Dear sir, i am owner of flat no, e-802 at palm greens, bijli bumba bypass road, meerut. I have been renting out it for last 3-4 years and my tenants used to avail amenities like zym, swimming pool etc. Being provided at the society. Now all of sudden they have been denied o[censored]sing these facilities and being forced to pay for these services.I further advise that i already took the club membership at the time of booking of my flat and am depositing the society maintenance charges on regular basis. I request that harassment of my tenants should be stopped immediately.

    This is manish i want to just tell u from ur office no ph no [protected] someone is calling me on 20 th april 2016, at 9;44 pm and 21st morning at 7;33 the person is calling me again n agin abusing me he said that m supertech se bol raha hu jo ho sake karle tu mera kuch nhi kar sakta wagera wagera his personal no [protected], [protected] this person send wrong messages on my wife no n teasing her n misbehaving, i need the details of this person, he is not telling his name. now check ur call recording n tell me about that

      I have invested in supertech ecovillage 2 in early 2013 but till date i have not been issued with the customer id. I have been contacting the crm cell through e-mails but zero/nil response being received.

      Various mobile numbers viz a viz ms tithi and others are coming out of order and have also received e-mail failure from few which means lot of supertech staff has been changed.


      Poor show..

        We Booked Flat E-403 Supertech green village Meerut on 14-nov-2010. We want to take loan against payment of our booked flat. But As per Bank requirement we need to give allotment as well as tripartite agreement to bank to avail loan.So we approach supertech authority almost daily asking for allotment letter but they always shows there reluctance in providing the same to us. They provide allotment letter to us on 14-april-2011. But still due to unavailability of Tripartite agreement loan amount delayed. it was made on 15-feb-2012 & therefore amount released by UCO Bank on 12-mar-2012. we submitted all required documents to bank on time but the disbursement of amount made in 13-mar-2012 because proper papers for issuing home loan were made available by Supertech in 14-feb-2012 and during the period we were in continuous touch with the local Supertech Team and they told us we will not penalize for this delay. Our loan was sanctioned 21-nov-2012 we have a copy of it as a proof. Total delay is for 394 days by supertech authority at meerut. Now at the time of possession they charge interest on delay payment which amount to Rs 5, 55, 870/- which is @24%p.a on principal amount that delay.
        We approach CRM at noida now they reduce amount to 4, 07, 207/- But still amount 4lac is big amount, it is almost 19% of our flat cost which is 22lac. And also they have written on allotment letter that if there is delay in possession to customer they provide compensation which is Rs4 per Sq Ft on monthly bases. When we told this to CRM at Noida they show a line written on allotment that if timely paid than they Will give compensation. But this delayed was done by supertech authority. So they should also give compensation for delay in possession which amount to Rs 1, 92, 640/-(delay in possession from dec2012 to Aug2015 which is 32month –Rs4*1505*32=1, 92, 640 where 1505 is area of flat in sq ft). I am paying monthly rental as well along with EMI which is huge financial loss to me, If would have got my possession on time, I would have saved my rent + interest to bank & prepay the bank loan. Moreover they are asking Labour charges, advance maintenance charges and other misc charges. Which total cost Rs1, 11, 125. It is not possible for a middle class family to bow down to their high demands of payment which is not appropriate and correct. They are asking for Labour welfare charge from customers which was not mentioned in the allotment letter. Additionally, they are asking for Water connection charges which was also not mentioned in the allotment letter.
        -Amount of Rs 19, 26437 we have to pay till 14-jan-2011
        -Allotment letter made on 14-april-2011
        -Agreement to sale was made on 15-feb-2012
        -But already Loan sanctioned on 21-nov-2012 but bank paid to supertech on 12-mar-2012 because o[censored]navailability of tripartite/ agreement to sale which is delayed by supertech authority. (Amount was delayed from 14-jan-2011 to 13-mar-2012)
        Therefore a total delay of 394 days six month for providing allotment letter and rest in providing agreement to sales for release of amount from bank to supertech account,
        Since the delay was not our part, it is therefore request that we should be exempted from paying interest. We have also supporting document in this regard that we have attached.Following attachment submitted for your kind perusal.

            I have booked a villa 90 sq. Yard. In supertech upcountry project. In march'2011, with the basic price 28, 49, 000/-. But gradually the amount has been forcefully increased by supertech as added basement concept extra 7.5lacs and finally we received our allotment letter on oct'2012. As promised we will get our dream villa by march 2013.

            As per their demand letter we have made 95% payment timely and waiting for possession with the remaining 5% of amount around 5lacs. Finally last week we received our pre-possession letter demanding with 22.5 lacs including increasing expandable area(Without any information to customer) farmer compensation, late payment etc.

            When i received i have visited there crm team ms. Supriya and inderpal, with all the proofs timely payment as per their demand letter, but they charged the interest from march 2011 to march'2012.

            When there project was not bankable and all of the above we have received the allotment letter in the month of oct'2011. Without bankable of project, without allotment letter how we can able applied the loan.

            So, i personally request all please don't invest anything with supertech. They are seating there to make people fool and please crm team of supertech so nonsense, dont know how to behave with customer. The above lady supriya and inderpal so rude and behave us like we are beggar.

            Supertech upcountry project owners 15 to 20 people already filing their case against supertech and i am also going to do that.

              Hi, we bought a flat in ecovillage 2 on nov 2012.

              The super area was 1010 at that time but at the time of possession the super area is 1106. How come ? They even don't ask us they are increasing super area.
              Please send us noc of greater noida authority of increasing the size of the flat.
              Moreover why compensation charge is bared by consumer. Escalation charges are also too high.

              We feel cheated. How a common man can pay extra 3.5 lakh of super area increase. Supertech is fraud company, never buy a flat from supertech, they will increase the amount of flat without proper consent to buyer.

              It's shame on supertech that they don't care of their costomers.they play with their money and emotions. They should have some sort of respect for the customers who believes on them and invested money. Atleast if there are any delay due to any reason, they should update customers to have their confidence on supertech.
              Shame on #Supertech, this company will soon see its downfall. Nobody with some sense would ever go to #Supertech for buying a flat. Who will risk his hard earned money these people should be put behind bar for the rest of their life along with all their staff coz all of them are collaborating and conspiring to commit a crime of looting people of their money. This is equivalent to robbery and it should be dealt the same way.

                This is to inform you that i mr. Jaswant singh s/o rama booked a 2 bhk flat at your supertech basera, sector - 79 gurgaon. This was done by the authorized dealer of yours named - axiom land base in sahara mall, shop no- 128. The contact person there named mr. Vishal (Contact no - [protected]) and mr. Virendra ( contact no - [protected]) informed me that if i pay the premium booking amount, then i will be alloted confirmed unit and tower of my choise. I agreed to pay the amount against ground floor to tower no -1. They confirmed that i will be allocated the ground floor in tower no - 1 if i pay rs- 1 lakh extra for it. I agreed to these terms and payed some advance money as well. But now they are confirming that there is someissue with the allotment of the flat of my choice in tower no - 1 and instead of tower no -1, i will be allocated the apartment in tower no - 10, i am not confortable with this change and wanted my money back.

                Instead of returning the booking amount . They are further saying that rs - 25, 000 will be deducted from the money i paid as iam cancelling the booking. This is not my fault at all. I followed all the term given by your authorized dealer and now iam in trouble and ablut to loose money.
                Therefore i humbly request you to refund me the money amount fo rs - 96, 500 paid by cheque no - 031123 dated 13.03.2016 as soon as possible.

                  I have sumitted 40% to supertech and they have scrapped there renesa project and converted into ronamo in same place and my location, veiw many things have change so i am not interested to take this flat, now builder is forcing to me to accept that flat which i cant that why he is holding my fund from last 4 years and i want to claim for my full fund with interest.

                  Note : my builder buyer agreement is also not prepared for new project ronamo because i am not ready to accept term and condition of builder.

                    This is to inform you that around 7-8 months back, i purchased 4 different properties from supertech namely supernova, eco village, hilltown. Golf village.
                    Before i made these purchases i was treated like a king or a god by investor clinic as well as supertech. I was offered rides to visit sites, was offered free lunches & god knows almost everything i demanded. But as soon as i paid them the initial amounts and the call for demands came, i was literally scolded and was talked to in an almost abusive tone by people etc. This is when i had paid all the demands for all properties on time. So let me discuss the torture one at a time :

                    Case1 : i was offered a unit in a project called hilltown. The unit ofered to me didn't even exist at that time. When i asked for a cancellation and refund, i was thoroughly harassed for around 5 long months. Today i came to know that after 5 long months of torture, they had finally transferred the amount but they have cut rs.25000 without any reason from my hard earned money. My only mistake was to believe in a brand called supertech and i was literally tortured like hell for the last 5 months. I almost called everybody in supertech, made hundreds of calls to god awful people (Who don't even have the slightest respect of customers), was scolded several times by these people but i didn't let my patience die and finally i got my money but that too after a cut of rs.25000.
                    Can somebody please explain to me the reason to cut that amount when the real culprits were the people who sold me that non existent property? Why would i bear the burden?
                    Is my hard earned so cheap for supertech that they cut rs.25000 without any mistake of mine and did not even bothered to inform me that they are going to cut any amount?


                    Case 2 : my second biggest mistake was to call mr. Xx for my pending demand in golf village. I was curious for the last 2 months as i was not getting any kind of mail or sms or letter for this property for which i knew that the demand was due and also i knew that i am getting my fund transferred from my unit in hilltown to this unit in golf village. I tried contacting several people several times but did not get the required information. I even contacted the customer care department (Equally rude & always pissed off by any questions asked by the customer) of supertech but the lady did not had any information. So i made this mistake of calling mr. Xx at supertech. Oh my god, he got so pissed off by my call, that he actually scolded me of not paying my dues. When i told him to talk to a customer with respect, he became more rude and told me to contact the customer care for any further query. I even tried to explain to him the reason of delay that my funds are getting transferred from one of your projects but he had no time for all this bull or nonsense of mine.
                    Can somebody explain me what was my mistake and whom should a customer contact in these kind of cases? I also admit that i literally wanted to abuse mr. Xx madly and badly but then i remembered that if i did that i would loose the only point of contact for that property and i had to again call the customer care department, the thought of which only made me shiver with embarrassment.

                    I am tired and broken by all this in the last 5-6 months and my patience is also finished. I feel so ashamed and embarrassed whenever i make call to supertech that i almost decide to quit any investment made there. I am a person with utmost respect and dignity in society but whenever i talk to almost any person in supertech, i feel such pain that i cant even explain.
                    Have i committed such a big crime by making some investments in supertech?

                    Has supertech given so much authority to people like mrs. Xx, mr. Xx & like wise that they get the right to scold, embarrass, torture and play with the dignity of people like us? We, the customers have become so miserable and helpless that we almost feel fear in talking to these so called customer representatives at supertech.
                    Who are they to talk to us like that? How dare they? No, not any more. Today i take that challenge to take action against these people who make our lives miserable.

                    Why would i bear the burdens of interest, penalties, cuts & other illogical charges by the builder when i am not guilty?
                    When you people can take so much time in transfers & payments then why cant we? When you can commit mistakes by allotting me wrong units in a project then why is me to be blamed? I also demand my rights of equal interests, penalties & other charges to be paid to me in case of mistakes done by you.

                    I will contact every regulatory authority, every government department related to it, every private organisation & every social medium but i will not let these people embarrass me any more. I am sending this mail to cm up, pm, credai & almost every other department related to real estate. And i will not stop until i get my respect, rights and dignity back.

                    it happens with every other customer. Generally builders and there agencies such as Investors Clinic(Fair example, they always sell any property at very high price than other brokers) believe in looting the hard earned money from buyers. You cant assume that on every deal and average customer lost 5-7 lakh on their purchase. now we come to their customer care. Gundo se sabhya vyahvahar expect karna to hamari khud ki galat fehmi hai...ek Real Estate Developer kitna bhi bada ho jaye..but uske ander ka gundapan nahi jata hai...DELHI NCR is one of the best example. Every other real estate broker, developer is a goon in NCR. They understand one thing very well. Customer hai kahan tak jayega.. Paise to hum lekar rahenge..nahi dega to flat nehi denge..aur case karege to joote ghiswa denge... means ..marna akhir customer ko hi hai...now come to the Govt..Govt to inki jeb mein rehti hai...kitne bhi estate bill pass ho jaye...customer ka khuch nahi hona hai...kyoki adhi real estate to Neta logo ki wjh se hi chalti hai...ye jaisa chahenge waisa hoga...

                      For all readers:- if you are thinking to buy any unit in supertech limited project then its your big mistake.

                      I am struggling with this mistake and that's why recommending you all.

                      I have just visited the site and found that no progress done from last 5 months. But these rascals updated the website that they provide possession in 'may 16'. How? They don't even know.
                      I asked the same question to the construction head mr. Sinha and he also said that 'we have done everything and just a little bit work pending, we'll provide till july 16'.
                      Mr dk (Dherender) not even talk to you or not picked his phone when you want to talk to him and he is also a big 'dash'.
                      Such a big rascal or may be a blind person, he not even see that the plaster of tower is not done yet, how they said that finishing work in progress. I have not seen any labor in there site for the tower.
                      Yes more important, all crm guys sucks, all doing sarkari naukri. Not picking up the phone even you call more then 100 times. Specially this nawabs 'rohit'

                      Please don't believe on crm words. They all playing blame games when you meet them face to face.

                      And forget about the sales person who involved in sale like in my case 'md. Shamshare'. He not even take the responsibility of his word. For him i have one word 'chor'.

                      Such a bad day. I am just thinking that they stolen my money completely and add a bank lone on my head.

                        Hi Supertech,

                        You added Interest on delay payment of Rs 246582 on me. I made all payments on your any demands before end date. Can you explain this in details?
                        As per our contract there is no clause stated as "Additional Compensation Charges". You added Rs 55958 as additional compensation charges. Can you explain this in details?
                        As per our contract there is no clause stated as "Labor Welfare Charges". You added Rs 22383 as additional compensation charges. Can you explain this in details?
                        There is no clarity on penalty on delay possessioin. You have given Rs 90900 as delay penalty. As per your contract I was supposed to receive flat in 2012, can you please explain your calculation on this?
                        You added Rs 146826 as cost of differential area. The date I bought flat, my flour structure was build, I wanted to understand how you charging me now not then? Please send me details based on carpet area.
                        Can you please share Occupation Certificate and no NOC from Grater Noide Authority along with your reply.

                          I have booked the flat ins Supertech Hill town in soft launch. I was allotted the unit T14/702 with PLC of both corner & floor charges. I was not interested with this unit as I don't want to pay any PLC. But according to supertech all inventory have already booked I have to go with this unit only otherwise I have to change my preference from 1220sqft to 1275sqft. Although I don't want to go with this inventory but forcefully I have to go with this.

                          Now again I have received the mail from Supertech now they are not building this tower & I have to go with another tower T5 for which I am not interested.

                          This is really very surprising for me that builder can change the tower at any time at there mercy. This is really very disgusting.

                          Now I want my whole money to be refunded with interest.

                            I have a booked a flat in supertech capetown in 2010, with number cmc 1301 and was supposed to get possession in april 2013.
                            After following up regularly for 2 years and escalating to the gm dinesh handa o i finally got the offer of possession in 13th april 2015.
                            The delay was of more than 2 years.
                            In the letter i was shocked to see a penalty of 3.13 lac.
                            I again wrote to dinesh handa who forwarded the same to customer support for resolution.
                            I contacted their customer support, wrote n number of emails but no one replied.
                            Finally i went to their office in noida. A customer care lady met me and after listening to be told me that nothing will be done.
                            I told her that there is a delay of 2 years from supertech side and i have paid rent of more than 5lac for the delay.
                            So if i have been late in arranging for loan initially even they have also taken 5 years for possession and that too after running after them. They were in no mood to give the possession offer.
                            I have emails which show followups on possession.
                            I even filed a complaint with credai, complaint number being [protected] on 13th june.
                            I received an email from credai on 24th august that my hearing will be on 5th september 2015.
                            I again wrote to supertech to resolve this amicably.
                            After many followups again i got an email from tanzeel ansari on 25/8/2015 assuring of resolution.
                            Then she called me on 1st september and told me that i should take back my case from credai as they have taken approvals and now i only needed to pay 31k and rest all is waived off.
                            I went to supreme court, consumer forum at the given date and time and took back my complaint.
                            Then i was called in supertech office for full and final settlement, i went and met customer service manager reena gulati who said that this was a simple case and if i had met her earlier she would have resolved it .
                            She gave me all the forms and made a calculation of dues including 31k of penalty.
                            I went again with filled up form and payment chq.
                            After few hours of waiting she came back and told me that this was a mistake and the amount is 1.80 lac.
                            I said this is cheating and i have even taken back my case from credai.
                            I again went back and rewrote to credai to open my case again.
                            I got an email from anitesh singh chauhan assuring me that he will resolve the issue urgently .
                            On 23rd jan 2016 he called me for a meeting.
                            To my disbelief he again told me the same thing which was told to be in september 2015 that i need to pay 1.80 lac.
                            I told him that you assured me of resolution and he said this is what they could do.
                            From september 2015 again till now march 2016 i am still running after them and since they are a big company they are thinking to bully customers and really think that they can get away with anything.
                            They have charged the penalty @ 24% per annum whereas given me a relief of only 5/- per sq. Feet.
                            Out of 3 lac they have only removed 1.20 lac and asking me to pay 1.80 lac which is a huge amount and i cannot pay.
                            I told them that if they had given the possession on time to me i would have paid the penalty without any issues but due to their delay i have also drained my 5 lac as rent and i cannot pay now 1.80 lac more.
                            Outocme required :so either they compensate me for the rent which i paid due to their delay which is 5lac and then i will pay the penalty of 1.80 lac or they remove the penalty accepting their delay too and will not drag this any further.

                            On the contrary i have received a NOTICE from SUPERTECH, PRIYANKA GUPTA, which says that my flat will be cancelled if i do not take possession immeidately.

                              Dear Sir,

                              This complaint is against the deficient services rendered by M/s Supertech Limited through its Managing Director Mr. Mohit Arora, Noida, Uttar Pradesh and for adopting unfair practice. The builders have illegitimately and illegally forfeited the amount deposited by the Applicant herein; the firm has also cancelled the allotment of the apartment booked by the Applicant. The act of M/s Supertech Limited is illegal and against the interest of the Customers with an intent to defraud the consumers who had booked the apartments with the firm.                               1. It is submitted that I have made a booking in one of the project of M/s Supertech Limited titled ECO Village II, Unit No R0190F30501 on the 5th Floor as per the copy of the letter enclosed for ready reference and marked as ANNEXURE 1 herein.

                              2. Further it is submitted that against the booking made in 2010 I have deposited a total sum of Rs 6, 44, 225/- with the firm as on July, 2013 as per the demand made by the firm from time to time between 2010 and 2011.

                              3. That, owing to the land disputes between the farmers and the NOIDA Authority for compensation between[protected], as per the news Report, the firm stopped the construction and the amount deposited was lying with the firm. However, sometime during 2015, the construction activities commenced and the firm has enhanced its demand arbitrarily to a high level.

                              4. It is submitted that on my visit to the firm’s Office at Noida in the past I got to know that there was misleading and misrepresenting information given to me without disclosing the real position of cancellation and forefeiture of my deposited amount without any intimation to me. A copy of the relevant correspondence made by me through mail from time to time with the firm is enclosed herewith and marked as ANNEXURE 3.

                              5. The firm in its recent mail dated 09.01.2016 informed/confirmed me that the firm is in the process of giving possession gradually over a period of time and you can visit our Head office for further discussion and amicable solution. as per the mail, dated 09.01.2016 of the firm.

                              6. Astonishingly, when I visited personally along with a colleague of mine on 12.02.2016 i.e Friday, I was informed verbally that your apartment has been cancelled and the firm does not have any records pertaining to my booking which has to be recalled from Storage. Till date, the firm has neither issued me the allotment letter nor agreement executed with me for the booking made by me.

                              7. Therefore, the act of the firm, to cancel the flat booked by me and forfeiting the deposit amount without any intimation is not only illegal but also amounts to rendering deficient services to its consumers. It is reiterated that this is a high handed attempt of the firm to forfeit the entire sum of Rs 6.44 lacks which is a precious for a salaried class like me.

                              8. I, therefore, request you to suggest me as to what are the measures that I can take against the injustice on the whole matter with a view to seek justice to me as the firm is trying to defraud the amount deposited by innumerous innocent customers who have booked their flats by abusing the dominant position through unfair trade practice and rendering deficient services.

                              In view of the aforesaid, I would like to seek your advice as to what steps are required to take action aginst the firm for illegal activities without issuing the Agreement / allottment letter nor any notice of cancellation which amounts to fraud and cheating in daylight. The whole system has become mockery in the daylight robbery. I would expect any one of the following :

                              1. Either refund the whole money with interest @ of 18 % p.a. which the firm is charging on the customers for the delayed / defaults in payment from the date of deposits to till the date of settlment or alternatively,

                              2. Or an alternative apartment on the same floor with equivalent space booked by me should be allotted to me with revised time schedule of payment by adjusting the amount under deposit with the firm.
                              Looking forward to the intervention of the Commission in the interest of the justice.

                                Hi,

                                I am awaiting the Offer of posession of my unit. the company has asked for money whic his not as per contract. They are pushing me to pay in advance for the maintenance charges which should be applicable after offer of possession.

                                My project is already delayed from April 2013 and still awaiting for delivery. I have already made 100% payment for my cost of construction.

                                Please advice, if there is any protection of consumer..

                                Other wise i will move to court with claim for my stress, loss of rental income and interest on delayed unit.

                                  I had booked a flat with builder Supertech in June 2011 which they promised to deliver in June 2014. But from 2013 Supertech stopped building the appartment and whenever i followd up with Supertech CRM team said they will deliver it. I approached Mr. Khera, director of the company. He is harassing me like anything. Everytime he called me in his office saying he will give me some option and when i visit his office he deny it. He keeps on doing this things since long. I am in big trouble. Kindly help me, as i am unable to pay rent and EMI both.

                                  This CRM Team is useless they even don't know how to talk to customer, they will make you run from one desk to other to know things and at last, i[censored] want to ask something from them they say it is written in your agreement and even they don't know what is written in agreement and they argue with you, if you tell them it is not in agreement then they say it Govt law.

                                    I have applied for Supertech Basera with application no.7895 by paying Rs. 96, 425/- in May 2015. Unfortunately i didn't get flat in draw so amount should be have refunded but still i am waiting. First of all i went to Supertech Office (Signature Tower, Gurgaon) i met to Heena in Oct 15 and Heena said that you will gate refund within a month. than i called to Mr. Amit in Dec 15 he said that all the employee is on leave so please remind me after first week in Jan 15. than i got an email from supertech for submission of affidavit on 5th Jan 16 and i submitted the same on 09th Jan 16. Heena Said that within this month (Jan 16) you will get refund. after Jan 16 when i didn't receive any response again i called on 02nd Feb 16 than Heena said please give a maximum time for 10 days, i will call you. after 10 days i mean from 13th Feb 16 i called to gurgaon office, Heena, Amit but nobody received my call. today i again called to Heena & Amit firstly but noone receive my call than again i called on landline no. one madam received my call and gave me Noida no. than i called on[protected] one madam received my call and said that transferring call to CRM after sometimes call disconnected. Once again i called on the same no Ms. Reena received my call and taken my details i.e. Name, Contact No. & application no and said that the concern person will call you within five minute still i am waiting for the same. I have all the call recording.

                                    i have booked a unit by affordable scheme in supartech basera gurgaon . i have pay around 10 lakh for conform unit . but i don't have receive 592 sq ft unit and supartech builder and segal estate broker cheated me .they all r involved this scam so kindly back my money otherwise i take some legal action

                                      I have booked 3 bhk on EV2 which supposed to be deliver on Dec-2014.

                                      Till now work is in progress apart from this my unit got technical issue as shared by CRM team. My concern is how Supertech can take payment for my unit which is nowhere else. Only last two payment left for my unit till that issue.

                                      Bad news for me that still I am getting Demand letter few days back which I have to pay else they will charge fine.

                                      It is Unprofessional approach by Supertech Team.

                                        I have booked the flat in Hill town hill crest, Sohna sector 2 (opp. K L mangalm) from Super trust.

                                        my booking form is changed automatically with wrong detail of mine. I don't know how.
                                        1. change the price
                                        2. change the phone number so that they can charged my late payment
                                        3. no commitment of payment plan.


                                        At the time of sale there were mention I need to pay amount after allotment, I got the call from supertech they do the alloatment after 2 year but they release the demand note of 16 lkh without giving any time.

                                        I got the good suggestion from Mr. Nitin from supertech if I need to get my money back then I need to go to supertech head office so may time even after cancelation of booking.

                                        some of friend of mine were inserted to buy a flat at the same place and I have told them the exact situation.

                                        Dono't beleave on any broker they will not pick your phone call after sale it to you.

                                        Not worth buying dream house.
