Yester day i have food ordered in hotel buhari but not delivered and i had contacted your representative mobile number no responses so i have claimed refund amount of my prepaid amount of rs.1199 thor.net banking drawer bank hdfc bank ltd the have offered gift voucher i have refused gift voucher only refund the money but still not received the amount with in 48 hour not refund the mount i will take the legal action pls

    I placed an order on 23rd december, 2018, and the order got cancelled, i even got a call from swiggy that your order was not picked up you place your order once, we will cancel the old order and refund the amount within 2-4 working days, till now i didn't received my refund money... I am also attaching the screenshot message of swiggy which i have not yet received. Plz process with my refund amount soon.

      I ordered on the swiggy app for the restaurant fattoush on bannerghatta road in bangalore at 8:55pm on jan 1, 2019 for the amount of rs. 422. My payment was through paytm. I ordered a shawarma and a tangdi kabab. The delivery boy, mr. Manoj kumar missed bringing the shawarma. The first time i contacted the customer service and put the delivery boy on call with them to complain regarding the missing item, all they had to say was they will take the feedback and ensure it won’t happen again in the future. I was shocked by this response. I called up the customer care again and this time mr. Akhtar khan, customer rep from swiggy, hyderabad had the audacity to tell me to take this issue to the consumer court as according to swiggy’s compensation policy, missing items are not eligible for a refund!
      This is sheer daylight robbery. They have outright refused to give me my money back for an item which was never even delivered to me! Swiggy has been cheating customers. Someone has to be held responsible.

      I got a call from Swiggy the next day notifying me about the refund on Paytm.

      Thanks for resolving the issue on time. I appreciate it.
      However, I'm sure there must be several cases like the above. I understand the restaurant must also be held responsible for the inconvenience, however, as a customer ordering through Swiggy, I expect Swiggy to deliver my order right. Hence, including a refund for missing items should be included to your official compensation policy so that consumers do not have to come down to complain on a consumer forum.

        Cheating, harrassing and being rude... Swiggy cancelled my order without my concern is my knowledge and then no refund was given... Due to which i was forced to starve for a day without food...

        When i placed the order with the swiggy app the food item whichbi selected was available but after confirming the order they denied to send the order and then without my approval or replacing the order they just blindly canceled the order and then denied to refund the amount...

          Hi sir,

          I had made an payment from my app however, on call they says I will get an refund in 24 hours and on chat it is 5-7 business days.

          When I had conversation with swiggy person he says I will in 3-4 working days.

          Now its 7 days still I haven't received refund.

          Now they are saying to have a word with my bank however, they are also not providing me transaction details of what they have made.

            I have ordered around 171rs of 3 items. Swiggy called me and there is not available of one item so they exchange with other and they confirmed that rs5 will be refunded to my account. Exchange item is less value. But while receiving the order they said i need to pay extra 53 rs. Since my coupon is not applied by swiggy. I called to customer care. But they said i need to pay the amount. Totally waste of money...

              Hotel nagarathaar porur chennai. I'll submit my hotel documents on before april month 01.04.2018. But still my restaurant is not added on swiggy. I'll put many complaint mail but nobody should give an proper response for me, before sometime i;ll go swiggy office also i will meet some persons but he is just said we will add soon we will add soon but still he did'nt added please anybody contact and help me.                 I have ordered a cake from swiggy but after a minute i have decided to cancelled my order swiggy accepted to cancellation request but they didn't make me return my money back i paid them 440 by amazon pay but i have received only 50 rs and 97 in my account i but i didn't make my payment by account i paid it by amazon pay so i think its untrusted company they fooling me i called customer care with my registration no. But they told me it's not registered with us so i can't communicate with them and i leave a massange on their chat but they don't give me a reply so plz take action and it's not a single case i have ordered previously same thing happened i have make online payment and delivery boy delivered product to unknown person without my permission and he didn't reach at delivery address so i need to go to collect my order so plz take some action

                  I just ordered food from Swiggy order no -[protected] costs around 139 with coupon applied. Pepper chicken was missing in this order. When I contacted the customer care to process the refund, he is saying that our system is not allowing us. What the system you are having(I thought o[censored]sing a bad word). Initially they cheated the delivery guys now slowly started to cheat public. I need 85 rs back to my phonepe account. Who the hell are you to steal my phone? If you do the same thing to anyone again, our people are in anger already. They will lash your business

                    Complaint against Swiggy for order incorrectly being cancelled and no refund received and Escalation against ur contact centre executive - Order number #[protected]

                    I was already in touch with the Swiggy delivery executive and he confirmed it was not cancelled by him as he knew the address. It is an error from Swiggy back end team which I want escalated and call arranged from Swiggy Senior management for cheating customers.

                    Swiggy has incorrectly cancelled my order indicating address incorrect by customer care and address changed by chat team and cancelled my order and charged me cancellation charges and also I am unable to place a new order since my money as well as coupon code is gone.

                    Swiggy can their delivery executive and check ashe was in touch with me and was about to deliver the order and the order was cancelled at your end and not any address issue and you have wrongly cancelled my order and charged me delivery charges.

                      Today, I Had Ordered Gajar Ka Halwa On Spice Sea Restaurant Through Swiggy.

                      Had An Horrible Experience, Because I've Waited Around 2 Hours Just For Cancellation. Even Though Restaurant Had Confirmed My Order, And Delivery Boy Said To Me After 1 Hour,

                      Cancel The Order, As Gajar Ka Halwa Taking Too Much Time, And I Asked Delivery Boy, How Much Time, He Said Around 20 Minutes.

                      So There Is No Way, That Gajar Ka Halwa Is Not Available.

                      I Requested Swiggy Customer Care, To Give Me Refund Coupon, So That I Can Order Again.

                      They Denied to Give Coupon, They Denied To Deliver Food. All They Did It, Wasted My Time..

                      Never Use Swiggy Again, Because Of Their False Commitments.

                        Hi,

                        I would like to escalate the matter regarding my delivery number #[protected]. I had ordered malai paneer momos which costed more than paneer momos. I was delivered(paneer momos) wrong item which costed less amount. The momos were stale and some momos were smelling bad. I contacted customer care person Ritesh shukla.
                        He agreed but no refund was initiated.I have attached pics to prove my point.
                        1) packaging labeled zomato.
                        2)wrong item.
                        3)stale food
                        4)rude customer care.
                        5)no refund. Instead was asked to mail.
                        It seems more like it was a mistake by my side.
                        Request you to please escalate the matter.

                            I placed an order today thru swiggy for 3 pineapple and 3 strawberry pastries order #[protected] from godavri bakers vikaspuri new delhi but i was delivered black forest pastries instead of strawberry pastries and when i contacted swiggy they refused to support and clearly denied the order cant be corrected and instead the accused me that restaurant has sent correct items calling customer a lier when i sent them the picture of the same they start beating around the bush and not ready to support poor troubled customer due to their service failure.

                              I had lodged a complaint on your deliveryboy collecting cash on delivery for an order i had paid through paytm on 27th december 2018
                              Its 31st dec now and there has been no calls or resolution to the complainy..
                              Its the worst customer care service ever with different people messagin each day and not having track or record of the complaint

                              I would probably approach legally for your disinterest and horrible selection of staff

                                Recently ordered 3 chicken biriyani packs via swiggy. Order # [protected].
                                One of the packs was completely substandard. The food was stale and had only bones. I am not sure if this is similar to the zomato incident. When i reached out to customer care of swiggy they were completely not concerned. Guys please be careful ordering from these e-com folks. I asked for simple replacement or refund for the portion. They simply denied.

                                  When we opened the mutton biryani we found a big piece of metal.. When we called the hotel management.. They didn’t respond properly!!

                                    logging out from other devices or disabling the account

                                    Someone else is using my swiggy account, i am trying either to log out from that other device or just delete my account.
                                    I wrote them an email about the issue and surprisingly i got a reply telling me that i will get the refund as the app crashed. What the hell, you guys dont even read properly or you have hired robots.
                                    If you dont do this, i swear to god i will launch an fir against swiggy...

                                    Swiggy delivered order that was not eatable then i reordered and they didn't assigned delivery executive for 1 hour so i asked for refund and then they suddenly assigned delivery executive... So i told them to cancel order or i will not accept the order still they delivered and i rejected the order. So now they are not providing me refund. Swiggy cheats.

                                      I ordered food aurangabad. The delivery boy, amjad ali was abnormally over enthusiastic calling me for directions at every turn unnecessarily. He first called me from app and then asked me to call him from my number saying he is not able to hear properly. Later at 11:30pm he messaged me on whatsapp ([protected]). Action must be taken immediately.
