I am dhanya ([protected]@gmail.com). This is to let you know that i am highly disappointed about the customer service that is been offered.
I had called in one month back to your toll-free number for a very simple query. I wanted to edit the account name.
I searched your app while is not at all user friendly. I had the option to update the payment mode and address but couldn't find an option to edit or update the name. After doing a research from my end, i decided to call the toll-free number. Somebody picked up and he / she couldn't help me. That person was not able to even clarify if there was such an option or not. He said he will raise a request. I was supposed to get an update after two days. Since i didn't hear from them i called the same number again. That didn't help either.
I had multiple chats with them. After two weeks they confirmed that it's been escalated. I wonder if this query is that critical for it to take ages to get escalated n to get resolved. It should be a matter of two minutes. It's just an account name name change. Again i was asked to wait for two days.
Now approximately after 1.5 months i decided to chat with them again. I wanted an email id and a contact number. I talked to two of the customer service executives. Both of them disconnected the chat after giving a generic email id.
Listing the names of all the executives whom i had communicated.

I wonder if this is the way a customer is been treated. If so i would prefer your competitors.
Since i have invested my valuable time in this, i will try all possible means to escalate this to the highest level possible. Waiting for over month and multiple customer service interactions for a very basic thing as name change is unacceptable.
If it takes one month for just a profile update, how long it would take in case i need a refund. That becomes a credibility issue right. Promises are not been kept. I was promised multiple times that i would be receiving an email within 48 hours. Till now i haven't got any emails other than your promotions and order confirmations.
Really sad to say that i am highly disappointed.
