Hello i'm dilip kumar. I was purchased a geyser which is in warranty period.
And the geyser is continuously leaking.
Im fed up by complaining again and again.
I'm not satisfy by this condition.
A man was come previous week and he was not worked properly. He destroyed the remaining parts which was good and the whole parts of geyser is destroyed including indicater and pipes.
Please do some efforts..
I want to satisfy. Please give me satisfaction. Send your man in my home for repair my geyser as soon as possible.

We have purchased sunflame's 4 burner stove but it's tefon glass has been broken up so please change the glass as when we have gone to your service centre they told to complaint you about it so kindly as soon as possible change the glass ...
Today only my Sunflame 3 burner glass top burst into tiny pieces. My mother was cooking on it at suddenly the glass broke off. Luckily nobody get injured but all the glass pieces went into the food kept nearby.
Will Sunflame provide replacement of the glass top?

    We purchased grace 25 liter electric water heater (Product code iggoj25ch[protected]) from gambhir son's, 2 the mall road nahan, district sirmour, himachal pradesh.
    I am forced to inform you that even after multiple phone calls to customer care number given[protected],[protected] in the back side of booklet no reply received. I hope this number is not valid. The purchased water heater is not heating the water at all since the day we purchased.

    You are requested to please send some to rectify the problem or replace the same urgently.

      I bought a sun flame stove and it’s main burner was not working properly after a while.
      So, i gave a complaint to the registered service center in hyderabad but the person showed up 2 weeks later and said need to change the burner and would visit again after 2 days.
      Later he didn’t show up again i gave a call 2weeks later again he showed up with a anew burner and the problem became even worse.
      He asked me to sign as it was repaired but it wasn’t so i didn’t sign or gave hi, my bill xerox.
      The repair guy they sent did not had proper tools nor expertise in repairing and tried to repair with used parts.
      Still after 45 days my problem persists still even after contacting the main office people regarding the problem.
      Be aware and do not buy the products especially people in hyderabad.

      I have bought PNG water heater from M/s Garg Music house on 3rd Jan 2017 against bill number 834. Currently heater is not getting onafter starting tap water and sometimes it starts but switch off immedetely after few seconds but does not restart again. Need immediate attention.
      Complaint no. 10821 dated 18.8.2017 for exhaust chimney . Engineer hastily visited us and left without checking the chimney saying that the chimney is not working. It is already known to us. The power supply to the chimney is ok. He did not checked it as the procedure laid down in the service manual. please expedite servicing

        In last two years my sunflame heavy weight iron stopped working three times. I visited their service center in kota rajasthan though the product was in warranty still they charged for repair. The quality of service which they did was pathetic. I tried contacting customer care of sunflame but neither the helpine worls nor the mail system. Every time they say thanks for your response, but where is their response.
        I said no to sunflame products and switched to phillips.

          I purchased your many products but one of them started giving me trouble i. E sunflame chimney model number iris 60 bk bf purchased on 25/11/2014 on the name of my father chandra prakash srivastava now the issue is machine started making very loud sound after make many calls to your engineer then he visited and said that your blower is damaged and it doesn't comes under warranty.

          Now suggest me for further.

            I bought a sunflame mixer near about 10 months before, since 2 months it got some problem, i tried every customer center in ncr region but no one picked my phone not i found any fixed customer service center. At last around 2 months before i wrote an email to official customer care and got a response from faridabad center that my complaint has been registered to their r. K center in indirapuram ghaziabad. They took my jar but did not provide the solution yet. I am following up over and over but no solution. Please help here.

              Dear sunfalme,

              It is very surprising that the brand sunflame products are so bad that they broke without touching even.

              The glass top of my gas stove got damage even without anything falling on it, i think you guys test the quality of your product before introducing in market.

              From last 2 days we have not cooked food at home and in shocked that how come in 6 months a product of sunfalme can be damaged.

              Pls send some one to replace the stove on urgent basis.

                Hello,
                I have bought the sunflame electric chimney optra in may 2017... We shifted to the new house recently n got it installed. As soon as we switch on the chimney there is a lot of noise coming from it. The person who installed it told us that maybe the rotor is broken or something. I don't know how it's possible coz it's brand new n within warranty period.
                So i request you to rectify the problem at the earliest. We are not able to use it at all thinking it may get damaged further.

                  I purchased sunflame 3 burner bonus auto ignition gas stove in april 2017, from day one it was troubling, auto ignition was not working.
                  I had called the customer service after which they had sent their technician who had no knowledge of what has to be done.
                  Few days later another technician was sent who also had no knowledge and said that the stove isn't working due to moisture presence in rainy season
                  After many followups for nearly a month another technician was sent who repaired the fault but it again continued after few days
                  Right now 2 burners are not working properly at all so i want the stove to be exchanged.
                  Very poor quality stove and extremely bad service as well.
                  Not at all recommended.

                    It has been more than a month and several reminder mail to company but still no response.

                    I purchased sunflame 3 burner cooktop 4 months ago.
                    From the very first day, one of the auto-ignition was not working properly. I registered a complaint with pant services regarding the issue. They informed that problem is due to metal ring and they took more than 15 days to replace the same.
                    But the problem was not resolved even after replacement of ring.
                    Even after raising issues and concerns for more than 4 times the issue was not resolved.

                    On my 5th complaint to company direct customer care, i was informed that wire is faulty and same needs to be replaced.

                    If wire was faulty from very first day then why it took more than 4 months to check the issue?
                    Why ring was changed?
                    Why wire was not checked when the technician first time visited my house?
                    Why i was not provided with any complaint number each time i registered a complaint?

                    Executives at pant service centre don't have manners to talk to customers. They simply deny their fault and say sort out with the company. I have tried calling company 4-5 times every time they promise that i will get a callback providing apt solution but i never received any call from company also.

                    This is pathetic service from sunflame.

                      We are using sunflame glass top gas stove - 4 burner for around 5 yrs
                      I wanted to change the burner and inquired with your authorised service centre:

                      I spoke to one who said that changing burner will need a technician visit who will charge 450+ gst alongwith the cost of brass burners. My point is whey do i need a technician to change the burners? The old burners are just removable and replaceable thats it. Why do they expect us to pay for the technician cost?

                      I also faced an issue with the technical failure of auto ignition which was not working, and even after paying the technician cost, the lighter was not working at all, and we were just dragged a day after day since then and we finally left the matter. This happened 2 yrs back.

                      How do you want a customer to handle such a greedy and inefficient service centre who aim only for raising collections?

                        I had purchased a 4 burner gas stove in july 2015, from the time the gas stove was installed one gas burner was leaking. Complaint was raised and the executive came after nearly 15 days of raising the complaint.

                        The executive came and repaired by the burner however one of the knob was loose and he placed a plastic piece inside the knob to tighten the same. On asking him why he was placing a plastic piece he mentioned that in this product we repair the knob by inserting a plastic piece only and there is no other remedy.

                        The gas has started leaking again and the customer care or the authorised service center in mumbai is not looking into the complaint. The customer care is so careless that upon calling them they disconnect the call and do not understand the urgency as the burner has started leaking again.

                        Sunflame product is a very poor product and service is all the more poor. I will not recommend this product to any one.

                          Copy of complaints sent to sunflame company on 09 sept 2017 is as follows ;-

                          I purchased a 10 ltr geyser of sunflame from csd. While it being installed, it was found that the electricity supply is not coming to the geyser.
                          In the first week of month of jul 17, i complained to akhand enterprises - your servicing agent in mumbai. They did not give complaints number and asuured that they would send their rep. However no one came and i kept waiting and only to be asked what is your complaints number, which in first instance they had not given.
                          I again lodged complaints vide sun flame cust complaints id-s[protected] dtd 19 aug 2017, akhand pratap of akhand enterprises, servicing agent in mumbai was spoken to on 21 aug 2017, o5 sep 2017 and customer care repeatedly with last one being on 09 sep 2017. However, nothing has happened and i can not use the new defective geyser of your company. Very pathetic and poor service. Please take action to replace the geyser as its factory production defect without any quality control.
                          An early and expeditious action is requested by your company and complaints be escalated to your higher management executive as mumbai center is inefficient, careless with couldn't care less attitude and inefficient personnel, who only speak lies and don't have trained personnel's.

                          I receive steam iron through online order bt it's having prblm of water leakage also it's crack from 1 side.also when I am using it, it's burning.plz replace it.please provide me as earlier as possible
                          Sunflame customer care and servicing in Mumbai is useless and they never resolve complaits of even defective brand new Geyser. Never buy sunflame.
                          It is not recommended to buy any product of Sunflame in Mumbai, infact in Central and South India as they are just confined to north India and mainly in areas around Delhi, Haryana and west UP. They have no worthwhile service center and attendance of complaints beyond these areas. Telephone of Customer care at thier office is never attended to. Number is displayed just to cheat the customers. Useless products from a useless company without any quality control.

                            I am complaining about an induction cooker i had purchase from csd hq technical group (Eme) delhi cantt-10 on 23 apr 2017. After a few days a small flame came out form in side. I stopped cooking and immediately informed customer care. The technicians came after three or four days than he collected the item and send it to rohini service center for repairs. The same was returned after a fortnight and even after 15 days the product was not satisfactorily repaired. The technician left it at my house and when i returned from office in the evening and inspected, the following deficiency was found - original cable changed and operating area not sealed correctly. Still the product was switching on and off intermittently. I again contacted the customer care centre and reported to customer care. The technician took my product and instructed me to contact the service center. After three days the customer care replied that some repairing work has been carried out in your product and after 15 days my product was again returned to my house. Now the item is working but i find that the body has been broken and the wire has still not been changed. The technicians have broken the base plate and the layers of plastic while undertaking repairs and stuck it with some glue. I reported the matter and called the customer service center at rohini several times and complained about the shoddy work and the poor quality of repairs of a new equipment. They were not willing to accept their mistakes and asked me to cough up 300 rupees for the cable which has been changed by them. I am a serving soldier and have been harassed to no end. May i request you to take prompt action and ensure that my product is replaced by a new serviceable one or the repairs are done again and the outer body and the cable are changed with original ones. Best regards bharat ka sainik.

                              I have purchased a sun flame 3 burner gas stove at mumbai during july 2017. But while i started working i found that the steel plates in two burners are bend and the beeding of the stove has come out. I have made a complaint to the above firm and they have sent one representative and he visited my residence and saw the stove and assured to rectify. I have sent an email to the above company on 30th july 2017 and i got a reply from you that the same has been forwarded to sun flames. But till date nothing has happened. I request you to take up with the concerned and arrange to replace the stove. Otherwise i have to approach consumer court for deficiency in service by sun flames.

                                  Myself amrik singh, i purchased sunflame innova autoclean chimney from ashoka crockery house, sangrur. But it has prob with display after installation. I made a complaint. Serviceman said to change the dislplay and changed in next visit ie after 15 days. And then a new problem occur chimney itself start and shut also with variable fan speed repeatedly. I made the complaint again. The serviceman said to change the power unit and changed in next visit ie after 15 days. But problem remains same. I call him to come back and see. He came and said to change the display and he changed but the problem remains same. And then he said to change the display again after 15 days. After so much time and after so many changes the problem remains same. I am fed up by your product. Please do the needfull.

I sent email and spoke to sunflame service center, patna and requested to send technician view product is in 2 years warranty. But, more than 2 weeks past but still there is no response from sunflame service center, patna.. Even i called/emailed them many times but all the time they r giving excuses and now they r not receiving my call. Even they r nt giving acknowledgement of my e-mail..

                                    I, Mr. BB Tamang an Ex-Army personal despite of repeated requests and reminders no response/action has been been taken till to date to replace the juicer mixer grinder purchased from army canteen (41 sub area rhino csd canteen) and deposited at customer service centre Jorhat, Assam.                                       I have purchased a "sunflame'lpg 3 burner gas stove from m/s. Natraj emporium, station road, chembur-71 on 14.05.2017 for rs.4, 400/- which has a warranty of 2 years from the date of purchase,

                                      While i started using the stove, i found the following defects.

                                      1. Out of three burners, removable plates in two are bent.
                                      2. The beeding around the stove has came out.

                                      Immediately i made a complaint to the dealer, m/s. Natraj emporium. They have sent one mr. Feroz to our home and he saw the stove, and agreed to replace the defected plates and rectify the other defect. But it has not done, despite me repeated calls to them.

                                      I feel the unit itself is defective one and it should be replaced by a fresh one.in this connection, i would like to inform you that i prefer a better version/model by paying the difference, if any.

                                      Please note i am aged 78 years old and not in a position to go to your service centre with the defective stove.

                                      Expecting your reply within 10 days, otherwise i will take further steps, including moving to consumer court for deficiency in service,

                                        I have purchased a glass top - 4 burner classic gas stove of serial number 16b00 4716 on 24th of march 2017 from nandi charan paul (Agency) kolkata. The flame of alll the 4 burners of the gas stove automatically went so much slow in just 10 days of the purchase that cooking has become impossible on it. The flame which comes out of all the four burner is negligible. I have called men from your customer service center thrice but it goes same in just 2-3 days after their repair. They have opened and cleaned all the pipes and burner but it again goes same in some time. I have asked them to replace the product but of no use. Kindly please look into the matter and replace the product as early as possible as it is under warranty. Waiting for your reply. Puja jalan [protected]@rediffmail.com
