Hi,
I have order (#[protected]) on 31 dec. After some time i got a call saying delievery boy got hurt lot if bloid is coming so cancel the order so i did. I got partial money back in amazon pay (Rs 1345 instead of 1395).
I order again the same stuff (Order #[protected]) and this time i did not get any order. When i checked the status it says delievered. Then i called delievery boy he told he will not deliever so go and talk to swiggy. Then i went to resturant to check the status to my surprise he told he did not recieve any order from swiggy. I did not had any choice so i pay by cash and got the biryani.

I m still awaiting refund of my second order of rs 1470. I tried chatting with your customer support but they are also not able to help.
Please refund my money adap.

    Hi,

    I placed a order few days back through swiggy and the estimated delivery time they mentioned is 35 minutes, i contacted customer support team to check the status and they are pretty sure that the order will be delivered on time though i can see that it is going to be delayed.
    Customer support people are useless and they are ending the chats directly with out our confirmation or approval to close the agent. Then i initiated a chat again and they informed me that they will escalate the case and someone will get back to me which is not happened still.

    Then i placed another order today assuming that they fixed their problems.
    Trust me this is even worst. I placed the order and the estimated delivery time is 35 minutes i waited for 45 minutes and i contacted again and then the agent told me that as there is a delay he asked me to cancel the order and place it again. Which will again take another hour and he ended the chat as well. I contacted again and the same thing happened.

    I asked for the compensation for all the hassle and mental agony which i faced. They are not even concerned about them... Funny thing is that they can't escalate to their managers itseems.

    Seriously this is seriously a unprofessional way to handle the customer issue.

    Not going to recommend swiggy to anyone.

    Ordered 3 times all the times the orders are delayed and what all i get from them if i interact with their customer support is all canned responses...

      Hello,

      This is a complaint to inform that order #[protected] was for a plum cake for half kg but was informed 20 mins after that it is not available and a replacement of choco truffle would be given for the same amount but again i got a message stating i should pay extra 170.

      I called swiggy numbers for complaint but they said this is not the number and kept ignoring my complaint, the delivery guy stood and kept asking for money, i again called the customer care and they said they will cal in an hour and did not. The delivery guy himself cancelled the order. This is a very pathetic service and the plans have been ruined. I did not get the cake nor the amount.

      Need the cake nor the compensation.

        I ordered a sambar rice from chaitanya food court on 29th december 2018.
        I stay in hostel on 3rd floor and i clearly mentioned my room number and address before ordering food.
        I received a call from a delivery boy named nalgonda annavaram that he is on the first floor of same building i stay and he wanted me to pick up the parcel. I said he must deliver the food to 3rd floor and he said he will not come.
        I went to collect the food but instead of delivering the food politely he behaved in a rude way and handled it to me and started moving away. I asked him why he is behaving like that but instead of answering me, he torn my t-shirt and he called me names and ran away from the scene. He tried to hurt me.

          I had placed an order for food from swiggy order no. 2166493. Icici gatway paytm on 3rd nov. 2018. My amount deducted from bank a/c and the order was cancelled from swiggy, i am yet to not receive the refund of rs.1325/- in my bank a/c even after lapse of 30 days. You are requested to make the refund immediately
          Kindly look into the matter and revert at the earliest.

            Dear concern,
            Here i want to submit my compliant against swiggy onlin food delivery company.
            Above company received my order no-[protected] and before order delivery he charged full payment form us in online mode. After that they not delivered lunch (Food) to my given address and sowing wrong or unexpected reason for that and charge from me for cancel fees for my order which cancellation not from my side.
            Today my family suffering empty food in lunch time only because of them so i request you to look in to this matter as prayority. I need my fulhard core money with customer suffering charges (Customer libility charges)

              I ordered a chocolate croissant and hot chocolate on 5th of january with order no. #[protected] in the name of rittika gattani.

              Instead of a chocolate croissant i was given some ice-cream with biscuits. Also, the hot chocolate i received had sugar added to it already. First of all, this is not how the restaurant is suppose to serve and second of all, sugar content was so high that i couldn't take more than a sip.

              On reaching your support for help, as usual they denied assistance. This is not the first time that my experience with swiggy was bad. It has been happening since the past two months.

              I genuinely request you to look into the matter.

                Hi team,
                I went on to order my dinner at around 10:50pm as it's late to go out. I waited for an hour and had a chat with swiggy an hour passed and i cannot call to delivery person as it's switch off. Rahul from support team suggested to cancel the order multiple times it's already 1am where can i get food. I requested them to send me food from any restaurant and it's not accepted told that i will be refunded and asked to cancel. I go swiggy when i am out of options and they led me down without proper justification so they have to be sued.

                  I was ordered a swiggy on pondicherry.
                  That was at night 10:00 pm

                  And they get delivered the quality less food.

                  That food contains bug which was delivered.

                  I called them.. They were told that they will processe refund... (I didn't get refund)

                  MY concern is.. They don't care about quality.. And didn't take any action on hotel.

                  And I wasn't took my dinner that day I was ordered. Because of this I was suffered and decided to don't order nd suggest to some about the same

                  This is not first time. First was ordered mushroom. They delivered chicken briyani. That day also I wasn't had my dinner

                    Puran chand ambala wale di hatti
                    But this order was not delivered and the company is not refunding money also.
                    I added that complaint on their chat profile also but no step has been taken. I ordered food for 410 rs which i want to be refunded. The name of the delivery boy is charan jit and his mobile no is [protected]

                      Today i ordered ref [protected]. The address given in the order is as follows 301, world trade centre, brigade gate way complex, bangalore 560010. The delivery boy says the gps of the location shows as esi hospital rajaji nagar about 3.5kms from the address given and he cannot come and deliver it to the address given in the order. He marked it as delivered and i lost my food and money.

                      Same thing happened to my order ref [protected] on 1st jan. With the same delivery boy nikil. I lost money and food on that day also.

                      Apart from that i had ordered food with the following ref and all of them got delivered in world trade centre which is the address in the order.

Today even the customer care executive was rude and says we dont bother the address given, we will go only by what gps location it shows. I dont understand how gps location can be different.

                      Any way i am very sad swiggy does this. I lost money and food twice in the last three days.

                      I am not sure, how i can order again through swiggy.

                        I ordered from burger king in bengaluru. one of my item was missing. when i talk to swiggy customer care, they just offered me 30rs coupoun. when i told them that my missing item is worth 90rs. they replied that they cant do anything, they just can offer me 30rs coupoun.

                        As i was hungru I have placed an order through swiggy by 0:51amJan1 2019 ([protected])i ordered triple chicken feast pizza but i got ice cold veg pizza then i called up swiggy customer care regarding the issue they are unable to solve my problem the amount i paid was 644 Rs and tip as well as it is new year 25Rs
                        Having done the payment through net banking I have had a message prescribed like this, "Payment Alert: Your payment for order was not completed etc." But my account has been already debited, hence I am looking forward to your kind co-operation & needful to entitled me the said amount as soon as possible.

                          31 december, i ordered food items from beijing restaurent in kolkata. The distance between restaurant and my home is approax 2 km, takes 15 minutes maximum by bike. But delivery boy didn't reach our home citing wrong address. I checked the address and found it is right address. Delivery boy didn't reached our home and we have to cancel the order. Earlier same thing happened with another delivery boy of swiggy. After this incident i decided not to order any food item by swiggy.

                            I have placed an order on 31 Dec 2018 on order no [protected] and paid money and my order placed for different items . Food oder confirmed and received food after the promised time but also the food was not as promised, it was like an mini tiffin but the price i paid is for regular tiffin items. Regarding this i have tried to make a complaint through call but not connected( several times tried) and made complaint through there chat but they simply said rs 50 only can be refunded that to in there e wallet so I have not accepted it. Si they disconnected the chat. Tried to make complaint through there mail id but no response for any of my till date. Till date no call response no mail response and also no proper response from any of there executives. Only receiving reply from robots. I need this issue is to solved because swiggy is not providing good foods and good service. They are selling old and not sold foods. They are not at all responding consumers. I need an solution my issue and they should be answerable for every consumers

                            They provided me the full refund amount of that order as a coupon in swiggy app. That coupon can be used only during the next order purchase only even though it good reply after making complaint in consumer complaints.

                            I have ordered for 1 mutton Keema and 2 mutton handi from MUTTON CARTE Bhubaneswar, but received basmati rice and 1 mutton Keema. What type of customer satisfaction that will have in the first order itself. I want my money to be refunded.

                            Hi ordered the food and these people after picking up the food from restaurant takes more than an hour to deliver it .

                              I had ordered food from swiggy on friday at 22:38 my order was cancelled but the money was deducted from icici account of rs 462 my order no. Was#[protected] i recevied payment alert from swiggy that your payment was completed any amount if debited from bank card account will be refunded in 2 to 4 days but till now i didn"t received my cash in bank account so please transfer my cash in my b/ac as soon as possible

                                I've ordered food from swiggy and they delivered it incorrectly. Instead of the items i've ordered i received a single veg biriyani which i didn't order even. When i called the customer care, initially they told me they will donate full refund with in 45 minutes, but it's been like 2 days, i don't even see any status updates. When i called them today, they said they will only refund 400 rupees instead of 1150 rupees i've spent. Attaching the conversation.

                                  On 1st jan 2019 i ordered 2 masala dosa worth 117rs at 2:38 by payment through online means in afternoon... But then the app closed unconditionally nd i was unable to log in then it said tooo many devices signed...in then i went to the restaurant from where i had placed my order then they told me that my order was cancelled so i got nothing... Nor food neither my 117rs i want strict actions

                                      Yesterday i order from app and at the time i mentioned my residenc add for delivery at the time of deliver your delivery boy asking me for far distance and cancel my food order... As well as company charge 75 cancellation charge on order of 87 rs..

                                      It is my first order and if this type of mistake are caused by your system how i trust your company

                                      I send you attachments of delivery instructions image where you conform deliver address

                                      Take care of my request for return my charges another i take legal action... Its not about money but how's this type of mistake oqure by your system
