We placed the order at 9.36 pm and received the food at 11.10 pm which is an hour and a half late.
Kheer was spilled all over the packet. When we asked the delivery guy he said this is how it has been packed.

It was such a dissapointment to recieve order so late with food spilled that we could not even consume.

Please refund back the money.

This has ruined our weekend.

    Pl refer to my order no. [protected] in which i ordered one chilly paneer pizza, 4 no of raj kachori & a special packing thali from bikanerwala, rdc gzbd which cost 559 after discount which were paid through card. When your delivery person (Mr deepak sisodia) reached restaurant to collect the order, he was told that the cost of pizza is rs 230 instead of rs120 and i will have to pay 110 more, to which i agreed. After that, when the order was delivered, i received only one raj kachori instead of four. Then, i contacted your delivery boy who told me to contact the restaurant. Then, i contacted the restaurant who then agreed to delivered the rest of the order through another delivery boy (No. [protected]). But, the whole experience of my first order with swiggy was very bad.

      Order no. [protected] dt.24 .10.2018 cost rs.676 . Delivered rotten/overcooked, stale food, had only oil for curry, even an animal couldn't eat such food, I immediately requested swiggy to take back food and check it's quality. They promised refund but nothing happened till date. On 17th Nov I again raised complaint but this time they even refused any refund or compensation. I even shAred pictures of food I received but all in vain . Not only I wasted my hard earned money but also lost trust n felt cheated.

        Hello I chatted regarding a stale n sour curd delivered to me by Swiggy, for a sweet curd that is mishti doing, n despite being the manufacture date of yesterday n it being edible n best for 3 days, it's stale, probably not kept at the correct temperature. Now I did complain regarding this as this was totally inedible, however, the Swiggy chat person told me that I she can just add my comment regarding this as a feedback, I ain't giving feedback which costs me 100 bucks and is sour to taste.
        And she also tells me that she won't be able to do anything about it more as I have reached the maximum limit for refund, n this is only what she can do to help me here, n I would like to tell Swiggy and their teams, is that it is our hard earned money, n sometimes if the restaurant people screw up with chicken for paneer, and insect in food or cold or stale food, it is Swiggy who has to take the responsibility here as they are the agents involved between us and the restaurant and they can very well charge the restaurant for the same, as I have always provided enough evidence and the returned food items.           I ordered Lebanese chicken pizza and garlic bread stick from Pizza hut. It was my first order at swiggy. Upen delivery I saw food was damaged and spilling as pizza box was squeezed and pizza was broken inside with topping sticking to corner of box. Garlic bread stick we're out of the packet lying on top of the pizza box. Very dissapointed with such service. I want full refund of RS 392 for this.

            Hi Swiggy,
            This is an official complaint Email from me that is your customer Ms Ritu Onkar from Nagpur Maharashtra India. Your food delivery partner Sunil Nawale at swiggy doesn't know how to reach the destination address where the food is to be delivered on his own . on Secondly when he is helped with finding the address from the customer /consumer herself here me by explaining the address to him thrice still he doesn't reach the destination address on time and keeps asking for the destination address again and again. Thirdly he lies that he has already reached the destination when in truth he is 500 m away from actual destination address that is my house address which I have perfectly updated in my swiggy app, common sense, it's my house so I know its address very well.Now this executive of yours is explaining me how my address is wrong and how the landmark I am explaining to him ( Swaraj Nagar/ Swaraj Colony's board made with cement from here he needs to enter the lane take first left and come straight till he sees only a compund with no construction on his right; the house next to this compund is mine viz 152 shashwat onkar nagar nagpur 440027) which is there in existence since 15 years, does not exist, according to him after explaining him the address and it's how-to-reach details for three times.When I connected with the executive of swiggy over the phone who is actually a customer care executive named Srilatha he started arguing with her as well. I have recorded all the three calls where I have explained him thrice how to reach to my destination.According to him, in his swiggy app, my house address is not showing correctly; so he means there is problem with the swiggy app.If this is accepted as truth from this guy named Sunil Nawale then also his lie is caught red handed because he doesn't have brains to reach to the destination after being explained the address thrice by the consumer/customer herself. He again argues with his own colleague of the company swiggy named Srilatha and tries to manipulate her that the address in the customers phone's swiggy app does not match with the address in his phone's swiggy app. Another lie from your executive, Swiggy.
            The truth is HE LIED IN THE FIRST CALL ITSELF saying to me that he had reached at the food delivery destination address where in the fact he was standing at a property brokers office named Dreamland property office which is almost 500 metres from my house location. Now the question is when the address of my house was correctly showing in this swiggy executives phone why did not he reach the destination with complete dutifullness and humbleness ON HIS OWN, LAZY EXECUTIVE, HE TRIED TO SAVE HIS PAIN OF FINDING ADDRESS ON HIS OWN AND THOUGHT LETS ASK CUSTOMER HERSELF SO HIS "EFFORTS" WILL BE SAVED- WHICH UNFORTUNATELY BACKFIRED ON HIM!!so, instead of calling me as in the customer Ritu Onkar 3 times unnecessarily wasting her time making her wait to eat food and bringing bad reputation to swiggy by doing such act.
            Swiggy you need to FIRE search LAZY and useless executives who don't respect time of themselves and their customers and who don't know how to use Google location system and how to reach destination address on their own where they need help like school children to do their own work. What are you paying them for, swiggy?
            Take this as a serious offence that this executive Mr Sunil Nawale has has serious behavioural attitude issues. He is not humble to accept that he is dumb and doesn't understand how to reach the location in spite of being explained that thrice;forget about finding the location using his own brain via using location system. Your telephonic executive miss Srilatha is a witness of this mannersless executive's approach towards work. Shame.

                I had raised an order with order id [protected] via swiggy which included dominos (1 medium extravaganza, 1 regular farmhouse, 1 stuffed garlic bread and 1 cheesy dip). Instead of this, i received 2 regular margherita pizzas. On complaining at the same moment i was promised full refund by dominos.
                Also, after calling multiple times to swiggy customer support, i was promised full refund till 21st nov. Now, dominos claims that refund is processed whereas swiggy is clueless.
                I need my full refund of rs.859.

                  I am thangaraj james. Today around 11.15 am, i was standing at chennai - t. Nagar north usman road, walkers crossing to cross the road. During that time one swiggy delivery man came in opposite direction in two wheeler and hit me and i fall down in the middle of the road. I got blood wound in my right hand and in my right foot. I asked that delivery man to come to the police station, but he begged me to excuse. So finally i left that man. Henceforth instruct your delivery boys to drive properly. I noticed several time, they are not obeying any traffic signals and usually driving in opposite direction. If you are not taken any steps within 2 days (By giving instructions to your delivery boys), definitely i will get & submit the cctv footage and make compliant to police station. Hope you take this issue seriously and act accordingly.

                    I ordered 4 packets of kulcha from puri baker's and 3 of the packets were of expired date... Can you please send someone to take that back and refund my money.. Only refund is enough to manage my pain in this regard. Totally unsatisfied and worried too. My all arrangement have gone waste.

                      I placed order on swiggy on 16 november 2018, money was debited rs 500 from my freecharge wallet but order was not placed
                      From 16 november 2018, i am complaining but still no refund has been processed till know, worst customer experience i have even seen.

                        I orderd the food at 8pm but the food was delivered at 10:04 pm. when i was ordering the food the time of delivery was around probably 40 minutes. but once the order was confirmed i got the text that my order will be delivered after 81 minutes which was again a huge time but even the eta was over and then i received the food and the food was not even hot i raised a complaint in the chat but the agent said that we don't have anything to do with this, and in future we will keep a eye.i asked him that please take this food back and refund my money. moreover, i requested him to connect me with his supervisor he straight way denied that and disconnected the chat. Later i called customer service a lady picked the call and said that will connect me to the supervisor but even waiting for 25 minutes no one came. is that we call customer service

                          2 days back i ve ordered food from swiggy, the order was for 2 items (Chicken bbq and chicken shwaa). But i got only one item (Chicken bbq) and the shwarma was missing. I am neither informed about the missing order or asked for a replacement. I tried calling but there was no response. Then i got through chat and placed a replacement, but i didn't get any choice or refund. Again i tried calling swiggy, one of their guy picked up after long time and he informed me that my replacement order has been placed. But i said that i didn't get any choice. So he cancelled the replacement order, but no refund has been provided.

                            order was leaked and swiggy is not accepting their fault to refund or replace order

                            This incident happened on 21st november 2018.
                            I placed a swiggy order (1st order for reference) from my cellphone but after making payment i got a message/popup on the swiggy mobile application saying "payment unsucessful, if amount already debited then money will be refunded in 2-3 days.

                            Due to this i placed the same order (2nd order for reference) from another swiggy account (Another mobile phone) and the order was delivered on time. (Same restaurant and same food dishes)

                            Now the 1st order was also delivered within a few minutes of the 2nd order. The delivery guy connected me to the call centre helpline as per their procedure as i refused the order. The call centre employee accepted that it was a technical mistake as the first order never got cancelled. The call centre employee also said that a refund of money will not be possible although it was their mistake. The call centre employee also refused to transfer the call to his senior and was rude enough to put the phone down and end the call.

                            The delivery guy got a message from the call centre as per their procedure saying,"please apologise to customer and deliver the order". (This shows it was a mistake).

                            I was forced to accept the order as i already paid for it through my card and was not sure of a refund. I would have been at a loss from both sides if i had not accepted the order. (Food and money both).

                            I have attached a screenshot of both the orders. There is hardly any time difference in between both the orders. Also both the orders are same and from the same restaurant.

                            I think now i will have to use food delivery applications other than swiggy due to the pathetic customer care response.

                            I am hoping i get my money refunded for the second order due to the company's mistake.

                              My refund is not paid even after 22 days of order cancellation since swiggy had technical issues on delivering the order. So swiggy only cancelled my order but they haven’t yet credited the refund post 22 days.
                              I’m tired of contacting the refund settling team at swiggy.. But to no avail. They are saying we are trying to solve the issue.
                              The way swiggy has acted on my refund case is very unprofessional, unethical and out of logic for me. My time and energy plus my mobile’s battery got wasted in a failed attempt to rightly get my refund.
                              Inspite of warning swiggy about me taking legal action if they cause any further delay in refund... Their attitude and response has not improved!

                                I have been trying time and again to reach and speak to yall about the fake note I have received for the order I placed 3days back. Nobody has reverted despite of me complaining to 3 different people of your team and they said they would get back.
                                Someone has finally asked me to approach you through mail. That also din't work out because the e-mail Id was invalid.
                                Please find attached the note handed over by the vallet and also the order history.
                                It was a dessert ordered from the restaurant 5spice...for which the sum amount was 293 rupees...I gave Manish (the vallet) a 500 rupee note and he handed over a fake note of Rs. 200 to me. Ever since I found out about it after a while that night I've been trying to approach swiggy but no one seems to entertain.
                                I work for a customer service company too. Im sure y'all know this is not how y'all you treat customers
                                Do what you can But please fix this for me.
                                This is very humiliating and disappointing for a customer who uses swiggy so often and trusts

                                  I m saranya ordered from hotel empire with order no. Its a cash on delivery on dated 21/11/2018 at 6.58pm. Later by 8 pm they called and said me that, due to some technical issues, order has been cancelled, and i replied them to take that order again, and deliver it as soon as possible and i won't payback for it.. They said ok for that, but till now 8.52pm i didn't get my order. I called them again and they said that the order has been cancelled again, and they said that they are sorry for that, and they will give 100 rs coupon. Its not the matter of money, it's the matter of food and time. As i m very hunger since evening, i m having giddiness now because of this. I ordered food but not delivered and cancelled. Restaurant shall be punished and customer shall be compensated.

                                    But the bill outside the box represent veg briyani. When I opened and started eating I seen bone pieces ...
                                    Swiggy played with my religion sentiments .I am pure Brahmin guy this is not done ..
                                    I want legal and heavier action and huge penalty against swiggy and this company must be close ...

                                      I'm recieving job sms about 3-4 times in a day which is irritating me unnecessarily. I've been requesting since about 15 days through contacts given in sms to actvate dnd for me. But nobody bother about the issue. One of guy named suryavanshi made funny statements on same. Kindly take quick actions against this issue or i've to opt for legal action against all this.
