We have order a food on 25th nov 2018 at thudiyalur, coimbatore. Delivery boy don’t know the route clearly we informed through phone call be he roming around and finally reached us by my institutions he arrived and told us to pay rs50 for his roming. I had ordered burger from jimmis burger in malad west evershinenagar.. As i started eating realised it was different from what but i had ordered.. Called the restaurant also.. They said they cant to anything.. Said no help.. Infact the quality was also bad.. I had ordered for double checken patti.. It had only one.. They refused to admit that it was their fault.. Very bad experience...

I had ordered on november 2018 the 18th at 7.10 and paid rs. 419 through sbi account. But order was not successful, hence then i paid again the amount rs. 419 and this time also order was successful. Then i changed order items and choosen another mode of payment and successful.

It's over a week and i still haven't received my refund.

Order no #[protected] ; booking time 2.10 pm on sunday 25th nov.2018. At mumbai 400082. Delivery time was 36 minutes at the time of placing order. Called up the swiggy delivery boy at 3.00pm. He consulted the restaurant fellow & told us that it will take more time. Therefore we asked him to cancel the order. And then we receive a call at 3.34pm asking us to receive the order or face a cancellation charge of rs.75. I told the lady to get lost....

I placed order on swiggy and i got the call showing saying that restaurant is no more operating and they cancelled the order. I went on and placed one more order and to my surprise i found my previous order which is cancelled showing delivered successfully even with delivery boy name. I had ordered food from swiggy, which was sent half eaten!!!, with wrong food items, basic food missing and cold food also, like it was given to some street begger!
On seeing this horrible food condition i complained to the swiggy customer care and to my astonishment they ordered me to have the food again from the same place, which they would reorder from the same place...

This is regarding the order that i had placed on 16th nov through swiggy. The delivery boy did not deliver the order as the orders were mixed up by mcdonald's outlet. I have been calling customer care and the help chat in the app regarding the refund of rs 1000 but they have not credited still.

I happened to order food from mcdonald's today (24/11/2018). I found that the portion size in the coke they give is very less and it disappointed me since this is the 3rd time i got this kind of issue. This is absolute scamming by mcdonald's and i report this in swiggy forum as swiggy is collecting the food on behalf of the customer and should also behave as a customer. I ordered my food and try to pay online, money gets deducted from my account but i get a callback that transaction failed. Any amount deducted will be refunded back.
I ordered again using cod.
Then i get another message saying we have refunded rs 719 for your failed payment. But i didn't get any money.
So...

We placed the order at 9.36 pm and received the food at 11.10 pm which is an hour and a half late.
Kheer was spilled all over the packet. When we asked the delivery guy he said this is how it has been packed.

It was such a dissapointment to recieve order so late with food spilled that we could not even consume.

Please refund back the money.
