I was ordered 21 april for ice cream jar but i was received wrong product faluda so i refused to take it and my order cancelled from app after that i was immediately contact coustomer care abhisek assured me we will compsulted 180 rs my next order because i was already paid with my amazon pay balance so in second day i was ordered but i was surprised they stopped my cod account then i was chat so they told me after 5 to 6 order they will open my account so i was realize cheating by them after that i was chat many coustomer care but they refused my money back so it is a cheating company

    I am order in sharmaji pujabikhana items 2 paneer tikka masala and item 1 paneer tikka dry and my order amount is 250/- but upi (G pay) 300/- amount paid. And items 1 paneer tikka masala missing. Paneer tikka dry food is very bed. So please solution in my complain and refund my order amount. Your riders name is keyur rathod diliver only 1items paneer tikka masala and 1 item paneer tikka dry. He says complain in sharmaji pujabikhana.

      Hello sir / madam
      I was working in swiggy as delivery executive at patiala, punjab. Swiggy conducted a physical verification for me but the verification done on wrong address (82-f, partap nagar...) and claim that there is a fir registered against me at my local police station. I got call from my fm (Harpreet singh) and he said me to provide a noc and a character certificate but on the same time i informed him that upper mentioned address is not my and showed him my addhar card with my correct address and requested him that please email to swiggy head office for my correct address and arrange a reverification. After few days my fm called me again and ask me for my resignation or noc. He forcefully closed my id and asked me to leave the office. But there was no verification done at my correct address. After this i had lost my job and i am in stress and harassed by swiggy fm and other office staff. So decided to file a complaint and looking forward justice for me from swiggy head office and want my job back. Thanks

        I had ordered my food at 9.20 and mistekely address was my residence address and i wanted delivery at office address i tried to cancel the order they asked for assistance (Executive priyanka) and she said she will change the address. But after 30 min delivery boy calls and says he can't deliver the order and he said me to cancel the order i said i have already told executive agreed to new address so iam not going to cancel, u cancel if you want but after 1 and half our another delivery boy calls and he is like where is the address i said opp mahalaxmi temple he said i can't deliver the order i told executive to call me and discussed about the problem and he disconnected the call he was very ride tried calling on the number he disconnected and order got cancelled and they took cancellation fees from me... It's swiggys fault.. Why should i pay the amount i know it's small amount i want refund for this.
        I want to order food from swiggy but It not provide me a home delivery option at my home

          Hi,

          I understand in this digital world many things may go wrong and some transaction may get failed due to technical reasons.. But here at swiggy customer service after all proof first they said yes you paid but it will take 24hrs time. Then after 3 days they are saying you didn't paid. And they are not replying me and simply closing tickets. I want my money back or the super subscription which was charged 129rs. Kindly review screenshots.
          Yesterday afternoon i had booked the food oder from the hotel bimas in kakinada eg.dt a.p through. Swiggy.

          In my account 503rs had debited
          But oder had not came to me.

            - I order Veg Penne Pasta from Truffles Church Street Bangalore from Swiggy and got the food on April 23 2019 at 12:16 PM with order ID:Order #[protected]

            So once i received the food i started eating.But having a couple of spoons later i realized that it is Non Veg Penne Pasta. I'm in office now and i'm not at all feeling good and i feel very sick.

            From a consumer perspective the Swiggy delivery agent had to check the for the order details and again double checked with the restaurant and then delivered to me. This is totally not acceptable.

            This is should never happen at first place but it happen this is not at all tolerable and you refund me back the money? What about my values should i receive the refund and keep my mouth shut??

              order no #[protected]. they deliver at my place but when i open the package i see that its totally damaged. then i complain to company helpline no they said we can't do anything to this order. even they didn't gave any proper explanation
              No responsibility taken for wrong delivery of items. Customers are treated as joke.
              I order a bucket chicken, two me chicken burgers 2 mayosinne in meet and eat but they did provide Mayo sause in my order this the first time my order was not provided correctly . Kindly take some action regarding this incident

                My order #[protected], i made an order on 27th march 2019 for rs 420, when i made the payment through netbanking first time i got a message that payment for unsuccessful, then i again paid it for rs 420 and received the order.
                Also got a message from swiggy the payment will refunded to my bank account in 5 to 7 days. But after a weeks time nothing has been credited back to my bank account, then i chatted with swiggy customer care and they said to check with the bank on this refund. I checked with my bank they said rs 420 credited to swiggy twice and no refund has been initiated from swiggy. Then i again chatted with swiggy and said the information which i obtained from my bank. Finally they accepted that there was a technical error from there end while processing the refund and said they will escalate this issue to their team. But as on today (23/04/19) nothing has been refunded back to my account and the response which i got from the rep is pathetic. Help in how to file a complaint against this issue.
                I have not made any recent cancellations but they have made COD unavailable to me despite repeated enquiries. They keep telling me the same thing that I have to give few prepaid orders, instead of solving or understanding the issue.
                I have received crispy chiken material and seaking chiken between the ingredients .It was very bad and have very few part of chiken. I think we should not order again to swiggy and advise same to our friends.i. Am surprised how is the swift approved this type of vender.same in chiken biryani also.very bad in taste and materials. Sorry swiggy.

                  While ordering the food in swiggy it is showing that food will be delivered in 32 minutes but even after 1 hour also it was been not getting delivered,
                  This was the fourth time i was facing this issue with this swiggy food delivery app
                  For example today i ordered food at 1.05pm and it shows that it will delivered in 32 mins but at present the time is 1.36 and still it is showing 22mins does it mean 31 minutes for us is equal...

                  I ordered my lunch from swiggy and it took a longer time that the mentioned eta to be delivered. Then when i checked the order, i was given an entirely wrong order. That too after waiting for so long. When i complained about this on their chat, they just say they'll process a refund or i'll have to wait another 34mins for my correct order to arrive!! How is this fair? And the representatives on chat are just hopeless. They are not even genuinely sorry. The worst customer service ever! And it is becoming worse by the day!
                  All orders are getting delivered super late. Delivery executives are assigned after a whole 30min.
                  I have ordered before an hour.. yet to get response from swiggy. Still it's showing your order is confirmed.

                    I have made payment of rs.115 on 30.03.2019 order was failed but payment was deducted till date no refund has been made.

                    Even if they reply they will close the issue without confirming with user.
                    One of the worst support I have ever seen. Simply they will be advertising as if they are good in this field

                      This about swiggy manipal, karnataka. Off late, all orders are delivered really really late. All of them exceed the eta at least by 20minutes. If we begin a help chat, it takes forever for the customer representative to respond. The customer has to wait for the order plus wait for so long to even get a response. Chats are closed without proper responses and resolution.
                      The service is just going downhill by the day. No action is taken in spite of raising the issue multiple times. From my account as well as my friends accounts.

                          I ordered a dish from swiggy app and a delivery executive (Amrit singh - [protected]) was executed to deliver the food at my place - i was sure that i placed the order at correct address but instead asking the address the delivery boy refuse to come at my place. I was not feeling so well so not able to deliver the food and that's the reason i gave him multiple calls to deliver at my place but he was so pathetic and not even ready to deliver after so many calls. I requested him to come but he didn't. I slept empty stomach last night just because of that scene. It was too late that's why i was chasing him again and again. He was not ready to listen i gave him multiple calls. Please help me to get the justice regarding this because i suffered alot mentally because of that guy. Please ask him to apologize and tell hiom to do the job with sincerity.

                              My location and address are correct and easy to find, but most Swiggy guys call on my phone unnecessarily even after finding the house. When asked why he called, each person gives some lame excuse that comes to his mind. Recently a guy gave me a tough time by calling me 4 times when I was not in a position to answer as I was driving in thick traffic. People at home we're ready at the door to receive the order, but the guy kept calling instead of delivering. Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket & other guys never call and deliver at the doorstep without any fuss. Swiggy guys suck. They call for no reason. Very bad habit. I'm a Swiggy Super customer making at least one order per day, so they should stop bothering me by calling on the phone unnecessarily.

                                I had received very cold food and my order was delayed and i received in 1 hr . Earlier to that while it was showing late i had called customer care and had told them to make sure food should not be cold and they had promised that i will get warm food for sure, but when the food arrived it was totally cold and not even warm
                                After that i waited on swiggy chat to contact any executive more than 13 14 hrs an executive was assigned and i told them to send any executive to take away the food as it was kept in the same way it was delivered .
                                continuously i was asking their executive to give me a call and they had promised that I will receive a call from them within 24 hrs but even after that i didnt got any call. I contacted them again on chat and what they were only able to do was to give me refund. Which i accepted but i didnt recveive any callback from them

                                  Order number [protected].. I ordered crispy chilly baby corn... The food i received was uncooked and raw... It was completely unedible... It was ordered for guests... The entire food was unedible and had to thrown away.. I was humiliated in front of my guests because of swiggy.. I demand compensation for this mental torture and humiliation... I took up with swiggy customer care and they said that this will not be repeated in the future and that they can't do anything about it now.. Is this how swiggy defrauds it's customers? My delivering uncooked and unedible food and then later saying that they can't do anything about it and it's beyond their control? In such cases, consumers need to think twice before trusting swiggy.

                                    First time i have booked the order but first time itself i got bad impression on swiggy. My order no is [protected].

                                    I have provided address correctly but these swiggy illiterate delivery boy not understand (Might by drunken)

                                    If possiable check the status where went wrong.

                                    In future we will never order from swiggy.

                                    Note : have illiterate staff then only you will grow.

                                      The chicken inside is totally raw. When crunched it was smelling and not cooked at all. How can they pack and send this to a customer. This is highly irritating since i have ordered it for my guests. Need refund for the same. Do reply as soon as possible.
