Yesterday, i've ordered few sweets from swiggy. I had received my order in real time, very prompt service of delivery.
Here's a thing, when i ate boondi ladoo, i got straight away stomach ache, and i strongly believe that it all staled food, also taste of pakeza sweet was not upto the mark. While gulab jamun was okay not great.
Very bad to have an experience like this for spending money for bad food, company like swiggy won't care to compensate, all they informed me, we took your feedback and problem won't happen in again. Seriously.
So real thing is, i had received stale product, even you can taste what they are selling.
2nd thing, i had lost money for spending on bad product.
3rd thing, bad customer care service ever
