I order food from naivedyam restaurant at 8:47pm and i didn’t get the food till 10:20.
The delivery executive was not answering the phone. Very bad delivery. What kind of services are you providing to us? If we can’t get the food on time? People at my place slept empty stomach. We rely on swiggy for food. If we don’t get the food what is the point of having this app

We ordered a Fish Fry on 7th December which was delivered to us in a very stale condition. It was smelling so bad too. When reported to swiggy, they are offering me a refund of 50 Rs when they charged me Rs 170 for the fish while placing the order. This is not acceptable.

    I had placed an order for donuts today which showed that they were delivered but my order had not reached me. I contacted the delivery executive : jitender singh and he lied that he had delivered it. I told him that i was at home and did not receive the order to which he started talking rudely and kept on cutting the call. He was extremely rude to me and my mother. I even checked with my colony guard and he informed that no delivery guy had entered the premises. I even checked the records at the gate which proves that mr. Jitender singh was lying. When i asked him to locate my order and bring it to me he asked me to go look for it myself. I went on swiggy's complaint (Chat) section where i informed them that i had not received my order but it shows delivered and i got in touch with this swiggy executive: c_samyuktha and explained the whole situation. He/she was so lethargic in replying to me and informing me about the proceedings. At the end, he/she sent me a message saying "we have talked to the delivery executive and he says he has delivered the order, kindly recheck at your end" and marked the issue as resolved without my consent. The issue had clearly not been resolved because i had clearly said that my order had not reached me. This is a really pathetic and inconsiderate behavior. I was a regular user of swiggy and i am now really reconsidering my decision after this upsetting incident.

      I placed my order around 3:15pm. Gps location showed wrong address. I changed it to my correct address. Only then i placed my order. The delivery person called me at 4pm and informed me that he has arrived. He argued with me that he has arrived at the gps location. I informed him politely that i have changed the address before my order and he was at the wrong location and asked him to deliver it to me. I was even ready to pick my order while he is on the way to my address. But he was still reluctant to deliver it to me and told me to cancell my order. I had a chat with swiggy team. Then i was informed that my order was cancelled. I was charged rs. 75 for the cancelation. But i wasn't the one who wanted to cancell my order but the delivery person. But i was the one to pay price for the cancellation and not the delivery person. How fair is this? Why should i pay if that wasn't my mistake?

        I ordered food and got the food in 30 minutes. The product was prepaid and used coupon for first order.. But when i started eating it was cold preferably freezed or 2 days old.. I reported it customer executive and gave him all the information.. After chatting for minutes they said they will give feedback to the restaurant and i will receive nothing.

        Bad part is there is mistake from both restaurant and the customer service.. What to do now, very well frustrated.. Online food should be banned.. If they can't take any blame or solve my problem

          I ordered roasted chicken from restraunt named 'aslii zaika'. The packed condition of the above stated dish was pathetic. It was placed in a polybag wrapped in aluminium foil as if it was a #. Chicken was uncooked, stale, smelly and wasn't even warm. The quality of the mayonnaise provided along with it was even worse. Being a regular chicken eater, i doubt that it was not even chicken. It was some other sort of flesh which i am totally unaware of.

          The delivery boy wasn't wearing 'swiggy t-shirt' and didn't had a bag to carry order. He was carrying my order in his hands this whole time.

          To make sure that my arguments are taken seriously, i am attaching a few images of the above stated situation.

          I also want a refund for my order.
          I Ordered panner butter masala from (hotel name) HMR - Coimbatore .
          My swiggy order no -#[protected] and date is 31.10.19

          The food package was very worst and fully leakage. I want reorder without money or refund.
          Kindly take a note as serious issue.And give me the solution as soon as possible.

          I attached few images for your action.
          I order a pizza from oven story at first the pizza was soggy and a bit uncooked. Also the packaging was worse the entire pizza got stucked up the packaging box also the topping were weren't proper the pizza was unable to consume.Raised a complaint yesterday but no response from Swiggy team. Need a compensation or refund for my order

            I ordered kashmir chicken biriyani but in that order i received only biriyani rice, i didn't get chicken on the order.
            When i contacted swiggy chat support they are unable to respond to my query..

            Now i want to take this into further proceeding, i paid 170/-

            I asked them to collect the parcel which you have delivered, but even they are not agreed for that

            We gave a order, order ID no [protected], for which i got received a mail saying order is delivered. but I didn't receive any order. The pick up guy didn't call me. neither did swiggy gave any number to me so that i can take followup for my order.

            Swiggy doesn't provide any customer care nos, were i can contact.

              Very poor communication between swiggy customer care agent and delivery executive and restaurant. Unprofessional attitude. Leaving customers hungry making them wait for more than an hour and then cancelling the order. They don’t even tell the cause for cancelling orders. If there is any internal disputes between swiggy and restaurant they should not pull customers between. Very unprofessional.

                Today i bought chetinad chicken from thalapakkatti through swiggy. The chetinad chicken smells bad and not in good condition. So where is the mistake. The hotel only or both hotel and swiggy. Since swiggy is giving cash back offers whether they are doing this frauds along with the restaurant. Take the necessary action quickly.

                  I am writing with heavy heart that i am going to sleep without a food because of swiggy. I didn't get any call for the food i placed via swiggy through the registered mobile [protected]. The number of your delivery wasn't reachable from the time the order was confirmed. This is happening second time that i have to compromise without a food. Last time i had to call and place a new order at vertmy late in the night.

                  You guys are doing a pathetic job in managing your customer & vendors. Although i promised to not to trust you guys second time but somehow i trusted your brand and replaced the order again. My bad!

                  I am sleeping without a food when you all must have yours. Who is going to be blamed for that?

                  When you take the order it's your responsibility to deliver the food or at least inform the customer for any delay or non delivery of it. I am the one has been chasing and try to find out the problem. You guys didn't even bother. Why?

                  The order was placed successfully and even prepared and picked but didn't get delivered. Who has the food when it was picked from restaurant?

                  My first order was also painful and you guys have no right to cheater the customers like this. You are the customer servicing group which should serve the customer with almost liability otherwise you should drop the service of delivering the food at doorstep.

                  Please provide me a address to serve to you legal notice to meet in a court of law at india.

                  P. S: mr tejas satish and kalpana was helpful in dropping my blood pressure from your customer care..

                    The delivery boy had leaking dal and sabzi all over and it was quite dingy, not sure if it was eaten on the way, seemed so.
                    I asked him to take it back and replace with a fresh food.
                    I got a call immediately and he asked if replacement is ok with me, i agreed and he confirmed they would do so. But few minutes later i get a delivery confirmation message, though food was taken back. And then no response from customer service on multiple chats either, but just a random message, "stay connected, while i look into this" and no further responses at all even after following for half hour since then.
                    They are big cheats, action should be taken against them

                    Now even while chatting, they say they cancelled the order at 11:15 pm at night, when nothing else could be ordered. Moreover they charged for it still.

                    Use Swiggy and you stay hungry, stay foolish, stay cheated.

                    Further on support response they say they wont refund inspite that the food was not delivered. Dacoits, ban them at the earliest
                    The order no.[protected] and [protected] have not been placed any order but the amount is debited to swiggy. Till now the amount is not refunded in my account as order is placed on friday. It has been taken more than 2-4days.kindly refund my amount.
                    I have ordered Pizza for my client i have received pizza in very pathetic condition. Cheese was hard and even each piece of pizza was on each other. You people embarrassed us .

                      Today i placed an order @ 1 and my order was estimated to be delivered in 40 mins.
                      It was my lunch actually and the order took more than an hr to get delivered.
                      I called the delivery executive to know that the order is not with him but with his partner who delayed my delivery, my lunch came at 2 which was off my lunch time and so i was forced to not have my lunch today.. This was my first time to place an order with swiggy and do not reccomend to anybody in my circle. I will be posting a complaint against you guys at social platforms too so that people dont stay hungry expecting their deliveries to be made by swiggy on time.. Hopeless service.

                        I ordered list of items and some items are not available in the hotel. One swiggy employee called and told that item is not available and he told he would cancel the order, the amount would be refunded and told me to order again. So i said ok.
                        But cancellation amount rs 75 is subtracted from the refund amount.
                        Now what is my mistake in this order in swiggy. The item shows available so that i ordered, why cancellation amount for me.
                        It is not my mistake and swiggy is responsible for this. I want refund the full amount.
                        Simply zomato employee eats customer's food, but swiggy eats customer's money.

                          I purchased super membership worth rs.129 on 24 november 2018. The membership promises to deliver food on time and covers free delivery.

                          In past 10 orders, there has been instances where 2 times the food has been no delivered (15 nov & 13 dec). Also, 4 times the order has been delivered very late then the promised timelines.

                          In yesterday's order[protected], 1:11pm), i have rigorously followed for 1 hour but the responses were very standard and not upto the mark. The delivery executive was not reachable. Finally, they gave an option to cancel the order and decided to provide refund for the order.

                          For almost 2 hours, i was starving and continuously fighting with swiggy staff. It was really a mental stress and definitely harassment as i had to literally had to push them to respond to my queries appropriately. Moreover, post cancellation of order, they change the status to 'delivered' (2:59pm) on their own to which i raised an objection as no one called & delivery was not made. This is definitely a cheat.

                          Given the scenarios, where they have failed continuously to fulfill their promises for on-time delivery including free service, i was not able to take optimum advantage of my super membership for which swiggy has charged.

                          And since there has been continuous lapses and mental tortures every time, i decided to cancel my super membership & asked for refund to which they have outright denied.

                          As a consumer, we expect retailers to fulfill what they advertise and promise on their business sites & stores. But swiggy has continuously failed. Moreover, denying to refund post failure is definitely nothing less than a loot.

                          Attaching few images of order which shows i have purchased membership and orders cancelled from their end.

                          I request you to take strict actions against misleading advertisements, non-fulfilling the promises, and torturing the customers for their rightful claims.

                            Order id [protected].. Ordered food on 13th december night around 10.20pm, received incorrect food items and bad quality item, not able to eat the same. Contacted restaurant immediately, they didnt send fresh order, directly refused to send. Then started contacting swiggy, they didnt help at all, processed a coupon of some amount, as per refund policy if the order is not fulfilled then refund will be processed to the source, after so much harrasment not yet received refund, neither they released my current promo "order50" which has been used in this order.
                            They are clearly saying "they won't be able to give refund"

                              Iam bablu i ordered on 13th dec 2018 at 10pm and order got accepted asked me to wait till 10:45pm. I started messaging for my order to get delivered they responded saying order is ready executive will get assigned shortly. Waited till 11:10pm and messaged the chat support says picked my order he will come shortly. Now at 11:35pm they says restaurant closed at 10:30pm only so they automatically cancelled my order. Am i fool waiting since 1.5hour for my food stayed hunger. Swiggy day by day going bad sorry worst in service. Just fooling customer who trusted them. Booked order paying service charges instead of getting offers from many competitors in the market. If customer does the mistake they charge cancellation fee. If company does the mistake what does a customer should charge.

                                This is highly unprofessional nd unethical. I ordered malai chap on 13/12/2018 in the evening. And i received a non veg order which i don't even know about what was it. This is ridiculous that they're providing the worng food item to the client. This is a blunder mistake that i've seen till now. Cancellation nd refund is quite common but this is highly unacceptable. When j asked to cancel and refund they denied to refund it too.

                                  Orders food today in swiggy .the delivery agent spoke rudely .said I have pinned wrongly in map .I typed only the correct address and orders by COD . If tits showing wrongly for them I map he is blaming me .I spike to the customer service also she dint answer to my questions .connected the call to deli Very agent and she was silent. I complained his behaviour to me was bad .but she dint not take care of the issue. The delivery agent said he will only go by map will not check my address even if it is corrected. Please take necessary action against these guts speaking without descency to the customer .mind he is speaking to a lady .

                                    Description: i ordered the food on 30 or free offer on the above mentioned date. The food was late, i got a message saying "your money will be refunded". Its been 3 weeks, still i haven't got the refund. I even contacted the help menu to generate the refund, but the response are all not good. These are disloyal offering to the customer and i find it more irresponsible.

                                    Solution: refund has to be generated.

                                      I ordered food through swiggy from manipal express hotel, manipal, karnataka. I received chapati that had an offensive odour (Seems the hotel used the spoiled dough for making chapattis). I strongly recommend swiggy to look at the quality of food, a hotel is sending through swiggy. Your customers' health need to be your prime responsibility. Online ordering would not be preferred if we get to have spoiled food.

                                        Very upset with the unprofessional staff of swiggy. Wanted to do partnership with swiggy but the staff was very rude on call. Looks like they are too packed with the business that they are hunging up phone on the clients face.
