    Today i have ordered food from Swiggy and i have got the food after one and a half hours ( which was Promised to deliver in 32 mins) with House fly in it.

    WHen i called swiggy regarding the delay in delivery the solution they have is to cancel the order.

    When i asked about the house fly they don't have any response.

    What i am i supposed to do? who will bear the consequence? who is liable for the quality of the food ?

      I am a super swiggy customer. They did not deliver food since google apparently showed a little farther pin. The 1st exceutive said that it is in 600 m radius while another executive said that it is more 4 kms.
      After 45 mins of calling, they did not deliver my order.

      The delivery executive was saying that 'we're not paid' to deliver etc etc.
      Without any apologies or an regret, they decide to just not deliver the food.

      Where are customer service gone? Their website states that 'customer comes first'! Joke!

      The delivery executive even refused to ask someone the address on the road!

      This is nothing. Earlier from swiggy i got non-veg food instead of veg & yet they were zero apologetic.

      Highly unprofessional.

        Order # [protected] was placed on 20th Dec @4:00pm with the restaurant corner house marked as 30 min or free. The delivery was made to me by 4:36pm and when I called up the customer care and they said that this service is only available for "Assured Customer". I asked him what do u mean by that which he was not able to explain me. Then i asked him is it mentioned anywhere in the App and answer to it was "NO".

        Now i do not understand why swiggy give a service when its not available. Its a CHEAT and i would not TRUST them on any kind of service.

          I place cake order from jay ambe bakery at 1.30 they took my details and deducted amount at 3 pm i called deleivery boy he himself cancelled my order without any notifiction as amount was credited in tgere account after that tge boy stop replying my call and when i calked customer support tgey did the same thing and in chat they people pass on the same auto genrated msg nd cclose the issue without concern # service

            This was my very first time ordering food online via swiggy. I am being cheated. I didn't get what i paid for.

            Order #[protected], placed on dec 19 2018 for 2 thalis from khurana kitchens (Sadar bazar wale), club road punjabi bagh, delhi.

            1 (Special thali):2 stuffed aloo paneer naan + shahi paneer + choice of dal makhani or chole + raita + salad + pickle. (Instead of stuffed aloo paneer naans, i got maida parantha)

            1 deluxe thali: 2 stuffed aloo paneer naan + shahi paneer + dal makhani + rajma + rice + raita + salad + pickle. (Instead of stuffed aloo paneer naans, i got maida parantha: no rice, no rajma)

            Those guys cheated on me. I don't want my refund but i want strict action for these kind of vendors who are violating the rules for online business

            This is not the matter of just couple of rupees, its the matter o[censored]nethical business practices. They should be punished

            I have placed order on 10.11.2018 order no [protected]. payment made thru card. item not delivered and confirmation given that it has been delivered. till date refund is also not given. twice swiggy officials called and refund is processed. even after a month I am still looking for refund.

              I am sorry to say this, swiggy is cheating the customers by cancelling the orders with applying cancellation charges up to 80% without proper reasons. I had ordered food which worth is RS 200 . After they accept my order the delivery boy inform me that he can't deliver to my location and requested me please cancel the order and also he make sure no cancellation charges applicable to it. Later in hub call they only cancel my order with the reason incorrect address. For that they charge Rs 183 which is 80% of my order. But actually the cancellation charges is maximum 50% of the order. After that when I contact customer care they are saying we are helpless and not responding So kindly take it is an priority issue and help me in this.

              Even dellivary boy requested me to cancel my order that cancellation charges also I have to pay which is around 80% cost of my order. I think this is not fare.

              This is absolutely cheating of customer.

              I placed this order, didnot receive the order for 1.5 hours, contacted swiggy customer care, the response i got was "we are cancelling the order".

              There has been no update regarding the order from Swiggy. This is really disappointing for the customer.

              SWIGGY - I am a highly dissatisfied SWIGGY CUSTOMER.

                no bill from swiggy

                Swiggy delivery guys don't care to take the bill from the restaurant and then they complain saying "restaurant didn't give us the bill" and ask to pay the amount without any invoice.
                Apparently, they do produce an online bill via mail which includes gst on top of the gst the restaurant charges

                Without actual invoice from the restaurant they want to evade taxes and also promote tax theft by not asking for a bill to the...

                I got a call from the number[protected] at 21:49. It was a blank call. After hanging up I got an immediate text on whatsapp from the same number saying hyy. After me asking the person about his identity he claimed to be a delivery boy. I told him that I haven't ordered anything on which he started talking weirdly. When I told him that I wish not to be contacted in the future and that I will lodge an official complaint against him he sent two emojis. I'm trying to retrieve the chats as the chats disappeared when I blocked and reported his number on whatsapp. But I have enclosed a picture of my call log which contains the first call made by him.
                Please ensure that strict action is taken because we would not feel safe ordering from any app if such things happen.

                  This is ramarao. From vizag. Today i ordered a alu porata restaurant in pendurthi. Name is grand chef. They are sending me one porata. But i was ordered two porata. I call them. But they are answerd. But they are send only one porata. Actually one order is two porata. So please don't do again this. This is not correct. My family was not happy about this. Please don't repeat again.

                    My orders are being cancelled without my consent ..Have palced 4 orders till time and outcome remains the same.

                    Upon reaching CS, agent's started blame game claiming that i have cancelled it by own.

                    If that was the case why would i seek an assistance ??? how will i receive an automated message froM TX-Swiggy stating" your order has been cancelled items not availbale at the restaurant".

                    Yesterday i was charged for Rs.149/- & i was asked to wait for 7 working days to get the refund...

                    What kind of service are you guys providing to cx's???

                    When particular items are not available why are they listed in the app ???

                      I have ordered 3 items 1- jeera rice, 2- dum aloo, 3- shahi panner. All food are tasteless but shahi panner was pathetic like #. It was like paneed malai. I paid 319 rs with discounted price as it was my first order and this would be my first and last mistake of choosing swiggy. Very disappointed.
                      It was ordered from walk and woods restaurant in dehradun by swiggy they took one hour to drop the food and it's okay but food was tasteless moreover shahi panner was #... I am asking swiggy to refund money only for shahi paneer as it's in garbage now so don't wanna waste my money but swiggy is not refunding. I am not asking swiggy to pay full amount as we ate jeera rice and dum aloo somehow but garbage the shahi # paneer so want refund for the same.

                          On[protected] my order (Order No: #[protected]) of amount Rs.212 was cancelled from swiggy's end and I was told that i will receive a refund. They initiated a refund but it failed. From then onwards every time I tell them about this issue the only reply I get is that refund has been initiated. Its been 47 days now and I haven't received my refund yet.

                            Hello,

                            When i try to use swiggy first time, it asked for email id and phone number. After entering them, i am surprised to see the message that its already used. After contacting the support, it says its linked to some different mobile number which i am not even aware of.

                            However customer care is unable to resolve this issue and asking me to create another email id and use it for just swiggy account. Basically this is a flaw in their registration software where they do not do the verification of email id on whether it belongs to specific person or not (They can just just verification link with validity period to the provided email id).

                            On top of that they say that they do not have a way to register or change this also.

                            As a customer, i do not want to keep on creating email ids just to register for swiggy and i am deprived of such service and swiggy is not ready to fix this registration issue from their side which is a pity.

                            Stale food got delivered. When contacted on chat, I was asked to take Rs 75 or leave it.
                            Point is not about your margin money getting passed onto customer. You have to understand human aspect. At 10pm if we get stale food, what do we do after that?

                              I ordered food twice on 17.12.2018 through online app of swiggy. Against my first order, confirmation of order have been received to me and my money have been deducted, then after few moment i received a message from company that some person from the swiggy reached to pick my food from restaurant and same will delvered to me in a while, thenafter i received a call from swiggy exe cutive stating my order will not be delivered as restaurant persons are not responding, they wont even ready to instant my money, only assured that my money will be refunded in 24 hour. On my several requested they promised they will addon swiggy money in my account, but same has not happened, till now neither i received my refund nor any swiggy money in my reapective account. Thenafter i received a message from swiggy stating that my order have been delivered.

                                  I order food from naivedyam restaurant at 8:47pm and i didn’t get the food till 10:20.
                                  The delivery executive was not answering the phone. Very bad delivery. What kind of services are you providing to us? If we can’t get the food on time? People at my place slept empty stomach. We rely on swiggy for food. If we don’t get the food what is the point of having this app

                                  We ordered a Fish Fry on 7th December which was delivered to us in a very stale condition. It was smelling so bad too. When reported to swiggy, they are offering me a refund of 50 Rs when they charged me Rs 170 for the fish while placing the order. This is not acceptable.

                                    I had placed an order for donuts today which showed that they were delivered but my order had not reached me. I contacted the delivery executive : jitender singh and he lied that he had delivered it. I told him that i was at home and did not receive the order to which he started talking rudely and kept on cutting the call. He was extremely rude to me and my mother. I even checked with my colony guard and he informed that no delivery guy had entered the premises. I even checked the records at the gate which proves that mr. Jitender singh was lying. When i asked him to locate my order and bring it to me he asked me to go look for it myself. I went on swiggy's complaint (Chat) section where i informed them that i had not received my order but it shows delivered and i got in touch with this swiggy executive: c_samyuktha and explained the whole situation. He/she was so lethargic in replying to me and informing me about the proceedings. At the end, he/she sent me a message saying "we have talked to the delivery executive and he says he has delivered the order, kindly recheck at your end" and marked the issue as resolved without my consent. The issue had clearly not been resolved because i had clearly said that my order had not reached me. This is a really pathetic and inconsiderate behavior. I was a regular user of swiggy and i am now really reconsidering my decision after this upsetting incident.

                                      I placed my order around 3:15pm. Gps location showed wrong address. I changed it to my correct address. Only then i placed my order. The delivery person called me at 4pm and informed me that he has arrived. He argued with me that he has arrived at the gps location. I informed him politely that i have changed the address before my order and he was at the wrong location and asked him to deliver it to me. I was even ready to pick my order while he is on the way to my address. But he was still reluctant to deliver it to me and told me to cancell my order. I had a chat with swiggy team. Then i was informed that my order was cancelled. I was charged rs. 75 for the cancelation. But i wasn't the one who wanted to cancell my order but the delivery person. But i was the one to pay price for the cancellation and not the delivery person. How fair is this? Why should i pay if that wasn't my mistake?
