Items were differently delivered...i didnt get what i ordered...and i didnt get my money refund..or they didnt compemsate me too...instead trying to give copuns..it doesnt worth my money...i nedd my refunded or they have to compensate me in proper manner ..i m not at satisfied with swiggy teams interaction..even they can can understan my situation personally..but cant help it themself from given instructions...make customer happy ..and earn customer satisfaction..

    I had ordered Mutton Briyani from RR Salem today afternoon at 2pm Via Swiggy. The delivery Address is Koyambedu which is an office address. The delivery boy called and told that he had reached the destination. I told to come to reception which was 1minute walkable distance from gate. He told that watchman is not allowing inside and also added that you itself come and collect your order near gate. Then I walked out and asked watchman about the Incident. He told that he is not wearing the Swiggy T Shirt and also he is wearing half pant, how could I know he is an delivery boy. And then there are two boys standing outside, I itself can't Identify that he is an delivery boy. I asked him Swiggy? then he replied Yes, I am. I asked him about his T- Shirt, he replied me rudely. The bill amount is 199Rs I gave him 500Rs. He replied me "no change". And then he picked me to the nearby shop with his scooter to give me a change. I'm really dissappointed with this incident. With the stuffs filled inside my office I need to go with him and collect the change with his rude behaviour??

      I had booked an order [protected] for delivery of moolchand parathas on 20.1.2019 at 8.00 pm. The order stated 30 min or free. However, despite lapse of 50 min, no order was received. When the delivery agent was contacted he said he had gone to deliver some other delivery. And after this conversation was over, i received a message that the order was cancelled. Though, an advance payment was made by me through paytm, the order was cancelled by swiggy agent while we were waiting for the food to arrive. This is a highly irresponsible attitude on behalf of the agent and it is the first time we had faced such a problem with swiggy. No food was delivered, though payment was made in advance. And the refund for non-delivered item has also not been received as yet.

        I ordered food from sqiggy today order no [protected]. The order says that i will receive aloo bhujiya free however didn't received any such thing. Also, the package containing paneer and cabbage was torn since it was wet.

        When i contacted their support team they were not helpful even after acknowledging the fault and offered rs 25 coupon as a xonoansationto resolve the matter. I need complete refund or redeliver the order with correct products.

        I will have to take it further to higher authorities if doesn't get resolved here.

          I had ordered food from rr nagar indhraprasta rr nagar bangalore and there were ants in the food and wen i called customer care they did not respond properly.
          The swiggy customer care person was about to give me 30 rs back but i did not accept bcoz i had paid 160 and i wanted a refund or replacement of food. But anyways indhraprasta of rr nagar bangalore is not a gud hotel

          Today one of your delivery executive refused to deliver food at my home address. He was talking very rudely and his behaviour was highly inappropriate. I expect you guys to take action against this person and also I will be keeping a track of it. I am sharing his name as well as his phone number in the attachment
          They say New user get coupon code ORDER50 for first 5 orders, but they cheat by giving only once. When asked they are thinking we are foolish and don't understand English properly

            I had two addresses stored in my swiggy, one home ad another office.

            From last 2 orders we are facing the address issue. You can track the orders places with contact no [protected] or mail id [protected]@gmail.com.

            The issue is even though I have placed the delivery address as home and the same is printed on the receipt or the order tracking screen, but the map location was that of office.

            With my first order, I wasn't aware of this issue. So we contacted customer care and the delivery boy. Customer care person understood the issue and got it delivered at the right address. We asked him to get this issue reported to the technical team, which he said he will do so. Today we ordered again, thinking that the issue might be resolved after a month. But it was the same. This time we checked immediately abd called customer care. But the customer care person was not ready to listen, instead blaming us to switch off the location and order, which makes no sense!!
            After trying multiple times to explain the issue, we gave up and called the delivery boy. He delivered the food.

            Now with this kind of issue, I myself will prefer not to order using swiggy, nor will recommend others to do so. Neither the issue is getting resolved even after pin pointing the issue which technical team must have done, nor the customer care is supportive to listen the issue.

            Just an advice, resolve this address issue asap, else people can't keep on following up to get the food delivered at the right address.

              I ve been working in swiggy in chennai, ambattur zone as delivery executive, i ve taken leave for pongal and suspended for taking leave on pongal, as a tamilian we celebrate only main festival pongal in tamil nadu for that reason a tamilian got suspended.. Great... My fleet manager suresh kumar - annanagar hub behaved very roud and asking me several questions for taking leave on pongal,.. After all my explanations still, he refused to release my suspension... I decided to leave the job and inform the same to all... Suresh kumar is behaving very roud to all executives for silly reasons.. He thinks himself as owner of the swiggy company and spoil the company name.. Many executives left the job because of him only.. So company should take action against him at the earliest.. Otherwise everyone will leave the company soon...

                Ok so i have a swiggy account and super member too! I regularly order food for my sister who's residing in another city, so she's too logged into my account but today she wanted to create an account for herself in swiggy., now the problem is swiggy didn't create a new account but for worse it fused her numbe with my account!! Now, if i try to login with my number it shows already used number 6 months ago!! So where's m account now??!! Gone with wind??

                  Hi, my latest experience with swiggy:
                  1. Ordered food.
                  2. Got order revised.
                  3. Three different executives assigned and no delivery after 60 min (Musical chairs with my order!)
                  4. An apologetic customer care chat with copy paste of emphatic lines.
                  5. A 5 min delivery assurance.
                  6. Order unilaterally cancelled by swiggy after 10 mins!

                        We have ordered 3 belgian waffles in that 2 are chocolate overload waffles and the other one is honey butter waffle and we did not get the honey butter waffle correctly without proper addons they simply gave us breads if you will not take the action we will file a complaint against you in consumer court i don’t have the picture of the food i want the solution for this with in one week

                          Today we ordered two chicken zinger burger and one french fries from burget spot, kochi. But when delivered, french fries was missing. Upon complaining, i was offered a replacement or 25 rs coupon (I am wondering why 25, when the ordered item cost 85+packing/delivery charges). This is happening to me second time as i had same issue with an order with amul ice cream.

                            Delivery boy mahendra suresh dolhare was so rude & not able to read the address which was provided correctly. He was not ready to come at address & spoke in a very bad language. This is the quality swiggy is recruiting as an executive?? They are in to service industry & they don’t know how to behave with customer & even not able to ready the address from the app.
                            Unsatisfied & last order from swiggy...
                            Charge more but recruit quality. Ur delivery boy are the face of the company.

                              Hello:

                              This is in reference with order #[protected] on 16/1/2019. Order delivered by faiyaz wahid shaikh payment of which was done via net banking. I presume he is your employee? This person took cash money as well while delivering the parcel.
                              When i contacted the support center (I_hussain) for reason and resolution, he firstly asked me to contact delivery guy. I would like to know why i should contact the delivery guy; aint the support center responsibility?
                              Afterwards gave some false answers as well without giving trying.
                              Although s/he mentioned that repayment to bank will be done, i asked for a reason why the delivery person took money for which he gave me some absurd responses later on.
                              This is not the first time i had issues. Although i have adjusted (As mistakes happen), i feel incredibly baffled by the way things was handled this time with minimalistic response. As a user/customer, i have all rights to know why it happened. Additionally, s/he closed the chat without my approval. Is this called customer delight?
                              I have attached screenshots of the conversation and require action towards it.

                                I have ordered shavarma from swiggy. After some time i got an update that my food is on the way. But soon i got a call from the delivery boy saying he is at my door step and to confirm that i got the food so he will get next order. But really i didn't got the item. He never called me back since i confirmed the order i was not able to make a call to him. His name is sidique nizam from ernakulam. I want to take necessary action against him and i want my money back (Rs.160). This is seriously cheating and this kind of people is not good for you guys. Next time also he will repeat the same mistake. So please take necessary action against him.

                                  Hi, i ordered breakfast at 8.10 am today and received a call from swiggy that a part order was unavailable and they told me to select other options from the list. Which i did and order was executed. However, there was a decrease in amount and the agent informed that the difference will be refunded. Firstly, the order items were missing and there was a plastic rope piece in the item. I raised a request with the chat team and they informed that they cannot refund and can give me a replacement. The order was delivered to me at 9 am and after chatting with them for 45 minutes. They say they will replace the item. Meaning that i need to wait for another 45 minutes to wait for the order then eat my breakfast. Not sure if they have any time sense or not. When i asked to talk to a manager, they bluntly say that they are the last point of contact and there is no manager which is again a biggest lie on swiggy. You are running a customer service without any manager for the agents. I am not worried about the refund from swiggy but atleast feel sorry for the unhygenic food that you are delivering.

                                  Make sure not to install this App and tell others the same as well.

                                      The manager of here is not exactly right, every rider kills the stomach and you It is the place where we are able to make a location where the location or location of the train is done or the office has been opened, it is time to do the duty.
