Supertech — delay in supertech golf village | |||||
I am allotte to w tower 1912 golf village i would like to cancel my booking as per agreement clause 39 as i am not satisfied with the possession dates and the construction is very slow and i cannot hold the unit any longer as i want flat as per promised dates, were dec2017 booking was done in september 2014 and i have waited for 3 years and i see no sign of early possession hence would like to cancel my booking and take refund or i would look for legal avenues, as supertech is not refunding me by cancelling the booking. I have the same problem as of yours. I have bought a 2BHK and study apartment in golf village in year 2013. It was promised to be delivered by Dec 2017, but there is no sign of its completion.

I have booked a flat with supertec golf village but still not get possession. I want my money back please suggest
We booked a one BHK unit in Mar 14 and paid 70% of the amount up front ( the balance is to be paid on completion) .The completion date given to us was Sep 17. In Dec17 we learnt that the revised date of completion would be Jun18, which was revised to Dec18, Dec 19 ( these dates were informed when we rang up, on its own Supertech did not inform us even once that there were delays ) In Feb20 when we visited the site we learnt that no construction activity had taken place for the last three years.
We visited their office and submitted an application for cancellation and refund.No official reply has been given to us on this, however, we were informed verbally
- refund is not possible
- no point going to the court as many others have tried and failed, one more will make no difference to Supertech
- if we are willing to pay some additional money, we could be given a unit in their Meerut project .We obviously had no interest in moving to Meerut for personal reasons
Is there any way we can get our money back .

My case is exactly same as yours. I was also offered same for Meerut project and for court proceeding same was asked to me, that we already have so many cases, this will make no difference to supertech .
