    I ordered the food on Swiggy with order id - ORDER #[protected] on Sun, Jan 6, 8:54 PM. The order was placed to a restaurant Homely. It had two items- Moong Dal Ki Khichdi and Aloo Dum, Chana Masala & Rotis or Rice. It was delivered in a sealed package. I was busy in some work so I opened the delivered package after some time.Once I did I found out that only Moong dal ki khichdi was in the sealed package. Now I went to help on Swiggy app and opted for chat. The support person was not helpful at all and all she offered was Rs 50 coupon. Now there were two issues. First was that I was hungry and at that moment coupon wouldn't help. Second was I paid Rs 145 for the order and clearly any sensible person won't accept Rs 50 coupon. So I asked the support to reorder the missing item but all she did was keep repeating the coupon. After this I called the customer care and the person did the same thing that is repeat the Rs. 50 coupon offer. I asked him that I wanted to talk to his manager. He muted my call for 3 min. and after that he started saying sorry and said the company policy was to just offer Rs. 50. He did it for half an hour. After that I thought that It's snesible to accept Rs. 50 coupon as I may not get anything for my money. Now after cutting the call I again called the customer executive on a separate number I I told him the same. What he said was that since I accepted the Rs. 50 coupon I am at fault and they can't do anything. Now I think Swiggy clearly duped me. Instead of contacting the "Homely, Kormangala, Bangalore" restaurant they kept repeating the company's policy. The support instead of being helpful was very unhelpful and utterly disresectful. I will never order on Swiggy and also ask others to do the same.

    Swiggy is a total scam and the customer support is full of dumb, disrespectful people.They must be having the record of chat as well as audio recordings of my call with customer support. So they can verify my details from that.

      You have provided delivery timings of max 45 mints still we have not received order till 1 hour. We have to eat cold food because of your delay.Would not recommend anyone to order from swiggy.

      It is the worst app ever found.
      It does not consider the needs of customer. We did not expect this kind of service.Such a bad experience with swiggy.

        By september 2016 we discontinued the trade discount. Post that there was no confirmation from our end to start any trade discount. Till june 2018, payout and our system used to reconcile. But from july onwards our system was not reconciling and that we discovered by november end. I sent all the correspondence on swiggy partner support keeping associate manager from swiggy in loop and till date there is no resolution. 20% amount got cut unnecessarily from our credit.

        Please look into this matter asap and credit back the amount from july till date.

          Delivery guy saved my number and now he is texting me to be friends!! Is this is how you provide service??? Should we believe this # site and give our numbers?? Who takes responsibility now?? If company cannot hire a verified employees then don’t ask for phone numbers! His name is shashi gowda and his number is [protected]. This guy is texting and behaving badly! And this so called computer doesn’t have coustmer care number also!

            I ordered pizza and garlic bread from platoon pizza an hour ago with order [protected] but the delivery executive executive balwinder kumarjal_ft2 ([protected]) was so unprofessional and has no etiquette to talk on the phone to a customer he was screaming and shouting and threatening that he will not deliver the order and will cancel it though i told him to deliver my order when i called him he kept disconnecting the call. Please make sure that strict action should be taken against this kind o[censored]neducated executives who brings bad name to the company just because of their stupid attitude

              Ordered food from swiggy using hotel sunita in andheri... Order number [protected]... Delivery guy name was mahesh patel... He came for delivery and the food was spilled in his entire bag.. He asked for replacement they said no possible stating items are out of stock.. Tried for a refund but they are not able to process it.. Want a solution for this.

                Aapke ke pune ke office me jit sir ne mere ko 1 mahine se karke deta hu bola hai aur 1 mahina mere ko har 2-3 din bad whatss app only karne ko bola gaya aur 1 mahine baad mere ko bola gaya ki mere se nahi hoga aap onlin prosses karo ye baat o mere ko 1 mahina pahile bolate to accha hota tha. Mere paas pura record hai chahiye to aap mere se mang sakte ho.
                Plz aisa taklif bahut jan ko ho raha hai lekin sab majburi samj ke shant bethe he aur ye aadmi us majburi ka fayda le raha hai. Phone pe baat nahi karta thik se.

                  I ordered food on 30th december order id :[protected] and this was a prepaid order and delivery boy showed delivered without even contacting me.
                  Have been chasing but no luck later i had to order again and pay again for the same order which i had already paid.

                  Such a bad experience with swiggy i suggest all of you not to do prepay with them ever.

                  Order no:[protected]. Ordered 3 ice creames for Rs. 479, but all three ice creames were smaller than a scoop and melted. Spoke to Swiggy customer care but they said that they can only refund 150, where as we wanted to return the ice cream.

                    Today jan 6, 2019. I placed order at 8.30. I stay very near to pick location, i waited till 1 and half hour and i could could not get delivery so i communicated with help center, the guy called mohammed took almost 1 more hour and finally he dropped message to cancel ur order and place new order at 10.30.. Does customer seems jokers? 2 and half hour waisted at this time i need to search for food. Such a worst service. Better ban such services rather playing with customers.

                    At the time of logging into new account i was given ORDER50 coupon to be used for FIRST5 order and BINGE50 for first order. I used BINGE50 for FIRST order and after it while I was reordering ORDER50 coupon vanished and I would request you to allow me to avail ORDER50 coupon.

                      [protected]... This is my order details i have ordered chicken biryani but they delivered beef biryani... I have a query about the price.. Beef biryani is is 110/- and chicken is 145/-.. So as delivered beef instead of chicken i paid 35/- extra... So what about the difference amount... They are not responding to the complaint i raised in swiggy support... Please do needful...

                        to remove cancellation charges

                        I am unable to place cash on delivery because of my order on 25th december, i want to remove your cancellation charge as your delivery executor took my phone and cancelled the order but i paid him 365/- cash he said swiggy will not take any cancellation charges but they charges me 150/- for no reason kindly remove my cancellation charges or i will file a claim....

                            Your employer charandeep singh in chandigarh has misbehaved with me regarding money issue... He doesn’t know how to talk with customers.. For the first time i ordered something from your app.. If your service is so cheap and you people doesn’t know how to talk with customers then sorry to say i dont want to order anything from your app.. Take action against him.. If you can’t take any action then pls let me know.. Because other apps are providing service also and there employees know how to talk with customers

                              My order number [protected]. I olaced order and it wasn’t even delivered after 1.5 hour. When i called the delivery person, he was literally sleeping and wasn’t very good with his behaviour. This is the second time that something like this has happened. Also i don’t feel your teams are doing very well with the customer satisfaction and complaints. I’ll make sure i’ll never order and let my friends order from you.

                                On 3rd jan, 2019 i order something with swiggy, i got wrrong item and then i call to customer service he said the are reordering again for me and then the delivery boy call me and start argument with me and then i decided to cancel the order. I called again to customer service and tell them to cancel they said they will refund the money with in 24 hrs. But now again on 6th jan, 2019 i try to call swiggy customer service team but every time they transferred to chat assistant then i chat with chetana she tell me wrrong information then again i chat with saket he agian argument with me and close the chat and again i need to do a false order son i can connect with swiggy and yes it was right i got an option to call and i call then i talk with chumki and she was again telling me wrrong information after long conversation and argument and after 40 minutes she said yes sir we was wrong yes it was refunded and we will refund it soon on monday... So they are just frustrating all customers...

                                  Hi,
                                  I have order (#[protected]) on 31 dec. After some time i got a call saying delievery boy got hurt lot if bloid is coming so cancel the order so i did. I got partial money back in amazon pay (Rs 1345 instead of 1395).
                                  I order again the same stuff (Order #[protected]) and this time i did not get any order. When i checked the status it says delievered. Then i called delievery boy he told he will not deliever so go and talk to swiggy. Then i went to resturant to check the status to my surprise he told he did not recieve any order from swiggy. I did not had any choice so i pay by cash and got the biryani.

                                  I m still awaiting refund of my second order of rs 1470. I tried chatting with your customer support but they are also not able to help.
                                  Please refund my money adap.

                                    Hi,

                                    I placed a order few days back through swiggy and the estimated delivery time they mentioned is 35 minutes, i contacted customer support team to check the status and they are pretty sure that the order will be delivered on time though i can see that it is going to be delayed.
                                    Customer support people are useless and they are ending the chats directly with out our confirmation or approval to close the agent. Then i initiated a chat again and they informed me that they will escalate the case and someone will get back to me which is not happened still.

                                    Then i placed another order today assuming that they fixed their problems.
                                    Trust me this is even worst. I placed the order and the estimated delivery time is 35 minutes i waited for 45 minutes and i contacted again and then the agent told me that as there is a delay he asked me to cancel the order and place it again. Which will again take another hour and he ended the chat as well. I contacted again and the same thing happened.

                                    I asked for the compensation for all the hassle and mental agony which i faced. They are not even concerned about them... Funny thing is that they can't escalate to their managers itseems.

                                    Seriously this is seriously a unprofessional way to handle the customer issue.

                                    Not going to recommend swiggy to anyone.

                                    Ordered 3 times all the times the orders are delayed and what all i get from them if i interact with their customer support is all canned responses...

                                      This is a complaint to inform that order #[protected] was for a plum cake for half kg but was informed 20 mins after that it is not available and a replacement of choco truffle would be given for the same amount but again i got a message stating i should pay extra 170.

                                      I called swiggy numbers for complaint but they said this is not the number and kept ignoring my complaint, the delivery guy stood and kept asking for money, i again called the customer care and they said they will cal in an hour and did not. The delivery guy himself cancelled the order. This is a very pathetic service and the plans have been ruined. I did not get the cake nor the amount.

                                      Need the cake nor the compensation.
