Kind greetings!
I want to bring to notice that me (Chandni goyal) and my husband (Rishabh bansal) jointly bought a unit in your supertech hues -76 canvas project.
The details of our unit is t-tower, unit no 504. Contract date – 04, may 15

We were expecting the delivery by 2018 but recently when we visited the site, we were informed that not only is this particular tower construction plan shifter to 2019 but also the rate of this unit is drastically declined. The broker misguided us and made us buy a bare shell unit at a rate at which now a furnished unit is available, which will be delivered before the t-tower.
Our broker, ankit goel from apical realty, convinced us to buy a bare shell unit at that time and is now out of sight to help. We knew one supertech sales personnel mr sachin who does not answer our call. We have no where to go.

We are a middle class couple with no family help. It is a big shock for us to bear such a big lose. With lot of hope i am writing to you to please help us with the unit change.

I have booked a floor n/462 b at officers enclave hilltown sohna in august 2017 and had signed three sets of agreement papers (Builder buyer agreement) one each for builder, bankers and buyer in sept but despite of frequent requests i have not received my copy of bba. No one is giving satisfactory reply. Is this a way to harass the innocent buyers by the reputed builder?
Request resolve the matter before it is highlighted to legal authorities.

I have booked a flat in supertech ecovillage 2 tower g1 in 2014 and it was promised to give possession in year 2015. Till then no further update was provided and now at the end of 2017 structure still in construction phase only.

Their customer support staff don't know anything. They don't publish the dates on even sites as well. Even the progress status was not updated on timely manner.

I would like to request refund of full amount i had paid at the time of booking (More than 10% of the total cost~8 lakhs).

I am paying emis for what i had not received.

I have booked a flat 1602 in k1 tower in eco village-1 and got the letter that flat would be delivered by october-2017 but after looking the construction status it looks it would take 2 more years.
I have raised the multiple times complaints regarding the poor construction quality and delayed in the possession but no one wants to entertain the complaints.

I have flat in tower b ecociti 1306 and have paid all dues and got paper possession but handover is not done.
Also there is no electricity or paint.
However as per builder i can shift in the flat.
The contractor satish is not giving date of completion and have to run from piller to post

I had purchased a flat in Supertech Eco Village I in 2013 in Re-Sale.
Paid 95% of Project Value and rest 5% was to be paid on Possession in Dec 2015

On Above Flat Cost - Supertech Asked for Transfer change of Rs.500/- Sq Feet .
The Transfer changes are not more than 1% to 2% of Property Value in General.
This Transfer change is "Illegal and Builder's own plan to loot the buyer " AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.

Interesting Part - I'm still waiting for my Flat in 2017 October.
Big Cheat and fraud company - Never invest in Supertech.

I have booked one low rise floor in supertech officers enclave project in gurgaon.

I booked under subvention based payment plan and my loan was disbursed on 30th aug 2017.

I took the loan from allahabad bank which don't deduct pre-emi interest in advance. Supertech guys assured me that i'll receive emi cheques. But till now no cheque has been received and i have to pay emi from my pocket.

I contacted many persons in supertech but till now no satisfactory response is received.

I have booked an unit in eco village 1 in noida extension sector 1, tower b 12 a flat no 508 with 852 area in resale, supertech was transfer this flat to me on 2015 after take an noc from first buyer there was only 5% amount was due and it will be payable at the time of possession, but supertech is sending an fault payment e-mail to me in every month and the content is that there are some due amount like 1 lakh from 2010. So please help me to resolve my problem.

I have a flat in supertech basera project, & i have paid about 7.2 lakh of rupees to supertech but due to delay in construction & i have tried to cancel my flat but till 6 month has been gone & i did not found any refund even i have submitted my original buyer agreement & payment original receipt to supertech.
Now i want to retain my booking & since last one month i doing fallow up with supertech rep. To return my original papers to me but in same also they are delaying soo much

I have booked a flat in capetown and supertech has issued me a possession letter in which its clearly mentioned that unit has been physically handed over to me in fully furnished condition. Now to my surprise your fully furnished condition clause has gone for a toss because sanitary fitting is pending and i am continuously emailing crm and team from over a month regarding this and from one month i am getting reply as "we have not received any update from concerned team".

This is becoming a mental torture to see such replies from supertech, if supertech teams cant communicate among themselves how they will communicate with customers. On top of this i got an email saying i can communicate on some number which they provided to me. Question is how supertech can delegate all this to customer instead of solving this issue by themselves.

Its like that payment has been made completely and from 4 months there is not a single work done in the flat.

I have talked to many officials of supertech but they seems helpless and some unit are getting this work done who have bought after me. So there is definitely something wrong with supertech which you need to see at the highest level.

Project supertech basera, sec-79 gurgaon is going very slow.

Supertech is keep-on demanding more instalments but don't share progress and schedule, progress pictures and status to customer. If i don't give instalment then they are charging interest.

We had lost all trust on all builders including supertech. So many actual issues are with supertech. Later if supertech also become bankruptcy then i am all gone. I had put all my life saving and loan, i am 65 year old lady.

Trust will regain when supertech becomes transparent with their customers and share schedule and work progress to complete all on time.
Show project basera, right progress and be transparent.

Please help what i should do.

I had booked the flat in september 2012 in supertech upcountry, 3 bhk, e2. I was told that possession will be given by april 2012 + 6 months. Now after 5 years, the flat is still not completed and supertech is giving me fake promises of completing it by april 2018.

Either give me a flat or return all my money with interest as i want a flat to live.

Unfortunately in feb 2016, i booked a 2bhk flat (985 sq feet) a3 -401 in supertech officers enclave in hilltown project in sohna of supertech pvt. Ltd (Builder) initially project was popularised for govt officials only.

I booked the flat in subvention scheme by making a payment of rs 437463 through investors clinic (Investors clinic brokerage was paid separately)

Project completion date is 2019 but till date no construction started at officers enclave (No rera licence). Further, we never received any kind of intimation or call or email from builder side regarding this delay.

Supertech pvt ltd (Builder), trying to shift all customers of officers enclave to other inventories in hilltown after keeping their money for 1 and half years, i think their intention is clear.

Builder as well as investors clinic also not handing over the agreement copy which was signed by us about a year ago. I have already send several emails and called investors clinic executives regarding the same but they failed to deliver the expected.

I want to file complaint against both builder as well as investors clinic for this fraud and needful action in this regard.

I have booked a 2 bhk flat in supertech limited in april 2010, which was supposed to be delivered by 2014, till today date 22nd aug 2017 i have not received my flat, below are few learning from supertech:

1. Never stands on commitment, not capable builder.
2. Never follows rules, i paid park facing plc and there is no park, just a 4 ft wide grass stretch.
3. During possession you will get a surprise, lot of extra and illegal charges.
4. Flat size shown in printed handout before selling dose not matches the actual size, its too small.
5. Always increase 10% area to extort more money from buyers.
6. Crm and other officials do not help once you have booked and paid money.
7. Illegal towers, emrald court is example, not sure how many more projects will see this in future.
8. Possession dates get changed in every 3 month in supertech site.

I will never recommend any one to deal with this, i put my hard earned money and got emi burden, rent pressure and income tax load, its being more than 7 years and possession is not clear.

I had booked a flat no. Supertech up country grand circuit
Apartments unit no. Tower a2/flat 708 at 7th floor. 1 bhk, 625 sq ft which was to be delivered in 2014. But still there is no response from supertech people and i am a middle class person its getting very difficult to pay emi to bank and stay in rented house. Have received the notice due to not paid emi and even still supertech are extending the dates of possession. I want my possession or give me the money as per the current rate.

I have paid rs.101425 to supertech on 10.03.2015 towards application money for project supertech basera, sec-79 gurgaon vide application no 3807. Cheque cleared in supertech account on 25.03.2015.
We had been following for last two years now. Neiither the draw was announced nor the refund was made to us despite various phone calls and email reminders. After much persuation, we were told that we will have to submit some documents for refund which were submitted by us on[protected]. Since then again despite various follow ups and phone calls, nothing happened till date.
The builder representative instead asked us to invest in their project and get the amount adjusted in the payment to be made. I do not want to invest in project of supertech as they already cheated us.

I am allotte to w tower 1912 golf village i would like to cancel my booking as per agreement clause 39 as i am not satisfied with the possession dates and the construction is very slow and i cannot hold the unit any longer as i want flat as per promised dates, were dec2017 booking was done in september 2014 and i have waited for 3 years and i see no sign of early possession hence would like to cancel my booking and take refund or i would look for legal avenues, as supertech is not refunding me by cancelling the booking.

The builder has breached my trust (Non-disclosure) as they allocated me the unit in supertech officers enclave, independent floor which is not yet approved by the competent authorities. I came to know only when multiple banks denied disbursal of loan amount, siting unapproved unit.

It has been more than 3 months now post submitted the entire booking amount, nether the supertech has issued me any agreement to sell nor they have refunded my booking amount. I am tired of following up with the customer care/sales/key stakeholders for a resolution but none of them bother to respond to emails, phone calls and written complaints. Moreover, after paying the entire booking amount in the month of may, 2017 the builder is asking me to bear the cost of additional 7.5% gst rate.

Considering the challenges, i thought to put my complaint in the consumer complaint forums, thinking that it would help me get a resolution and can also spread the message to the fellow friends who plans to buy a house at this location.
I hope that this may help get a resolution.

I have invested in supertech golf, yamuna expressway village 2 bhk 1000 sq ft unit no. C404 in 2014
And when i am in need of money and cancelling the booking, team is saying we can not refund the amount, better you invest in some other unit. There are cancellation charges of 15% which is costing me around 5 lacs and i agree to bear that loss but still they are denying the refund. When we sign the terms and conditions there is nothing mentioned that they won't refund the money and invest in some other unit. It states that they will deduct the 15 % and refund the amount. Then why the hell there are formalities to sign the terms and conditions. I have been contacting the team since 3 months on mails and met mr vaibhav in crm. But they all are least bothered. Soon i am going to file in consumer court.
This could happen with anyone. So when you are in need in money and in case you want to cancel your booking, keep in mind that you won't get your money back in any case.

When we were interested in your project we were been informed by your sales executive that our investments will get twice benefited from the invested amount within three years.
No doubt it is the best project in Noida but my funds have got blocked in this investment as your executive informed me that the project will be completed in 2015 this was told to me in 2011.

Let me inform you, I have taken loan from Kangara Co-operative Bank so that I could pay you the amount on time without any delays. As a middle standard working man I thought that I would be benefited by making these investments but all went in vain as your mediators I mean the executives just gave us hopes, wrong commitments and dreams in a common man life but all didn’t stand true as committed by him.

I myself have thought something which I would like to bring to your knowledge but please do give a thought to my problem and try to help finding a best solution as I consider myself a family member of Spira.

Since the dues are pending of Spira and bank installments too I have thought of selling one Unit which is 3930 so that I could pay for the other unit.
1) Please note I have already given lot of advertisements on internet for resale of this property Unit 3930 but no results as no one is interested in this purchase as far as the calls which I have received through Magic brick Property.com 99 acres India times properties etc.

2) Also have spoken to few brokers but no response this struggle is going from last one year.

3) This will also help me to recover my losses and handle my other responsibilities too.

4) Hoping for some benefits to be received on the invested amount

Please note with a heavy heart I have thought of this solution so that I can have at least one Unit in your Spira as dues and penalties of Bank is bothering me a lot would request you to give me a earliest reply.
