I had placed an order at 9:27 pm from Siddique Kabab Centre Kondapur via swiggy app but even after 2 hours food was not delivered. Moreover, there was no information provided on why the food is getting delayed. We were waiting for food. Your customer care executives do not know how to address customers. When i called and enquired she was saying we cannot deliver the food. If that was the case it should have informed before, why that was realized after 2 hours.
There should be some respect for customers time and needs. I am very dissapointed with Swiggys service and customer satisfaction.

    My order number is [protected]. Delivery boy number [protected] nd his name is madhu he is so rude and his behaviour is so bad. Bcos of this guy swiggy will be losing 10 of his customers in my friends nd family circle. He was beside my building and called me and said he cant find my building i told him i can see u come to the gate
    He said i wont be coming get down and take the order rudely i asked whats wrong with u why are u so rude he says i[censored] want get down and take it else i will leave. I told him to go away and called customer service. Customer service guy in conference call told him to deliver he said i wont go customer is rude. And he started making up things.

      I have ordered a pizza from wadhwa bakery lucknow. It was semi cooked and was stale according to me. The bakery did not mentioned the size of the pizza and when it arrived it was more a sort of mini pizza at the cost of a medium sized pizza. I would like you to instruct the restrautents afflicated to you to check there menu and try to mention specified portion of food because i do feel cheated when i order something and it is not upto the mark or inappropriate. I would like to reorder or i want my money to be refunded.

        I have placed my order at 3:37 Pm and its been more than 1 hour I have been waiting for my food. I tried to contact swiggy delivery executive to enquire about my order he didn't answered my call. I raised request with swiggy customer care and got to know that restaurant is closed.

        I'm still confused waht swiggy team, delivery executive and restaurant was doing for 1hour when restaurant was closed and if restaurant was closed who confirmed my order and why delivery executive was assigned.

        Swiggy customer care is so rude that they don't even try to understand their customer's problems. Arun kumar hyderabad division was so pathetic person and he was acting team lead over there. Don't know how swiggy recruit employees.

          First Order placed via swiggy app on 28 dec 2018, got quick delivery of order with missing quantity / no of items. Reached out multiple customer care executives to highlight issue and requested for refund / compensation but they were adamant that their system doesnt allow refund.

          Worst experience with food e-tailer which is not able to correct their mistake and compensate customer giving excuses.

          i had paid online for my order and i expect Swiggy to re-fund my order amount or deliver new order with correct items / quantity.

              Respected sir,
              Myself siddhant sushil more, working in your company as de since 1 month at chawpatty location. There was a problem regarding an order from baskin robins ([protected]). While executing the problem with call centre de assistance everything seems fine and ethical but after some days the amount of ₹1282 has been deducted from my payout as pocketing cash and now i am in a severe lack of cash, the company should have been deducted for only one item that is ₹489 and the rest of the amount must be credited to my payout. I am suffering through this problem for 2 weeks and there is no reverted response from our company.
              Therefore i need make extra effort to get back my hard earned money. Since there is no help from anyone from our company.
              I request you to help me out with the problem.
              Hence i would be taking further legal advice and action against the company.

                I had ordered food which the delivery boy delivered me after one hour and he comes with wrong item and then he goes back to restaurant and bring food which i see items are missing from it and i had called swiggy customer care and they said they can't give me refund of it.

                First - the delivery boy is very late
                Second - he brings wrong item
                Third - then he brings item which is missing

                  Hi app has option called as current location but never works proper, so manty times it is taking wrong location by this company is making cash out of it from customers by charging cancelation charges.

                  They want to make cash out of there software issues from customers. For refund they are taking more than 3 to 4 working days, if there is any issues in refund process they are not ready to access.

                    I placed an order in swiggy #[protected] at 11pm (27/12/2018). The app suddenly showed status : delivered but food has not actually delivered.

                    When i tried to call delivery executive, his phone is not reachable. I contacted swiggy help centre and even they cant reach his mobile.

                    The food was for my daughter (3 yrs old) as she did not eat any thing that night.

                    I felt swiggy is very irresponsible in hiring their delivery executives who mark the food as delivered and turn off their phones. The reply from customer care that even they are not getting a response is not fair.

                    I was out in very chill windy night to get some food instantly as another order would definitely take 1hr more.

                    This kind of maintenance and behaviour is unacceptable in food services

                      I would like to compain swiggy advertisement in tv wherein they are showing indian mothers as lazy to cook food for their family.in fact as per our custom mother has never denied cooking food for her family, please stop such advertisement which is creating bad image of ladies, indian women, and mothers. Hope concerned authorities will take action.
                      Swiggy advertisement also provoke children to eat swiggy food so as not to bother mothers with cooking, this is not correct, the whole essence of mothers love and care by cooking herself is demoralized by such advertisement.

                        The delivery man, after collecting the items ordered, was at the same location for about 10-15 minutes as per the tracker map.

                        When asked over phone, he replied that he will be reaching in 2 minutes. However, he was still 2 kms away from my place and the eta was changing from 7-9 minutes

                        After 10 minutes, the location had not changed a bit.

                        Calling again for the second time, he replies it will take another 5 minutes as he is stuck in traffic jam.

                        Within 5 minutes of this call, i receive a message that the order has been cancelled. The order was on cod. Cancellation charge of rs 75/- has been raised chargeable on next order.

                        The swiggy chat support people say that as the delivery boy reached my location and did not find me, the order got cancelled. They are refusing to reverse the cancellation charges.

                        Can this cheating by swiggy delivery team be checked and stopped?

                        To add to the fun, a separate order from another neighboring hotel around the same time, got delivered without any problem.

                          Yesterday I ordered a chicken biriyani from swiggy and while I was about to eat I found that it was a rotten meat and moreover it seems like a dog meat. Really scared on it. What if my son would ate??
                          I can't even able to call the swiggy and complain about it . They don't have even a proper contact number. So I chatted with swiggy and they are very careless and they didn't bother about it at all . They said I'll get a email regarding escalation team but I didn't get any mail like that and they didn't even refund my money...

                            My order was cancelled without my notice reason from delivery boy unable to reach my mobile. And a cancellation fee of 75 was charged. I have not received any call from delivery boy and received a message from swiggy informing delivery boy unable to reach my number immediately i called delivery boy confirmed he will deliver the food immediately after the call received a message order canceled and 75 is charged. Firstly without my confirmation order should not be canceled if i can receive a messga from swiggy i believe they can inform the same wia message than cancelling my order.

                              We had ordered from our gurgaon address and by default your noida address was entered which was unseen. So its not our fault. Also note this noida address is comming in all systems i have particularly checked in 4-5 computers in your website.
                              I have been chanrged 75rs cancellation charge.
                              I want my food to be delivered at my correct address which was also mentioned there.
                              Please arrange so that i dont have to pay the additional 75rs cancellation charge because of swiggy's website problem.

                                Team sitting at Chandigarh is just non cooperative and pathetic. You people change CRM very early without even informing brand. Menu update take ages. Ms. Suchi goes on leave, dont even pick up the call for any complaint. She cant help in menu update on my portal moreover said if I do approval will come in week or 10 days from Bangalore. Is this the way people deal in professional set up. I don't think so .. .. Rest of other portals update menu in just few minutes, however with you this was a major issue with swiggy. People dont even give the numebrs of sales head etc.. I dont know y .. .Kindly take care. Till that my services will not be active.

                                Order shawarma from shawarma house pcmc and got it delivered like maslasa and and roti separately. Felt like I was eating roti and sabji. Cold drink and sum blank blank dirt in it.

                                  19th dec i ordered a chicken wrap from fassos of rs. 306 but that order was cancelled by your supporter at the time of 7.45 he said like the money will be refunded within 2-3 days, but that was not done., and again enquired the supporter by chat more than 3 members continuously extending their time limit with their own wish. And finally, a-praveen said it will take 5-7 days for the refund. So according to your terms and condition, the 5-7 business days will be completed by yesterday, i conveyed with heena one of the swiggy family member said like by tomorrow the amount will be credited to your account if it is not done by our side we will give you compensation. Today till now i didn't get my money yet. I can't understand what you are doing without solving the customer query. Unnecessary time waste and unwanted tension while talking with your customer supporter., no one is responding correctly and solving the issue. They are just wasting the time of the customer while texting.

                                  Till now I didn't get my money yet due to the carelessness of swiggy workers.
                                  I ordered food before an hour and the status showed me delivered but no food came to my way. So poor service.

                                  When i asked they said that we will refund you. But those guys do not understand that money cannot replace the hungriness.

                                  The idiotic delivery boy does not even care to pick my phone.

                                    My name is Arpit Srivastava . I ordered A thali of Worth Rs. 108 from RS Bhojnalaya kanpur through swiggy .Order No: #[protected] . Order date : 24 december;2018 .I paid the amount by applying the amazon pay cashback offer in which I should receive Rs. 100 cashback . There was not mentioned anywhere that I should pay using amazon pay balance only so I did it using phone pe . I didn't recieved any cashback and when I contacted there customer support they told me the coupon was not applied by them . So I want my cashback as they say that its my fault but I want to ask if paying through phone pe was not covered in the offer then why was there an option for that . and if only phone pe is the problem then I should have received 40% Discount for using phone pe which was also not given .Even the food was not good but the rating the bojanalaya is 4.1 .
                                    What fraud are swiggy running . They gain trust by providing them 50% discount and lure them to do this to there customers . I ask for my cashback then I am done using this app .

Their executive picked up the order at 12.38 p m from the restaurant, but failed to deliver - till the time of writing this - 3.50 p. m. Please set right your systems besides refunding the amount of Rs.401 without any penalty.

                                      Hi.. I have ordered today on swiggy with cod. My item got delivered delayed and i have paid the cash for it also.. Delivery person who came said that there is been server problem so only item got delayed delivery.
                                      Delivery person cancelled the order through my mobile saying that he won't get other order has there been server problem.
                                      Now the cod was disabled saying that i have cancelled my order..
                                      It's the delivery person who cancelled the order, i have paid for that order.
                                      I wanna take severe action on the delivery person. He thinks that he is clever person. He delivered the order 1hour 30 min delay.. Inorder to avoid issues at his side.. He tricked me saying there is been server problem.
