order was leaked and swiggy is not accepting their fault to refund or replace order

I order chiku shake and two ice cream from natural icecreme but the shake is completly leaked from the packet and it waste totaly. U can ask from to swiggy delivery boy vishal contact no. [protected] who deliver the packet. I had told him that i can't accept this order he informed me that just call to customer care they will replace your order or return your money in your account but they are not accpeting it and not responding to me from...

This incident happened on 21st november 2018.
I placed a swiggy order (1st order for reference) from my cellphone but after making payment i got a message/popup on the swiggy mobile application saying "payment unsucessful, if amount already debited then money will be refunded in 2-3 days.

Due to this i placed the same order (2nd order for reference) from another swiggy account (Another mobile phone) and the order was delivered on time. (Same restaurant and same food dishes)

Now the 1st order was also delivered within a few minutes of the 2nd order. The delivery guy connected me to the call centre helpline as per their procedure as i refused the order. The call centre employee accepted that it was a technical mistake as the first order never got cancelled. The call centre employee also said that a refund of money will not be possible although it was their mistake. The call centre employee also refused to transfer the call to his senior and was rude enough to put the phone down and end the call.

The delivery guy got a message from the call centre as per their procedure saying,"please apologise to customer and deliver the order". (This shows it was a mistake).

I was forced to accept the order as i already paid for it through my card and was not sure of a refund. I would have been at a loss from both sides if i had not accepted the order. (Food and money both).

I have attached a screenshot of both the orders. There is hardly any time difference in between both the orders. Also both the orders are same and from the same restaurant.

Order #2 is [protected].

I think now i will have to use food delivery applications other than swiggy due to the pathetic customer care response.

I am hoping i get my money refunded for the second order due to the company's mistake.

    My refund is not paid even after 22 days of order cancellation since swiggy had technical issues on delivering the order. So swiggy only cancelled my order but they haven’t yet credited the refund post 22 days.
    I’m tired of contacting the refund settling team at swiggy.. But to no avail. They are saying we are trying to solve the issue.
    The way swiggy has acted on my refund case is very unprofessional, unethical and out of logic for me. My time and energy plus my mobile’s battery got wasted in a failed attempt to rightly get my refund.
    Inspite of warning swiggy about me taking legal action if they cause any further delay in refund... Their attitude and response has not improved!

      I have been trying time and again to reach and speak to yall about the fake note I have received for the order I placed 3days back. Nobody has reverted despite of me complaining to 3 different people of your team and they said they would get back.
      Someone has finally asked me to approach you through mail. That also din't work out because the e-mail Id was invalid.
      Please find attached the note handed over by the vallet and also the order history.
      It was a dessert ordered from the restaurant 5spice...for which the sum amount was 293 rupees...I gave Manish (the vallet) a 500 rupee note and he handed over a fake note of Rs. 200 to me. Ever since I found out about it after a while that night I've been trying to approach swiggy but no one seems to entertain.
      I work for a customer service company too. Im sure y'all know this is not how y'all you treat customers
      Do what you can But please fix this for me.
      This is very humiliating and disappointing for a customer who uses swiggy so often and trusts

        I m saranya ordered from hotel empire with order no. Its a cash on delivery on dated 21/11/2018 at 6.58pm. Later by 8 pm they called and said me that, due to some technical issues, order has been cancelled, and i replied them to take that order again, and deliver it as soon as possible and i won't payback for it.. They said ok for that, but till now 8.52pm i didn't get my order. I called them again and they said that the order has been cancelled again, and they said that they are sorry for that, and they will give 100 rs coupon. Its not the matter of money, it's the matter of food and time. As i m very hunger since evening, i m having giddiness now because of this. I ordered food but not delivered and cancelled. Restaurant shall be punished and customer shall be compensated.

            I'm recieving job sms about 3-4 times in a day which is irritating me unnecessarily. I've been requesting since about 15 days through contacts given in sms to actvate dnd for me. But nobody bother about the issue. One of guy named suryavanshi made funny statements on same. Kindly take quick actions against this issue or i've to opt for legal action against all this.

              On 20th nov i had placed a order through swiggy from hotel marrakesh near mohammad wadi, i had placed a order for 2 non veg biryani and 3 shawarma rolls. The delivery boy mr samir delivered only the parcel of 2 biryani's and the rolls were missing. The payment was already done online and i expect immediate refund. Kindly get in touch on [protected]

                  I order my food on 20/11/2018. My order no [protected], order no [protected] both the order were from the same restaurant. Once i complained about the food then they gave me a replacement. But the replacement order was also bad. Botj the time the food was stale/rotten. The rice was rotten because of which very bad smell was coming. I need a refund for the order.

                    I have ordered food from Pizza Hut through your app on 14th November as order was canceled by the delivery executive and payment was supposed to get reversed within next 2-4 days yet no refund is credited it is 20th November.

                    The food was ordered from my friends id but the debit card used was mine.

                    The chat option given in app is useless as it does not reply when we are looking at it and replies and ends conversation as soon as we close the app.

                      Swiggy delivery boy delivered items from samrat restaurant (Churchgate, mumbai) without any order and took money. Operator from samrat - nagendra, invoice time and date 18 nov 2018 at 14:51.

                      On 18th nov a swiggy delivery boy came to our house with the order of delivery of food which we din't order. Due to some confusion we paid the bill of rupees 635 and took the food. The money fleeced from us was rupees 635.

                      We want our money back. Please do something.

                        I prakash awatramani ordered from dinesh bakery with order no. [protected] on dated 19/112018 was cancelled and my money is blocked up for 8-10 days. This is second incident within fortnight when i ordered food but not delivered and cancelled. Last time you regretted matter and promised will not repeated again but again repeated. Restaurant shall be punished and customer shall be compensated as his money gets blocked for 8-10 days or otherwise restaurant should remove the item from his web site if not available otherwise customer will be suffer.

                          I had placed an order (Order no #[protected]) from a restaurant. I had not received the food, but i got a msg that the food was delivered 15mins earlier. So i tried calling swiggy and delivery personnel. No response from their side. So i went on a chat with swiggy personnel, who tol me that he is unable to reach the delivery person and so he cannot help me... So i had to send a mail to their mail id... Finally i called the restaurant owner, and asked him to connect me to delivery personnel... The delivery person tol me that as he was unable to find my address he returned back to the restaurant... And if i wanted the food i shud come to this place... I even mailed swiggy still no response from them.

                          For ORDER #[protected], we applied coupon BINGE50 through which we should have received a discount of Rs. 100. However, we found that entire amount was charged from us!

                          Now Swiggy is denying the fact that coupon was applied!

                          If we knew the coupon - why wouldn't we apply it?!
                          This is regarding my friday night order on swiggy in mohali from : SONIC DHABA with order number. [protected] I am writing thi complaint after been admitted in day care for almost 4 days in ambala. Good hell this was a blunder for me to order from swiggy

                            Hi,
                            I placed a order #[protected] on swiggy rs 360 /- due to some technical problem in their server it got cancelled but i did not get refund of amount though i got message refund successfully 360/- to amazonpay account, i called amazon, they said they did not get any amount reversal from swiggy.
                            Please do not repeat this with other customer. As i have to spend money and time to wait for order in night and would not get deliver and after 1-1.30 hour getting message for cancellation its to penic.

                            The Swiggy attendant -Mr Akram was highly irresponsible unaware and careless when we complained about the stale food order given by Rasooee food restaurant in gurugram

                            Our 500/- rs bill computerized was also denied for refund or new food.

                            Hence money also lost and food not received. Very bad Swiggy attendant.

                                I wanted to raise an issue regarding a coupon which was provided to me against my first order. I reached out to the social team on 19th Nov @ 10.15. They initially wasted time in asking for issue and forced to DM rather than calling back. And post that I never received any call back from the Social Team.
                                Rather than focusing on the user, they waste time in irrelevant things. The issue could have been resolved in a 2 minute call but the super busy company never contacted back to address user concerns.

                                Vishali the customer agent was very rude not helpful .. Horrible service you get in this number(08428309627).Very bad customer service please train your associate to be polite and help the customer
                                Delivery executive ineffective to deliver...#total time take to deliver 2 hr...where has the restaurant is in half KM radius...executive name Venkatewara ...doesn't even feel sorry for delaying the order..#he feels it's ok to deliver at the time he wants..

                                  I ordered food from weight today and order is accepted by you after confirmation your executive called me and asked me to cancel order because they are on strike. If they are on strike why did you take order and waste my time, you have started operation in trivandrum few week back and executives are going for protest to give trouble to customers, i will never use your app to order food, worst experience ever

                                    Yesterday, i've ordered few sweets from swiggy. I had received my order in real time, very prompt service of delivery.

                                    Here's a thing, when i ate boondi ladoo, i got straight away stomach ache, and i strongly believe that it all staled food, also taste of pakeza sweet was not upto the mark. While gulab jamun was okay not great.

                                    Very bad to have an experience like this for spending money for bad food, company like swiggy won't care to compensate, all they informed me, we took your feedback and problem won't happen in again. Seriously.

                                    So real thing is, i had received stale product, even you can taste what they are selling.

                                    2nd thing, i had lost money for spending on bad product.

                                    3rd thing, bad customer care service ever

                                      My order id is [protected] i had orderd 5 paneer rolls nd 1 chicken roll from crazy eaters i had told them to give both veg nd non veg roll in a separate plastic but they delivered all in a same plastic no paneer was there inside the roll only nd only full of onions nd in chicken roll also only 2 pcs chicken were there the roll was not at all hot when i raised a complain they ignored my complain nd the most disappointing thing is that i found a hair strand inside my roll is this is wt they deliver to the customers please do something regarding this nd take a strict action against them
