I was waiting for my refund till 6 oct amount of 1499 i had odered a pizza on 6th oct after waiting for 2/3 hours they cancelled my oder after that i complained for my refund after having a lots of conversation with swiggy till now they are not giving a proper information nor they are refunding my amount.
Kindly please do the needfull as am pissed up with it now.

This is ariharan from chennai... The person who is delivering the foods are going very fast in two wheeler even if it's street as well main road... Today i saw one of the incident because of your unrespected person hit the cow in the road... Very worst the young ones who have joined in your ofz... Kindly give the instructions and follow some rules and regulations......

I have given order at 12:52 pm but after one hour order is not delivered.
Not even swiggy called me for the delay reason. I have missed a very important office meeting for this delay.
Want to take strict action against them as they are not treating their customers well. And this is not the first time am facing it.

I am on a rush and have ordered a food and was expecting it to deliver by 30 minutes of time. Due to some timing conflicts in the restaurant, at first the customer portal have called me and informed me to wait for an extra 15 minutes.. As i am able to bear that time i said okay... I ordered full chicken tandoor at rs.345 from chulangan, kahradi.
Received only half and then i complained on swiggy customer care number. I got reply from their side i. E. "we can give you 30% amount coupons back".

I requested them, pay me 50% amount coupons as i received only half chicken tandoor. They refused to do it.

I am no more happy with swiggy. I want my 50% money back or coupons of 50%. br...

Had made an order for berhouz biryani at 8-33 pm today. Got message that order has been confirmed by restaurant and saw in swiggy tracker that food is being prepared. At 10-30 pm after 2 hours the order was cancelled for some issue with your delivery persons. I spoke to berhouz and they confirmed food was ready by 9 pm. My son cried not getting it....

Whenever any swiggy delivery guy comes they never have change with them. Even if it's a big amount or small amount we have to only give the change.
Everytime that is not possible. They giving me back 30 rs or me giving them 166 rs what is more sensible?
And plus they have no manners to talk.
Even if we mention while ordering in the comments that i need extra change they do not bring it....

After knowing my location, they sent the payment option that only net banking is acceptable and no cash on delivery is available. After giving the required details for net banking they took the money but cancelled the order. Rs.1005/- was debited from my account. Date of cancellation is 9.10.2018 at 7.03pm. They also sent the message that refund is done but it is not reflected yet in my account.

I have ordered via swiggy two times. I ordered veg item, and i have called them to give veg only. But they have given non veg (Karuvattu kuzhambu) instead of poondu kuzhambu. I had ordered food from om sweets gurgaon sector 14 on 6th october 2018 (Saturday) in the evening, the order was not placed but the money of amount 439 got deducted from my account, neither did i get my order nor were any members from swiggy available to help me out with the issue through call or chat, do look into the matter and refund my money asap....
