On 1st December 2018, I had Ordered A Pizza, From A Restaurant Bakery BilloZ Bakery, I pAid for this order online, after some wait I received a hot dog instead of a Pizza, the delivery man just ranned away after delivery as the payment was done online. This was a fraud done by delivery executive. The hot dog was just the half worth of my order, this is a big scam, which is going processed by the delivery boys.. I want my money back, my order number [protected]

    My recent order id is [protected] in which i was not provided cold drink for which i was charged and also food was half cooked and stale.
    Inspite of my complaint they are not not providing any compensation or solution.
    It is the worst app and bluffing with citizens health and life by providing worst food quality..
    I request fao to put a ban on such fake companies who are there to play with the health of our youngsters who are swayed by innovative advertisement

      I ordered food from swiggy and executive reached the location and refused to come upstairs to deliver my order and when i went downstairs he went and said do whatever you wanna do and abused, guess he was drunk. His name was ravish kumar. When i contacted customer care, they said delivery executive said location not found though swiggy has already delivered me n number of orders there.
      This is not first time this is happening, this happened twice earlier where they were unable to deliver the order and gave me a coupon of 100 rs.
      But this is limit now

        My ordered id is [protected] as date on 04 dec 18 time 8.12pm. Order is not delivered my address. So kindly request to you please refund my money. I will try many times your delivery boy but he is cut my phone.so please take action. And delivered my ordered or refund my money.
        I will visit the restaurant nandan sweets but in restaurants person told me delivered boy already take the orderd.but i tell you he doesn't delivered my ordered. So i can'tany thing. Iwill try your office no.[protected] but he told i dont no. Please complaints customer service.
        I will try first time swiggy.but these type reponse i cant accept. So please refund my money.

          Recently i have ordered two items from a restaurant on swiggy but got delivery of only item, after which i have spoken to customer care regarding the mistake to only get a reply that they can only it as a feedback for the restaurant in which i have placed the order and cannot compensate me as their system doesn't allow them to do so. I have even spoke to the customer care and got the same reply from them to every mail. Following is the mail correspondence between us.

          I have recently ordered 2 items from Mc donalds and got the delivery of only one item. whereas the payment was done online for both items. So, i want the refund of the amount relating to missing item in my order immediately. Just a feedback on the restaurant is not solving the problem.

          If you say that your system doesn't permit refund in case of missing items, thats your problem and not mine. customers are not supposed give away money just because your system doesn't support even in case we dint get what we have ordered and paid for.

          Hoping you attend the concern immediately. otherwise, severe action will be taken because you have taken my money giving false promise.

            Respected sir/ma'am,

            I am chaturbhuj. On 21st of september, 2018, i made an order with order #[protected]. They cancelled my order without any reason.
            I made an another order with order #[protected]. Delivery executive came nearby my place and he was around 1 km away from my place. I gave him direction but he refused to deliver the food. I got the call from a customer executive of the swiggy and i told her everything. She took delivery executive on conference. He was rude to both o[censored]s and refused to deliver the food. I even tried to give him some extra incentive that i will pay him a little if he delivers the food. Finally, he cancelled my order.

            Two times, my order has been cancelled and that day i slept without eating food. I had no resort to get from nearby because all the restaurants were closed and i had only resort to order online. Swiggy deprived my from taking dinner that evening and forced me to sleep without eating food.

            I seek compensation from swiggy and get my complaint resolved within 15 days. If my request doesn't seem to be considered, my last resort will be issuing a legal notice to swiggy and i will move to court. For swiggy's perusal, they can give reference to the calls recorded for that evening.

              I am filing a case against schezwan express, madhuban udaipur restaurant for false advertisement and wrongfull doing that is serving nov veg in veg dish? My friends are pure vegetarian, after eating we all got sick. The food was ordered from restaurant stating pure veg in the menu, we have placed order for one paneer lamba, one chienes bhel and one spring roll, they delivered non veg dish instead of paneer lamba. The person states they were in rush so they have delivered wrong food. Who is liable for this mess, they have played with our religion.

                Hello.. I have ordered from hot chilli restaurant on 18/11/18 via swiggy but i had to cancel the order since they were taking a long time to deliver the order.. It is said that the amount of rs 225 is to be refunded within 4 days but now it's almost 2 weeks still not got the refund.. Kindly look after this inconvenience.. I have sent one screenshot for proof..

                  I ordered food from 'la pink cafe' in indore.
                  The food item 'corn cheese penne pasta' was spilled so i raised a complaint and they provided me with a coupon of rs25.
                  So i was happy until i opened the package and found a dead cockroach inside.
                  When i raised another complaint, they said they can not refund my money as they already provided a coupon. Not to mention their customer service staff is arrogant and condescending.

                  Also they failed to assure me that they will take action against the said cafe.

                  Please take strict action against swiggy and the cafe.

                    I hope it was a delicious food which i have ordered through swiggy and your delivery partner changed the status to delivered though he was not at all moving from the restaurant. When i called him he told me that the directions are changing i am not able to come to your place. Wtf, i should have given a cash on delivery payment then definitely i would have got the food. Customer service sucks and they told they have filed a complaint and get back to me in 24-48 hours.

                        My order id is [protected], i ordered chilly paneer and veg fried rice inspite of that i was served with chilly chicken and chicken rice... I was shocked when i served in my plate then i complained to swiggy through chat they didn’t helped and then i called inspite of helping they said sorry only at night i was hungry they suggested me to order again.. What a # they suggested i asked them to help and asked to talk to senior they said our seniors are busy they can’t talk.. I belong to brahmin family where non veg is seen as too negative.
                        Horrible service given by swiggy to me.. Even no help was provided and at last they said me “” good night apka din shubh rahe””
                        Kindly do the needful if you can do otherwise i will complain it to consumer forum and will never suggest this app to anyone.
                        Even zomato and food panda are far better... I am fedup now such a horrible customer service.. I was slept hungry

                          I have placed an order on 10:43 which has not been delivered till now despite my repeated notings at customer care cell. It was supposed to deliver within 53 minutes but not delivered. I ordered for my kids whom i made promise to get them ice cream by weekend but it is very ashamed on swiggy’s part that no action has been taken. Even your caller mr akram discontinued my call & mr. Jani pasha has not provided sufficient information. Are you providing these kind of services where you are just playing with customers emotions & not sorting the issue?

                            With reference to the order [protected], cold badam milk item is missed when delivered. I have logged a complaint in swiggy app and i spoke to the agent for 20 minutes but he didn't give any solution or my issue hence am raising a complaint here. If am not getting proper response from swiggy i will go to the next level since i know the consumer rights well because am a advocate. Expecting proper response.

                              I am a pure vegetarian. Had ordered a veg thali today, and was given a chicken thali. I realized that when i started eating. As when i conveyed the complain their representative they told me they cannot refund the amount back to my wallet instead they'll replace order. And when i asked to speak to their senior manager vthe girl put me hold twice but did not put me through to the senior saying that he is busy as of now, which is absolutely ridiculous. Now please help me understand why the hell would i want to repeat my order with that restaurant again. I need some strict legal action to be taken on the same asap.

                                Yesterday night i had ordered from swiggy...
                                And after sometime when i dint recive my order i try to contact with them... And what do i get to know from them that the item is not available at the resturant. So i ask the item is not available in resturant then why did you guys take my order...
                                So they dont have any answer.
                                After wasting my time they offered me a comensation coupoun of rs 150 and then they are deliviring my rest of order... There executive conformed my order on a call.
                                After 1 hours, what i get to know is that they had canceled my order without informing me...

                                  When i saw the double transection i cancel my order then swiggy deduct 75 rupees from my payment paid by me and balance return. But other payment not refund. I request you to refund my 2nd ransection whole amount and 75 rupees cancellation fees also. Because i cancel due to your mistake of double transection.

                                    Dear swiggy executive,
                                    There is poor service, then comes bad service and after that - in the bottom of it all comes swiggy service.
                                    This is my first experience with your service and needless to say it hasn't been a pleasant one. Thats why i am forced to write this public letter.
                                    I placed my order at 11:35 pm and waited patiently for something to happen. When i did not see any movement till 12:10 am - i gave a call to your delivery boy.
                                    He conveniently said that restaurant is not giving my order - talk to the customer service.
                                    I called up customer service - they tried to understand the matter - but finally concluded that some other delivery boy must have taken my order.
                                    Now at this hour after 12:30 am - everything is closed and i am sitting hungry, wishing mr. Jaimini & mr reddy had never created this crappy app - alas - its still up and running. I hope not for long though.

                                        I ordered from swiggy using my sudexo card. i waited for an hour and on not receiving my order i called the customer support who later told me my order has been cancelled and the debited amount will be refunded into my card within 7 days. I have a voice proof. I tried contacting the customer service and even though i have sent all my proof they tell me no amount has been debited and they cannot help me. Please look into it.
