I have made an order, they have approved it and send me a message of order number, but after 1 hour, i didn't receive the order, so when i called them, they are telling that, the payment is not cleared, but without receiving the payment, how come they will send us the message stating that, the order is placed, that time it was around 11pm, they are telling that, if you want, you can order again, i already made a payment for my previous order, that also they didn't refund, when i tried to contact their head office through email, there was no contact details in their website, so if any cheating happens, there is no way to contact any higher officials in their organisation, i didn't get my food and also i didn't get my money back

      Delivered non vegetarian instead of vegetarian food ordered.

      1. Delivered a wrong product.
      2. After almost 1 hour the food was delivered and was delivered wrong.
      3. Customer care representatives were not even responding properly.
      4. A diabetic patient was not given food on time because of the company.
      5. Sheer negligence from company to deliver right food to right people.
      6. Company doesn't cares if consumer dies or stays without eating food

        This not far the delivery boy cheated us

          I ordered from swiggy on April 14th. Order#[protected], from the restaurant khopcha in bhubaneswar.
          I have been a regular customer of online food ordering, but this guy which was my delivery man gave me a headache, I called him 10 times in a row to make him understand my location and he made me wait 2 hour for the food to reach, he seemed to be drunk at that time and was literally everything that we can say opposite of professional is, NOW THE MOST IMPORTANT THING, HE TODAY VIDEO CALLED MY GIRLFRIEND ON HER WHATSAPP, she saved his no. at that time because I called from her phone . I was literally in shock to see it. This kind of service I would never order from you.

              I had ordered food like 4o minutes ago and still its showing more 40 minutes for the delivery. Like this much time for the delivery. Does it make any sense. Please look into the issue because for a customer to wait 80 mins is not ideal under any situation. Is this swiggy's way to handle customer.
              I have placed an order on Swiggy 3rd March-Dindugal Thalappakati.I received a message "your order [protected] has been picked up by our delivery executive Elumalai([protected]) and is on the way" the person had reached the address which is in domlur.done cash payment. after he left i have received a message saying Order has been cancelled.

                It is regarding order [protected]. I paid through online card for the order. Due to unavailability of another dish, I was confirmed by Swiggy through SMS that I will get the refund of the amount of second dish.
                It's going to be more than 2 weeks now, I haven't receive my refund. I contacted the customer service, and after chatting with three different executives, I am confirmed that Swiggy cannot help me. I even posted the screenshots as proof, but the customer service executives we're hopeless. One even mentioned refund to an account, which I don't even use!
                I am attaching the screenshots here too.
                Though not big amount is Rs. 260, but for me it is since I am struggling to live a life here and also it shows that Swiggy can cheat customers anyway, illegally or unethically.
                Now, to whom it may concern, what should I be expecting as result?

                  This is regarding order number [protected].

                  I had order 2 items in this order on 15/04/2019. As per the live order tracking system in the swiggy app the food was to be delivered by peter gregory murray. At around 10 pm i was delivered with the food. While i opened the package, there was only 1 item found in the cover and hence i requested for a refund of the other item over the swiggy app. The total amount paid for the order was rs. 565 and i was given a refund of 200 for the missing item.

                  While i was opening the other item which was delivered, the delivery guy came back to my place asking me to return the package as it was incorrectly delivered to my flat but the status in the app was also showing "delivered".

                  Post this incident, i reached out to swiggy over chat and demanded for a complete refund on the order. But he refused to refund the entire amount as they had already initiated a refund of 200 for missing item.

                  I lost rs 365 over an order that was not delivered to me and the executive who communicated with me over swiggy also closed the conversation without providing a solution over the lost money. It is like i paid money for someone else to eat and finally i was left with no food for dinner.

                    I ordered a white sauce pasta and singapuri chowmeen from hashtag foods tilak nagar, jail road. The chowmeen was so good but the pasta was not up to the standard and what we ordered was not got accurately there is no sauce only mix with white mayonnaise without any taste. 2 vegitables are also not there brocoli and mushrooms. Please replace or refund my order
                    The order we received was wrong. one of the order was not processed and was not delivered. fries delivered were very cold, the delivery boy was not ready to exchange the order. we did not receive the kind of delivery we were expecting from swiggy. very disappointed.

                      Sir i am a swiggy delivery executive and i have started work from 19th of march and it's been 4 weeks and i haven't got my payout yet i have made 6300 and i only got 528 sir i have been calling and calling my fleet manager and swiggy hub and other people but haven't got any reply or any help.                       I ordered food from swiggy app. I had already paid using my card for the food before its arrival. The delivery boy asked for payment once the food was delivered. I had to pay him using google pay to take the food.
                      My order took a hour and on top of that it’s a wrong order which is ridiculous. The food is soggy and I got the wrong dishes.
                      The Swiggy customer care isn’t responding with appropriate action.

                      Please instruct your staff to close gate while going out after delivering to 1st floor and 2nd floor. we are in ground floor, every time we tell them to close. but they talk rubbish and they argue to close the gate. This may lead to problems.

                      Why are u providing offers i[censored] charge a 35rupees just to deliever to 400metres by ordering a 100 rupee dish 20 rupees is the tax 35 rupees Delivery charge which sums to 155 rupees and after applying ur so called coupons it becomes 105 rupees a 100rupee dish on 50% off turns out to be 105 rupee what a offer great services
                      Oder receive from swiggy afert 1 hour 30 mints and receive burnt food Customer person cut the call in middle of conversation
                      The delivery guy to deliver the item and begged to cancel the order
                      so i cancelled it
                      so here its there fault and they are charging me cancellation charge
                      so rubbish man

                        My order #[protected] has not been delivered on time. Waiting for the order since an hour. As i called to check the delivery guy to know the status, he said very rudely that he cannot find the restaurant when i told him to call to the customer support he started shouting in a very poor manner and his exact words were that 'this is not my problem.'

                        I want to know what kind of people work for you who have no sense of talking. Don't just employ them, train them!!!
                        It goes on to help and support executive, where my issue was not solved and i have received ignorance by ag_anwesha. S
                        I ordered food from swiggy from nagpal restaurent in patiala, the quality was so poor. Pls get their services terminated.

                          money to be received

                          On 18th march 2019, i placed an order for rs.457/= through my mobile [protected] and paid from my icici bank. But food was not delivered and received a sms that order failed and refund initiated. Till today i have not received the refund.

                          I do not have the order id but if you browse the chat history with reference to my above mobile number, anybody can understand the situation.

                          I am referring to the above complaint posted on the consumer complaints website. The reason for the bad services is one person who leads the customer services team at bengaluru. He is designated as vice president (Customer care) and he quit myntra.com as a senior manager after leaving the company to be taken over by flipkart.com. This person a*u* c*r*l has his team which he carries along with him and the destruction squad comprise of n*s*a t*o*a* and r*m*k*i*h*a and others. Please be very specific while raising complaints as this man, the so called vice president of swiggy who keeps walking around in the lobby of swiggy office located at maruthi chambers is an expert at dodging issues. This person has to be cornered if the company has to grow. God knows why he moved out of myntra.com despite getting promoted at myntra.com. If he had shown honesty and integrity and stayed truthful to his job, the management would have moved him up the ladder, but this shrewd man moved out of myntra.com and is now creating unrest among customers for swiggy.
                          I had placed a order in Swiggy for Rs.261 on 3rd April. The amount was deducted but the order was cancelled...I had raised several queries to refund my amount but there was no response...its been 10 days still my amt has not been refunded...My account no[protected]...Icici Bank...

                            Order was done on 4th april. [protected].
                            Mobile [protected]

                            When i ordered it. It showed failed transaction.so i order from somewhere else.
                            After half an hour i got a call from delivery guy for the order and my money was also deducted. I didn't receive that order.

                            Have raised the issue within 24hrs.
                            And many times after that too. I have received different excuse every time.
                            I was told that i will get my money back.
                            Some say it wasn't captured by your system so i should contact my bank. When i ask for service number i dont get a response. Some say it should have been raised with 24hrs and when tell them that it was raised with given time period they again find another excuse and Suddenly close the ticket in between the chat.
                            I am a regular user of Swiggy and i didn't expect this kind of behavior from them. I want my money back because i didn't get the service that i was being charged for.

                                I ordered biriyani and lime juice combo on[protected] on swiggy in kalamassery, kerala, India . And paid Rs.107 via paytm .
                                The food had bad smell. And the chicken and gravy were burnt. The rice was uncooked. Simply saying, never had to face food like this before. Can't even smell it.
                                I contacted swiggy customer care and asked them for another pack of food or refund. And they said they can't do that and exited from the chat. I tried for 2-3times they just say sorry and exits from the chat.
                                It was my lunch that I ordered and I starved contacting them upto 3:00.
                                I just lost my money and faced a very bad customer service for the first time in my life.
                                Please resolve this issue . I lost my money for nothing but food

                                  I have ordered on 13th April and these people have cancelled my order after 1hour without informing me. They actually have wasted my time in between an hour.Today i have spoken with them they easily said that refund has been cancelled due to address issue. Its really a worst experience with Swiggy.
                                  I would recommend to uninstall this app. as soon as possible.Such a worst app. with cheap delivery executive and customer care people.Such a bad user experience.

                                  Swiggy should terminate such type of people.

                                  I have two complaint about their delivery executive and Customer care team.

                                  1. Their delivery executive do not have any idea about near by location.When he was near to restaurant.I called him to reconfirmed the address as my profile address was correct and Swiggy map was with incorrect loc. Delivery guy is saying, I have no idea about where i need to deliver the food what to deliver.I am not sure why Swiggy team hired such type of people as their delivery guy do not know where to deliver what to deliver and when to deliver.Looks like even they do not know what they are doing after joining swiggy.

                                  Also I requested that guy to come down to nearby landmark so that we can pick the order.But without listening my words they are just disconnecting call using rude statements.Even they are not picking up the call multiple time.

                                    The peas polao fish combo (the curry) was stale. I complained thru app .. Mr Giri Shankar attended and refused to refund STALE food. So I guess Swiggy wants me to put up with stale food.

                                    I am very dissapointed. Not about the refund, but about the way your rep was non emphathizing and abruptly closed the chat head. BE RESPONSIBLE SWIGGY.

                                    I hope you'll check my customer profile before responding RESPONSIBLY. Make your reps RESPONSIBLE enough. You are not immune to competetion.
