I ordered 8 burgers on 17th november around 12:30 am. I had paid my whole amount through paytm. Due to unavailability of my order placed items the restraunt cancelled the order. So i had no role in cancellation so why do i have to pay 75 cancellation??? I have registered a complaint regarding the same but no action has been taken by your company and nobody is picking the call at your office.
I am a frequent user of your app. Please help me solve this problem and restore my faith in your app again.

    Hi swiggy team. It is really pathetic service from your team. I have placed order @ 10:50 pm with order #[protected] and money was paid by card. After 30 minutes, the restaurant has confirmed that order is received and is being prepared. After 1 hour, i tried and called delivery boy and he said that he is not able to find the restaurant at specified location. I called customer care and they said that restaurant is not picking the phone. The delivery boy said that there is no restaurant at the address mentioned. Is this kind of joke where you guys takes customer money on behalf of restaurant and then restaurant is not available. Then customer care guys are so rude and do not have the courtesy to apologise and get the same order delivered from nearby restaurant. Why cannot you sort out issues internally. Why always the customer has to suffer always?

    I would not recommend swiggy to anyone.

        I placed an order with swiggy today (16-nov'18) at 9:30 pm order #[protected]. Even after 10:30 pm the food wasn't picked up from the restaurant. And when i texted the swiggy team, they weren't of good help. I could see about 3 delivery executive changed to pickup the order but none of them picked up my call. This is not my first disappointment with swiggy. Previously in my orders i have had missing items in the order which i had mentioned on the feedback. None of them were acted upon or any kind of compensation were given. It's 10:30 pm and most of the restaurants are closed. Yet swiggy is incapable of delivering the order they have promised.

          Hi,

          My name is nayana, i have placed an order on 22nd october 2018 in banglore from banshankari 3rd stage and made an online payment of rs.580 via axis bank internet banking. Later the order didn't received and checked with swiggy customer care they mentioned like order is not placed due to payment issues. The amount will be refunded after 3-4 working days.

          It's been more than 20 days the amount of rs.580 is not refunded on my account.

          Kindly do the needful for same. And refund my amount

            I have order 4 icecream from natural dahisar branch at 11.54pm. I had to wait for around 30min to know that my order has been cancelled. That to when i called up swiggy that why my order has not placed. If the shop i glossed or any other issue are there the swiggy has to call you up n tell sir your order has issue / cancel at that particular moment. But when i call up from my side then i knew. That's why do we place to wait 30 min n then know, ohh my order is not available so order has been cancel.
            N when i told agent that time i told plz write my complain that time too yus sir a feedback call you will be getting half n hr n and that also didn't came so that what the swiggy charges you?
            There work is to provide proper service and if not available then please let your customer know about it.
            And not waste customers time to confirm about that.
            Have attached a audio clip in mp4 format please see to it.

              Swiggy is sending stale food to customers inspite off sending them the evidence (Pictures) of the stale food they are neither refunding nor replacing. This is insane.. Fetching profit from customers on bad quality food. Not appreciated!
              I need my refund for the amount i paid for the food that i didn’t eat. Kindly help me get justice with this fraud.

                failed to get refund for swiggy's bag and t shirts.

                I'm firoz, i would like to register a complaint against swiggy office of andheri (Mumbai).
                I quit work in swiggy as a food delivery rider.
                As swiggy promised me i would get refund if i relinquish thier's stuffs (Bag $t-shrts).
                When i visited to head office in andheri and i was relinquishing thier stuffs (Bag&t-shirts) they denied to give me refund....

                I had ordered a pizza it came all upside down in a condition in which it cant be eaten. I posted a picture of the pizza on their chat. I had made the payment via paytm also and when i told them about the delivered pizza they reordered it. I canceled the new order because i didn’t wanted to take another chance, but i didn’t get my refund and on top of it on my order history they have showed that the payment for the new order which was compensation for the first one had to paid on cash on delivery. When i called the customer care number they told me it won’t be refunded. What kind of service is this?

                  Unfortunately, my experience with swiggy has been far from being satisfactory. It was simply disastrous, inconvenient, unprofessional and to some extent felt a little deceiving. I ordered pizza from la pinoz through swiggy pizza was delivered in pathetic condition the delivery boy has spoiled entire pizza images of same is attached herewith, pizza was totally cold that no one enjoy the same, it was not delivered on time as confirmed.
                  This is outright insensitive and extremely poor management. If the order cannot be delivered it should not be confirmed. I think this is simply insensitive and unprofessional.

                  This is not what a food delivery service is supposed to do, they are to deliver to satisfy people’s hunger and not leave people hungry because of their inefficiencies. To top it all, when i contacted swiggy customer service through mobile, the representative had no answer to my queries, instead simply refused to respond and kept me waiting. When i mentioned that i will post my experience on the line, the representative stated pls write a email.

                  I really could not understand this kind of service by swiggy. Firstly, at the time when i am expecting, condition of pizza when delivered, and respond i get from customer care. An absolute disappointing experience both in terms of delivery and customer service.

                    I had ordered at 8:06 for two onion masala dosa from om sweets delhi got delivery at 9:30 as a delivery executive was not assigned. Special instruction was not to add spice any kind in masala. And when got tgw food after one and half hours it was spicy. Chatted with customer care told them to take backthe order as children cant eat and refund money. He replied cant do that ill pass the feedback. Wat sort of a help is that where my kids cry for food for more than an hr n wen they get its spicy. Kindly refund the same

                      Very worst service from #Swiggy_Bhubaneswar Team.
                      We ordered 11 Nonveg items and 3 Veg items, but it delivered to us 10 nonveg items and 3 veg items. When we served each other, we found one item is lost and contacted to the #Swiggy customers care, they told they can do bla bla bla and at the end they have come with the solution is they will take care of such things in my future order. Then What about my one item which I paid for?? That money will go to whom? ?

                      First of all they did the mistake of not deliverying complete orders, then also not ready to refund the amount of non-delivery item. Is it the customers service? I along with my circle will not order through Swiggy and I would recommend people not to use such irresponsible, poor customer service company.

                      The delivery boys behavior was very bad . He just refused to deliver the order because lift was not working.
                      And he was literally shouting and at last told that you have to come downstairs to collect the order if you can’t then cancel the order.
                      What is this behavior? This is not the way people behave in service industry.
                      Order received wasn't what I had ordered and they would not do anything about it.

                        I just received Pizza from Kings Restaurant Byculla Mumbai, order no [protected]
                        See the photo how it is delivered.
                        Delivery boy actually carried the pizza vertically. This has happened 2nd time with me.
                        And your delivery person is so arrogent that I called him immediately after I opened the box. He refused to come back and now not lifting the phone also
                        For me this the last order from Swiggy and am going to stop using Swiggy

                          refund not yet credited

                          I had ordered dinner on 10th november, 2018 via swiggy and paid through my debit card. Since the restaurant didn't accept my order for a long time (More than half an hour) i cancelled my order. Though i got a message from swiggy stating that the refund has been initiated, the amount has not been credited in my bank account.
                          Please let me know about the status of my refund, as it has been 4 days already from the date of order....

                          I had ordered 8 pcs of kanpuri ladoo rm gupta brothers one of the registered resturant under swiggy app but instead of 8 pcs have received only 6 when i told about this in the help box of swiggy tgey told me they cant do anything when i asked them why they started giving me # excuses then i contacted to the resturant owner he told me to file a complain bcs he also cannot help me then i again chatted with swiggy support they again denied to help me out thats why at last im filing a complain against tgem hope u people will help me out the order id is [protected]

                            Ordered three items. (Starter, mains and a drink). The drink was missing and all they could do as "token of apology" is to refund the money i paid already. Looks like these people are least bothered about deficiency of service on their end and no communication at the time of placing order or when the restaurant confirms it. Taking customers for a ride. I wouldn't have ordered if either of the three items were not available.
                            This is outright cheating.

                              Eveey time we order some food items are missing.. This is third time
                              Hotel executive are denied to give extra items added on order... That reduces our intrest to order food from swiggy... Very disapponted. We will not tolerate it as we paid fro it we want our money back..... Look into it.. We have assumed that swiigy will give us the feed back... And itvwill resolved.. Asap

                                I ordered at 9.45pm after 1hr they called me and told me that the biryani are finished at the restaurant. They give me an alternative, i choose and after that they called me again that you have to cancel your order at 11.30pm. Restaurant is closed, i slept hungry that night. Even i tried to call them but totally failed to resolve my problem. Even they don't give any compensation for this faulty. Is it well service?

                                It's disgusting services, I was order on 29 Oct 18, 9:34 pm and made payment, money deducted from my account, on that day order not getting of some technical issue from your side, one of your colleague told me money will refund 2-3 days, still didn't get my money ...881 Rs., I need my money please revert ASAP.                                   I would like to inform you that today i have ordered food from grills and fries around 1.30 and order get delivered to me aftr 75 mins and there was spillage, tandoori chicken was dry, pizza was half cooked and infant one of the item was missing wich restraunt already asked me to take the refund.. I got stuck with ur chat team for 25 mins and no one could help to process the refund and on the other side the delivery guy wasn't able to find the way, i have explained him multiple times, still he couldn't. And then i spoke with swiggy agent over the phone, he promised me the full refund as the food was spilled, uncooked and missing.. I checked the app there was no refund request then i called swiggy again and that last rep refused to help infact unable to understand the issue and was saying that nobody has mentioned the refund in the documents.. Its not my fault.. I got stuck with u guys for 1 hr 30 mins and still6no help provided.. Is that how u treat ur customers??

                                    It contained peice of a dirty brown nail, it looked a nail of some old person, which went into our mouth., Caused embarrisment in front of our guest and made us extreamly vomiting

                                    Being a regular customer of swiggy, I am very disappointed with such kind of food quality which was supplied, i am looking further to complain this matter to higher authorities.
