Want to cancel my booking in the shaan project of Supertech pvt let in greater noida.
Due to some personal problem iam unable to go pay, so I requested them to cancel.
But iam not getting any reply from them.
I have booked this on 31 han 2017
And I need to pay the rest amount before 31 March 2017, I have not even signed the allotment letter yet still they are telling me on phone that my booking could not be cancelled.
I requested them to cancel my booking and refund my booking amount .
But not getting any reply.
I request you to please help me in the cancellation and also to get my booking amount refunded.

    I have booked my flat in supertech echo village 1 on march 2010. They given date of possession in dec 2012. Due to some farmers problems they modified it to may 2015. but still they have not given possession to me. They misguiding me that they will soon provide the possession. I am facing depression due to it. please help any legal action can be taken against him.

      Dear Team,
      As I am the resident of Flat No C 1/705 Supertech Ecovillage 2 Noida west, I contact to the facility department for my club membership card but there response was so irresponsible.
      They were asking 10, 000 rs for the security and 1000 Rs monthly charges.
      As per norms, it should be only 500 rs monthly will be applicable whome soever would be staying in apartment.

      Kindly resolve the issue, otherwise I have to report this .

        Hi,

        We registered for Supertech Basera in Sector 79 Gurgaon and paid Rs 96, 425 for the same. Somehow they mismanaged the allotments and mine got cancelled. Upon asking for refund of already cancelled registration, they said they don't have funds and suggested to buy another Supertech property in which the refund amount can be adjusted.

        I am in need to money right now, and there is no logic in holding my refund money by Supertech. I am willing to take legal action on them for my refund.

          Hi,
          I booked a 2 bhk flat in april 2014 with supertech limited in noida extension. The project name is eco village 3. The tower where i booked the flat is g3. My unit number is r025g301511. Possession was supposed to be given to me by march 2017. I visited the supertech office in february 2017 to check the status and i have been informed by their crm team that there are some legal issues with the tower in which i booked my flat and the construction work in halted for that. Its currently in 'basement work in progress stage'. I told them that if there are legal issues going on in the tower, then why i have not been informed about it since last 3 years, but they didn't have any answers. Then i asked them to refund my money back along with interest, however they refused for that and said builder don't have money to refund. They are offering me a different unit in the same project, however i am no keen to pursue any further relationship with this fraud builder and i am very much done with this. I need either my flat or nothing from them. Could i please have some legal advise how to get my money refunded back along with interest.

          Against the above, whether u had done / signed the agreement with contractor for the same with point of Refund policy means u will get refund with interest / Penalty from them. If not u cant apply for refund. But i[censored] wanna refund against this means u may proceed with legal notice from consumer court. They will help u out. Also u may claim penalty from them by way of consumer case.

          Hi Anurag, there is just one option that is legal action. They have done the same thing with many customers & I am one of them too. Please let me know i[censored] want to go legal. I am consulting my lawyer on legal formalities which may help you as well. Please send me ur no. i[censored] r interested.

            Bought a home in Supertech upcountry in 2011 basis the promise they made that they will delivered the project in 2013. Till now labour (10-15 max worker) is working to build the entire project. Already called consumer forum. Who all are facing the same issue pls call[protected] to book a complaint.

                Sir/madam,

                I am k p rajiv, booked a flat in eco village 1 on 28/03/2010 in my name with booking amount rs. 50, 000/- (Copy of the booking annexed hereto) and your executive offer me ground floor unit in tower f9 having begun the construction at site supertech ltd. To me that tower got cancelled and your executive offer me in tower f7 unit bearing no. F7/201 (Copy of letter address to director hereto) with some negotiation as change of payment plan i agreed to take f7/201, in the meanwhile my friend mr. Jitander kumar meet me and taking interest to take this flat after round of meeting with "investor clinic" my friend jitander kumar and his wife laxmi sharma took a position of original allotted i entered into an agreement to sell on 19/02/2011., with mr. Jitander kumar and mrs. Laxmi sharma, started to pay m/s supertech limited on behalf of me between 19/02/2011 to june 2011 mr, jitander kumar and laxmi sharma paid more than rs 10, 00, 000/- (Ten laces) from their account. After all this mr. Jitander kumar along with investors clinic executive went to supertech ltd. Office with a noc from broker and with all documents with a request to transfer the flat in their name because they had pay approximately 35% of the total price of the flat till date. Mr jitander kumar had made several visit completing his document/agreements relating to transfer from (From k p rajiv to their name) to supertech limited and investors clinic executive with a request to effect the transfer of booking/allotment to their name which was still in the name of mr. K p rajiv and your officials said that since the matter is in subjudice before the court and construction work stopped and heavy agitation of villagers and other buyers they cannot consider his request and enter/update his name in their record. On 26th april 2013, supertech ltd. Has prepared tabulated statement of payments schedule which is under dispute between the parties as the method of calculation of interest is not consistent with as per the terms and conditions mentioned of the supertech eco-village -1 form. However mr. Jitander kumar was to compelled to pay huge interest amount on unjustified delayed payment should have been calculated from the date when a fresh booking from was filled up by me in tower no. F-7. Mr. Jitander kumar made lot of visits and correspondence to your office but nothing has been done so far, the dispute arose with supertech ltd. Sent a cancellation letter at mr. Jitander kumar home address i. E. C-iii/377, lodhi colony new delhi -110003 on 13/07/2013 (Copy of the same hereto) after all this mr. Jitander kumar wrote so many hard mail and email to your crm department and visited personally to supertech ltd. Office but nothing has been done in favor of him in the meanwhile mr. Jitander kumar's wife smt. Laxmi sharma died on 25/02/2014 living behind two small children’s and mr. Jitander kumar once again requested before the director supertech ltd. On humanitarian ground, on request no. 19, hence supertech director give direction to mr. Jitander kumar to meet crm head and mr. Jitander kumar meet crm head but nothing concluded. And that came to his knowledge that the flat no. R0108f070201 is already sold to someone by supertech ltd., now finally my humble request that mr jitander kumar is taking insensitive to book new flat in his own name in some supertech ltd. Eco-village project, and wanted to transfer all the funds from my unit to his new unit which is his money.

                Kindly see the entire meter on humanitarian ground and livelihood of mr. Jitander kumar small kids and give necessary approvals for the transfer of funds

                  This is regarding G304 2nd floor ecocity flat. My flat was handovered to me in the month of April 2016 however from that date till now there is seepage in all the walls. Everytime we complain in the marketing office we get this answer that heaters have been applied and it will be over. Its been 1 year and we have not been able to shift because of this.

                  Second promblem is the tap given in the bathroom is all rusted and black. it looks like second hand tap has been used.

                  Can anyone look into this. earlier also i made a complaint in credai and again supertech is forcing me to do the same.

                  somebody should actually look at the root cause of seepage rather than everytime applying heaters.

                    Like to bring to your notice that Letter of possession was issued and all payment was settled down and NOC was issued 3 months back.

                    To my information key hand over to be made within 30 days of the payment received. It's now more than 3 months I have been following with Aditya in eco citi but till date no handover happened.

                    May I know the reason ? Why not Supertech pays penalty for the delay ??

                    I have booked a flat in Supertech Hill Town, Sohna Gurgaon, now they changed my flat from Tower 14 to Tower 2 but I do not want to change it under my Subvention Plan, I have agreement copy in which Tower 14 mentioned, so pls help to resolve the matter, I am ready for the full amount refund with compensation also...

                      I booked a flat on 31 Dec 2012 in Supertech Eco Village 2, Noida West with plot size 1010 sqft. At that time the possession date was Aug 2014. After doing a long mental harassment they sent a pre possession letter on March 2016. Not that was a biggest mental harassment cause they added illegal charges of 4.88 lakh exclude maintenance charges which were never told. They made a one sided agreement. They increased my area 80 sqft with out my consent and with out increasing the area of inner walls. Saying that they increased the balcony by 1 feet. Now they are asking money for that. They also added escalation charges. They are asking penalty of 24% on delay payment and giving me only Rs 5/sqft. Now they are sending me cancellation letter and threatening. They are torching me. I request you to justice. I am harassing by Supertech since Sept 2014.

                      I got exactly similar prepossession demand letter from Supertech on 21/01/2017. I got a demand of 8 lakhs more than the normal dues!!! I have sent a mail but no reply yet.

                      Below is the list of questions I sent to Supertech. Moreover, they have written that, the internal painting & polishing will start once all the pending dues are cleared.

                      May I request your help to suggest me the next step to resolve this. May be some of you have already taken the steps.

                      1. Adl. cost of differential area : I do not know how this extension was done without my consent. I signed for 840 sf & I will pay for that. Moreover, the structure was almost ready when I booked the flat, then how it is possible the area got increased? Even if its done, it is not with my consent, so I will not pay for that.

                      2. Interest On delay payment : In the initial days of booking, there was problem with the payment plan, finally I accepted the payment plan that I was not agreed when I booked the flat. So, the delayed payment was because of Supertech & the agent but not because of me. So, I will not pay this.

                      3. Electricity Charge : This is included in the Total cost in the allotment letter (Rs. 340, 1100). Then why again this charge?
                      4. Power backup Charge : This is included in the Total cost in the allotment letter (Rs. 340, 1100). Then why again this charge?

                      4. Water Connection Charge : It is neither mentioned in allotment letter nor in any of the agreement. So, I will not pay this.

                      5. Additional Compensation Charge : It is neither mentioned in allotment letter nor in any of the agreement. Moreover, when I booked the flat, all the land issues were resolved, then what is this? So, I will not pay this.

                      6. Escalation Charge : The booking is under CLP & all the rise in price, you have to bear it. for us, the interest rate also get increased, do we ask refund? So, I will not pay this.

                      7. add. Service Tax (on 'A') : Why service tax on A? I have already paid the service tax on for the previous installments. I just have to pay the service tax for this installment.
                      Court ke lafdo mai padne ke wajah, NEFOWA se sampark karo, vo apki help karenge toda fees lekar .
                      Extra charge adhe ho jayenge, warna karate rehna court ke chakkar .

                      EV 1 ke liye Abhishek Kumar or Sumit Saxena se mil lo apki problem solve ho jayegi
                      I too received a "pre possession" letter asking me to pay 14.88 lacs while only the last installment of Rs 2.53 lacs was due. Instead of apologising for delivering the flat 2 years late, they have charged us for:

                      Additional Area
                      Farmer Compensation
                      Escalation
                      Water connection
                      Delay in payment
                      etc
                      etc

                      It came as a shock to us but then we went to meet other flat owners and realised that most of them are seeking legal help. I have written several emails to some of the directors but haven't heard back from them.

                      Ours is in EV1 - I request people who have similar issues to kindly get in touch with me.

                      My even I just got a demand is showed the total receivable as 10 lakhs whereas I was hoping to get a final demand of around 2.5 lakhs.
                      This is rediculous!!
                      They have added escalation charges, delay payments, interest on delay payments and what not.

                      People having similar issue can reach out to me at [protected] please. This is not acceptable and we need to file a legal complaint against them unanemously!

                        Supertech Basera 79B Affordable Housing Scheme

                        I had applied for under affordable housing scheme in Supertch builder basera projects sector 79 gurgaon in april, 2015 and draw was conducted in august, 2015.As per government rules the refund amount o[censored]nsuccessful applicant have to return by builder within 1 month from the date of draw . .But unfortunately Supertech is not returning applicant money, in my case I am chasing supertech from last 6-8 months but unable to receive my applcation...

                        1) the sole purpose of booking this flat on 30th april 2016, was to cater to my need of shifting my elderly grandparents to a city with better hospitals, convenience and lifestyle.
                        2) my grandfather is suffering from obstructive pulmonary disorder (copd). shifting to supertech was hope for his treatment due to hospitals in vicinity.
                        3) when i booked this property, i was assured that the possession of this flat is in november. the website still shows it is dec 2016.
                        4) my grandparents have packed, settled their affairs and are ready to shift from a place where they resided past 25 years.
                        5) my mother, took her annual leaves and traveled from uae to india just to assist this pursuit.
                        6) we have paid inr 2.5 lacks for furniture, which is due to arrive on 26th november.
                        7) upon arrival to check the flat, she is told that the flat is undergoing finishing and will take 4-5 months more.
                        8) i immediately called mr. mohit to consult upon the same, and i get a response to contact mr. pankaj (who is not even in premises of eco village 1, he is in eco village 2).
                        9) and later mr. mohit says he is busy with a client. (it’s embarrassing as my mother who is an nri, who travelled all the way from uae to noida, was standing on supertech premises and mr. mohit is too busy to even realize the situation, forget providing a solution).

                        I am very disappointed. this deal is unethical. it has caused me
                        A) reputational loss,
                        B) loss of my mother’s annual vacation,
                        C) loss of her time and funds to travel to india to cater this commitment,
                        D) loss to my elderly grandparents and their efforts of packing and arranging a shifting of home.

                        I am clueless what to do about:
                        A) the furniture worth inr 2.5 lacs which will be delivered on 26th november to supertech.
                        B) arrangement to cater my grandfather’s urgent medical need.
                        C) reputational loss.

                        I have sent a final notification to cancel my booking and advise how much time will it take to refund my money.

                        P. s. mr. mohit (salesman): i am a professional as well, and i am also a client that you once very eagerly convinced with false commitments. please learn some values and ethics before you tell existing customers of how busy you are as i assume you at least value other people’s time too.

                        I live in Abu Dhabi, I hope you have seen my details before regretting the inconvenicence caused. Would you pay the airfare for me to come to your office?

                        Or are you suggesting furter inconvenience?
                        Surrendered a Flat of Supertech Basera Project at Gurgaon in May 2016.
                        Still no sign of the refund money, even after giving multiple reminders.
                        If buyer is not returning your money don't waste your time in visiting their offices better is to file a consumer complaint where you will get your money with interest.

                          I have purchased the Studio apartment in Supertech's upcountry project (yamuna expressway) for which I have paid the booking amount (2, 30, 000/-) a month before. I was committed to be provided with allotment letter & few discounts on booking the flat around festive season. I have now been following up for over a month with Supertech's team but have not received even the allotment letter so far.
                          Supertech is portraying itself as a highly irresponsible & fraud builder wherein once the amount is taken from the customer the case is thrown from one official to other with no solution at all being provided.
                          Height of foolishness is though they have not even handed over the allotment letter to me they are again raising the demand of another amount with no builder buyer agreement.

                          I am no more interested in this deal as it the company is absolute fraud & want complete refund of the paid amount (without any deductions as it is not my fault). Moreover I want the interest amount to be paid tome for the hard earned money which supertech has collected from me & kept in its account for over a month now.

                          Hello, we booked our flats 2010 January and we paid full amount to builder, but I didn't get yet now, on its website it showing structure completed but not showing possission date. So builder tell us our possission date and letter so we can do further process .
                          You are not the only customer facing this problem all most all the investors are facing such problems. Its better to knock the doors of the consumer wherein your hard earned money will be returned with interest.
                          I had applied for under affordable housing scheme in Supertch builder basera projects sector 79 gurgaon in march, 2016 and allotment not received.I have applied for refund in July, 2016 but refund not received till date.

                          Please help me ...

                            I have booked one studio appartment with your supertech eco city with the help of your internal permanent marketing person mr. Jagdish in the month of probably june 2014 and at the time of booking, almost all the super structure was ready since i have been shown actual flat size with attractable balcony, because of which i became ready to booked flat the revised increase price. I have been given payment schedule and it was almost prima facie acceptable. Now when i requested many times since 10th august 2016 for status of my flat possession, they mailed me two types of demand letter- one as shared earlier and second revised one. When asked for reasons behind two set of demand letters, at the initial stage no response given to me over mail and later on, i came to know that they have intention to charge additionally with remarks ïncrease in super area"". I am regularly writing the fact that there is not increase in super area on or after date of actual booking and hence nothing will be chargeable on this ground. No waiver of this additional charges confirmed due to which i am unable to take possession of my flat to avoid my present rental cost of rs. 24000/- pm.

                              Dear sir

                              I hereby need to inform you that i booked a flat in eco village 1 unit number b1 tower flat number 1202 on 27th july 2010.
                              Almost 5-6 years laps. Almost 95 % payment has done (Self and thru loan) last payment done in 01 aug 2013 and never was a defaulter of payment.
                              Paying 12k instalment every month.
                              Not getting proper response from company and every time date of possession on update construction site is increasing.

                              Kindly confirm that when we will get possession and how below clause can be claimed.

                                I have cancelled my allotted unit under super tech basera affordable project of sector 79 gurgaon, 5 months ago but till today i have not received the refund of my token money and when ever i am calling/speaking to the concern person of your gurgaon office on phone they say at the end of the month you will receive and the same thing i am listening from last 3 months, i request you to please refund my amount asap as i have borrowed that money from someone and i am paying interest of that from my own pocket and its getting very difficult to me.Please treat this complaint on priority as i have totally got frustrated.I have already submitted the req. documents for cancellation on your gurgaon ofice 5 month ago

                                  They have not provided the money they ought to give us back in case the draw is not in our favour. We have been asking the money time and again and they are not replying anything. We need our money back as soon as possible. Can we file a complaint against them in police. Need an urgent resolution as supertech can't held the customer money like this.

                                    One of the most pathetic customer service i have ever seen. I bought a flat in 2010 and after 6 year still nothing. There site say possession started and payment immediate" but no demand letter. You call there numbers and no one answers. The are very good at payment reminder and charging un-reasonable interest but absolutely useless when it come to keeping their customers informed.

                                      I booked a flat in Eco Village 3 tower G4 (1175 Sp Ft) in no EMI till possession plan.
                                      At the time of signing allotment letter delivery date was Dec 2017 with 6 Months grace but now they have increased delivery date to 2019. Subvention scheme is for 36 months which will end in dec 2017 for next 2 yrs we will have to pay rent and EMI both.
                                      Also they have taken 3 instalment (after 1st floor slab) 1 year back but after that no work is done.

                                      Can they explain how they are planning to resolve our issue/concern?
                                      Can they provide Shift of Flat so that burden of rent and EMI can be avoided?
                                      Or should I go for refund of money as I can not afford both rent and EMI at same time.

                                      Hi Side, I agree with Nikhil. Please do not get train their promises again coz I am having exactly similar issue. They didn't give me a revised possession date either. I was told they are not sure when the construction will start & wanted me to settle this with either bigger flat with extra price or settle for lower size. I am filing for a refund as well & consulting my lawyer.
