    Hello,

    This is to inform you people last time to get my newly purchased Sunflame ceiling fan from Csd, Jaipur.

    I bought this fan on 29th April and its been 20 days now and you people are just making me fool by giving me unnecessary excuses and not replacing it.

    Attaching the purchase bill along with the SR number that u people gave me for the replacement. Get it replaced ASAP or else I have to take a legal action against you people and it will be a powercut a big trouble for you just because of a ceiling fan and trust me I won't lie, even if I have to spend more money to screw your happiness.

      Induction is not working from the day of purchasing and after repairing it is creating the same problem and now nobody is coming to repair. Also giving me more than 35 km away servicing centre number (Gwalior) and service provider is giving me order the I have to take the same to Gwalior for repair, the reply is being given by the customer care centre. So please help me to short out the problem

          I have recently bought a three burner gas... automatic... glass.. One burner doesnt work properly. I try for 30secs then it works and sometimes use matchstick to burn. I m fed up of it. It is such a pathetic product. Since the time I have bought I am facing this issue.. I filed a complaint last time and it worked, but again its the same issue.. I made a big mistake that bought sunflame... your representative who visited once told my mother why do you bother us for such small things. You should check on your own

            Hello,
            Gas stove toughen glass broken, complaint has been registered with the customer care vide no. DEL[protected]. It has been more than a week since the complaint is registered and no technician contacted. Customer care service is pathetic.
            Please, look into the same and provide the resolution asap failing which will lodge a formal complaint with consumer forum.

                I have made a complaint to sun Flamme on June 2022 this year for some burning smell coming out of the steam Iron. and this was repeated many times with them, but no one attended the call till date. Finally, the steam Iron got fire inside it some 4 days back and i had made complaint again with complaint number FAR[protected] on 18/10/22. till date no one had called or visited me.

                    Top of the 3 burner sunflame stove broken in to several pieces and scattered all over the platform of kichen.
                    It was very unsafe situation. Could escape narrowly as no one was there by the time it happened.
                    Worst experience with this product.
                    Safety is more worrying than cost.

                        Issue : Not working on complaints for Sunflame SunflamePride GT 3 Burners Gas Stove (Black) gas leakage issue for which company provides 2 year warranty.

                        Since October 2021 till recently, I raised many complaints [ref No-FAR[FAR[protected] ] ] for gas leakage issue from stove nobe.
                        Service technician Saurabh is not responding and not helping.
                        I have latest request and many such requests open but resolved without working on this.
                        No senior person is available to contact.

                          Hello Team,

                          Issue : Sunflame Geyser [ grace 10 ] water leakage issue for which company provides 5 year warranty.

                          On 26 July 2022, I raised one complaint [ref No-BAN[protected] ] for water leakage issue for the geyser.
                          One service technician came and inspected the geyser and said that this is not serviceable as this is a tank water leakage issue and company will replace the geyser.
                          He asked me to provide bill and warranty card, i was unable to provide both as it was 2 year old geyser, then my ticket was closed.

                          Later i searched and got both bill and warranty card then on 8 August 2022 again i logged one more complaint [Ref no-BAN[protected] ] for same, after that i never got any call from either sunflame or service guy.
                          Every time when i call customer care they always say that they are escalating the case to head office and some one will contact me but till now no one contacted me and my issue is not resolved even after multiple followup with sunflame costumer care.

                          I tried calling sunflame service person then he said he cant help in this as this is water leakage issue, only company will replace the product.

                          Company is not bother to resolve my issue even though this product is under warranty for 5 year tank water leakage issue.

                          I took this geyser from army CSD canteen, This how Sunflame cheats army persons.

                          Request you to take action again Sunflame company.

                              I would like to inform you that I had purchased a Sunflame 3 burner gas dated 07.06.2020, from Balaji Traders, A-1249, G. D. Colony, Mayur Vihar Phase-3, Delhi-96. (Warranty card enclosed)

                              Now all of a sudden the right and side Sunflame Gas burner which is joint with pipe has broken all of a sudden itself and the burning bowl is broken into pieces. Also one of its middle burner buttons is loose; which is harmful and dangerous for all the family members.

                              Therefore, it is requested to the competent authority look into the aforesaid issue on priority within the time-bound manner and and rectify the said issue at the earliest for further course of action.

                                Hi, This is Mahesh based out of Amberpet, Hyderabad, I have taken a gas stove from Bharat Enterprises- Bowenpally, Model is PRIME 2BR on 7th February 2022. there is a warranty for 2-3 Years on this product. from last 15-20 days we are facing issue with this product(Gas stove), I have called bharat enterprises to claim warranty but they did not taken compliant instead they have given me the customer care of Sunflame Enterprises to claim warranty then i have contacted via call to their customer service executive to claim warranty and they have taken my complaint and after 1-2 days technical person came to my home and repaired but after he went we are facing same issue, then once again i have given 2nd time complaint and technical person came same issue we are getting, yesterday as well we have given complaint to replace the product they denied to do that. i request you to please look into my issue and do the needful.

                                    While cooking food on Aug 3, 2022 our sunflame glass gas stove suddenly got burst and particles of glass got spreaded everywhere in the kitchen. Luckily no one got majorly injured appart from some buises on my arm. And now when I complained this to su flame they are denying customet services and charging for replacement. On top of that the mechanic who called had the audacity to blame us by the way of questioning our cooking style. Did nt expect this from Sunflame kind of company. Now when I see reviews I can see manority of people are facing this issue.

                                      Against my purchase of Lancer 60BK Auto Clean Chimney Invoice No-FA BHUC[protected] Dtd: 17/06/2022. I am facing Auto clean issue (Item in Warranty). I have raised complaint on 22/07/2022 Complain No-RAN[protected]. But no one came to attend the complaint. I have contacted VSS Electric (Person name-Vijay) they said without money they not come. They informed to discuss Sunflame.

                                      My Installation request through Sunflame also VSS not attended.

                                      Same I have informed to Sunflame customer care and lodge further complaint (Complain No-RAN[protected] Dtd:25/07/2022) . But till date VSS person not came or attended my complaint.

                                      Pl. take action immediately. To provide other service provider immediately.

                                        My name is Manish. I purchased the product Lara 60 Chimney from SK enterprises, Mohali in the month of March 2022.

                                        It was working fine for 2 months (April and May) but suddenly, it stopped working in June 2022 so I contacted ''SK Enterprise'' and they shared the number of your customer care ([protected]) where I registered my complaint with code CHA[protected] on July 2, 2022.

                                        They informed me that the technician will visit my home to check the product but no one came after the complaint so I called again & again and got the number of incharge (Mahesh Attari - [protected]) who is managing a service center of Chandigarh.

                                        He sent a technician after 4-5 days but he was not able to find the issue and asked me to reach out Mahesh.

                                        I have been continuously trying to reach Mahesh for the last three weeks but he always says the same thing: that i do not have solution as of now so please give me some time.

                                        Even i am calling in Service Center on daily basis but they are also saying same thing: that we are escalating this issue and you will get solution/ call within 24 hours but no update as of now.

                                        I sent multiple emails on [protected]@sunflame.com but no response from anyone.

                                        I have not gotten any solution for my product from the last 27 days.

                                        I just want to confirm, Have i made any mistake in bringing a product from Sunflame?

                                        How soon will I get a solution or get my chimney in working condition?

                                        If you do not have a solution for issue then change my chimney. I want a replacement not a repair because your team is not able to provide such services which a consumer can expect from a well known company.
