We had ordered from our gurgaon address and by default your noida address was entered which was unseen. So its not our fault. Also note this noida address is comming in all systems i have particularly checked in 4-5 computers in your website.
I have been chanrged 75rs cancellation charge.
I want my food to be delivered at my correct address which was also mentioned there.
Please arrange so that i dont have to pay the additional 75rs cancellation charge because of swiggy's website problem.

    Team sitting at Chandigarh is just non cooperative and pathetic. You people change CRM very early without even informing brand. Menu update take ages. Ms. Suchi goes on leave, dont even pick up the call for any complaint. She cant help in menu update on my portal moreover said if I do approval will come in week or 10 days from Bangalore. Is this the way people deal in professional set up. I don't think so .. .. Rest of other portals update menu in just few minutes, however with you this was a major issue with swiggy. People dont even give the numebrs of sales head etc.. I dont know y .. .Kindly take care. Till that my services will not be active.

    This is 2nd time im facing the issue with swiggy worst team. it's pathetic swiggy app navigation. Trainer vamshi is not giving proper trainer to delivery boys. swiggy team not upgrading app. food is not yet delivery at door step.
    Worse shawarma ever of my life.
    Order shawarma from shawarma house pcmc and got it delivered like maslasa and and roti separately. Felt like I was eating roti and sabji. Cold drink and sum blank blank dirt in it.
    I'm a member or PEO(Pune eat outs) and I'll be bad mouth about this experience of mine on social media and make people aware about it

      19th dec i ordered a chicken wrap from fassos of rs. 306 but that order was cancelled by your supporter at the time of 7.45 he said like the money will be refunded within 2-3 days, but that was not done., and again enquired the supporter by chat more than 3 members continuously extending their time limit with their own wish. And finally, a-praveen said it will take 5-7 days for the refund. So according to your terms and condition, the 5-7 business days will be completed by yesterday, i conveyed with heena one of the swiggy family member said like by tomorrow the amount will be credited to your account if it is not done by our side we will give you compensation. Today till now i didn't get my money yet. I can't understand what you are doing without solving the customer query. Unnecessary time waste and unwanted tension while talking with your customer supporter., no one is responding correctly and solving the issue. They are just wasting the time of the customer while texting.

      Till now I didn't get my money yet due to the carelessness of swiggy workers.
      I ordered food before an hour and the status showed me delivered but no food came to my way. So poor service.

      When i asked they said that we will refund you. But those guys do not understand that money cannot replace the hungriness.

      The idiotic delivery boy does not even care to pick my phone.
      I'd ordered 3 items in McDonald's through swiggy order #[protected] but received only 2 items. Delivery person Ravindra in Vishakapatnam had probably eaten the large fries on the way.

        My name is Arpit Srivastava . I ordered A thali of Worth Rs. 108 from RS Bhojnalaya kanpur through swiggy .Order No: #[protected] . Order date : 24 december;2018 .I paid the amount by applying the amazon pay cashback offer in which I should receive Rs. 100 cashback . There was not mentioned anywhere that I should pay using amazon pay balance only so I did it using phone pe . I didn't recieved any cashback and when I contacted there customer support they told me the coupon was not applied by them . So I want my cashback as they say that its my fault but I want to ask if paying through phone pe was not covered in the offer then why was there an option for that . and if only phone pe is the problem then I should have received 40% Discount for using phone pe which was also not given .Even the food was not good but the rating the bojanalaya is 4.1 .
        What fraud are swiggy running . They gain trust by providing them 50% discount and lure them to do this to there customers . I ask for my cashback then I am done using this app .

        Swiggy Bengaluru accepted Order No. [protected] today around 12.30 p m for two items from Truffles, Bellandur. Their executive picked up the order at 12.38 p m from the restaurant, but failed to deliver - till the time of writing this - 3.50 p. m. Please set right your systems besides refunding the amount of Rs.401 without any penalty.

          Hi.. I have ordered today on swiggy with cod. My item got delivered delayed and i have paid the cash for it also.. Delivery person who came said that there is been server problem so only item got delayed delivery.
          Delivery person cancelled the order through my mobile saying that he won't get other order has there been server problem.
          Now the cod was disabled saying that i have cancelled my order..
          It's the delivery person who cancelled the order, i have paid for that order.
          I wanna take severe action on the delivery person. He thinks that he is clever person. He delivered the order 1hour 30 min delay.. Inorder to avoid issues at his side.. He tricked me saying there is been server problem.

              I have placed a swiggy order#[protected] for dominos kolkata through swiggy today at 12:50 pm then called up the outlet but said they have not received any order. I have already made rs.371 payment through freecharge to swiggy.
              I called up the swiggy executives multiple times through past 30 mins to cancel and initiate refund so that i can place the order again but they refused. The executives i talked to were rounak, ananya and nandini.
              Usually swiggy executives cancel and initiate refund immediately so that a new order can be placed but these ppl were exceptional.
              As a result, somehow i feel that my money has gone for a waste this time as i paid for my food but got nothing.

                Initially order was booked for south indian thali. Subsequently, executive called up informing that south indian thali is not available. Hence advised me whether north indian thali can be opted. I opted for the same. However, after some time i received call from another executive called up informing that north indian thali will get delayed and she connected me to restaurant directly to talk to restaurant. Since i had to deliver food for my daughter at her college within time allotted for lunch, i had cancelled the order. I had to rush personally to some other restaurant and deliver food to my daughter.

                Subsequently, i have been chasing for refund of amount. Two of the executives of swiggy confirmed that the amount has been refunded to sodexo acocunt. But till date the amount has not been credited back to my account.

                It is more than a month and i have been chasing swiggy and sodexo to get my refund.

                  Swiggy aap shows a ad of 100% cashback when pay through amazon pay. Inspired by this ad i was orderd food of 600 rs. But after payment they refund only 100 rupees as cashback.
                  I called to customer care of swiggy and amazon but both were declined that offer gives you upto 100 rupees cashback only. Then why you show us that 100% cash back even there was not term and condition mentioned in that ad. So i need my cash back.

                    My order number for swiggy is [protected], i ordered this food from same hotel i use to order daily..
                    I use to get on time delivery without hassle everyday..
                    I was enjoying almost daily order food from same hotel..
                    But today there was some issue between delivery person and the swiggy customer care..
                    They engaged me in call and asking my location unnecessary..
                    I use to get delivery from same hotel daily
                    I am not sure what was the issue..
                    After being tried to explain customer care and the delivery person about 40 mins..
                    I am not sure about the rude behaviour of the executive and the delivery person..
                    I just don't want to engage in arguments so i just asked customer representative to cancel my order if your delivery person having issue..
                    The next second the customer care fellow cancelled my order with almost 70% deduction on refund..
                    This is worst experience, hope there is some system to tackle this..
                    Elder this will ruin brand name..
                    Expecting somebody take necessary things as i don't want to take this experience and move on with swiggy, as i really had good experience ever..
                    Hope somebody tackles it before i share this on facebook..

                      Swiggy clearly becoming overconfident, i ordered [protected] tomorrow night and here is what happened
                      1) i call delivery boy he say he will take 15 minutes to reach swiggy app showed he reached, i call again after 10 minutes he says he rejected the order, funny think app says he picked the order and he is on the way.
                      2) i call on app help chat starts person on chat says let me find out the status after two min or so chat person says delivery partner met with an accident and order is damaged pure lie as i talked to delivery boy he never picked the order.
                      3) chat person cancel order without even asking what next.

                      Above lie and manipulation is clear symptom of over confidence.

                        I ordered mutton gravy from swiggy yesterday but i received a rotten mutton which seems to be like a dog meat... Really scared and disappointed...                           The food was ordered at 1 am, for which they replied back at 1.45 am that due to mishandling by the delivery executive, the order packet was destroyed and cannot be delivered.

                          As a response, they denied to replace the order again.

                          Without our confirmation, the order was cancelled and further demanded us to place the order again from the app.
                          Now at 2 am no restaurant was available at swiggy app to service us, to which customer care responded that they are not willing and able to help us.

                          Further, due to unavailabiltiy of sufficient funds, we were in no position to order again, and upon sharing the situation to the helpline executive, he is adamantly and lying and boasting to us for refunding within next 15 mins the order amount paid online for the cancelled order.

                          Being highly troubled by the lack of service by swiggy delivery and operational executives, we were caused undesired inconvenience and were denied any service or solution for the order, or for the troubled caused by their actions.

                          The level of service and absence of efforts to handle the problem was very frustrating and troublesome.

                          Even the swiggy customer care proved futile and admitted to being totally useless and incapable of helping or reducing our inconvenience and stated to being unable to service us in any way.

                          We want proper response and solution for the problem and need our grievances to be handled sufficiently.

                            I started chatting with swiggy team and they rudely ended the chat by saying we will make every effort to see that this never happens again. Blah blah.

                            Food is stale, cold and unwanted ingredients. Just wanted to get my money back or replace the item. They said, they would pull up their socks next time.

                            I would not recommend this app not even for a single pie to buy.

                            Make sure not to install this app at all and also be assured that this app will make contacts with fake restaurants having bad quality foods, they even do not use quality water in their food dishes.

                              I ordered food from swiggy a month back and i got a cockroach in it. That time their manager called me and apologized i accepted it. After that, another case happened where i ordered for my food and i didn't receive it for an hour. When i called up the delivery boy he said that this a wrong number. After that again i texted their support team. They still didn't reply me back for over 17 minutes. After that, i had to call me up. Like always, they initiated a refund after starving me for hours!
                              Now yesterday, i placed an order for a meal and pepsi. I received the meal but didn't get pepsi. The delivery guy said that he'll come back with it. I waited for an hour. He never came back. Then i called him up he said he's coming but he never came!
                              I told this to their support team and they said okay. We'll initiate a refund for you. I said no. I want to talk to your manager.
                              After serving me cockroaches, never serving my food and then never delivering my order, they can't just proceed with a refund each and every time by putting me in a # situation!

                              I jus ordered a food from Swiggy in a restaurant named ambur biryani point, I found roaches in food i reported this to customer care and it is of no use unknowingly we ate 2 items and we are worried about our health condition

                                I had requested for a refund last sunday since my order was cancelled. The hotel was closed that day but no such detail was displayed on the swiggy from where i had ordered the food.. They said that the amount will be returned to me in 2-3 business days and yet now its a week i haven't received any refund... I contacted my bank and there is no such refund reflected on my account. Please acknowledge this on prior basis and give me a call in this regards..

                                  For ordering food online, I use swiggy app quite often and after i cancelled my order in the second week of december 2018 once, pay by 'cash on delivery' option was made unavailable for me. And i don't have a bank account, i can't pay online. Please help because disabling cod option is not allowing me to order food from swiggy anymore. I like this app but them disabling COD option is being very inconvinient to me. I don't like this step of them because it is wrong, cancellation of order is normal and they didn't notify me about the reason of disabling cod.

                                    Swiggy executive was at restaurant for over 45 minutes and i was not able to track further movement of order picking up for over 50 minutes.

                                    I had started chatting with swiggy team and they rudely end the chat by saying it will deliver as executive reached to restaurant.

                                    I again started chat and now he said, it will take 60 more minutes and when said it is already 60 minutes of order then he started chasing to delivery rider and then informed restaurant is closed.

                                    Now the order time is 80 minutes.

                                    Question are?
                                    1. How come restaurant accepted order and confirmation pop-up at my screen?
                                    2. What was there delivery partner was doing for over 50 minutes at restaurant when it was closed?
                                    3. How come same restaurant was available on sales even after they are closed?
                                    4. When it is all swigy's mistake then why they not accepted there fault?
                                    5. Why i should not demand for 100 times refund for order which was waited for 80 minutes after order confirmed?

                                      I ordered food today from swiggy. My order number is [protected] from my account registered with mobile number [protected]. I ordered food from restaurant goutam's. The food was of very bad quality, it was really very bad. I threw all the food in the dustbin. I contacted swiggy help centre. They kept on replying me we are sorry we apologize... What am i gonna do with their apology? If that food causes any health issue who will pay? They did not refund my amount, and they said that the best they could do was to reorder the same food. Tell me, why will i eat the same food which i threw? Moreover i had to chat with four chat executive. They kept on marking that issue was resolved from their side. Now i am talking to the fifth one. I wnat to file a complaint against them and their customer executives. This is cheating and misleading customers. They charge so much and give poor quality food and later they say we cant refund your money. Your money is wasted. I want a refund from them or else i want to file a complaint against them.

                                        1 items was missing from order. I immediately complained to online chat system of swiggy. I was told that missing item cant be delivered neither the money can be refunded citing company policy.
                                        This is not acceptable!! Partial delivery about food, not only spoiling the mood of a having good sufficient meal but also not returning money is intentional & cheap policy to loot!
