The pizza that i received was completely stale and not at all fresh.
There was some foul smell coming from it, the taste was just horrible, making the pizza completely inedible.
I had to throw away the pizza completely.
It also had spillage, as the toppings of the pizza had come entirely on one side.
When i contacted customer care, they said due to system restrictions, they will not be able to process the refund.
I would definately like to know about the system restrictions, stopping them to solve customer problems.
Swiggy customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I want my money back, this type of harassment can't be accepted.
