At Swiggy, there is a registered number with an account but when you order, there’s an option to change the number given to the Delivery Executive. Despite having done this twice, Swiggy REFUSED to call on the new number given. I complained to Swiggy about this problem but I just ordered, and THE SAME OLD NUMBER WAS CALLED YET AGAIN. This is terrible customer care, and the option of giving the delivery executive another number shouldn’t even exist on Swiggy if it’s not going to be used. So disappointed with this app.

    I have ordered food from paradise for 2 - veg biriyani meal and 2 - haleem, in veg biriyani meal the order states delivery of paneer tikka as well but we didnot receive any of them in two meals. Kindly help with the issue.

      Today (That is on) 09/05/2019 i came across one incident near our office. The delivery boy on his two wheeler (Vehicle number ka 02 jz 1949) was riding very rash, came from the wrong side and hit the other guy, when that innocent guy started questioning him the delivery boy behaved very rude, screaming and trying to hit him.

      Now i am scared to order anything on swiggy as they hire such rowdy type of staffs who troubles other innocent people around.

      I am sharing this only because i care for our loved ones, this could have happened with us too.

      I hope that innocent guy have taken required legal actions against him and i hope swiggy will also take some right actions against him and stop putting innocents peolple into trouble by hiring such boys.

          I wrote the below email to [protected]@swiggy.in last night and it is disheartening to see an irresponsible reply from swiggy.

          This is with with reference to the order# [protected], dated 08th may 2019.

          The order included 9 items out of which we found 2 items were missing (Keema parotta and masala dosa).

          The charge of keema parotta is rs. 62 and masala dosa is rs. 52, put together rs. 114.

          However, you people have only initiated refund for rs. 51.49 against keema parotta. I'm already furious with you guys for making my family members starve in the night due to your negligence. On top of it, you people have deducted delivery charges and tax for the stuffs you haven't delivered. Further, you people have not refunded the amount i spent for masala dosa (Rs. 52).

          I want the refund of rs. 114.in case you have already initiated a refund of rs. 51.49, the remaining amount of rs. 62.51 also have to be refunded without any delay.

          If you don't refund the said amount, i will be forced to share my bitter experience on social media and further a formal complaint will be lodged with the consumer court. I know my rights as a consumer and the extent of compensation that i can claim in the court of law.

          After all, we are all human beings and bound to make mistakes. As a business, when you don't accept your fault and refund the amount spent, you are definitely forcing me to go legally. However, i sincerely hope that you resolve my complaint at this level of escalation and don't force me to take legal action and also embarrass you on social media.

            Hi there!
            Myself arghya k. Majumder from kolkata. Please be informed that on 08/05/2019, i had ordered 2 packets of chicken biriyani from sagar biriyani centre via swiggy having the order number [protected], both the biriyanis were stale & smell. It could well be understood it was not fresh.

            I then called up the swiggy customer care at [protected] for registering a complaint & subsequent resolution to the same but my line wasn't getting connected. Post this i tried contacting them via chat support in where they tried resolving the problem by giving me a discount coupon of rs. 50 instead of refunding me the entire amount of rs. 152 for the entire order. They kept saying "this is all that we can do". This is a serious case of negligence & harassment by them. Both my money & food is gone.

            Requesting you to look into the matter & help me get back my rs. 152 in totality. Ne. Cessary screenshots have been attached for your reference.

              I have placed a order on 28/4/2019 around 8.30 pm money of rs. 615 was deducted from my account after i received a message saying payment failed and it will be credited to my account in 5 to 7 working day, till date there are no updates of my refund. My order number [protected] for which payment was made by internet banking and the amount was deducted from my account. I placed a new order again for the same and paid rs. 615 through patym again.

                My refund has not been generated yet their are two refunds that need to be generated the order numbers are [protected] (refund of rs229) and order number [protected] (refund of 497) that means total I should get 726 in my account I want my money back asap the Customer Care is acting carelessly they have no idea about anything they are just saying we have initiated the refund from our side. Plz give me my money back.
                I have been ordering from swiggy from a long time and they have provided horrible service many times. They sent me a non vegetarian order when I clearly mentioned pure vegetarian. When I asked for my refund they told that the option is not available. I ordered from McDonald's

                  So you have to cancel all his alappuzha (Kerala) refferals with immediate effect.
                  I had order two mutton korma and 4 rumali roti but they delivered one korma and two rotis
                  Order # [protected]. I was not delivered this order after waiting for it for 45 mins. Driver refused to come to deliver the order citing address issues. Spoke very rudely and accused me of improper behaviour despite no such intentions. Was told that I should pick up my order from the restaurant despite having left to deliver it to me. Unacceptable

                    My swiggy order number #[protected] was cancelled by the restaurant bt u was charged rs 200.0 as cancellation fee. What type of policy is this. If i had cancelled it then i understand u cn cut whatever amount you want bt someone else may be restaurant or delivery boy has cancelled it n why i hv to pay for this. I want complete refund of 432 rs. This is so cheap.
                    I've placed an order in Swiggy from Sri Sampoorna Hotel. Then I found a cockroach in it. Please take action against them. So that no one dare to repeat in future.
                    I have ordered banana cake from chai point. The cake was heavily roasted and the size was also less compared to previous order. The taste was too horrible and request you ppl to focus on meeting taste expectations of customers.

                        I have placed 2 orders on swiggy late at night. I got a call back to back from swiggy that the restaurants are closing and the orders cant be delivered, the charges will be refunded. Till now i dont see the refund and on top of it the order has been marked as delivered.

                        Please refund my charges. I dint get the order I have do many orders from swiggy. But I dint expect this from it.
                        Its very pathetic and hurtful.
                        I have ordered food items on swiggy on 13th April. I was charged four times and they are refusing to process the refund despite multiple reminders.
                        Order is [protected]. I provided them screenshot of charges to no avail.
                        They keep refusing the refund.
                        This is highly unprofessional

                          Cash on delivery is not valid for my account yes it's not trustworthy anymore
                          They unliberally blocked me from using cash on delivery
                          This is my gift for more and more orders and trust
                          They did it because i placed an order by mistake and cancelled it in few seconds
                          I regret this is what they do for customers
                          They have to be responsible for user friendly things of app and for few seconds i can't anymore use cash on delivery

                            I have made an order today from thalaserry restaurant whitefield bangalore through swiggy app. The order was picked up by a delivery executive named manju ([protected]). I was waiting for a long time for delivery but this guy is not coming. Finally i called him and he said he is reaching nearby. This happened couple of times and i am not seeing any movement of him in swiggy map. Then he said me to come and wait on main road and i did the same. There i waited for half an hour and this guy didn't delivered the order and not picking the call. I called swiggy customer care and cancelled the order but i seriously want this guy to be fired from job. Please do the needful.

                              March 30 i have placed order from hotel sangeeth grand with order number #[protected] in swiggy using netbanking. The order has been canceled from their end with out proper intimation and i still did not get the refund of ₹.754
                              Even after asking again and again in the span of one month.

                                Ordered lunch today and one of the items missed while delivery. When reported online they refused refund. The support executive stated that swiggy does not refund for missing item sighting reason that they are helpless as they have to abide by system's process. They can only deliver the item once again which is useless to me. Also, they refused refund. Swiggy seems to be uncarring and interest in resolving the issue.

                                  Was not allowed to enter cme-pune.
                                  Always makes excuses to do door delivery.
                                  Very bad behaviour, responsibility of swiggy to get the order delivered to room.
                                  Room delivery is supposed to be delivered till door.
                                  Poor services.
                                  Really bad experience.
                                  Will switch to zomato for betterment.

                                    This is regarding two transaction
                                    1. Apr 19th, net banking showed failed transaction so again paid by cash
                                    2. Apr 25th, net banking showed failed transaction so again paid by debit card
                                    Later got a message from
                                    Bank that the net banking transaction was successful. So both the times swiggy has been credited with payment twice for the same order. Have sent multiple mails and chat with support team. Shared bank ref number for both transactions but till now they havent refunded the amount. Request to check the below two transactions and refund the same.

                                      I just had ordered 2 full pizza from pizza shopee but i got only 1 pizza but 1 paid for 2 pizza, when i opened this delivery, the delivery boy had gone, i called but no response was there, purhaps it was company no. That what can i do, it was company's default to deliver incomplete order. I want to get my money refund as soon as possible. I ordered food ist time from swiggy... And i m very disappointed. Plz do needful.

                                        Dear sir/Ma'am,

                                        I ordered Cheese sandwich and samosas in order number [protected], but at the delivery I received mayonise with cabbage and vegetable sandwich, and also the samosas were of bad quality without peeling it's potatoes properly due to which had some small dust particles in it. After replacement of the only sandwich but again received same mayonise with cabbage sandwich only. Raised issue with the swiggy service mam he was disrespectful to me, he told me it won't affect your health or body if you eat those bad quality samosa and started explaining me that many people in India eats it so, you should also eat. Then swiggy not refunded me any amount or any reorder and tortured me. Also flagging my right to quality food, very dissatisfied!
                                        Please raise the concern!
                                        Want compensation and money back refund for such unfair attitude with customer.
