I placed order on swiggy and i got the call showing saying that restaurant is no more operating and they cancelled the order. I went on and placed one more order and to my surprise i found my previous order which is cancelled showing delivered successfully even with delivery boy name. Below is the chat i had with swiggy customer care:

I am really sorry for the hassle sridhar but as i can see, the coupon of rs 725 has been given as a token of apology.
As a token of apology, we're processing a coupon refund725 worth of rs 725 flat off. The coupon can be applied only on one order and it is valid for ​90 days. It is applicable to all the orders except domino's and pop orders. You will find the coupon in the offer section of your app.
Then you should mention order not delivered why it shows order delivered

I just want to let you know how they are manipulating their mistakes
1. Showing restaurant which is closed
2. Canceling refund not done immediately
3. and showing cancelled order as successfully delivered for ther successful delivery statistics.
4. suprisingly they even shown delivery boy details for cancelled order.

and above that when I went to chat on old order string they chat about later order and close the chat stating complaint closed. I have to restart the chat again stating the order number.

This is total manipulation

    I want to bring to your notice that i order few food items yesterday around 1945 hrs from swiggy. Even after regular follow up with customer care and assurance from your customer service department, the food was not delivered at my residence. Finally the order was cancelled from swiggy team and left me shamefull for keeping my guest wait for the food.

    I m a regular customer of swiggy and this has happened 02nd time with me.

    This kind of action not only keep us empty but also feel shamefull in front of the guest.

      Hell experience. This was the first time i chose swiggy and my experience was worst. I ordered veg meal with chapati but got manchurian instead. My order no is [protected]. I called back delivery boy he said, he can't do anything as hotel gave him that food for that id. I hate manchurian. I threw that parcel into garbage box. Online food order sucks.😡
      Hotel name was : hotel on the way.
      And i am not going to order again 😡

        I had ordered food from swiggy, which was sent half eaten!!!, with wrong food items, basic food missing and cold food also, like it was given to some street begger!
        On seeing this horrible food condition i complained to the swiggy customer care and to my astonishment they ordered me to have the food again from the same place, which they would reorder from the same place again! Which served this contagious health alarming, unethical food service. A lady by the the name of pooja in the customer was forcing me to have the food reordered from the same place, on insisting to refund the money back she paid no listening and started misbehaving further saying we monitor the food while sending them i asked how come such food was delivered in the first place then!!!, then she constantly forced me to have the food from the same place again!

        Now instead of making up for their unethical food services, these people are harassing customers, when already a person who is waiting for the food gets eaten, frozen, wrong food items, and missing items in it!!! Gets more troubled by the customer care here at swiggy.

        Kindly put these people to task for their education and unethical services and well being of customers in delhi!!!

          This is regarding the order that i had placed on 16th nov through swiggy. The delivery boy did not deliver the order as the orders were mixed up by mcdonald's outlet. I have been calling customer care and the help chat in the app regarding the refund of rs 1000 but they have not credited still.

          It has been a frustrating experience so far with all customer care representatives who dont value customers time.

          We need to take strict legal action against companies like this as they dont value customers

            My name is Allan Joseph
            I ordered Lebanese chicken pizza and garlic bread stick from Pizza hut. It was my first order at swiggy. Upon delivery I saw food was damaged and spilling as pizza box was squeezed and pizza was broken inside with topping sticking to corner of box. Garlic bread stick we're out of the packet lying on top of the pizza box. Very dissapointed with such service. We are not dogs that u serve food like this. We pay you to serve us. Check this pls

            As my problem is not looked up to and solved despite repeated attempts on chat and call. Shared photos also in attachment. But to no heed. When I wrote complain here on consumer complaint website. I got call within minutes and they offered me a coupon of Rs 200. Initially I was not happy as I wanted refund as I could not trust swiggy food again as I already wasted RS 392. But as they pleaded and said pls accept coupon I agreed. But when I tried to apply coupon it is not working and I'm still being given bill of delivery and tax charge even if coupon is applied. Very dissapointed. I don't want any fake coupons from you swiggy.

              I was waiting for swiggy to come to my city. And then i was happy as swiggy was launched in bhopal. I had placed my very first order from pizza hut via swiggy in offer code. But i was sheer devastated by the experience. Here i share

                I happened to order food from mcdonald's today (24/11/2018). I found that the portion size in the coke they give is very less and it disappointed me since this is the 3rd time i got this kind of issue. This is absolute scamming by mcdonald's and i report this in swiggy forum as swiggy is collecting the food on behalf of the customer and should also behave as a customer. This is a complete case of customer and service negligence. For further notice i would like to say that i am not expecting any charity from mcdonald's. I am just asking for my right to be decently serviced for the payment. For further reference i am attaching a photograph of the "unopened" and "sealed" coke container from my today's order. Thank you and very disappointed.

                  I ordered my food and try to pay online, money gets deducted from my account but i get a callback that transaction failed. Any amount deducted will be refunded back.
                  I ordered again using cod.
                  Then i get another message saying we have refunded rs 719 for your failed payment. But i didn't get any money.
                  So i pay twice but didn't get refunded.
                  Complained them about this, they always say money get refunded within a week. Its more then a month now.

                    We placed the order at 9.36 pm and received the food at 11.10 pm which is an hour and a half late.
                    Kheer was spilled all over the packet. When we asked the delivery guy he said this is how it has been packed.

                    It was such a dissapointment to recieve order so late with food spilled that we could not even consume.

                    Please refund back the money.

                    This has ruined our weekend.

                      Pl refer to my order no. [protected] in which i ordered one chilly paneer pizza, 4 no of raj kachori & a special packing thali from bikanerwala, rdc gzbd which cost 559 after discount which were paid through card. When your delivery person (Mr deepak sisodia) reached restaurant to collect the order, he was told that the cost of pizza is rs 230 instead of rs120 and i will have to pay 110 more, to which i agreed. After that, when the order was delivered, i received only one raj kachori instead of four. Then, i contacted your delivery boy who told me to contact the restaurant. Then, i contacted the restaurant who then agreed to delivered the rest of the order through another delivery boy (No. [protected]). But, the whole experience of my first order with swiggy was very bad.

                        Order no. [protected] dt.24 .10.2018 cost rs.676 . Delivered rotten/overcooked, stale food, had only oil for curry, even an animal couldn't eat such food, I immediately requested swiggy to take back food and check it's quality. They promised refund but nothing happened till date. On 17th Nov I again raised complaint but this time they even refused any refund or compensation. I even shAred pictures of food I received but all in vain . Not only I wasted my hard earned money but also lost trust n felt cheated.

                          Hello I chatted regarding a stale n sour curd delivered to me by Swiggy, for a sweet curd that is mishti doing, n despite being the manufacture date of yesterday n it being edible n best for 3 days, it's stale, probably not kept at the correct temperature. Now I did complain regarding this as this was totally inedible, however, the Swiggy chat person told me that I she can just add my comment regarding this as a feedback, I ain't giving feedback which costs me 100 bucks and is sour to taste.
                          And she also tells me that she won't be able to do anything about it more as I have reached the maximum limit for refund, n this is only what she can do to help me here, n I would like to tell Swiggy and their teams, is that it is our hard earned money, n sometimes if the restaurant people screw up with chicken for paneer, and insect in food or cold or stale food, it is Swiggy who has to take the responsibility here as they are the agents involved between us and the restaurant and they can very well charge the restaurant for the same, as I have always provided enough evidence and the returned food items.                               This is an official complaint Email from me that is your customer Ms Ritu Onkar from Nagpur Maharashtra India. Your food delivery partner Sunil Nawale at swiggy doesn't know how to reach the destination address where the food is to be delivered on his own . on Secondly when he is helped with finding the address from the customer /consumer herself here me by explaining the address to him thrice still he doesn't reach the destination address on time and keeps asking for the destination address again and again. Thirdly he lies that he has already reached the destination when in truth he is 500 m away from actual destination address that is my house address which I have perfectly updated in my swiggy app, common sense, it's my house so I know its address very well.Now this executive of yours is explaining me how my address is wrong and how the landmark I am explaining to him ( Swaraj Nagar/ Swaraj Colony's board made with cement from here he needs to enter the lane take first left and come straight till he sees only a compund with no construction on his right; the house next to this compund is mine viz 152 shashwat onkar nagar nagpur 440027) which is there in existence since 15 years, does not exist, according to him after explaining him the address and it's how-to-reach details for three times.When I connected with the executive of swiggy over the phone who is actually a customer care executive named Srilatha he started arguing with her as well. I have recorded all the three calls where I have explained him thrice how to reach to my destination.According to him, in his swiggy app, my house address is not showing correctly; so he means there is problem with the swiggy app.If this is accepted as truth from this guy named Sunil Nawale then also his lie is caught red handed because he doesn't have brains to reach to the destination after being explained the address thrice by the consumer/customer herself. He again argues with his own colleague of the company swiggy named Srilatha and tries to manipulate her that the address in the customers phone's swiggy app does not match with the address in his phone's swiggy app. Another lie from your executive, Swiggy.
                              The truth is HE LIED IN THE FIRST CALL ITSELF saying to me that he had reached at the food delivery destination address where in the fact he was standing at a property brokers office named Dreamland property office which is almost 500 metres from my house location. Now the question is when the address of my house was correctly showing in this swiggy executives phone why did not he reach the destination with complete dutifullness and humbleness ON HIS OWN, LAZY EXECUTIVE, HE TRIED TO SAVE HIS PAIN OF FINDING ADDRESS ON HIS OWN AND THOUGHT LETS ASK CUSTOMER HERSELF SO HIS "EFFORTS" WILL BE SAVED- WHICH UNFORTUNATELY BACKFIRED ON HIM!!so, instead of calling me as in the customer Ritu Onkar 3 times unnecessarily wasting her time making her wait to eat food and bringing bad reputation to swiggy by doing such act.
                              Swiggy you need to FIRE search LAZY and useless executives who don't respect time of themselves and their customers and who don't know how to use Google location system and how to reach destination address on their own where they need help like school children to do their own work. What are you paying them for, swiggy?
                              Take this as a serious offence that this executive Mr Sunil Nawale has has serious behavioural attitude issues. He is not humble to accept that he is dumb and doesn't understand how to reach the location in spite of being explained that thrice;forget about finding the location using his own brain via using location system. Your telephonic executive miss Srilatha is a witness of this mannersless executive's approach towards work. Shame.

He again argues with his own colleague of the company swiggy named Srilatha and tries to manipulate her that the address in the customers phone's swiggy app does not match with the address in his phone's swiggy app. Another lie from your executive, Swiggy.
                                The truth is HE LIED IN THE FIRST CALL ITSELF saying to me that he had reached at the food delivery destination address where in the fact he was standing at a property brokers office named Dreamland property office which is almost 500 metres from my house location. Now the question is when the address of my house was correctly showing in this swiggy executives phone why did not he reach the destination with complete dutifullness and humbleness ON HIS OWN, LAZY EXECUTIVE, HE TRIED TO SAVE HIS PAIN OF FINDING ADDRESS ON HIS OWN AND THOUGHT LETS ASK CUSTOMER HERSELF SO HIS "EFFORTS" WILL BE SAVED- WHICH UNFORTUNATELY BACKFIRED ON HIM!!so, instead of calling me as in the customer Ritu Onkar 3 times unnecessarily wasting her time making her wait to eat food and bringing bad reputation to swiggy by doing such act.
                                Swiggy you need to FIRE search LAZY and useless executives who don't respect time of themselves and their customers and who don't know how to use Google location system and how to reach destination address on their own where they need help like school children to do their own work. What are you paying them for, swiggy?
                                Take this as a serious offence that this executive Mr Sunil Nawale has has serious behavioural attitude issues. He is not humble to accept that he is dumb and doesn't understand how to reach the location in spite of being explained that thrice;forget about finding the location using his own brain via using location system. Your telephonic executive miss Srilatha is a witness of this mannersless executive's approach towards work. Shame.

                                  I had raised an order with order id [protected] via swiggy which included dominos (1 medium extravaganza, 1 regular farmhouse, 1 stuffed garlic bread and 1 cheesy dip). Instead of this, i received 2 regular margherita pizzas. On complaining at the same moment i was promised full refund by dominos.
                                  Also, after calling multiple times to swiggy customer support, i was promised full refund till 21st nov. Now, dominos claims that refund is processed whereas swiggy is clueless.
                                  I need my full refund of rs.859.
                                  Swiggy customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  I got a call within a day of registering complaint and it was handled very quickly. And I received full refund. Thank you Swiggy

                                    I am thangaraj james. Today around 11.15 am, i was standing at chennai - t. Nagar north usman road, walkers crossing to cross the road. During that time one swiggy delivery man came in opposite direction in two wheeler and hit me and i fall down in the middle of the road. I got blood wound in my right hand and in my right foot. I asked that delivery man to come to the police station, but he begged me to excuse. So finally i left that man. Henceforth instruct your delivery boys to drive properly. I noticed several time, they are not obeying any traffic signals and usually driving in opposite direction. If you are not taken any steps within 2 days (By giving instructions to your delivery boys), definitely i will get & submit the cctv footage and make compliant to police station. Hope you take this issue seriously and act accordingly.

                                      I ordered 4 packets of kulcha from puri baker's and 3 of the packets were of expired date... Can you please send someone to take that back and refund my money.. Didn't expected this kind of service from you people... Have been ordering through you people since long.. Please don't detroit your services else people will stop trusting your organization... Kindly do the needful so that i can order in future too...

                                      I keep getting my location is unservicable. This has happened many times ever since I purchased super swiggy membership.
                                      I was trying to place an order yesterday i.e. 15 Nov 2018 but my request was incomplete bt they deducted money from my account

                                      I am a pure vegtrian. Also today also festival day for me I ordered swiggy one veg plain biryani but I found some halal bones in it I really disappointed with this food
                                      Order no [protected], order has been cancelled from ur side after almost 1 hour. Why u didn't inform earlier, we r here for celebrating birthday. How we can celebrate now. Only refund is enough to manage my pain in this regard. Totally unsatisfied and worried too. My all arrangement have gone waste.

                                        I placed order on swiggy on 16 november 2018, money was debited rs 500 from my freecharge wallet but order was not placed
                                        From 16 november 2018, i am complaining but still no refund has been processed till know, worst customer experience i have even seen.
