customer support!!!

I ordered food through swiggy app.. I placed an order at 10.19pm by paying through netbanking.. My order was supposed to be delivered by 11.00pm.. But at 11.10pm food was being prepared and not even delivery executive had been assigned.. So i cancelled the order..

When i tried to contact customer care executives, no one helped me to get my refund.. They kept saying it will take 5 days.. Just clarify whose mistake is this......

I had ordered from swiggy in Hyderabad. There was whole order missing. After 1 and half hour calling swiggy customer care i was being told that due to technical issue order can’t be placed.. This is very disappointing from a million dollar company. This has happened to me earlier once but i chose to ignore that time. Consumers are being denied their rightful considerations by thinking they are weak and can't do anyting if such delivery fraud... I told them to contact higher authority but I was told that they’ll call you back within 24 hours because right now all executives are busy.. I never get call back once my payment done.. they all are liar.. customer care and whole higher authority.. even I didn’t get any refund.. I ordered almost worth rupees 500-600. Worst experience I have ever had.. they looted customers. Please use another app to get food because swiggy is fraud. It shows that my order was delivered on time but I never get my order..

    i have ordered food from streat cafe vivek vihar, after around 1.5 hour we contacted delivery boy named Raj([protected])then he said i am standing in front of your house but however your order has been cancelled from restaurant then we contacted the restaurant he said we don't have any authority to cancel any order so the delivery boy basically lied to us after contacting again he made some strange stories and then we reordered the food from the same cafe after and we received the second order but we have been charged for the first cancelled order as well so i want my refund for that order since we haven't received any order but its showing delivered status on my account . i am attaching the invoice with this .

      I ordered 5× butter roti in swiggy and i recieved 5× plain roti which was burnt all over which was not in a condition to eat for which i paid rs 211. I contacted swiggy customer service and they are only asking apology for their mistake and did not offer me any compensation like replacement or refund or coupons. But this is the third time happening

        Had placed an order for a triple treat pizza meal for 4 (Veg) from pizza hut to be delivered by swiggy to my residence. It included 2 medium pizzas, 1 garlic bread, 1 potato wedges, a cold drink.
        Unfortunately, we received only 1 pizza n 1 garlic bread. Rest of the order was missing. 1 of d pizza slices was broken n the broken piece on another slice.

          I have ordered 4 idly.. They hve charged with delv fees 95 rs.. I received idly from raaman coffee bar, padur, chennai through swiggy.. But i received the package was damaged and idly was broken. When i chat with swiggy customer service reg this issue.. I did not found solution for this pblm.. Is this another way of cheating money from the public from food

            I ordered food on 8 november midnight, a delivery boy named nikhil singh was assigned, he took my order and was roaming near my building since 15 mins, the App was not allowing me to call him due to error, he called me after long time stating where is stupid place i cant find it, i asked him why were u roaming since u dont know it u should have called me and all swiggy drivers do that as i am regular customer, he started abusing me and threw my food, he did not deliver and i was left with no food and money paid already...i was harassed from 2.30 am midnight to 4.30 and finally i did not get to eat. I want swiggy to take stern action against this ### and chuck his job because such people are destroying ur goodwill. After few minutes he marked my order as delivered on the App which is not..he abused me very badly also i think he was under alcohol or drug consumption, Better do something strict

              Today dated 8 nov 2018 at morning i order from swiggy which is online food service.. I order puri bhaji worth rs.49. I was wait for 30mints for order bt after 30mints i received msg that your order is cancelled and your amount is re-funded. And also they charge 75rs. I trying to call and contact them bt they not entertaining saying that this is our process. This is totally fooling us. I want strick action on this company.

                Iam vijay ordered food vide order number [protected] and one item i. E., kaju jheera rice was missing from the food delivered to me. Later i tried to contact the delivery executive but his phone was not reachable. I had a chat with customer executive but they have sent me a coupon of rs 25 for the next order. The value of item which was missing is 160 rs and who are to play with our hard core amount so refund my total amount immediately or i will proceed legally.

                I have used your service for the 1st time am not satisfied and faced a bad experience and you are liable for 00000000 ratings.

                      I had ordered from swiggy in nashik order no #[protected]. There was one item missing from my whole lot of delivery. My order took over 1 hour + to be delivered. After calling swiggy customer care i was being told the restaurant is closed and that they cant help. Finally they gave me a hundred rupee coupon where as my item costs for around 120. This is very disappointing from a million dollar company. This has happened to me earlier once but i chose to ignore that time. Consumers are being denied their rightful considerations by thinking they are weak and can't do anyting if such dilevaey fraud is done. Also i suspect the delivary guy, there is a chance of the delivery guy taking out the packet from the whole lot of orders. Well at the end the innocent and simple consumers like us have to suffer.

                        I have ordered food worth rs.485 from burger king on 31st october, 2018. I have payed the amount through netbanking from state bank of india. The payment transaction was cancelled due to some issue by the swiggy. The money was debited from my account. When i called up swiggy regarding this issue he ensured that the debited money would be refunded within 4 days. Till now there is no refunded money reflected in my account. I have received a message regarding this on the same day i. E.
                        Dear customer, we have refunded rs 485 for your failed payment against order id:[protected] to your bank account. Updated balance should reflect in 4 days
                        Kindly look into the matter and let the company refund the amount

                          I ordered on swiggy (Singh's restaurant dhantoli nagpur) veg sweet corn soup i received chicken sweet corn soup. I'm a agrawal i consume only veg. When i called the restaurant owner he used maa-bhen ki gaaliyaan n then said do what ever u can do. I stay in an marwardi hostel where chicken is not allowed. Strict action must b taken n compensation must b given by the owner.

                          It took chai point 25 min to confirm one of the items are missing and it took another 25min for the delivery. I lost one hour waiting time. Swiggy and chai point had no remorse over the delay no refund no nothing. Pls do not belive in this 30min delivery or free plot. You get only stressed and list of time.

                            I ordered food through swiggy app and made a payment through my sbi internet banking for INR 1417.00, on completion of payment got a message from SBI, reference no. IGAESFONN7 that payment is successful for ATOM Technologies and my SBI statement reflects the same.
                            Also i received the mail from swiggy saying "your order has been confirmed and will be delivered shortly"

                            Restaurant: McDonald.
                            When i contact the customer care, saying there is a technical glitch in the payment gate way, and i 'll get back the money in 3-5 working days.
                            I suspect these looters are taking money from customers like this purposely and keep it for few day, then return back to the customers.
                            Same this happened to Dominos Pizza in Chennai, took money like this and returned after 8 days.

                              I had orderd pizza from smokin joe's kamothe at 5:25 after half hr i called delivery boy he said order is not ready it will take 10 -15 mins more ..after that i called smokin joe's they said ua order is ready 15 mins before...this how delivery boy lied..and finally i got pizza delivered at home after 1 hr and that wasn't fresh and no more hot ...i will viral all screenshots of tymings and my exprience on social sites ..very poor service from swiggy ..really very very disappointed also register complaint in consumer forum.

                                I placed my order around 12.30 am and was very hungry and when when delivery boy called me to confirm address i confirmed and even helped him to make his way simpler faster but he just couldn't understand and find my home and i also shared my location on watsapp personally and gave him the best possible land mark but he still could then i asked for help from swiggy where mr syed said he is trying bit at last he said thw boy is at my location even when he was not and cancelled my order ifelt very bad on part of swiggy though i recieved my refund but there was no customer support from their side

                                  Me and my friend ordered 4 kulfis worth 96 inr from kulfi king last night from swiggy. 10 minutes after the order was placed and confirmed, we received a call from the delivery executive sumit that he will be around 15 minutes late. We said it was no problem, however, we never received this order. The order number was [protected]. Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

                                  It is taking a too much time to deliver my order i am applying a complain against this restaurant 21-A rooftop restaurant tell it to make order fast

                                    I ordered from shree santosh dhaba, himayath nagar abids, i don't know what went wrong... The delivery boy did not pick up the phone, later did not exists even my money is not refunded... Order no-[protected] from the same dhaba. No of the boy-[protected].
                                    Let me tell you wen some body is ordering at 10 at night, it means food is over in the hostel n nothing to eat around... U just made a hungry person wait that long for nothing... Even the swiggy showed eta -10 mins throughout. Wat can i say slept in an empty stomach... Plz look into this matter... Because that's your job.. Delivering food n creating happiness..

                                      I have ordered via phone pay. Amount got deducted from my phone pay wallet, my transaction i'd is p1811042051346132238115. Order didn't confirmed and not got delivery.
                                      And amount also not refunded, i tried to cl customer care but really they having wrost customer service am calling with my registered mobile number only but they will deny the call saying it's not registered
                                      Number or its not correct, so there is no other option...
