I have been ordering food from swiggy from many years and these days i feel that swiggy is not delivering the right product and a bad quality restaurants and a worst customer service ever since in my life, have been facing issue where i order food and delivery guy calls me and tells after 45 mins that the restaurant is closed and spoke to the customer support and was very very rude and not helpful and said refund will be done, however refund takes 6-7 days and no food is delivered, and order shows delivered, and got bad food many times and whenever i ask for help the answer is will take feedback and will serve you better next time, its been happening quite a lot with many orders and also today i ordered from CCD and everytime i order from that restaurant, i get a call saying that the food i ordered is not avaialable,
Request you to please go through all the call recordings and history of how much many i have actually spent and how much many is been wasted and such worst customer service,

Point 1. When transaction fails.. money gets deducted. Why on earth should it take 5-7 days to refund when systems are automated.
Point 2. my complaints of refund has been pending for over two months... still following up for my money
Swiggy must Stop cheating... if they r unable to follow processes and adhere to timelines with sincerity
