I am a resident of supertech palm greens, delhi road, meerut, u. P.
I am living here for last 4 years with my family, my electricity connection load is 3kw, now i want to increase my load by 2 kw.
Supertech builders charging 15, 000 inr for 1 kw increment.
Although the u. P government is charging around 1, 500 inr for 1kw.
I want to know why supertech builder is charging this much of amount, as i want to increase my load but i can't afford this much o[censored]nnecessary charges.

Please take some serious action against them.

    Dear concern,

    I ankur khetan, have unit no. 1104 in supertech basera, gurgaon, i am asking for revision of gst demand raised by company on me by 8% rather than 12%.

    When govt. Has reduced the rate of gst to 8% rather than 12% or 18% earlier, why they are not revising the demand?

    Also i have not received the payment proof of sep. 17 installment.

    I am trying to call the customer care number [protected], but no one is there for reply.

    I have also mailed at disha. [protected]@supertechlimited.com and [protected]@supertechlimited.com, but no reply.

    I am not able to contact the company representative in any manner.

    What should i do???

    I am Ekta jain. My flat in supertech eco village 3. I have been given to 85 % money to builder but rest amount doing unauthorized demand with extra charges unacceptable. So please do the needful my help. My contact no. [protected].

      Alright where do i start, made the most daft decision of purchasing a flat in tower CS6 flat number 1905

      Ok ever since we moved in there are seepage issues in the flat, been over a year now and they’ll make you run in circles between the tower in charge and maintanence office and both these department will keep pinning the blame on each other, till today all my walls are wrecked by the seepage their poor quality construction has caused and their sheer apathy has made the problems worse, you’ll feel like you’ve purchased a dungeon not an apartment. Nobody here will help you and nobody cares and will treat you like a fool and as if they’re giving you this apartment for free.

      Water dripping from balconies from every possible place and every room.

      In the end they’ll tell you to fix the walls on your own even though you’ve been begging them since day one to sort their ###

      The most pathetic decision of my life and the frustration this will cause you even after you email their head office and be assured of help but not one person from their team will get to you.

      Please sace yourself heartache and think twice

        It has been 3 years since i have been paying my emi for a flat booked in supertech albaria, in ecovillage 1, tower h1. Project was to be completed by july2018. But seeing the construction update, and on site inspection of no progress, i feel cheated and want a complete refund. What should i do? Should i bring together more buyers and file a case in court?

          My concern is about street dogs in the colony they not only bark in nights and doing mess on the streets but did bite few children. Its causing health issues asi some times unable to sleep but and may develop an epidemic of rabies also if not controlled wee in time and then the concerned authorities will be responsible for that and would like to request take the required action before it will be too late. Thanks

            Cancelling due to trust issue.

            It is almost 1.5 year we stuck in flat-flat game.

            We were offered a 2 BHK with 985 sq ft area. After so much of follow-up i was able to give 10% amount. Supertech was not interested.Supertech connected india bulls for loan, That was next level of pain(that guy took 5 month to complete file and on asking he said directly supertech is not working on that project so demand will come almost by 2018 and they will complete file at that time only).
            Now comes Turing point. Supertech offered 3 BHK 4th floor. A new painfull journey begin because your another 1 month spent with indiabulls and on complementation on loan approval. SUPERTECH team called as asked to get loan done by state bank allahabad.
            Now again supertech offered 3rd floor on my approved loan from india bulls.
            cheque cancellation not informed to us. We had to follow up on that. Rest I have added and corrected in below mail.

            SUPERTECH least interested in customers, ABOVE LONG JOURNEY CREATE NOTHING JUST TRUST ISSUE.

              Hi,

              In this society E rickshaw facility is there but having worst operators they do not know how to speak and how to treat a person . Same with security staff. If you talk and say to drop you at your tower but they will say wait . After waiting you will again ask to go . They will start argument.
              And security at main gate don't take action.

              If they are providing facility then they should train their staff. How to speak and treat a person .

              Even I am pissed of Supertech Cape Town Maintenance. With Security Guards and E Rickshaw facility..

              At main Gate (Gate No: 1) Security Guards are a really pain for residents.. I think we should taken into account the RWA.. which is the only solution of getting rid of this [censored] Maintenance,

                "this measure is taken for your own security. You are requested to kindly cooperate for the same." :- immature response.

                This is not for our security but to harass the residents to a large extent. Let me share one incident with you. I was standing at gate no: 2 on 13th december. There were two cars without sticker was waiting for the guard to open the barricade so that they can enter the society. Mr. Pandey ji called up the guard from the maintenance office and ask him to let them in. (How come cars without stickers enter the society)? I have seen the whole episode as i was standing there

                Please don"t make excuses to enforce unethical rules on residents.

                Are you seriously taking about our security? Let me explain you the complete scenario of security?

                1.) there are lots of street dogs are there in the society. One day, a dog was about to bite my 3 year old daughter. I was there.

                2.) if we face any problem related with electricity or water, to whomsoever maintenance send, the problem never get fixed.

                This is not the first time, we are living in a housing society! There are many other societies, don't have such kind of # rules. So what you want to say, they are not concerned about their safety?

                Do you really want to say that guards have to interrogate the residents, our relatives, friends, family members before entering the society. Then why we have purchased a home in a prison???

                The guards are working for us? Not against us. If you hire someone for your own security, would it make sense that the person will ask your id first and start interrogating you and your family members?

                Is builder out of his mind? What he thinks? The people who purchased home in supertech or their family members will initiate the thefts in the society.

                Here is a suggestion, if you really care about our safety:

                You can ask cab drivers, to provide the id (Adhaar, voter id, licence {everything works as id proof in india, so don't stick to the driving licence), note the id number or whatever mentioned the id proof and return back at the same moment. You are not facing the situation that's why it's very easy for you to say, "its for your security". If at the gate, guard talks to you rudely, what will you do? The person you hire, talks to you rudely. Hilarious...

                Moreover, yesterday guard told me that don"t sit in the cab in which driver forget his license at home. Pathetic situation. When we hire a cab, it;s not my responsibility to ask driver to show me the license.

                We purchase home in this society, and whenever i come back to home, i always have a thought, that i may not enter my society? Because i am travelling in my friend's car or in a cab? Can you expect the worst situation than this??

                Not able to write more. So closing now, but... Just wanted to say at last that wave off such kind of stupid rules in which we unable to reach home from gate no:1 if we come by cab or friends car.

                  Hi, i booked 2 bhk flat in supertech limited eco village -1 in june 2015 and during the booking i got confirmation to have possession in next 6 month but when the process of booking done and i got paper so it was mentioned to get possession in feb 2016, in case they fail to provide possession on time so supertech will pay rs.5/sqft / month to allottees w/o any argument, i am regularly following up with supertech team to provide the possession date but neither i am not getting exact possession date and nor they making the penalty as per agreement signed with them. Now it's jan 2018 and i have to leave my rental house in march 2018, i am very much disappointed with the response from supertech limited and decided to make consumer complain to have justice on time. Please help me out to get my flat and penalty as well as per agreement.

                    I booked a 2 bhk flat in supertech capetown in 2015 in cv8 tower under no emi till possession scheme and it's possession was due in july 2018 but supertech is showing on his website that it's possession will be in jun 2019 now. As per supertech image on this they will not pay emi cheques after jul 2018 to me as they're paying to bank now so i want to create a whatsapp group for rera complaint or supreme court case collectively.                       We purchased home here with all our hard earned money and now the guards won't let us in the society if we come by cab. The guards ask the cab driver to submit the driving license and many drivers refused and ultimately, the residents will be in trouble. It's a very big society and it's not possible to walk to the home especially with children's. Ohh, my god, we purchased home from this builder and now he is asking for our (Our relatives, cab drivers, friends) identification proof. Did we really mistake by purchasing the home from this builder? One of the guard at gate no. 1 told me that this rule is enforced by mr. Ritesh. Just a stupid idea? The management won't listen to anyone and guards openly say, go and file a case against us, there are lots of cases pending nothing will happen. Guards are so confident that they are the ruler of the society and they can stop you anytime from entering your home.

                      It is not happening in any other societies, i visited mahagun, prateek, jm orchid in the cab only, the guards at the gate just intercom the residence to confirm whether they should allow us to go inside the society or not? Here in supertech, the story is upside down, they won't allow the residents in the society and thinking of visitors is completely out of control.

                      One question for builder: he hired guards for residents and social welfare or just to harass the residents on daily basis? Is supertech capetown is a prison or a home for us? I always tell people not to buy a home from supertech as i don't want that anyone else will face the same situation. Just wanted to get rid of such kind o[censored]nethical rules.

                        Dear sir,

                        We have given 90% payment to supertech ltd till now for eco village shop no 38 but there are no shop of 38 in layout, all supertech seniors and juniors making us foolish since september 2016, there are not giving us our shop,
                        They are calling us and demand high amount again and again.

                        Presently they are giving us 33 no shop for lesser size and demanding us for around 8 lakhs which is wrong, we have gone to supertech more then 100 times, they are making us foolish,

                          I would like to complain about the unethical and unreasonable rules and regulations forcibly applied by supertech management in sector 74's capetown society. Here, they don't allow our visitors with vehicles inside the society. We have bought home here not an imprisonment for us. Our relatives and friends avoids visiting us due to this stupid rule. If they park there vehicles outside the society, there is no security for their vehicles and they are not allowed to enter this 50 acre township with their vehicles. What the hell!! Does supertech want us to get disconnect with social responsibilities?? I want to file a case in this regard. I am going to consumer forum. This is a house we bought, with our hard earned money and we cannot bear these unreasonable boundations.

                            Good day sir
                            I have booked in t3, 2004 of supertech azalia corporate suites.
                            I'm sending continuous email to supertech for cancellation of my booking in supertech azali as whatever they promised during time of booking is not there in final agreement and i have not even signed any agreement with you. I am sending them continues emails for cancellation and refund my money but they are not replying to any of my email.
                            So please cancel my booking and refund my amounts inr 400000 asap.
                            As per you i am supposed to get fixed return of 11% till possession and also i'm supposed to get 5% extra if there will be any delays in possession but in agreement it was not at all mentioned so i have not sign agreement and claims back my entire money (Also it was promised by your agent that in case of cancellation you will get all money if agreement not signed).

                              I have flat in tower cg-2, capetown 1501 and have paid all dues and got possession and handover after a delay of 4 years. Their maintenance service is
                              Extremely poor as plaster has started coming out from the walls, intercom has not been installed despite repeated reminders, and plumber has not come to solve the water scarcity problem in the flat.

                              Pathetic service by their maintenance team.

                                We have taken the possession of flat no b1-13/14 few months back in metropolis rudrapur/pantnagar. The walls of the are completely wet and there is seepage of water from the walls of flat and as a result wall of flat are ruined completely. We have complained in maintenance department of metropolis rudrapur/pantnagar. Despite of several complaints no action has been taken by the maintenance section of metropolis rudrapur/pantnagar.

                                To have further action we request the metropolis headquarter to direct the maintenance department of metropolis rudrapur/pantnagar to take action for repair for wall seepage in our flat.

                                We have also deposited annual maintenance charges of rs 19666 in the marketing office of the metropolis rudrapur/pantnagar which may be confirmed from the person working in rudrapur office (Sh nirmal bisht and sukhvant singh). Despite of the deposition of maintenance charge the maintenance office is deduction money from our electric deposit. We have approached mr. Nirmal bisht to clarify the matter and he told us that he has sent the message to the head quarters that we have already deposited the annual maintenance charge as it has also been mentioned in the record of marketing office of the metropolis rudrapur/pantnagar.

                                After several complaints to the builder office nothing has been done regarding flat maintenance. We have already paid the maintenance money for no service. Also again maintenance money is being charged by tenants. And the funniest part here is still they are providing no maintenance. Builder is simply making a fool o[censored]s, they took our money in the name of maintenance and now they have not even updated in their records that annual maintenance is paid.

                                I would like to know when is the position of the Booking details --- SR3/ Czar Gr . Noida. .the builder is not picking up the call nor giving an update for it . We have been paying the loan but not sure for the position of the flat

                                Supertech capetown Management departments are totally fraud ..

                                Yesterday night my relative come and they park car in near own tower and maintenance person come and lock the car and say pay 500 rs. then unlock.. after long time request at-least i pay then unlock my car..

                                its totally fraund socity ... many other things they make its fraud...

                                  I have purchased an apartment in supertech hues, gurgaon under the subvention scheme. As per the agreement with supertech, the builder is supposed to pay all emis to the bank till possession. As far as i am aware, the earliest possible possession date is december, 2018.

                                  The tripartite agreement with pnb, was that supertech would reimburse pnb directly for all pre-emis. Post october 2018, supertech was to reimburse me and i was to pay the emi.

                                  I have started communication with supertech via email and phone from september 2018 for reimbursement of emis. Till date i have not received any email response or date on which i would get the reimbursement cheques.

                                  I have already emailed [protected]@supertechlimited.com, mukesh. [protected]@supertechlimited.com and rajni. [protected]@supertechlimited.com but nobody has bothered to respond to me. I continue to make on average 25 - 50 calls to mr. Mukesh in the crm team and everyday his response is that the cheque is not ready.

                                  I need to get this resolved at the earliest as my emi has already started.

                                    I made a booking in supertech azalia, sec-68 project on commitment that possession will be offered latest by sep-19 however when i received allotment letter 2 months back, they mentioned possession date as dec 2021 which is not possible for me to wait. I also checked on their website for azalia project and can see, they have mentioned completion date as dec-18 to gain business which is completely false promotion.

                                    It's been almost over a month now since i have been consistently following up supertech for my booking cancellation (Azalia unit no t5/2008) but no gain. I now have lack of trust on supertech commitments due to such 'unfair business trades'. I also ended up spending lots of efforts in personally contacting most of supertech leaders/sales/crm members however no gain as none of them aren't even responding whenever tried over phone/cell.

                                    I have now raised up this dispute to 'national consumer helpline' (Reference 505914) and will chase them via consumer court to refund back my hard earned money. I have plan to drive campaign in my corporate office as well as on social media against supertech and would request other impacted buyers to join me to such false trade practices by developers.

                                    In-case supertech still feel responsible for such potential buyers, then requesting them to refund my booking amount asap.

                                      Me and my wife (Dr nandini hazarika) on 12/09/2014 has booked a flat developed by supertech limited in eco village - iv (Unit i-1/1707), situated in plot-gh-01, sector-16b, greater noida - 201303, gautam budh nagar, u. P. Under the subvention plan. Under the agreement supertech limited will give possession of our flat in 36 months and we'll have to start paying our emi after possession and in case of any delay in giving us the said possession, the builder i. E. Supertech limited will pay the emi till they give us the possession of the said flat. Now the stipulated 36 months are over and we're yet to get the possession of our flat and moreover now our financier india bulls housing ltd has sent us a notice stating that our emi will start from december 2017

                                        I am writing this mail to convey my dissatisfaction.
                                        I had booked a flat at ecovillage 1 greater noida west through your employees mr. Piyush and mr. Rajat on 5 nov 2017. I have already given two cheques worth rs 51000 and rs 4, 25000 to the above named individual but i haven't received any confirmation receipt of the same yet.
                                        On asking the same mr piyush asked me that i have to additional rs 78000, which is not in order. The cost was clarified by him during the booking, copy of booking form is attached.
                                        I am serving in indian army it took me two weeks to finalize a flat during my leave and which are almost over wants to finalize the documentation part at the earliest.
                                        This act show professional incompetence of employees of your company and will have negative impact.
                                        Supertech customer service never picks up call.
                                        Please look into the matter seriously.
