Hello I chatted regarding a stale n sour curd delivered to me by Swiggy, for a sweet curd that is mishti doing, n despite being the manufacture date of yesterday n it being edible n best for 3 days, it's stale, probably not kept at the correct temperature. Now I did complain regarding this as this was totally inedible, however, the Swiggy chat person told me that I she can just add my comment regarding this as a feedback, I ain't giving feedback which costs me 100 bucks and is sour to taste.
And she also tells me that she won't be able to do anything about it more as I have reached the maximum limit for refund, n this is only what she can do to help me here, n I would like to tell Swiggy and their teams, is that it is our hard earned money, n sometimes if the restaurant people screw up with chicken for paneer, and insect in food or cold or stale food, it is Swiggy who has to take the responsibility here as they are the agents involved between us and the restaurant and they can very well charge the restaurant for the same, as I have always provided enough evidence and the returned food items.
