I ordered Crunchy berry icecream from creamstone with berries, chocolate, waffle and candy stick. instead, i got something else with just nuts in it and had small plastic pieces when I immediately contacted swiggy customer care with pictures and details they just said they will forward the feedback and denied me any sort of replacements or refunds.

    This is a complaint from a customer who is using swiggy from a very a long time and referring and giving good feedbacks every time. But yesterday i have had my worst experience with swiggy. I know the weather was really bad but it took 2 hours to get the food. But the customer representatives were irresponsible and telling lies all the time. This was not acceptable and also one thing. Why suddenly one restaurant became unserviceable or mentioned that your delivery location is not serviceable.
    Do something immediately. I am having difficulties booking foods till now. Solve these problems or you will loose customers.in bangalore you should have more delivery boys for urgent situations but this is not acceptable. Now i am not expecting from swiiggy any better services and actually from the last 6 months the delivery and responses have moved down and slowly i am moving towards other food services. Hope this will be my first and last complaint to swiggy.

    I had already paid money and after that why should I cancel the order and reorder. Service was really bad.You guys are charging extra money but service are not up to the mark.I am very disappointed.

      On 28th april, 2019 at around 12:00 in the afternoon i placed an order from swiggy to the restaurant indana restaurant nearby my house in mansarovar.. The restaurant was showing opened in the list so i placed an order for 1 plate mutton lal maans and 1 plate chicken malai tikka-6 pcs.. At the same time i paid online for the same of rs. 498 from upi... But after sometime the delivery boy vinod chaudhary who has received the order called me back and said that the restaurant is closed and we are unable to complete your request.. And we have cancelled your order.. Your money will be credited back to your account through which you have made the payment, but till now i had not received any payment of my cancelled order yet.. My order number was [protected]. Swiggy have initiated a refund of rs. 498 to my bank account but i have not received my payment back yet.

        I place an order with dominos at 00:50 am on 01/05/2019. I waited for over an hour got in touch with swiggy multiple times they kept giving me the number for dominos which was not working. Now at 02:40am the swiggy app gives me a notification saying order was delivered. Contacted customer care and the delivery representative informed the same and disconnected the chat. I have paid rs.503 and nothing was refunded. Please advise.

          I waited for my food for 1 hour, after which the delivery executive told me that he can't find my location. I started explaining the directions to him and he said he can't come any further because he doesn't get paid for petrol. When i told him it's too late (11:30 pm) for me (A girl) to come out and collect the order, he started shouting. Then he threatened me that he will cancel my order if i don't come and pick up the order.

          Does swiggy provide no training to their delivery executives on customer service and how to talk to them??

          He cancelled my order at 11:40 pm which was to be my dinner. When i contacted the support they asked me to order again, all restaurants were shut at this point and i couldn't get dinner that night. The only other thing they offered is a 50/- coupon. I must say the customer service for swiggy is pretty bad.

          I'm not only uninstalling the app and giving a bad review but also spreading the word on this incident.

            Today on 30th april i've ordered a chicken biryani of total order of rs. 74/- from restaurant chawla chicken, gwalior (M. P.). First i got my order late and the things went more wrong after this. The chicken biryani i was received had egg pieces in that and also the leg piece was in expired condition means the leg piece was of clotted form. That was black clotted piece. All the food i poured in dustbin after that because was not appropriate to eat in any manner. That food can make me ill and harm my health.
            I don't understand how can anyone do this to anybody. After reaching to swiggy's customer service representatives on chat, they denied to refund. I don't know i just want refund. That's all.
            I'm attaching some pictures of that poor quality food.

              Through Swiggy i have order food in Alankar Inn Hotel (Vijayawada) on April 11th morning at around 8 AM. Bill amount was Rs 331. Order has accepted by the restaurant and i was waiting for more than an hour for food. When i called the delivery Boy to know the status of my order i came to know that the Restaurant is closed due to ELECTIONS. Delivery boy told me that amount will be refunded in 5 to 7 Business Days. I was doing close follow up and till now i have not received my amount. Swiggy customer care employees reply as well NOT Satisfactory.

              After raised the complaint i received the call from Swiggy and informed as they have initiated amount refund but so far i have not received the amount. Not sure how many follow ups they are expecting me to do. This is very disappointing.

                It was a night order and deliver guy was stopped by guard at the main gate by security, since bikes are not allowed after 11 pm in the society. he just had to walk 150 mts to reach from gate to building
                The delivry guy fought with security and fought with me as well when i asked him to come to deliver.
                Instead he marked the order delivered and took the order with himself. this amounts to theft.

                strict action should be taken against the delivery guy.

                  not able to change the address after making an order

                  I have placed an order in ocenea restaurant on April 30th in swiggy app and i have to edit the address but i am not able to change the delivery location on my own and i have to chat with customer care and i they said they order is prepared and they will charge 118 rs for cancellation and they will also not deliver in new address..very rude behaviour from customer care representative and worst application design and within 10 mins the order...

                  Dear team,
                  I have ordered food on today (29-apr-2019) at 1.23 pm, but order yet not received till 5:00 pm, after calling multi times customer care team not even given proper information, swiggy assigned almost 6 delivery boys to but no one responding for my order, even i have communicated to customer care through chat, executive telling they will deliver with in 20 min in every transaction. Customer care they said it will take action. But no action is taken and i still hungry. This is not good service and i need to go for consumer court.

                    Hi,

                    This is the complaint about one of the delivery boy who misbehaved with me in hsr layout.
                    He stopped me while i was walking on footpath and shown me his phone, asking one of the address where he had to deliver food. While i was looking into his phone, he looked at me with wrong intentions and pressed my chest badly.
                    I was going to hit him, but he ran. I knew his bike was on opposite direction, i ran to his bike and took a snapshot of his bike number. He got scared and came back towards his bike and tried to snatch my phone. I shouted loudly and didn't leave my phone. Within few seconds, many people came to help me, and some of them ran after him but couldn't catch.

                    I have already filed a complaint, and i need help from swiggy to find this person who is serving swiggy.

                    I am attaching a snapshot of his bike no. Kindly find him and take immediate action against this guy.

                      Someone else is using my swiggy account and he changed my mobile number in my account.
                      I complaint about the same to swiggy via mail last week. Got many mails in response but they are telling that my account have to be deactivated permanently. I told them to do that but i got no response in terms of issue.
                      They are taking too much time where i know that they have to follow a small step to resolve the problem. I am getting mails for orders from my account continuously.
                      It's been around one week that is why i have to file complaint here.
                      Kindly help me out from this situation

                        I have ordered food on 9.27 pm but order yet not received. I had communicated with your customer care they said it will take action. But no action is taken and i still hungry.
                        This is not good service and i need to go for consumer court.

                        I have attached screenshot of order status which shows it is still to be delivered.
                        We have ordered vegetable noodles and vegetable Manchurian from barkath family restaurant which is burnt. We have raised a issue but the response received from customer executive are really bad . We are unable to smell the item also. We are asking for replacement of item.. is it not your duty to replace the item which was bad.

                          I wanted to surprise my aged parents with some pastries and sandwiches from karachi bakery in hyderguga hyderabad. I placed an order from mumbai (Like i did many times in the past). The delivery executive contacted me and said that i had provided a wrong address. Then he says the place is far for him and he does not get enough money for the trip. Not sure how that was my problem. He finally refused to deliver to my place despite requesting him for the sake of my aged parents. He wanted money and i told him that my dad would pay him. He wanted more money and started negotiating with me. I had enough and cancelled my order for which i was charged rs.102 as cancellation fee. Not sure why i should be penalized for someone else's fault.

                          It's been almost 20days I am unable to get refund amount from swiggy... I spoke to multiple customer executives none of them are responding correctly.

Delivery boy didn't called me even I called him and he not picked my call.

                            Today my son who is 16 years old was coming back in his ricksha when one of the delivery boys who was getting late for his delivery wanted to jump the red light. His bike was behind my sons ricksha the auto guy didn’t move so the delivery boy came fought with the ricksha driver & tried to hit my son also. I am going to lodge a police complaint about this right away. The bike guys number is mh02 bb6622 it happened near inorbit mall signal malad west mumbai. This is very shocking the ricksha guy told me the biker than ran away & while escaping he hit few street children with his bike. Kindly look into it as i am sure you don’t want to deliver food by hurting other pol on road. Swiggy & zomato delivery boys have become a very big problem. You guys need to see how bad they drive to reach fast. This is dangerous.
                            Today (25/4/19) morning at around 10am near Jain springs appartment, one of your staff drove his 2wheeler rashly and damaged my car bumper (rear side)... And spoke in a harsh manner. I'm herewith sending the photo of my damaged car and your staff with the bike. Kindly take necessary action.

                                Swiggy people and there delivery boys are rude they dont even know how to behave with ladies.. Specially when they are alone at home,,, my wife call them last night for the order and she specially request them for the come up with change of 500 but they simply refuse her and told cancel the order but we dont have the change... And when we call to help line they also say the same language if they dont have the change then how he can manage the change... This is nonsense... And last night i also order my order number is #[protected] they have deliberately cancel my order because i ask them to serve the hot gulab jam mun. This type of app need to be shut down... And the ceo mr vishal is sitting blind folded and enjoying the drama of their staff

                                  Respected sir/madam,
                                  Iam working as a de in kakinada, andhra pradesh. Swiggy office in kakinada haven't provided any raincoats yet. Its been 3 months since we joined. Instead of providing raincoats they are asking us to deliver in rain. Which ultimately result in very low deliveries and deliveries with slow pace. Moreover, our des after delivering in rain might have a risk of catching cold and could lead to increase in sick leaves.
                                  Please try to understand our situation. We have been asking them very frequently but no one replied atleast. But 500rs. Have been debited from our payouts 3months ago. Try to provide raincoats or atleast refund our money.

                                  Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                                    I had ordered my food chicken burger from alif sandburg, ahmedabad on 19th april, 2019. The delivery boy named irshad ansari, contact no: [protected] was to dliver my food. But that person called me and forced me to cancel the order becase of his point of view who will order the food at night?? He just denied to deliver, but he picked up the food. He did not pay the money to the restaurant. After that he called me and said swiggy does not provide the patrol and told me to provide his bill for patrol. After i denied to do so, he just blocked my phn no. He also said bad things about swiggy. And i called swiggy customer care immediately, they cancel my order. I was totally disappointed by that delivery boy named irshad ansari from ahmedabad. Otherwise no one did this type of miss behavior. I request you him tough punishment, further he will not did this thing again. And inform me as soon as possible. If you will not take any step against him, i'll complain against swiggy in customer forum. So take step as soon as possible and inform me.

Still i am not saw money is refunded to my account. I have chat conversation with your representative. I want refund my money as soon as possible or today itself. Otherwise i will make complaints against your company at consumer care india. For your reference kindly find the attached screen shot. You will only provide the worst services in regarding delivery, refund, and all other services. This my experience with you.
