Hi,
With a very frustrated mind because of your services, I am writing this email to you guys. I placed an order from Nandhana Palace as it assured me 30 Minutes or free.
After checking this I placed an order at 1:28 PM from JP nagar branch expecting it to be delivered by 2 PM. Then when I did not get the delivery of food by 2 PM I started a swiggy chat asking for my refund, the Executive bluntly closed the chat saying once the food is delivered after that we can initiate a refund.
Then i called the delivery executive he was so arrogant with me he said that I don't know anything you talk to the swiggy chat people.
Then i called swiggy where a customer executive picked up my call and was arguing with me that this is not a swiggy assured order. Please check the call recordings, this executive was rude to me and he didn't even bother to understand my query. I requested him to forward my call to the manager, then he argued with me in regards to the same, and when finally he agreed he put my call on hold and after 5 minutes he disconnected the call i want to raise a complaint against this behaviour also i request you to check the call records. Is this how customers are treated at swiggy? I am a regular customer and i am Highly disappointed today.
Then, the delivery guy delivered the order and i did not even get a call from him, after that i called the swiggy people again and that person requested me to send an email and then i ll get my refund. Is there an application error or what is it?
Is this the way a client is treated at swiggy and ignored?
I had maintained that customer loyalty to you guys and this is what i get in return that you won't get any refund or me being humiliated by so many of your executives??
I want the refund for this order as this is highly unacceptable and none of the executives has solved my query.
