First time i have booked the order but first time itself i got bad impression on swiggy. My order no is [protected].

I have provided address correctly but these swiggy illiterate delivery boy not understand (Might by drunken)

If possiable check the status where went wrong.

In future we will never order from swiggy.

Note : have illiterate staff then only you will grow.

    Ordered 3 spicy shawarma from madurai muniyandi vilas, trichy.
    The chicken inside is totally raw. When crunched it was smelling and not cooked at all. How can they pack and send this to a customer. This is highly irritating since i have ordered it for my guests. Need refund for the same. Do reply as soon as possible.

      I ordered food from swiggy on 12th april, 2019. I recieved completely different food and was not even properly cooked also. I started chatting with swiggy regarding the issue and they said they'll refund my money within 5-7 working days. Usually these type of companies refund money within 24 hours but i waited. I chatted with swiggy 2-3 times but everytime, they just apologize and close the conversation. I have attached all the screenshots of the conversation and also attached picture of food.
      I want my money back from swiggy as they are not responding.

        I ordered food last night. Delivery executive took 200 rupees instead of 375 and told me that order has been cancelled from my side and its on discount. Then he asked me to cancel the order. I did not do so because he was such a corrupt man. I denied him and got to know that he was earning money like this day n night. Then swiggy executives asked me about the situation and i told them the whole truth. Then they charged the whole amount on the executive as fine. Then he called me again and asked me to deposit the remaining amount in his paytm account and tried threatning me. I denied it again as i wanted him to suffer for what he did. Then he lost his temper and used such a foul language which i cannot even tell here. I told him that i will complain it to swiggy but he was not at all afraid and said its their day and night job to do such things and he challenged me to do anything i like. I was humiliated and i want seiggy to kick him out of this job and make him suffer for what he did. Asap

          Hi,

          Wrt to the above subject, i would like to bring to your notice that i still haven't received my refund for the order placed on 5th april, wherein there was a missing item, yet was charged for that. Order was placed with nagarjuna chimney for 4 mutton biriyani, but got only 3, yet was charged for 4. So, please look into this and have my amount refunded at the earliest. Besides, i was also assured that my amount would be refunded within 3-4 days, but until now, i haven't. Moreover, when i go to help option and get into a chat conversation, the only reply i get is sorry we cannot help!!! Pathetic to say the least, and this you do to your loyal and regular customer!!!

            I have order order at april 10th and my payment rs.120 also done. My apologize i was cancel my order immediately but as per swiggy policy 60 rupees for cancelling charges its taken at that time.

            I am asking my refund amount balance rs.60 rupees and swiggy customer care told 5 working it's refund but 10 days gone still not refund.

            Not responding and irreconcilable answers its giving

              Swiggy is accepting the order and payments from the customer and without delivery of food items marking them as delivered. Even not giving refund of the payment done by the customer.

              Reference order no is [protected].

              They didn’t deliver the food and marked the order as delivered. Customer executive tried calling the delivery boy but he was not reachable.

                My brother running a small restaurant in delhi ncr and registered with swiggy. Now swigggy is deducting amount to be paid from swiggy to the restaurant for the online orders and no proper clarification is provided by swiggy even sending many reminders and over call also. Seems swiggy is trying get benefited due the little monopoly swiggy has in the market.

                Swiggy should adopt fair practice in financial transaction as many small restaurants are associated with them and this kind of activity hampers a lot.

                  I registered a complaint on 31st march about order no #[protected] about ordering food from a renowned restaurant but getting a low quality food with bad taste and no receipt. The situation was already very bad but to make it worse, swiggy executives called me the next day and assured me to sort it out within 24 hrs and till yet there's no response. I guess swiggy needs a new clock! Earlier i was just unsatisfied with your services but now am angry with your irresponsibly, ignorance and inability to satisfy the needs of your costumers. Ghatiya kaam krna band kr do or else there are many other food dilevery apps we could use. Again shame on you swiggy!

                    Food was not quality and stale and not able to eat, even after sending the photo to swiggy customer care and swiggy customer care informing we sorry for d problem n will not repeat in future. What about my refund, they are saying we will give feedback and give it rating to restaurant n we will take care in future. But the money i spent is not for giving rating to the restaurant.

                    Customer care executive are arrogant and saying nothing can be done. I even inform take the restaurant executive n confirm the fault but they are not listening

                      Dear sir/ma'am,

                      On 07.04.2019, i have ordered two dishes bearing the order no. #[protected] from a restaurant which goes by the name hao chi (P 365, parnashree pally, behala, kolkata) and have paid the invoiced amount (Rs. 201) by my debit card.

                      Upon receiving the delivery of the order i have found out that out of two dishes ordered, only one has been delivered and immediately i have contacted the customer care and they have initiated a refund and i have received a refund initiation message from swiggy with the reference number 5546434933606564303020.

                      It has been 12 days since i have received the refund initiation message promising me that the refunded amount shall reflect on my bank account with the next 5-7 days but still i have not received the refunded amount.

                      The customer care guys have not been any helpful at all regarding my issue and suggested me a email id "[protected]@swiggy.in" but even after mailing at this email id, i have not received any kind of responses.

                      Please. Look into the issue and kindly resolve the same at the earliest.

                        I've been debited twice by swiggy on 14 march 2019. The app was showing som packman error. Am attaching the screenshot herewith.
                        I've been contacting the customer care folks and it was of no use.
                        They treated me very badly without understanding my query.
                        Am really very upset as they are not even understanding the query and my money is gone.
                        Please get back asap.

                            On 18th apr'19 i ordered from mcdonalds at 12 am after 20 minutes a delivery executive was scheduled he went to the respective store and called up and told me that the restaurant is closed and he cancelled the delivery from his end after some time another delivery guy attended my delivery and he did not receive my calls. After a point i get a notification from swiggy saying that your order has been picked up and it has been delivered. I did not received that order then how come the delivery guys say that its been delivered. The swiggy app was even not working so that i can book my complaint.

                              This is regarding the above order number. I have not received the order and the swiggy customer care pesonnel are not reachable for refund.

                              This order is actually a reorder because a previous order was forcefully cancelled by swiggy executives without my consent.

                              Swiggy customer service personnel were very eager to cancel the order than fulfilling a fully paid order after couple of hours of placing the order.

                                  I ordered food at late because im so hungry... I was waiting..in the app it was showing that two minutes to arrive, one minute to arrive.. Without any call.. It suddenly showed that order is delevered, but it was not. I called that respective delivary, he was sooo irresponisble, careless. I asked him, what about my food, he was carelessly saying, i dont know, call customer care in that situation. I understood its a waste of ordering online... Especially swiggy... I dont what you people are going to do, i want my money back... At any cost.

                                    I placed an order at 8:57 which swiggy accepted. Cancelled it at 10:08 pm. Delivery guy reached my location and told me order has been cancelled.

                                    I reordered the same item at 10:25 and swiggy again cancelled it 11:19 pm stating technical glitch.

                                    Customer care denied helping and told me that i should not have ordered it again.

                                    I went to the restaurant to personally order on my behalf.

                                    I have not received any compensation as they denied stating that they have clearly mentioned in the t&c that they do not give compensation

                                      No Delivery executive was assigned to my food order #[protected] even after 2 hours of order. But the customer care representative gave false info that the delivery executive was assigned and disconnected the chat. I ended up without food at 10pm in the night and was going through a big trouble. Finally there was no other option that than canceling the order.

                                      Swiggy proved to be unreliable!!!

                                        I placed my order at 9:00 pm today, order received, however till 9:25 pm neither any executive assigned to my order no [protected] nor any order confirmed by restaurant as per your live tracking screen. On 9:30, i personally contact restaurant, they said 'mam your order is ready but as swiggy not assigned any executive, we are unable to deliver'. I didn't know your policy but still i asked them, whether i as a customer can personally pick from my order from shop, they allowed and i took myself my order.

                                        Even after having my dinner, i didn't got any notification or apology from your side, means no one is having concern about your customer time, money and most important to you, hunger.

                                        Please don't accept orders if you are unable to deliver.
                                        There are other competitors too.
