Hi,
I am dhanya ([protected]@gmail.com). This is to let you know that i am highly disappointed about the customer service that is been offered.

I had called in one month back to your toll-free number for a very simple query. I wanted to edit the account name.

I searched your app while is not at all user friendly. I had the option to update the payment mode and address but couldn't find an option to edit or update the name. After doing a research from my end, i decided to call the toll-free number. Somebody picked up and he / she couldn't help me. That person was not able to even clarify if there was such an option or not. He said he will raise a request. I was supposed to get an update after two days. Since i didn't hear from them i called the same number again. That didn't help either.

I had multiple chats with them. After two weeks they confirmed that it's been escalated. I wonder if this query is that critical for it to take ages to get escalated n to get resolved. It should be a matter of two minutes. It's just an account name name change. Again i was asked to wait for two days.

Now approximately after 1.5 months i decided to chat with them again. I wanted an email id and a contact number. I talked to two of the customer service executives. Both of them disconnected the chat after giving a generic email id.

Listing the names of all the executives whom i had communicated.

Nd. Akram - he gave me the generic mail id and number and closed the chat without my confirmation
6) 30 march 2019 - 8:45 pm - ag_debdutta. D - he also abruptly disconnected the chat without my confirmation

I wonder if this is the way a customer is been treated. If so i would prefer your competitors.

Since i have invested my valuable time in this, i will try all possible means to escalate this to the highest level possible. Waiting for over month and multiple customer service interactions for a very basic thing as name change is unacceptable.

If it takes one month for just a profile update, how long it would take in case i need a refund. That becomes a credibility issue right. Promises are not been kept. I was promised multiple times that i would be receiving an email within 48 hours. Till now i haven't got any emails other than your promotions and order confirmations.

Really sad to say that i am highly disappointed.

    I have placed the order with swiggy for delivery of snacks from zaitoon and it my order was got cancelled by the delivery executive itself stating that he came to address but no one was thr and even no one picked the call. And the same time rs.60 got added as cancellation charges.

    Its really disgusting.

      First time i placed order in swiggy after 1 hour i did not receive the the order i called to customer support they cancelled my order nd intiated yo refund second time i placed order in swiggy executive was not assigned waiting for 10 min was not assigned i request to cancel the order they did not inform that it has been assigned later there are telling executive is assigned nd was charged cancelation fee of rs 38,

        I have placed an order for (1) alphonso and (2) nuts overloaded ice-cream from cream stone and payment is done via card. However, order is not delivered and amount also is not refunded yet.

        I tried contacting care, it always take me to a chat window and none of the agents give me proper reply for issue. Instead of helping they used to close the conversation.

            I have ordered food on swiggy on 13th March and I had to cancel it because they were not delivering it in the estimated time and the delivery executive asked me to cancel it...I canceled it...They are saying that refund is successful but I didn't get it...When I contacted them about the same issue again and again they are asking me to contact the bank...Which I did and the bank is responding with only one answer and that is no transaction of this kind has been made...The weight people are frauds and are looting people I want my money back please help me...I have contacted them through various social media handles too but they are not helping

              I have to say that swiggy is worst with customer relations. They gave me a useless food with a spilage and didn’t give me a refund and also not issue my report.
              I want my refund and from now i will not use swiggy as they are poor and useless. I must prefer zonato or uber eats as they resolve their issues quickly

                Order no. #[protected] they are absolutely irresponsible, untrustworthy and unprofessional takes money in advance and leaves poor customer on mercy of there third class unruly delivery person who makes hundred of lame excuses to not to deliver the food troubling poor customer only to cancel order at last and customer stays hungery despite already paid for it and theres no customer support
                I order food from swiggy snd found plastic thread in food. Feedback given to swiggy. However swiggy is not ready to listen. Please register my complaint and tske appropriate action on such bad resturant and swiggy.

                  I placed a order on swiggy on 27 th march. But my suprise when i opened the packet i found one item "tea time puff" was missing. I contacted them immediately in chat but they neither willing to provide replacement order nor providing refund of rs 40 to my source account (Which is missing item price). I contacted swiggy several times but they are neither ready to replace or refund kindly do something. They are doing day light robbery. Here is my swiggy order no

                    How can you mail this? I didn't get my food which i ordered. I got a call from your side that the package has been leaked so need to change and it takes 15-20 minute. I already pay for this.

                    What kind of service did you provide? Is this the way you provide services to your users? There is no option of mail and call. How can a customer communicate? I'd communicate via chat but there is no solution.
                    Want to change my phone number but it shows that phone number has been used in past 6 months.

                    Tried to find customer care contact but couldn't find one. Can you please help me out.

                      The delivery valet sent for the order, misused the contact details and texted personally, which goes against swiggy's customer privacy policy. The texts sent were inappropriate enough for me to report. I've attached the screenshot of the conversation done in local language, Telugu.
                      It will be appreciated if appropriate action is taken against the mentioned valet and if it is ensured that this shouldn't happen again.

                        I had placed an order from swiggy for 2 burgers combo pack from burger king which includes french fries and cold drink, however the french fries and cold drink. The french fries provided was not upto the mark and crunchy and fresh as it normally is and also the cold drink delivered was a very small can of 150 ml which was not even cold. I tried contacting swiggy for this later however got no assistance from them and like always there was a standard response from them we will share the feedback with the restaurant and avoid this is future. Am i paying swiggy for delivering sub standard food, is it not swiggy's responsibility to check the food they are delivering and assist the customer if any issues with the order.

                        I placed an order with 3 items, 1 of them was not delivered then they placed another "compensation" order when i complained and falsely marked it delivered within minutes. Now they say they will not take any complaint as it has been already compensated. This is not the first time it happened with swiggy.

                        Ordered from dominos pizza at 3:30 pm and even after 30 minutes the order status was that it is being prepared. Called at the restaurant, no one is responding. Swiggy chat is also not responding.
                        Two orders [protected] and [protected] had items missing and wrong portion size for which I swiggy chat team said sorry and said they can just take the feedback and do nothing else.
                        I first order, I ordered a combo but had items missing and in the second I orderwd a 9" pizza but received a 7" .

And these people did it second time with me, the first time was just two day before. I don't know what kind of worst service they are providing. I just got my wrong order right now and I am totally frusted and angry. What should I do now. Really such a nonsense, nonsense and worst service.

                            I have ordered paneer biryani and provided instruction to get extra shervani and salad.. Delivery boy has not read the instructions and gave me only the box..Would have enjoyed the food with the shervani.. no salad has been brought at all... Request to read the instructions carefully before rushing to bring the food.. Food without the required side dishes become tasteless many times..

                              On 25th march i order two 500ml shake from mongo and paid the rupees 410. But i'm really frasturated to receive the shake in 300ml bottle which is actually cheating me. I'm attaching the product photo which i received along with the bill for the same order.in the picture you can the 500ml bottle which i received last time and it will clearly show the difference

                              2nd time I did not mention to cancel the order but they said that we understand you want to cancel the order.

                                I ordered for a gobi manchurian dry and i called the restaurant and told them to get me dry but they sent me gravy first and when i spoke to the restaurant they said i called a different branch of theirs that's why i got wrong product delivered and i had word with swiggy again and really ordered for a gobi manchurian dry but they sent me gravy again the 2nd time. I tried my best to have a conversation with swiggy but they are not letting me speak with a supervisor.. I want my money refunded.
                                I ordered pizza and choco lava cake. Food packing was worst. Pizza topping was wirst. Bad experience. Ordered from Pizza Yum Janakpuri.
                                A order was not placed, but money got deducted. Clearly no one even ordered food but money got deducted

                                  I ordered a combo pack of 4 chicken lollipop and 6 crispy babycorn, but when my order arrived i got another combo as the former combo i ordered was not available at the moment. They dont even bother to let me know that they are delivering a totally different order which contained crispy babycorn and tai-pou. When i called them they said, that they are going to replace the tai-pou with a platter of dry chilli chicken and said just to pay the extra money of chilli chicken as it costs more than the lollipop, but the delivery man wasn't informed about the price thing and he said to pay the full amount as he is unaware of the matter. This is really disappointing and annoying and this incident will make me think twice before placing an order in swiggy.

                                    I am regular customer of swiggy two days back on 23/03/2019 i ordered and order number is
                                    [protected] the deliver boy named anbarasan came for delivering
                                    He told me he came on the location but i saw there was no one on the location so i went back to home as outside was too hot later after five minutes the delivery boy called and told why i didn't come i asked him to come to location once more and went to collect on coming soon he became quarreling to me telling i should make a call on coming to location and he added it is a hot sun so he was standing aside at a shade
                                    I told him you are supposed to be on location he got angry and left his bike came to hit me saying what the he'll man this all happened in front of my wife i didn't want to fight so i asked to give the items and leave though he was still murmuring and shouting at me i wanted legal actions to be taken.

                                      Order placed on 24th march, 2019 with an active restaurant on swiggy "malhotra zyeeka" new delhi. Products ordered were - veg-thali, veg fried rice and chilli paneer. Instead of chilli paneer they delivered some non-veg product to a completely vegetarian person. And restaurant was so casual that might b possible it would have happened due to too many orders with the restaurant.
                                      And swiggy customer service was pathetic they closed chats without listening to complaints.
                                      This is the unacceptable thing from a company's end.

                                        Requested you to plz cancel my de id and refund the inventory cash. They told me that u have wait for 45 days to refund the cash into your account.so that i followed the procedure but the refund has not been deposited in my account till now.first time i visited in their office on 6th jan 2019, and then after 50 to 60 days to remind the complaint. I visited three times in their office in this respect but he didn't respond positively.
