31 december, i ordered food items from beijing restaurent in kolkata. The distance between restaurant and my home is approax 2 km, takes 15 minutes maximum by bike. But delivery boy didn't reach our home citing wrong address. I checked the address and found it is right address. Delivery boy didn't reached our home and we have to cancel the order. Earlier same thing happened with another delivery boy of swiggy. After this incident i decided not to order any food item by swiggy.
Swiggy customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
My order no. Is #[protected] and i dnt any received order. And swiggy sent a massege ordered success fully delivered. Please action my complaint. Otherwise i suggest all friends and all person don't use swiggy and don't order swiggy please action my complaint

Swiggy order number [protected] dtd 27/12/2018, food was delivered as stale and stinking I immediately called customer care and complained but shameless swiggy assured refund and then went back on their promise.
Horrible customer service by swiggy.

I want complete refund and this restaurant should be delisted.

    I have placed an order on 31 Dec 2018 on order no [protected] and paid money and my order placed for different items . Food oder confirmed and received food after the promised time but also the food was not as promised, it was like an mini tiffin but the price i paid is for regular tiffin items. Regarding this i have tried to make a complaint through call but not connected( several times tried) and made complaint through there chat but they simply said rs 50 only can be refunded that to in there e wallet so I have not accepted it. Si they disconnected the chat. Tried to make complaint through there mail id but no response for any of my till date. Till date no call response no mail response and also no proper response from any of there executives. Only receiving reply from robots. I need this issue is to solved because swiggy is not providing good foods and good service. They are selling old and not sold foods. They are not at all responding consumers. I need an solution my issue and they should be answerable for every consumers

    They provided me the full refund amount of that order as a coupon in swiggy app. That coupon can be used only during the next order purchase only even though it good reply after making complaint in consumer complaints.

    Not yet received any response from swiggy. Swiggy is a worst service provider, they won't respect consumers and swiggy will not respond to anyone. One week passed away but no response from them.

    After a long struggles got my refund . Thanks to consumer complaints
    I have ordered for 1 mutton Keema and 2 mutton handi from MUTTON CARTE Bhubaneswar, but received basmati rice and 1 mutton Keema. What type of customer satisfaction that will have in the first order itself. I want my money to be refunded.

    Hi ordered the food and these people after picking up the food from restaurant takes more than an hour to deliver it .

      I had ordered food from swiggy on friday at 22:38 my order was cancelled but the money was deducted from icici account of rs 462 my order no. Was#[protected] i recevied payment alert from swiggy that your payment was completed any amount if debited from bank card account will be refunded in 2 to 4 days but till now i didn"t received my cash in bank account so please transfer my cash in my b/ac as soon as possible

        I've ordered food from swiggy and they delivered it incorrectly. Instead of the items i've ordered i received a single veg biriyani which i didn't order even. When i called the customer care, initially they told me they will donate full refund with in 45 minutes, but it's been like 2 days, i don't even see any status updates. When i called them today, they said they will only refund 400 rupees instead of 1150 rupees i've spent. Attaching the conversation.

          On 1st jan 2019 i ordered 2 masala dosa worth 117rs at 2:38 by payment through online means in afternoon... But then the app closed unconditionally nd i was unable to log in then it said tooo many devices signed...in then i went to the restaurant from where i had placed my order then they told me that my order was cancelled so i got nothing... Nor food neither my 117rs i want strict actions

              Yesterday i order from app and at the time i mentioned my residenc add for delivery at the time of deliver your delivery boy asking me for far distance and cancel my food order... As well as company charge 75 cancellation charge on order of 87 rs..

              It is my first order and if this type of mistake are caused by your system how i trust your company

              I send you attachments of delivery instructions image where you conform deliver address

              Take care of my request for return my charges another i take legal action... Its not about money but how's this type of mistake oqure by your system

                  I had order burger on 31st in mcdonalds through swiggy, in place of veg i have received nonveg burger. Immediatly i have complained and called mcdonalds but they had told its responsibility of swiggy. I have complained swiggy but not getting any response since 2 days. Nor i have received any replacement or refund of wrongly delivered food. Its very serious matter.

                      I placed an order on 23rd december, 2018, and the order got cancelled, i even got a call from swiggy that your order was not picked up you place your order once, we will cancel the old order and refund the amount within 2-4 working days, till now i didn't received my refund money...                         I ordered on the swiggy app for the restaurant fattoush on bannerghatta road in bangalore at 8:55pm on jan 1, 2019 for the amount of rs. 422. My payment was through paytm. I ordered a shawarma and a tangdi kabab. The delivery boy, mr. Manoj kumar missed bringing the shawarma. The first time i contacted the customer service and put the delivery boy on call with them to complain regarding the missing item, all they had to say was they will take the feedback and ensure it won’t happen again in the future. I was shocked by this response. I called up the customer care again and this time mr. Akhtar khan, customer rep from swiggy, hyderabad had the audacity to tell me to take this issue to the consumer court as according to swiggy’s compensation policy, missing items are not eligible for a refund!
                        This is sheer daylight robbery. They have outright refused to give me my money back for an item which was never even delivered to me! Swiggy has been cheating customers. Someone has to be held responsible.

                        Thanks for resolving the issue on time. I appreciate it.
                        However, I'm sure there must be several cases like the above. I understand the restaurant must also be held responsible for the inconvenience, however, as a customer ordering through Swiggy, I expect Swiggy to deliver my order right. Hence, including a refund for missing items should be included to your official compensation policy so that consumers do not have to come down to complain on a consumer forum.

                          Cheating, harrassing and being rude... Swiggy cancelled my order without my concern is my knowledge and then no refund was given... Due to which i was forced to starve for a day without food...

                          When i placed the order with the swiggy app the food item whichbi selected was available but after confirming the order they denied to send the order and then without my approval or replacing the order they just blindly canceled the order and then denied to refund the amount...

                            Hi sir,

                            I had made an payment from my app however, on call they says I will get an refund in 24 hours and on chat it is 5-7 business days.

                            When I had conversation with swiggy person he says I will in 3-4 working days.

                            Now its 7 days still I haven't received refund.

                            Now they are saying to have a word with my bank however, they are also not providing me transaction details of what they have made.

                              I have ordered around 171rs of 3 items. Swiggy called me and there is not available of one item so they exchange with other and they confirmed that rs5 will be refunded to my account. Exchange item is less value. But while receiving the order they said i need to pay extra 53 rs. Since my coupon is not applied by swiggy. I called to customer care. But they said i need to pay the amount. Totally waste of money...

                                  I have ordered a cake from swiggy but after a minute i have decided to cancelled my order swiggy accepted to cancellation request but they didn't make me return my money back i paid them 440 by amazon pay but i have received only 50 rs and 97 in my account i but i didn't make my payment by account i paid it by amazon pay so i think its untrusted company they fooling me i called customer care with my registration no. But they told me it's not registered with us so i can't communicate with them and i leave a massange on their chat but they don't give me a reply so plz take action and it's not a single case i have ordered previously same thing happened i have make online payment and delivery boy delivered product to unknown person without my permission and he didn't reach at delivery address so i need to go to collect my order so plz take some action

                                    I just ordered food from Swiggy order no -[protected] costs around 139 with coupon applied. Pepper chicken was missing in this order. When I contacted the customer care to process the refund, he is saying that our system is not allowing us. What the system you are having(I thought o[censored]sing a bad word). Initially they cheated the delivery guys now slowly started to cheat public. I need 85 rs back to my phonepe account. Who the hell are you to steal my phone? If you do the same thing to anyone again, our people are in anger already. They will lash your business

                                      Complaint against Swiggy for order incorrectly being cancelled and no refund received and Escalation against ur contact centre executive - Order number #[protected]

                                      I was already in touch with the Swiggy delivery executive and he confirmed it was not cancelled by him as he knew the address. It is an error from Swiggy back end team which I want escalated and call arranged from Swiggy Senior management for cheating customers.

                                      Swiggy has incorrectly cancelled my order indicating address incorrect by customer care and address changed by chat team and cancelled my order and charged me cancellation charges and also I am unable to place a new order since my money as well as coupon code is gone.

                                      Swiggy can their delivery executive and check ashe was in touch with me and was about to deliver the order and the order was cancelled at your end and not any address issue and you have wrongly cancelled my order and charged me delivery charges.

                                        Today, I Had Ordered Gajar Ka Halwa On Spice Sea Restaurant Through Swiggy.

                                        Had An Horrible Experience, Because I've Waited Around 2 Hours Just For Cancellation. Even Though Restaurant Had Confirmed My Order, And Delivery Boy Said To Me After 1 Hour,

                                        Cancel The Order, As Gajar Ka Halwa Taking Too Much Time, And I Asked Delivery Boy, How Much Time, He Said Around 20 Minutes.

                                        So There Is No Way, That Gajar Ka Halwa Is Not Available.

                                        I Requested Swiggy Customer Care, To Give Me Refund Coupon, So That I Can Order Again.

                                        They Denied to Give Coupon, They Denied To Deliver Food. All They Did It, Wasted My Time..

                                        Never Use Swiggy Again, Because Of Their False Commitments.
