Unfortunately, my experience with swiggy has been far from being satisfactory. It was simply disastrous, inconvenient, unprofessional and to some extent felt a little deceiving. I ordered pizza from la pinoz through swiggy pizza was delivered in pathetic condition the delivery boy has spoiled entire pizza images of same is attached herewith, pizza was totally cold that no one enjoy the same, it was not delivered on time as confirmed.
This is outright insensitive and extremely poor management. If the order cannot be delivered it should not be confirmed. I think this is simply insensitive and unprofessional.
This is not what a food delivery service is supposed to do, they are to deliver to satisfy people’s hunger and not leave people hungry because of their inefficiencies. To top it all, when i contacted swiggy customer service through mobile, the representative had no answer to my queries, instead simply refused to respond and kept me waiting. When i mentioned that i will post my experience on the line, the representative stated pls write a email.
I really could not understand this kind of service by swiggy. Firstly, at the time when i am expecting, condition of pizza when delivered, and respond i get from customer care. An absolute disappointing experience both in terms of delivery and customer service.
Swiggy customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
And he was literally shouting and at last told that you have to come downstairs to collect the order if you can’t then cancel the order.
What is this behavior? This is not the way people behave in service industry.
