Very disappointed with the company which will cost me my life. I'm facing gas leakage issues since I purchased the product. Several times complaint has been made and engineers visited but they just fix the issue on temporary basis. I'll be forced to file a police complaint if the gas stove isn't replaced immediately. This gas stove has defected one with extreme gas leakage. Fraud company

Nobody from the company contacted till date. Gas stove is catching fire and it is life threatening

    Sir...my name N.FAYAZ AHAMED complaint regards to sunflame chimney (mother board problem)...
    Many times visited the shop owner about this complaint where I purchased this product (sri vasavi metals Guntakal (town) anantapur (district) Andhra pradesh (state)...
    He say's that service centre person is not lifting call every time.
    Since one month completed by giving complaint but no response till now.
    Hence the warranty ends this month on[protected].
    So kindly arrange the service centre person to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

      Nobody really cares to respond to any complaints or concerns.
      My gas burner is not working from last 10 days but even after multiple complaints no one came for repair.
      Sunflame is giving such a pathetic service

        Worst service ever, no trained customer service representatives. Extremely rude and arrogant. Not ready to hear the issue and hung up the call on my face! Have called multiple times for an issue that could escalate to a tragedy. Disappointed completely.

          Hi Team,

          This is to notify you that I have purchased your Sunflame cooktop burner on (16/08/2021) from your authorized dealer and as a standard process, the service person came to install that product in my home. But he damaged the product while doing the installation and repaired it after some days when I called the dealer and told this incident.

          Now, the problem is the leakage of gas from the place where the pipe is attached to the burner which may lead to an accident and after 15-20 seconds of turning ON the knob, I can use the burner. Till then again the wastage of the gas

          I request you to kindly look into this issue and please replace this product with a new one.
          I expect positive action towards this request.

            Its not working properly, i called the numbers provided .there is no response from 7 months. its been 10 months i purchased.very poor response from your side.bad rating.i think this is a kind of bad part on your company. i have waranty but no one are respinding.

              I bought mixie of brand sunflame on jan. But on March month itself it is not working . Then I raised complain on may. Customer executive gave customers center number. I called them they came and took my mixie jar and went. Nearly 50 days over till now I didnt get it back. I called and complained more than 20 times. Past two month inam putting call and raising complaints but till now my issue not resolved
              I never seen such a worst customers service in my life. Sunflame big company and product was so good before. But now totally waste. How to get my product or money. Each money is very important for all human beings. Why cheating people like this. I want a proper response for this.

                I’ve purchased a stove few months back and it’s under warranty and not working properly. I’ve raised a complaint more then 6 time’s now and yet no body has come to repair. It’s really annoying.

                    Very worst sales after service of Sunflame Water Heater, I raised the complaint to Sunflame Customer care through phone on 15.06.2021 but till date they did not send any service person to repair the heater. Every time when I contacted the customer care they only say we will escalate to high level but no use of that.

                      Hi,

                      I raised a complain almost a month ago and till DATE it's never been addressed or resolved.
                      I was given with service centre no who were never helpful and giving various excuses. Month ago I have shared the bill along with pics of the issue with Name By Kannan and Anand but we're not helpful.
                      Now, it's really frustration that your service after sales is really poor.
                      The burner issue seems like you're inviting an accident in my home the way its working..
                      Discussed with multiple people from the customer care/email etc BUT no help till date. Such a unprofessional company who don't care customers after sales..Will never purchase or recommend anybody Sunflame products..
                      The person from service center is of no help and saying it's payable and cannot be replaced then why Sunflame saying it's 5 year warranty for the burners. I am really very frustrated as the burners are under warranty...
                      Kindly respond to this with the resolution. Since it's under warranty I am not going to pay for burners other then service charge. All 3 burners are non functional properly and needs immediate replacement. Arrange the technician for immediate visit and replacement of the burners.

                          Its worst quality. From start o[censored]sage its posing problems. The company doesnt do any quality tests before selling. Continous noise in burners full cooking time. So scary and high risk but such cold response even in gurantee period no assurance.from company . Flames are also orange .very poor combustion.

                              I have purchased the sunflame chimney venza plus on 06/03/2021 with bill. I have followed all norms regarding installing chimney from the company. But the chimney stopped working within three months and the customer care is charging for the spare parts which is in warranty.

                                  Already registered complaint with sunflame enterprises on April 24th' 2021 and today is June 7th' 2021. There is no response from agency regarding the repair since complaint lodged. I already called them around 10 times and they are delaying for no reason. Pathetic service by such brand. Already escalated the case with customer care as well, but then again no feedback/response. Worst customer service and management.

                                      I have ordered an online gas stove on 23rd April 2021, but while doing order my order I have not received an email for order confirmation, so again I ordered the same stove. Then I wrote an email to cancel the order immediately. Till now I don't receive any delivery-related emails or messages. I called multiple times in customer care and they don't have an idea of an online purchase. I am fed up with the services of Sunflame because of no response and updating any status.

                                        I bought Gas stove of Sun Flame in Aug'21 and while cooking food on 21st March, glass of gas stove was damaged.

                                        Complaint has been registered in the name of Suman (compliant Ref no. is DEL[protected]

                                        Their executive visited on 23rd March'21 but no solution was provided till date. Whenever we call at your customer care, every time they say that it would take another 4-5 days and it has been now almost 15 days.

                                        we borrowed gas stove from neighbours to cook the food, you can imagine the harassment we are going through due to your irresponsibleness and lethargic approach to give resolution to the customer
