It's unfortunate to write such a mail to you. My wife, jayanti had ordered food on 26th jan'19 @9.15 pm and was expecting to deliver order within an hour time by @ 10.15 pm. But, the order is not delivered till 10.30, so called delivery boy and he said, it will be delivered within next 10 mins. But, order is not delivered till 11.30 pm but it was wrongly updated in system as delivered. After conversation with your customer services, they acknowledged that order is not delivered and assured for refund of payment.

But, refund is not the solution for the terrible inconvenience caused. We along with kids were hungry till late night 11.30 pm waiting for order.

Strict action must be taken to the concerned persons so that customers should not suffer because of such irresponsible behavior.

Hope you understand and take necessary action.

    I ordered from swiggy (Order number #[protected]) but when i call delivery boy to tell him the right way to reach my address he didn't picked my call after that when he reached on the wrong location then he is calling me from there and telling me to come there and take the order when i told him to come to right location from. Right way then in a very rude manner he refused to deliver the order... Such an unacceptable behaviour from a delivery boy and the representative of a big giant.. Shamefull approach..

      I had ordered through swiggy, and some # delivery boy from swiggy picked up the order without even checking the address. And while on the way he gave me a call saying that i cannot travel more than 6 kms, as i will not be paid.
      I do not know why the hell did he picked up the order as the first place, when swiggy customer care contacted me he told that the order will be delivered. And after some time i again got the call from the customer care from hydrebad
      And this time the customer care person says sir you will have to cancel the order since it cannot be delivered, and rs 75 will be deducted.
      These #s have made a new way of earning money, first pickup the order without seeing the address and then ask the customer to cancel it, since it cannot be delivered.

        I ordered my foods in nearby madurai.. My ordered confirmed in swiggy. Without my knowledge my order was cancelled. I called to the service person he not properly answering with the lathagic way. Due to this cancelled i was penalty for rs 75. If you reverse my penalty i will continue with your service..

          One of my neighbor ordered food from swiggy and the delivery person while going back stole my helmet. This incident happened on 25th jan, 2019 at around 8pm. This was complained to the swiggy people and they promised to return back the helmet the same day but not yet done. This happened at chokkanahalli, bangalore. There is cctv footage to prove this incident.

          The person who stole the helmet later called and apologized and said he will return the helmet but not done, both the swiggy people and the person working for them does not feel guilty for what has happened and so i am posting this in consumer complaints forum. Not really a matter of helmet but the theft happened by the person and this can later lead him to do more bigger and bigger thefts. We need to get this contained here. I would have posted the cctv footage in the social media and might do if swiggy does not respond/react to this and take necessary action.

          Swiggy — Swiggy person stolen my helmet

          One of my neighbor ordered food from swiggy and the delivery person while going back stole my helmet. This incident happened on 25th Jan, 2019 at around 8pm.             I had placed an order for a chicken tikka biryani yesterday however when i received the order the raita was all spilled over and also the chicken tikka biryani ordered had a bone price in it and that too just a bone whereas a chicken tikka biryani is supposed to be boneless. I contacted swiggy to get the order replaced however was denied the same and neither the are ready to compensate or provide a refund for delivering such an order and providing such a bad service.

                Yester day i ordered food through netbanking even my amount got debited. But some how i received an sms it say ""dear customer, we have refunded rs. 1207 for your failed payment against order id : [protected] to your bank account/card. Updated balance should reflect in 4-7 days""... But i didnt received any refund i paid for cash please i request you to processes it as soon as possible

                  Trade discount was discontinued after september 2016. Till june 2018 the credited amount was matching with the statements sent by swiggy. From july onwards without any intimation and correspondence and confirmation from restaurant owners they started applying trade discount and which got revealed in december. I escalated this to swiggy poc (Funniest part is they change the poc every now and then so no one to take ownership) but just got a response that "we are working and what happened was a technical glitch".

                  I escalated the issue on 14 december and till today nothing has been done. They are asking us to tell how much amount they owe us but again as per the "technical glitch" the excel sheet they share with restaurant owners do have different formats everytime. Their finance department also don't have data? This is not acceptable for a esteemed company like swiggy and till today they are just running around the bush.

                  I'll wait for more 15 days or i'll write an email to owners directly.

                    It was not cooked properly and burnt i reqyest for refund on customer care but i didnt get any resolution they were offering me 25 rs coupon. It is ridiculous. I want complete amount to be refundede asap.

                      I have done 3 transaction (Details mentioned below) on 16th/17th january 2019 which were failed. While the amount has been deducted from my savings a/c i have not received any refund for the same. I have written a complaint to swiggy at [protected]@swiggy.in on 24th january. I have not yet received any communication from swiggy nor any refund.

                        My complain is against order no # [protected].
                        This order was delivered after one hour instead 30-40 min expected time by a short temper delivery boy, when it comes to payment 500 rs given by house lady against 170 order amount. He refuses to take it yelling i donot have change. Rs. 200 was arranged by lady with neighbor and offer to delivery, but he lost his temper and started yelling you people want to eat free and created a scene on the door and used abusive languages against the lady in the house.in the response ladies closed the door. Delivery boy must sense that he may get some negative response from the lady in society he left the scene and kick the closed door.

                          Today i ordered breakfast at 8:45 am n it showed 41 mins to deliver which was still late but ok but till 10:20 it was not picked only even the delivery person was so rude that he didn't bothered to pick up the call and answer
                          Pathetic swiggy is going day by day i m using it since 6-7 yrs now but i think i should stop using it

                            Simon Kansari a swiggy delivery boy behaved very rudely with me. Used slangs and played the victim card just because there was a problem with his app which he completely blamed it on us. When we told him that it was the problem of the app, It was neither our fault nor his. He replied "probably I should have cancelled the order then". From the very beginning of interaction he behaved rudely. Which none of the boys ever did even if they faced the same issue.

                              I ordered food at 9.00 pm yesterday. I ordered the food in such a way that dat i we could eat snacks first and den our dinner (1 malai tikka and one champ role and one champ gravy sabzi) from sgf rohini. I den calld sgf personally also. Dey said ur food is ready bt nobody came to collect it. One executive was den assigned at 11. Pm and he said he would nw take 30 mnts to reach. Even aftr repeated calls and reminders, we got the food at 10.45 night. We were left wid no hunger lft. We refused executive dt we wl nt collect d ordr now. He said plz hamari naukri p baat aa jaegi. Plz lelo etc etc. We den took d food bt it ws a waste for us. Plz tell us who wll b responsible fr our harrasmnt? Tell us otherwise we will file a written complaint agaist swiggy

                                The restaurant shows fake quantity of food in the image n deliver very less quantity of food also the food which i ordered from the restaurant LUNCH BOX of dal makhni tiffin box was having very less quantity s shown in the image n also the taste of the dal was not good .i paid this much high cost for the food n if we get such type of food how willl we trust on swiggy .i want a solution for this complaint ... pls help me out i have wasted my money by ordering on swiggy i think so... n i will also keep in mind that all people in my surrounding are aware of this type of things done by swiggy n also that they do nt order food from nxt time.

Kolkata 700 091 deputed delivery boys against Location of Swiggy's Office Bally at "Daga Complex" B K Street, Uttarpara, Dist, Hooghly. and assured the salary will be credited to their bank account by NEFT each Friday without any delay. But single penny not yet credited to their bank account w.e.f. 02.12.2018 to till date. The in-charges of Bally office at "Daga Complex" B K Street, Uttarpara, Dist, Hooghly are unable to give any satisfactory feedback to the delivery boys and telling System Failed from H. O. since last 20 days which is a lame excuse. The unemployed youths join here ( Swiggy ) for a bright future and to run their live hoods, how many days they will run their live hoods borrow monies from others ? Hope solve this problem without further delay and arrange to pay the due salary to the delivery boy's Bank Account as an urgent basis

                                    I ordered from swiggy on sunday 20/01/19 from a nearby restaurant in lanka, varanasi... I was not having balance in my registered mobile number that's why i contacted the delivery executive from a different mobile number... After the delivery till now that person is calling me continuously that is really harassing me mental... Please work in this area as soon as possible... The executive name is pradeep kumar srivastava and his number is [protected]

                                      Am from a1-3h, plaza tranquil acres, kovilambakkam, chennai 600129 we are living in colony of many flats and different blocks when people from other blocks and flats order their food the location is pinning to my home loaction and address this is not single more than 100times, i haven even complained to your hub in (Albert) thoraipakkam, chennai. So i need you to focus on this situation of pinning wrong location. If this continues then i have to take some severe actions.

                                        Pl note when we place order as per the discount coupons eg 50%discount for orders between 4 pm to 6 pm the order automatically gets canceled and amount paid is refunded back
                                        If you are not interested in giving the discount then don't advertise on your app this is just wasting your time and you are generating unsatisfied customers
                                        Pl treat this as a feedback and not a complaint

                                        Today I have ordered food with Anjappar valasaravakkam branch and got delivered. But 1 among 6 items were missing

                                        And no proper response either from Hotel and delivery.
                                        I had ordered 2 half Chicken Biryani from Eaton restaurant in Allahabad(PrayagRaj) U.P. . in november 2018. I had paid the bill online but i did not get my order.
                                        Also I have not received my refund.
