Booked a flat in Supertech Upcountry, Yamuna Expressway in 2012. Possession that was promised as per Builder Buyer Agreement is Feb 2015. The possession has not been handed over.

Even construction is not happening since Aug 2016. Even builder is not ready to REFUND OR TRANSFER OF FLAT.

Supertech is just playing with hard earned money of people.

    Dear sir i booked flat Eco village 2 noida extension. Now offer of possession supertech asking area increases 795 sqft to 890 sqft demand more than 4lacs and other charges total . He did not taken any consent from us. Now I am not in position to fulfill demand because it's more than seven lacs. When I booked it was promised to me that there will be less no other charges. It's was affordable house.

    Dear sir I booked flat in Ecovillage, 2. Since, 2012 in greater noida West. I am waiting for possession now i received demand that builder increase carpet area and asking for escalation charges which is too high. The demand by the builder cannot be fulfil. So requested to take immediate action to those builder and impose penalty so they can not ask unathetical demands from the consumer who is helpless with Indian judicial systems.
    There demand amount to deficiency in services for which you can approach State Consumer Forum.
    First send them a legal notice.

    I have a Villa in Czar (Supertech) which is not given yet. There are too many issues with the Villa and reported to the maintenance office but no one is responding. It is really a bad builder which does not taking any responsibility.
    Supertech is charging too much amount at the time of possession. I request to explain me about unathetical demands which has no logical. We all should go to court against this.

      I was been told by supertech executive in august 2016, that supertech is soon coming up with basera 2 project in sec 79 gurgaon close to their basera 1 peoject in gurgaon. The executive even took me for a visit to the site and shown the covered plot in the so called basera -2 project was supposed to be launced. Now its been 10 months and everytime i called up the executive he said that there is no update on the launch date for the same for which a 5% tentative booking amount of rs 102500 was given by me.

      Now on asking for the refund, they are insisting me to go for some other supertech project and get the money adjusted, which i'm not interested in.

      Please help me in getting the refund as i have written them and called them up several times but is not getting any positive response.

        We have done booking o[censored]nit no. (R023s300032/villa#032) in s3 tower at up country in the name of sushil kumar kasliwal vide allotment letter dated 22.11.2013. I have made what was demanded till that time. Now in the month of december, 2016 we have received final demand in which many unwanted charges have been demanded by us. It is pertinent to mention herein that till date supertech has not procured the completion certificate for my unit/site and despite knowing the same they have raised final demand to me. Its highly surprising and shocking that they are also charging delay interest on the amount which is not payable by me due to their default as i am not aware how much i have to pay.

        We met with mr. Sanjay arora-vp sales/residential but nothing worked out and the employees of supertech treat people as if they are not at all worried about any legal action against them. Kindly take action against them.

        Its a settle law that without obtaining completion certificate builder's cannot demand or before giving possession.

          I was booked a flat in eco-village 2 and as per the paper they will provide me the possession on dec-2015, but till now i am getting my possession.

          I was meet the super-tech office many time related to when i will get the possession, and every-time i am getting same response will provide you the possession with in 6month.

            Dear all customers,

            Supertech is the most fraud builder and has no ethics at all. The company is run by goons and once you book an apartment with them then it is "tension for life" rather their company punchline yours for life. I have booked an apartment with them in eco village 2 greater noida 5 years back. From the day one i am facing problems and on offer of possession they have asked illegal demand of 9 lakhs by the name of
            1. Welfare charges.
            2. Water charges.
            3. Increased far.
            4. Illegal interest
            5. Farmer compensation
            6. Changed flat size without any consent

            I request all of you don't book any apartment with this builder. Also if you are facing such problems then submit your complains on avp news. I am sharing few links where you can submit your issues.

              Dear sir/madam,

              We had booked a flat unit no -1104 (R025d161104) in d16 tower of the eco village - 3 on 6th january 2011 of the builder "supertech limited" by paying the first payment of rs. 50, 000 under construction linked scheme. As per the payment scheme mostly payment of rs. 21, 99, 364 has been already made to the company up to march 2015 at the stage of on casting of fourteen floor slab but so for no specific date was given for the next demand and also for possession of the said a flat. Last time in march 2017 when i mail to crm team of the company head office at noida, we were mail to us that categorically next demand will be given in may 2017 and possession will be given september 2017.
              But on the web site of the company, possession date is given as july 2018.
              As per "allotment letter of the company" as per the 1st allotment letter page 7, "possession o[censored]nits" possession date is given may 2013 with grace period of 6 months. Subsequently the company was changed flat allotment in eco village –iii in d-16, 1104 from eco - village-ii, d-19, 504 and as per revised "allotment letter of the company" as per the 2nd allotment letter page 9, "possession o[censored]nits" possession date is given july 2016 with grace period of 6 months.
              Already allotment is delayed more than 4 years than its due date. Already we have suffered a lot monetarily due to non delivery of the said flat on due date. Company has stop the correspondence with us for correct position of delivery of flat and till date mostly all payment of the flat received but not giving the possession of the flat even after more than 6 years.

                My supertech unit no. R023e20603 seems to have been suddenly delayed by a year. There is no construction happening any more. Even the subvention cheques seem to be delayed by 3 months now

                Can you please at least provide the reason for this delay? I had invested in supertech trusting it not act like other fraud developers. The least i am expecting is some response from anyone from the crm team. I have tried calling the initial handlers in supertech and they said that they will not be able to provide a reply and it should be directed to someone in crm.

                Even reply from crm is usually delayed and they are just reiterating whats available on their site. And the subvension cheques are still pending since last 3 months now

                  I booked safari studio apartment in 2005. I have paid almost 90% now. This 90% payment was completed per demand. When i booked property, i was told that property will be given by july 2015. Then when i checked on their site and mailed to them, i was told possession will be in december, 2027. This month when i checked, they at their own will changed the possession by 2018 end.
                  Its a shear cheating clients, they are behaving as if there are no laws and government to point at them.
                  Please advise what can be done?

                    Dear sir,

                    I had applied for my loan transfer from my existing bank to other bank to get benefit of lower interest rate, for which bank has requested to provide builder's ledger or account statement related to me for final processing. I had mailed them 4-5 times also called on their tall free an other numbers but no one is responding to emails or calls. When they want money they used to call 4-5 times a day and now when i need this important document they are not even bothered to reply.

                    I have incurred bank charges post foreclouser of my loan from existing bank and it increasing day by day.
                    Kindly help in getting relevant information from supertech ltd as soon as possible.

                      I was holding one basera unit sector 79 gurgaon.
                      I have cancelled the unit and the same unit has been allocated to someone else.
                      As per the contract, the new allotee had already paid the amount for the unit and i should be refunded my money.
                      No one is responding no customer care no manger.
                      Could someone please let me know how to get the money refunded and the status of refund.
                      I feel like cheated and just like any other real estate firm, you are no different.

                      I was booked flat at Supertech Sports City( E-1 Tower, Flat No-106) and clear all dues of Supertech sports city, Meerut.
                      Since last 2 months getting false commitment for possession but no response getting till now.

                        Namaskar!

                        We are a group of 1000+ aggrieved citizens living in a Society called Czar Suites in Greater Noida and the builder here is a serial offender: SUPERTECH LTD. His brochures project an idyllic life for flat buyers with lush greenery and world class amenities, but the builder has gone on to construct a total of 1904 units of which, according to a recent HC observations, 1060 are unauthorised and have been ordered to be sealed. You can imagine the plight of these hapless buyers. Through this email, we humbly seek to reach out to you and make an appeal for your attention, time and efforts in support of lawful and just resolution of the grave issues that our society is marred with.

                        Builders violate with impunity the sanctioned building plans and indulge in deviations much to the prejudice of the planned development of the city and at the peril of the occupants of the premises constructed or of the inhabitants of the city at large. Serious threat is posed to ecology and environment and, at the same time, the infrastructure consisting of water supply, sewerage and traffic movement facilities suffers unbearable burden and is often thrown out of gear.

                        Unwary purchasers in search of roof over their heads and purchasing flats/apartments from builders, find themselves having fallen prey and become victims to the designs o[censored]nscrupulous builders. The builder conveniently walks away having pocketed the money leaving behind the unfortunate occupants to face the music in the event o[censored]nauthorised constructions being detected or exposed and threatened with demolition.

                        Though the local authorities, Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) in this case, have the staff consisting of engineers and inspectors whose duty is to keep a watch on building activities and to promptly stop the illegal constructions or deviations coming up, they often fail in discharging their duty. Either they don't act or do not act promptly or do connive at such activities apparently for illegitimate considerations.

                        If such activities are to stop some stringent actions are required to be taken by ruthlessly demolishing the illegal constructions and non-compoundable deviations. The unwary purchasers who shall be the sufferers must be adequately compensated by the builder. The arms of the law must stretch to catch hold of such unscrupulous builders.

                        The conduct of the builder in the present case deserves to be noticed. He knew it fully well what was the permissible construction as per the sanctioned building plans and yet he not only constructed additional units in form of villas and apartments, and such units were totally unauthorised. Probably he was under the impression that he would be able to either escape the clutches of the law or twist the arm of the law by some manipulation. This impression must prove to be wrong.

                        In all developed and developing countries there is emphasis on planned development of cities which is sought to be achieved by zoning, planning and regulating building construction activity. Such planning, though highly complex, is a matter based on scientific research, study and experience leading to rationalisation of laws by way of legislative enactments and rules and regulations framed thereunder. There are laws in our country too, to regulate the building construction with respect to floor area, the number of floors, the extent of height rise and the nature o[censored]se to which a built-up property may be subjected in any area. But seldom these regulations are enforced against the violators.

                        The individuals as property owners have rights to peace, good order, dignity, protection and comfort and safety of the community. Not only filth, stench and unhealthy places must be eliminated, but the layout and building plan should also help in achieving family values, youth values, seclusion and clean air to make the locality a better place to live. Building regulations should also help in reduction or elimination of fire hazards, the avoidance of traffic dangers and the lessening of prevention of traffic congestion in the streets and roads. Zoning and building regulations must be enforced from the point of view of the control of community development, the prevention of overcrowding of land, the furnishing of recreational facilities like parks and playgrounds and the availability of adequate water, sewerage and other utility services.

                        A professional builder is supposed to understand the laws better and deviations by such builders can safely be assumed to be deliberate and done with the intention of earning profits and hence deserve to be dealt with sternly so as to act as a deterrent for future. It is common knowledge that the builders enter into underhand dealings. Be that as it may, the State Governments should think of levying heavy penalties on such builders and therefrom develop a welfare fund which can be utilised for compensating and rehabilitating such innocent or unwary buyers who are displaced due to demolition of illegal constructions.

                        What needs to be emphasised is that illegal and unauthorised constructions of buildings and other structure not only violate the laws and the concept of planned development of the particular area but also affect various fundamental and constitutional rights of other persons. The common man feels cheated when he finds that those making illegal and unauthorised constructions are supported by the people entrusted with the duty of preparing and executing master plan/development plan/zonal plan. The reports of demolition of hutments and jhuggi-jhopris belonging to poor and disadvantaged section of the society frequently appear in the media but one seldom gets to read about demolition of illegally/unauthorisedly constructed multi-storied structure raised by economically affluent people running real estate business. The failure of the State apparatus to take prompt action to demolish such illegal constructions has convinced the citizens that planning laws are enforced only against poor and all compromises are made by the State machinery when it is required to deal with those who have money power or unholy nexus with the power corridors.

                          We had booked a flat unit no -0501 (R023b100501) in b1 tower of the up country yamuna expressway on[protected] of the builder "supertech limited" by paying the first payment of rs 60000 under construction linked scheme. As per the payment scheme all the full and final payment of rs 1723760 has been already made to the company up to 2014 but so for no specific date was given for the possession of the said a flat. Last time in jan 2017 when we visited the company head office at noida, we were told that categorically possession will be given in march 2017.
                          But on the web site of the company, possession date is given as march 2018.
                          As per "allotment letter of the company" as per the allotment letter page 6, "possession o[censored]nits" possession date is given may 2013 with grace period of 6 months. Already allotment is delayed more than 4 years than its due date.

                            I would like to logde a complaint against Supertech Eco Village 3, i have booked flat in EV3 and G4 Unit and given possession date of Dec 2017, now they have already increased by 3 years,
                            this is really frustrating as at this moment i have paid 30 % amount and Builder is saying your land is in Legal Issues, they are big time cheater and doesn't tell the exact issue....

                            I booked a flat in Supertech EV 3, tower G4 in Sep 2015, the possession of which was due in Dec 2017. I just went to check the status of the construction & if possession is going to be on time, but I was surprised to learn that the construction was not moved to an inch from what it was in Sep 2015 at the time of booking & no body from Supertech bothered to inform me about the same. Instead they borrowed money on my name from the bank, 90% of the loan amount is already disbursed. When I met with Supertech reps in Noida sec 58 office, I was even more surprised to see the attitude of a manager named Rohit Yadav there, who I learnt was one of the CRM there. He was very unprofessional, unapologetic & unemphathetic about the whole situation. He was sounding like as if I was responsible for the situation and offered me to either reduce the sq ft area or increase my budget for bigger flat...that too as if it was a favour to me. When I refused to agree those offers, he very shamelessly asked me to wait for unspecified period because they were not sure when the construction will resume. When I asked him why loan was availed without starting the construction, he has no answer and said it was bank's decision. When I asked him to let me speak to his senior, he even refused that. There was no remorse on his face when I told him to about the legal action. He was very normal as if it was business as usual for him.

                            I have learned that Supertech is a big fraud company, they take loan on behalf of people and invest that amount somewhere else.

                            I want cancellation of the deal and 100% refund along with interest & compensation for emotional distress.

                            I don't think how helpful Supertech customer service is going to be because I have spoken to their CRMs - Deepti, Nidhi, their manager Rohit Yadav, the most unprofessional guy I have met in their organisation & they were of no help.

                              I always requesting Mr. Supertech to provide any official documents as a huge amount has been pick pocketed from my icici account. Now I am feeling cheated by Mr. Supertech so requesting you to please provide the legal confirmation documents on priority otherwise I need to cancel this booking as this booking is creating mental pressure on me and my family.

                              I would like to know the process in details (All the process after 10 % cleared by customer) with every steps, and is there any protocol in your organization or every thing is running as it is.

                                I had booked a flat in Supertech Eco Village-2 in the month of April '2010 which was supposed to deliver by July'2012. So far not delivered and I am incurring huge loss in terms of interest and staying in rental house. Now on 20th March 2017, Supertech has send one pre-possession payment demand notice (Ref no: STL/PPDN/ Eco Village-II/3009267 and asking for demand of Rs 676822 for balance 5% payment, Additional area charges, Farmer compensation charges, Late fee and other un-genuine charges and given me 11 days’ time to pay the said demand. I have tried to approach them and informed about these discrepancies and asked them to give the occupancy certificate / Completion certificate of the said project/unit but They do not have any answer and threating us to cancel our unit if we will not pay that payment before April’17 In addition, after the long 7 years of waiting time and around 4.5 years of delayed in possession where I have incurred more than 5 Lakh for rent, they are not giving any compensation for the delayed possession period and threating to cancel my dream unit. Please see the below details. I sincerely urge you to please help me for the justification.

                                  As per Supertech builder promise, Dec 2017 will be the possession date of my unit W2-915 in Yamuna expressway Supertech golf village.
                                  This W2 Tower building Plan is for 19 floor building and i have book my unit in 9th floor.
                                  But construction is not started yet. They also have a tie up with INDIA BULLS HOME LOAN and the payment of 15, 96, 053/- is paid by bank to supertech.
                                  But as per the policy and commitment by the bank. They will disburse the installment to the builder only when they will be sured that certain level of construction is completed. Payment is already disbursed to the builder by India Bulls on my behalf.

                                  Already visited lots of time but didn't get any response from anyone.
                                  Looks like a nexus b/w Indiabulls and Supertech because exact similar is my case...I am filing for refund. Please do not settle for anything else because this builder is a fraud and should be charged with huge penalty for causing distress to customers.

                                  I have visited their office in sec 58 Noida and met with their CRMs who can't do anything. I even met with their manager Rohit Yadav - good for nothing guy. He will make you feel as if it was your fault. So time waste with these guys. I[censored] really want to speak with someone, please go for people higher than Rohit, not sure if that wud resolve ur issue but he is a waste talking to for sure. My suggestion would be take legal action against them.

                                  I have the same problem as of yours. I have bought a 2BHK and study apartment in golf village in year 2013. It was promised to be delivered by Dec 2017, but there is no sign of its completion.

                                    I received a "pre possession" letter asking me to pay 14.88 lacs while only the last installment of Rs 2.53 lacs was due. Instead of apologising for delivering the flat 2 years late, they have charged us for:

                                    Additional Area
                                    Farmer Compensation
                                    Escalation
                                    Water connection
                                    Delay in payment
                                    etc
                                    etc

                                    It came as a shock to us but then we went to meet other flat owners and realised that most of them are seeking legal help. I have written several emails to some of the directors but haven't heard back from them.

                                    The lower management could not do much as I am not comfortable with the discount that they have offered. I have already paid 100% of the agreed amount, why do I pay compensation to the farmers? If I had booked a 1500 sq ft flat, why would you give me an extra 115 sq ft?

                                    Why are these people making fun of themselves?

                                    Ours is in Eco Village - I request people who have similar issues to kindly get in touch with me.

                                      I'm a single mother with one daughter. i am surving via running a small boutique and staying in my brother house in Gurgaon

                                      A person took my 90000/- in lieu of booking affordable 2 bhk home in sector-79 Basare Gurgaon. As a mother to secure my daughter future. i paid 90000/- even it was painful but a dream of securing my daughter welfare- i gave my all hard earned saving.

                                      there was no booking, no allotment happen neither any papar work. they took whole my saving and told me will refund within 3 months. Despite many visits at supertech office which is very far from my place- and now its got 4 months they torturing me

                                      Please notice I'm feeling very helpless n I do not have sufficent support or approach and cannot afford to lose this money. My daughter finishing her exams and next months onwards I need money to send her collage.

                                      I'm very depressed and going under mentally presure and request you kindly help me else I could be in very difficult situation.
