I made a complaint to sunflame customer care on august 23rd 2020. I receive a call from on deepak (Phon no.:[protected] that he is calling from authorised service centre. He came to my premises on tuesday august 25th and asked me to pay rs. 650 for the burner and rs. 300 service charge. I disputed and asked for rate card. He did not show me that.

I asked him to make me speak with his supervisor his phone was busy.

Today i spoke with amit pandey his nos is[protected], he threatened me to do anything and nothing will happen.

As a customer, i cannot be cheated and threathned.

I called sunflame customer care on August 16th 2020 for my gas stove complaint. They did not register my compalint, although I received a message from their so called service centre name Deepak - phone no[protected] and he subsequently visited me. He charged me double the price of a normal spare part and did not show me list price from Sunflame. Today his owner/supervisor called and his name is Amit Pandey[protected].
They are running fraud service centres and charging at their own will, and ultimately customers are CHEATED.

    My sunflame 3 burner stove's glass top broked into pieces. We take all the precaution while using gas stove. This happened in precence of all my family including my 1 year old daughter. I have pics and box of the stove also. Can sunflame answer for this????

      Hi team,
      Please note below product is not working properly and I found it a poor quality product which started having so many issues in 15 days. Issue states resolved MUM[protected] without any action. For MUM[protected] once the engineer came after 10 days of follow up and still couldn’t resolve. Very bad after sales service and pathetic product. I want a replacement or my money back.

        Hi team,

        With heavy heart i am writing here to complain about the product defect for the faulty sunflame 3 burner gas stove.

        In feb 24th (Much before corona), the glass top of the sunflame 3 burner stove came out automatically. Also my glass stove is in 2 years warranty period.
        Since feb 24th 2020, i have been chasing sunflame through email and phone but no progress has been done since last 5 months.
        I also raised a complain by calling the sunflame customer care but till now the complaint ticket is still open with no progress.

        You can understand that glass stove is an essential commodity during this covid pandemic and i have been struggling like anything since last 5 months without any help or support given by suflame.

        There is no mail response given to my multiple reminder mails sent to them. If you want i can forward it to you as a proof.

        If sunflame can't fix my problem, then i would kindly request to refund my hard earned money which i spent for purchasing this faulty glass stove.

        I regret i purchased a sunflame product and am sure will never ever go for it again or even recommend any one to purchase a sunflame product

            One of the burners of my sunflame cooktop is not working.
            Its been quite some time now and i am not getting any service regd this. Multiple calls were done to customer service number. Have sent countless emails called multiple times no response at all.

            I was asked to call a number [protected] to get a service engineer.

            When i called the engineer/person directly refused to provide me service.
            Kindly help me out.

            This is not expected from a brand like sunflame. While buying the product your sales team bragged about the warranty and the service but still i am awaiting service as the main burner is not functioning properly. They are not providing support even during the warranty period

              I wish to bring to your kind notice that I am facing some problem after buying the subject product online from Flipkart very recently. On receipt of the product in the first week of June 2020, the same was installed at my house on 10th June 2020 by the authorized service personnel of my IOCL Distributor.Unfortunately, it was observed that the diamond color plastic material which is on the knob as indicator for ON / OFF position of two burners have come out just after a month o[censored]se.This was quite astonishing and alarming for us to see the poor workmanship of the company's product. The middle burner’s diamond color plastic material has fallen down and the right burner's one is already lost.This is absolutely essential for the user to know whether the Gas Stove is in ON or OFF position for safety reasons. I personally called up their Customer Care number +91 [protected] and spoke to Mr. Nitin at 9.45 am. He understood the problem and he informed me as well as sent me a SMS that my complaint has been registered with Ref No.-KOL[protected] Dt.13/07/20 and also provided me with their Service Provider's number +91 [protected].It was informed to me by the Service Provider that nothing can be done as the small plastic part is not available in piecemeal and I have to change the knobs completely, for which I have to pay the cost and other charges. Alternatively he suggested that I put some white marking on the knobs ON / OFF indicators.I was really taken aback that such could be the casual attitude of your Service Provider, whom their organization has only referred to me. I had given another option that they can send me a few pieces of the same from their works, at my address, so that I can fix them at my place. In any case I told them that I am not going to accept any new product from their side which has an inherent manufacturing defect or any product deficiency at their end.Requested for their immediate response in this matter in affirmative and resolving the issue once for all which will be highly appreciated.

              They had just sent a message on 16/07/20 that the complaint has been resolved and closed the same without taking any proper action thus misleading a customer like me.

              Dear Sir,

              I am Ajoy K. Mukherjee a senior citizen from Kolkata and one of your valued customer for many years of your company's products.

              Recently I had purchased a Gas Stove of your organization through Flipkart and had faced a very small problem which is narrated in the trailing mail which is self-explanatory. I am sorry to take out your valuable time for reading my mail addressed to your Customer Care. I feel extremely bad to inform you that I being a strong patronizer of your companyfor decades, did not receive the proper attention from any level from your company personnel.

              Today a person named Mr. Danda Pani Mishra ( M ; +91 [protected] ) from your organization called up and informed me that he is going to change the two knobs but only against payment to which I did not agree. He promised me to call back after talking to his manager but his call never came.I had again contacted your Customer Care department on this day but it was of no avail, as I was directed to talk with Mr.Shalindra in number[protected] who was inaccessible throughout the day.

              Kindly note that it is not the question of the trivial amount, which I can always pay, since I have already paid a much bigger amount to buy your product but just a matter of principle from my side of not making any extra payments for a new product whch has just been used for little overa month only.Everyone of your organization whom I talked to or the service provider did admit that this a general phenomenon and the defect is most likely to happen in all cases. It seems there is a lot of self-complacent attitude which has been developed in many of your employees, which could be detrimental for your company in the long run in this competitive environment.

              Since I still have very high regards for the quality of your product range, I feel completely distressed for not addressing my small but genuine safety problem by your team.Hence, request for your personal interference to kindly resolve the matter.

                we bought 4 burner gasstove in the month of Feb in Bajaj electronics gajuwaka.one day one of the Knob became loose and fire came out. We gave to service centre and got repaired and also took 400 rs from us. After got service, when we lighten the stove a big fire came out and spread on complete stove which is very dangerous. it happens twice after got repair.

                We scared to use that product and we asked for replace/refund but it got rejected by sales manager and he asked to buy some other product in sunflame - Tell me one thing why should we buy again the same/different product in sunflame . how can we trust the sunflame again .

                Fire accident is not small. its dangerous to our life.

                It is not old product, we bought it 4 months back and now u guys are rejecting to replace/ refund the product. it is not phone, washing maching. it is gasstove which is risky so how can we use the same product when fire accident happened twice.

                please resolve this issue asap.

                  Hello customercare,

                  With reference to your mail, no action has been taken yet. One or two people came to visit our home, took notes, i guess doing the formality for the sake of showing up the paperwork done from the company. A person named surender (Service head of noida and ghaziabad) visited our home on 10th july 2020 and understood the issue. He gave us an address of a nearby shop to look out for another option. To our surprise, the shop owner had just 2 models to show us, 1 with 3 burners and 1 with four burners! I called up that person to ask him about details of another gallery which has enough models of sunflame hob. He never picked up. Just keep on transferring my calls either to the office or asking a female to tell me to call the manager. I don't have his number. I have written him mail too with no response (Mr. Sanjay diwan)!!
                  I don't have time to keep on writing mails to the sunflame authorities asking them for refund or replacement. You should understand that it's a gas stove, which is a necessity for every person. I would never have purchased this hob stove from sunflame if only i would have been aware of the worst customer care service and procrastinating nature of sunflame.

                    This is in reference to the sunflame modular 4 knobs gas. It was brought in march from r. K vision, lodhi colony, new delhi but placed in june due to corona lockdown. The concerned engineer placed it in place on 25th of june. You can cross check it with customer care details and the concerned engineer who placed it. We used it first on 29 june 2020. To my utter surprise, its a sheer waste of money. We used to like sunflame but it was a sheer disappointment this time. Let me mention you one buy one details of this particular product. I would definitely like to have a word with the manufacturer of this particular product.
                    1- there is no distance between 1st and 4th holders. The holders are almost touching each other. So even if you want to make two dishes at same time, one cant due to lack of space.
                    2- while switching on the 1st knob for 1st burner, both the burner (1st and 2nd) show ignited flame sound. So by that, one is definitely confused which one is going to work.
                    3- there is no high-low adjusting thing. You need to make it either in high flame on one burner or low flame on another burner.
                    4- the 1st burner started showing issues within 2 days o[censored]se. It doesn't light up on his own. I need to wait for few minutes or have to use matchstick to ignite it.
                    5- there is no enough space between all the 4 burners. You cant even think of making 4 items at same time!!
                    6- the on-off button is so close proximity of the burners that the buttons are almost on fire while the flame is on. One can burn the hand with the buttons only.

                    I am really disappointed with this model. Please kindly exchange it or replace it. After spending so much hard earned money into this kind of product is not worth it. This particular product of sunflame is waste of money. We asked the buyer to replace it but he said he cant help it. We might have brought it in march but we placed it on 29 june 2020. This can be confirmed by the sunflame customer care and the engineer who placed it. Please find enclosed pictures with labeling mentioned in them.
                    Please replace it or do something. I cant really use it.

                      I have not received any callback form SUNFLAME department yet!!!
                      Days will pass by with no revert from their side and in the end they will say that its been days and you have used this product and blah blah. I can't use that gas stove. Its very tough to make and can only make two dishes one time inspite of 4 burners!!!

                        It is to inform that my 4 months ago purcharsed 3 burner glass top gas stove glass had burst today's, plss provide another one or repair it.

                        It purchased by central police canteen bhel bhopal, it outer glass surface haas totally been burst suddenly and it harm other kitchen items
                        Its is requested to change the item and do needful because it is in guarantee period

                          This is regarding Sunflame prime BK gas stove 2 burner glass top, black which I purchase in 12th March 2020 After using about 15 to 20 days two of the burner are not working and some kind of sound is coming out from the gas stove.
                          To raise the issue I logged the complaint about 2 months ago and my complaint no "ALL[protected]" After i tried to call multiple times service center told me our technician will visit with in 48 hrs to solve the problem but no visit till date.

                              I am complaining about the sunflame gas burner which got burst into pieces while cooking, and avoided a potential injury. We purchased it during 2018 diwali from faridabad market so hardly used for 1.5 years and we are back to using our old stainless steel burner which was with us for over 20 years. Such a shame that product are now made with such pathetic care to make them last longer for some years. I want a refund or replacement for this damage

                                  I purchased the 3 burner toughened glass cooktop on 14.10.19 from amazon over other companies like prestige, pigeon, glen and others, thinking that sunflame was a good and renowned brand.

                                  But it cracked this morning out of a sudden when my mother was using it for daily cooking, which was never expected from an old brand as yours.

                                  As it is still covered under warranty, therefore, i need it to be replaced soon.

                                  I called the customer care and they asked me to send mail.

                                  I've the bill and warranty card with me.

                                    On the 2nd of feb 2020 i purchased au flame glass cooktop ct-hob series. Today the while making food the glass top shattered into small pieces with noise injuring my family member. She had to be rushed to the hospital to pick small glass pieces from hand and neck.

                                    I tried to call customer care they said they are not responsible. I’m now forced to write formal complain against the company.

                                      I had sent the below mail on Mar 14, 2016, but no response so far.
                                      Hi,

                                      I am totally dissatisfied by Sunflame Dealer (Girish Enterprises, Sarjapur Road, Kaikondrahalli, Bangalore). They delivered the Sunflame Optra 4 Burner Gas Stove on Thursday, 10th March, after which I found that the two burners were not horizontal and about 20 degrees slope, so uneven heating of the vessel kept on it. When I called Girish Enterprises the next day (Friday), they promised to send a replacement, but no one turned up. When I called on Saturday, the owner started harassing that you have used the Gas Stove and how can you ask for the replacement and I replied him that how can I find whether the stove is proper without using it. I called the Sunflame customer care, Faridabad, who gave the Customer Service number ([protected]) in Bangalore. I called them on Saturday evening and today one of the Service people came and found that it is a defective piece and envied that how Girish Enterprises delivered such a piece and not providing a replacement. Can you please let me know how are you providing dealership to such a worst Girish Enterprises? Today also I called Girish Enterprises owner spoke to me for two minutes and ignored me saying that he is receiving another call.

                                        Inspite of registering multiple complaints and calling them incessently, this pathetic company service centre does not even pick up the call. Their service centre number of guwahati [protected] just disconnects the call.
                                        Truely horrible service. Made the mistake of buying once, will never make it again.
                                        I even tried mailing them, but it seems no one is interested in the customer once goods are sold.

                                        Sunflame Enterprises customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I have been using a sunflame toughened glass top 4 burner gas stove. While we were cooking the so called ‘toughened glass’ broken. just shattered all over the kitchen.

                                        Glass has 2 yrs guarantee also.

                                        I have called customer care.

                                        Its been one month no one reached me to repair.
                                        Glass top of 4 burner stove cracked suddenly while cooking. No response from Sunflame for email. No contact number available. Looking for resolution at the earliest to avoid any casualties because of broken glass.
                                        Bought glass top gas stove eight months ago. Glass top bursted... Need service for that item .. is it cover under warranty or not. Want detailed explanation about the bad quality and need service for gas stove as soon as possible.
