I purchased super membership worth rs.129 on 24 november 2018. The membership promises to deliver food on time and covers free delivery.
In past 10 orders, there has been instances where 2 times the food has been no delivered (15 nov & 13 dec). Also, 4 times the order has been delivered very late then the promised timelines.
In yesterday's order[protected], 1:11pm), i have rigorously followed for 1 hour but the responses were very standard and not upto the mark. The delivery executive was not reachable. Finally, they gave an option to cancel the order and decided to provide refund for the order.
For almost 2 hours, i was starving and continuously fighting with swiggy staff. It was really a mental stress and definitely harassment as i had to literally had to push them to respond to my queries appropriately. Moreover, post cancellation of order, they change the status to 'delivered' (2:59pm) on their own to which i raised an objection as no one called & delivery was not made. This is definitely a cheat.
Given the scenarios, where they have failed continuously to fulfill their promises for on-time delivery including free service, i was not able to take optimum advantage of my super membership for which swiggy has charged.
And since there has been continuous lapses and mental tortures every time, i decided to cancel my super membership & asked for refund to which they have outright denied.
As a consumer, we expect retailers to fulfill what they advertise and promise on their business sites & stores. But swiggy has continuously failed. Moreover, denying to refund post failure is definitely nothing less than a loot.

I request you to take strict actions against misleading advertisements, non-fulfilling the promises, and torturing the customers for their rightful claims.

Updated by bhavikshah299 Dear Forum, till now no update from Swiggy and I am yet to get refund of my membership. Please take action.
My swiggy order no -#[protected] and date is 31.10.19
The food package was very worst and fully leakage. I want reorder without money or refund.
Kindly take a note as serious issue.And give me the solution as soon as possible.
