market at half the price of sunflame. Local make stoves also carry same guarantee.

                      We replaced our traditional stove with this modern looking sunflame glass top because of it's look and assumed reliability. But if it's top has such a short life than what was the use to replace already working stove with this good looking stove?

                      I feel this is a manufacturing defect and should be considered seriously by the company in order to maintain our faith in the company in future also. I request the company to examine our case and if they find that the damage is not because of our negligence and mishandling than please arrange to replace the defected part of our stove at the earliest and oblige us.

                      I have sent registered mail also to the company, but no reply has come so far.

                        I have purchased sunflame chimney model-Innova-60 autoclean, on[protected]
                        but after an attempt of autocleaning the water is not coming out in the tray, it's just stuck inside.I did not operate it since then and lodge a complain (complain no-16F158) on[protected] by dialing the no.[protected].I was told that technician will be arriving within 48 hours.Today[protected] I tried calling the very number and no one is receiving the call.
                        I deeply regret buying this product which did not survive even one full year and I am very disappointed about the quality.
                        Can anyone from Sunflame Enterprises answer why I got harassed like this?

                            Sir, purchase kettle in july, 2015 from m/s soni polyplast pvt ltd bill.No-5684 after 2mths it stop working and hand over to dealer for repair /replacement, again they cheated me and said now it was repaired and work properly, but nothing was done after one day again i hand over to dealer for replacement/repair all your company staff took the matter lightly and make me a fool, the dealer response me that company is not serious about your product till date my product was lying with dealer and they try to lapse my warranty period, please look into the matter .

                              I am a customer of sunflame but i'm very much tired of complaining for services from the past 9 months and still no action is being taken. I first launched a complain on 5th august, 2015 that my hobs 4b sfh64ltg sunflame(The product name as per printed on the bill) is not working properly which was purchased on 14th october, 2014 from sonar tari, the doc no. Is 15h92dt. After complaining no action is being taken and only a man comes sees the product and tells us that he has not got the part he will come the next day and fix it, but the next day never comes. Again i had called the customer care on 10th august, 2015, 14th august, 2015 & 17th august, 2015 i got the same answer that are team will visit your place solve your problem but none appeared and at last they gave me the number of mr. Arijit sengupta who is the head of the service department. We had a talk with him also regarding the issue and he told us that he's sending a man to resolve our problem but the man who came told us that he doesn't know how to fix that product and went away. But the most shocking was when i had called mr. Arijit sengupta today i.E. On 21st april, 2016 he told us that you call someone from outside to fix your product. We have faced a lot of harrassment and we need justice from consumer forum as well as from sunflame .

                                I requested service for my sunflame 3 burner glass cooktop with eurotech jadavpur on 29/03/16 at 0530pm. The complaint docket no. Was given as 16c578. The number called was [protected]. The date of purchase was 30/05/2014.

                                The complaint was regarding 2 burners (The small one and the mid-size one) brass top wear outs resulting in gas escaping from the sides of the burners thus rendering their usage as highly dangerous which could result in explosions.

                                The above state was identified during annual inspection by gas service provider's technician on 29/03/16 morning.

                                In spite of clarifying the need for replacement during my call, the eurotech technician who attended on 39/03/16 afternoon, came without the required spares.

                                This morning (31/03/16) when i called eurotech, they told me the spare parts have to come from delhi and they may fix it by monday (04/04/16).

                                We are greatly inconvenienced by this state of affairs and we can cook only with 1 burner in the meantime. Fail to understand why such common spare parts are not stocked with your authorised service centre ??

                                Kindly look into the matter at the earliest on express basis and help to resolve the issue soonest.

                                  This is to provide you feedback on service and quality of your product Sun flame Sakti 3Burner gas glass top model.

                                  Newly purchased gas on 24th Dec, 2015 had problems from day 1. Issue was large burner keep pumping air (makes noise) and you cannot use it .Called service engineer Permod(in dehradun) multiple times, then finally after 10days technican visited and informed burner casting is improper and filter of some thickness, needs to be replaced.
                                  Quality of your product is not poor, but worse. Burner casting was not proper as figured out by your service engineer. Moreover, filter thickness was not accurate as it should be case of large burner; again figured out by your service engineer.

                                  Moreover, engineer also suggested me to return it to shopkeeper you purchased from. Seriously, this is what we expect from an old known brand like SUN FLAME?

                                  Eventually, after a wait of another 10days, no response from service center. Called multiple times, was informed that part is needed from faridabad which is pending. Eventually another 7days, part was arranged and replaced, but issue still exists.
                                  Its been over one month now, the state of the problem is still the same.

                                    We purchased the above product on 21 sept 2014 through flipkart. Worked well for 2-3 months and later started leaking hot water at the filter attachment where steam gushes through the filter. We contacted the Bangalore service Center where one Mr. RAVI with phno. [protected] took the device for repair (march 2015)and on repeated enquirers returned the device saying it is repaired after ten months (Jan 2016) and later it was found that the device was not repaired and the fault continues. On enquiry your service contact told that this is the max they could do. Now our problem is we have spent almost 3000rps on a device which malfunctions without any proper repair from your service Center.
                                    Now we demand your good office to provide proper solution to the problem by either getting the device repaired or replaced at the earliest.

                                    We purchased the above product on 21 sept 2014 through flipkart. Worked well for 2-3 months and later started leaking hot water at the filter attachment where steam gushes through the filter. We contacted the Bangalore service Center where one Mr. RAVI with phno. [protected] took the device for repair (march 2015)and on repeated enquirers returned the device saying it is repaired after ten months (Jan 2016) and later it was found that the device was not repaired and the fault continues. On enquiry your service contact told that this is the max they could do. Now our problem is we have spent almost 3000rps on a device which malfunctions without any proper repair from your service Center.
                                    Now we demand your good office to provide proper solution to the problem by either getting the device repaired or replaced at the earliest.

                                      On dt. 27.02.2016, shattering noise was coming from our kitchen. On entering the kitchen, what we saw, glass of sun flame cook top scattered all over the floor and still some more was about to shattered. Thank god no one hurt as none o[censored]s was in the kitchen at that moment, otherwise flying glass pieces can harm some one.
                                      And all over this when we made a complaint to sun flame service center, their executive came to resolve the issue yesterday i. E. 3rd feb.
                                      So, with almost 5 days of difficulty in cooking+mental harassment+no proper response on time + more over bill of rs. 2100/ charged-, the glass is replaced.

                                      Is this the kind of service what we expect from such a brand "sun flame"

                                        After 3 months
                                        When we cook food than automatically chimney was burning.
                                        And after few minute later chimney was totally burning
