    I Have contacted through customer care for registering call for not working motor in sunflame cooler on 14/03/2022. But nobody came till date. Kindly resolve the issue immediately. While approching agian to customer care, they are not correctly giving the information, when the person comes to resolve issue.

        Myself Mukesh...
        I have been using a sunflame crystal plus toughened glass top 3 burner gas stove since last 5 years.

        While we were cooking ‘toughened glass’ broke with a blasting noise and just shattered all over the platform.

        It was very scary.

        I called Sunflame company on their contact no many times but no response..

        Now 6 days have gone but not a single call from sunflame for replacement of the Toughened glass till dat...

        Requested to replace the broken Toughened glass with authentic Sunflame Glass ASAP...

But nobody came and called on that day. While I call back him, he is not responding and disconnecting the phone. Kindly resolve the issue immediately.               I want to bring this to your kind attention that I purchased a sunflame auto clran chimney in April 2021.

              The piece I got is defective. I raised complaints many times but I didn't get any solution for my problem.

              There are so many issues, one is the sound issue. My chimney makes so much noise which is much higher than usual, second, it is not working fine on pulling smoke, another is, it is getting black from inside, dont know what is the reason for that.

              I am totally dissatisfied with this piece as it is surely have manufacturing defect. I purchased it with my hard earned money but it didn't provide me any kind of satisfaction from day one of its purchase.

              I am tired of calling sunflame customer care now. So, I asked them to provide me another solution and I got this email id.

              Please help me getting rid of this defective piece and provide me the solution of my problem.

                We have purchased a MAPLE 60 chimney of SUNFLAME from Bajaj Electronics, Gachibowli. The inner part of the chimney has come. The technician came and applied glue and went away..After 2 days, the same problem again came. Now, total one is side is hanging. I have placed request for changing, but no response to it.bhas

                  Today morning my cook was cooking food in Sunflame Gas Burner(Purchased in May 2019), and the glass top suddenly burst into small pieces. She got injured due to it and the entire kitchen was filled with broken glass pieces. On further research I have come to know that this is a common problem with this kind of Sunflame stove.

                  I am not able to understand how they are selling this. This is such a huge safety risk.
                  Also on calling your customer support team they just casually gave the answer that the server is not working without understanding that such incidents can result in some major mis-happenings.

                  Please look into the matter on urgent basis and align some technician to visit and check the reason.

                      I have been issue with burner and on my first visit of technician he said if issue repeated the he would change burner. The issue was still there so requested for change burner as it was in warranty but from 9th Feb am trying to ask for same ticket was raise but not yet received respond. My details of ticket below.

                            Sir/ ma'am,

                            i had purchased "Sunflame Diamond Glass Top 3 Burner Gas Stove Mannual Ignition Black" from Amazon.in on 30/12/2021 .

                            The stove was delivered on 1/1/2022. Within a month o[censored]se the gas started leaking from the gas stove . One day there was a small fire in the stove when I was burning it. so that immediately i filed a complaint regarding this issue .
                            The customer executive told me that your issue would get solved within 48 hours, then i waited but no one came form solving my problem. Then i again called them then they told me same thing as earlier. i called them approx 4 times but they avoided me like this.

                            so i'm here filing a complaint againt "Sunflame Enterprises Private Limited" as my product is in warranty period of 2 years but the company is not solving my issue.

                            If the stove causes any loss or injury then who would be responsible for it.

                              We had purchased 4 burner stove and it stopped working just after 1 month.
                              We raised a complain about it. Its been already 2 months and in spite of regular follow up, sunflame is not addressing it. Dealer (Vini Services ) is just closing the complains giving one or another reason without fixing it.
                              Suresh from Vinii services is a horrible service person. He threatens that he will not fix the issue and do whatever you want.

                                Have using a 3 burner glass top sunflame gas stove from november 2020 . In the evening of 23 january 2022 dinner was prepared and approx 8 pm the gas stove was turned off and left the kitchen. After 20 to 25 min a blast sound came from the kitchen and when we see the glass top was broken and still crack transferring noise was coming(This noise remains coming for approx 15 minutes after the blast).
                                After one day i.e. on 25 jan 2022 I called to customer care and resister the complain and they say the technician will visit and resolve the complain. Second day I get a call from technician and he told me he will visit at my home on the same day but he don't come. So next day I called him and he ask for the images of serial no of gas stove, invoice and images of gas stove.
                                From that day to today i.e. 1 feb 2022 I called several times to the customer care, technician and the area service manager and each time I get different replies from all three. Technician says approval for the part is pending, customer care says no approval is initiated from the customer side and service incharge says I talk to company and they denies for the change .

                                Why these things are done by them. As the glass is broken during off condition them why they are not replacing it even the gass stove have 2years warranty

                                  This mail is in regards to Automatic burner replacement of Sun flame Automatic Gas Stove.

                                  History

                                  I have issues with my 3 in one burner which is not working fine. I made a complaint on 17.12.2021 to get it checked and replaced as the burner comes with a 5 yrs warranty. Technician came and took the visiting charges as the product is not under warranty though burners are in replacement warranty. He confirmed after checking that there is an issue with burners and needs to replace them. I said please go ahead and put in the request for the same. He asked for a bill and a guarantee card for the documentation process and we gave all the required documents.

                                  Technician promised me that he will try his best to get the replacement as soon as possible. After 7 days I checked with the technician, however he said it will take time. I said that’ s fine. I called him after another 7 days and he said to call the service center which is Geeta Enterprises. I called them and they said it will come in the next 2 days. I called the technician after 2 days to check the availability. However, he said yes he got the burner but he returned it, I said why, he explained to me that sir that the burner which you are using are automatic burners and they send me the normal burner. I said ok, now I asked him when I will get the compatible burner he said you need to confirm with Geeta enterprises. I called them to check the status and available of compatible burner he said sir it will take 30days as we don’t have the stock and he keep forcing me to use normal burner I said boss I paid the money after satisfaction for automatic burner, So I request you to kindly send me the compatible burner.

                                  Present

                                  I have been calling customer care, Technician and Geeta enterprises but no one is able to deliver the correct product. I asked the company when you launched the product if you people forgot to launch their spare parts.

                                  If a product comes under warranty then the company takes unnecessary time to replace. If this case doesn’t fall under guarantee then the company would have changed the product right away because it generates revenue not the customer satisfaction.

                                  Why are you fooling customers and giving false promises? Even a courier doesn’t take 30dsays to deliver a product in any part of India.

                                  Result

                                  If you people and your team are unable to deliver the product then I have to file a case against your company for false promises and mental harassment and unsafely for my family.

                                      I bought this 4 burner so called toughest glass stove in 2020. it was working fin until 14th January 2022 when it suddenly blasted and the glass of the gas stove shattered. My cook was cooking at that time. it almost hit her eye. it was quite scary.

                                      It was still in the warranty period so we contacted the customer service. The customer service guy came and gave us funny excuses that the burner over heated which broke the toughest glass. Aren't the burners supposed to heat? should we start eating uncooked food? if it can't bear the heat what are we supposed to do with it? put it in the living room as a showpiece?

                                      I researched about it and came to know there are a lot of people who complained about this product. why are they still producing something so dangerous? this manufacturing defect should be taken into consideration

                                        A defective coocktop was delivered by sunflame. I have tried many times to contact brand but brand is not responding of my emails. Service request have been registered three times 29 Dec2021, 03Jan2022, and 13Jan2022. Brand has not been given any update about the same. I had contact to cc, he stated that your complain has been resolved while no one technician visited my place. Brand is not able to give any information about technician and inspection report.
                                        So it has been proved that brand is not giving service and cheating the customer by making fake service updates.
