I had ordered dal kichidi from swiggy on 14th november 2018 at 10 pm, which cost rs. 170 including delivery charges. The delivery guy had called me and informed me that the order could not be delivered as the restaurant was closed by the time he reached there. I had applied for refund with swiggy for rs. 170, however i have not received the refund in my bank statement after multiple complaints and requests for refund with the swiggy application.

    I scheduled a order on 12th December. It was scheduled to be delivered between 5:30 to 6 pm. The delivery was done at 3:15 pm which is way ahead of the schedule. then they cancelled the order. I had paid 364 rs but they initiated the refund of only 114. They are saying they cannot refund it. I called them multiple times. Every time they are saying different reasons to not to refund.

      This is to bring to your notice that my order (Number — [protected]) was of worst quality. Even, the order was for family which was not enough even for two persons. This makes me not to chose swiggy as a food booking medium as no prior check of the food is done by the agent. I would also mention this inappropriate delivery mechanism by the worst swiggy app on the social media so that should not feel cheated like me.

        I ordered from a hotel and the money was deducted from my bank account as i paid with online banking
        Then after an hour or so the hotel did not confirm my order
        Now it's been more than a week and still the order is not confirmed and when i call a customer executive they tell me that they can't help me as they can't see the order in their system (Which is not my fault) even after i give them the order number
        Today the order has disappeared from my list of orders and the money has also not been refunded.
        The customer executives don't even help
        If they can't see the order details it's totally their fault

          I ordered food through swiggy on 12 dec 18. Order number is #[protected] and the delivery boy's name was nagaraj (Mb no-[protected]). The deliver boy refused to deliver the food at the door. He stopped at the main gate which is 500 mtrs away. He started shouting when requested to deliver at the door and told that he will cancel the order. Such kind o[censored]nprofessional behaviour is not at all expected.

            Today i had ordered food worth rs 200 from khas parathas vide order [protected]. The restaurant's site clearly mentioned a free aloo paratha on order over rs 199.in fact the confirmation message from you also clearly mentioned that my order was being delivered with a free item. However free aloo paratha was not delivered. On enquiring with the restaurant i was informed that the scheme has long been withdrawn. On my pointing out to them that their site still displays the scheme, i was bluntly told to take up with swiggy. I am shocked as to how such blatant cheating is allowed by a reputed entity like swiggy. I would like to know what action you propose to take in the matter.

              It all started with an incorrect delivery, and item missing. Swiggy acknowledges incorrect delivery, accepts an error with processing my order, but refunds amount only in part (not full).

              Swiggy's customer support agents acknowledged that a mistake in order processing has caused only a refund in part to be processed, but they claim that they have no way to refund the right and full amount because the system does not allow them to do a correction once a refund is done (even if it is wrong!). So the wrong and incomplete refund will be the final refundable sum, and they can't do anything about it further because they have no processes to escalate as the issue is marked closed in their system.

              I paid through PayTM, and as of today Swiggy says there is nothing they can do. (Meaning they will keep my money, even when acknowledging a wrong deliver, and incorrect refund on their part!).

              The amount involved is just the cost of a meal, but it reflects Swiggy's values and ethics - looks like they are comfortable with keeping customer's money even when knowing that their systems and processes have come up short. Integrity is certainly not their core value.

                I have made several contacts after 9th nov when i placed an order with china hut. The order wasn't accepted but the amount was deducted. After multiple contacts with swiggy customer support, i have still not received the refund. At the first place they said the amount is not even deducted. When i mentioned i have the proof of the amount getting deducted, they said they now see it and shall gelp me with the refund, but nothing done so far. There is no one who is ready to take ownership, and they are simply passing me on from chat to email and email to chat. Requested them to give me their managers number so that i can contact them directly, but refused.

                  I was really very hungry.. But they delivered me this.. The food is completely cold and stale.. You can't even eat it.. Rotis are like they were made one day ago.. O can't even recognize which dal is this.. And about vegetable.. Alla i can say is yukkkk... I'm really very disappointed this time from swiggy.. I've talked to the senior care executive for about 30 mins.. I want to raise a complaint against that resturant and i want my money back.. Plus i wanted to know that what action swiggy took against that resturant..

                    I have ordered an item with the above order number. The delivery executive name is a nagaraju. I have got his call from the below number [protected].

                    The complaint is right from the picking up of the order he was very rude in talking and he kept on insisting me to tell me the location even though i have provided my exact location in maps from swiggy. After he almost reaching my location he called me and denied delivering the order and instead asked me to come to a place to handover the parcel. I went to the place where he was there. Then after he was talking all rubbish after meeting him.

                      This is kusuma again. I just want to attach the orders which were cancelled twice by swiggy team for your reference in resolving the issue. This mail is the continuation of my earlier complaint as i did not attach the orders that were cancelled. I want this issue to be resolved as i suffered a lot with the tantrums of swiggy team. I was and am penalised again today by bearing the cost of cancellation and this need to be addressed by swiggy management.

                        We have ordered food on swiggy app . During order it claims food will be delivered in 30 mins or free but they delivered late .
                        We provided evidence to swiggy and asked for a refund but they refused to refund. I have screenshots of portal chat history as evidence.

                        it is unfair to claim on the portal or promising of providing time based services and refusing to comply with it.

                          This is kusuma. It's my second worst experience with swiggy. When am picking my current address through gps while ordering food but to my wonder the delivery person calls me after reaching to my office address. Till pick up the app shows my home address but to ur best knowledge, the address suddenly shifts to my office address when the delivery boy calls me. No track till i get a call. I can just view the order from home to restaurant on screen. And two times my order was cancelled n charged with rs.75/-. Worst app n worst services with best looting techniques. Even after explaining the situation the swiggy executive or i don't the person who spoke to me, teaches me how to select address through gps. Helpless guys. Without knowing that how can a person order online? The management should have realized that. No alternative was provided n on top of it they r talking about their useless rules n regulations for charging for cancellation. Whose mistake was it? Ordering correctly or taking address by app wrongly? Leaving this to so called swiggy management. The only agenda of the app is looting by charging without any mistake of mine. Worst services. Good bye to swiggy. Better go with other methodology to loot. A person can bear it max for two times. Wrong choice of doing business.

                            On[protected] i ordered with order no. #[protected] from new hyderabadi restaurant. I received it within half an hour. My item was plain biriyani. I came to know that it is very bad quality food. It was smelling non veg. It was too oily. I am a pure vegetarian and smell of non veg couldn't bare at all. I ate a spoon and started vomiting and stomach upset. So i thrown the whole dish. By this, food is waste, hard earned money is waste and wasting the food with my hand made me very upset. The whole night i was not able to sleep due to my bad health condition on eating the one spoon of food. I contacted their customer care of swiggy, they were just telling sorry sorry sorry. How could swiggy promote these type of bad restaurants? I want my whole order money refund along with the penalty of extra fifty rupees. The reason for penalty is due to that type of food my health condition was affected. That food caused me diarrhea. So please swiggy promote only those restaurants which are good at it's food quality taste and healthy.

                              I made an order of an available item from a restaurant.I got a call from the restaurant after ten minutes that the item is unavailable and the delivery boy asked me to cancel the order and said that I will get a refund in 2 hours.HThe customer care said that I will get the refund within 24 hours, It's been more than 24 hours and I haven't received my money yet.It was the restaurant's mistake in the first place and now they are not giving me my money back.

                                I have orders pepper and salt prawns cost of 340/- including delivery. Surprisingly the item what i order and recieved is different and packing with a poor quality plastic box. I cant find any prasna except maida doughs. I called customer care immediately along with feedback. They offers me 110 rs coupon against 340 rs, when i oppose they put me hold connected call to restaurant where order was given. The restaurant lady except that order is different from delivered item as their cook only know the cooking that way. Instead of pepper salt there were only onion, garlic, colours, were filled. So i request consumer to investigate the same are siwggy only responsible for deliver or they are responsible for ensuring the quality of food from their food vendors. This is health and saftey issue with quality.
                                Customer should get the worth what we pay for!

                                  Rethis isgarding the order whicjh i placed yesterday (09/12/2018)consisting of chrispy burger fries & coke from burgerking through swiggy . the delivery boy issued the order but i couldnt coke the bill consisted the order but the delivery executiive denied it .i immediately complained through swiggy app. even the customer care denied my complain and told its restaurent fault and contact the restaurent . i called the restaurent fellow the exective vinay he told that the order was corrrectly sent but the delivery boy has failed to give . i kept on calling the delivery boy but he stated that the order didn't consist coke and was blaming restaurnent . even though i had the bill
                                  I as a constumer had paid the full amount of bill and its very poor to hear that the such a famous restaurent like burkerking has such a scam .

                                      I had ordered two dishes from this restaurant (Freshmenu in malviya nagar, order #[protected]) and the order was placed without any issue. But when i had called the delivery executive, the man said one of my orders was out of stock. This has happened in swiggy for the fourth time now. Fourth time. Out of anger i have cancelled my order. On top of that i'm hungry and also i have my exams tomorrow. I'm anyway super stressed and this site can't fix this problem. If the dish isn't available then why does it even show on the menu?? And then i call the delievery man and he says the order is out of stock? And then he made me talk to the restaurant person and even he refused to talk to me. I am so so disappointed and furious. I'll tell all of my friends not to order from this stupid app unless you fix this problem.

                                      We ordered honey chilli potato which was not delivered. Payment done through paytm. The customer care refuses to give the entire refund. Instead offering only 75 rs coupon whereas we paid 120 rs for the same item.
                                      I had pinned my location using gps but the delivery man is calling for every 5 min and asking me to tell the address. On delivery I asked why u can’t follow gps? For that he is shouting at me. I don’t know whether he is a customer or delivery man. Worst behavior worst attitude.
                                      I received a different order and the customer support responded back with no solution !! Neither a refund or a replacement would provided from them!

                                        I have placed an order from kumar annapurna restaurant on 09/12/2018 at around 08:15 pm... More than 01 hour 15 minutes elapsed... Order is yet not received n delivery man is rather making excuses that we have filled wrong address where we are receiving order almost daily in correct time... He also once called to say that our order is mistakingly kept by another client n now he is putting allegations to cover for it... Kindly do attend d same complaint

                                        These practices are not acceptable at all.
                                        please look into this matter as such practices will defame you.
                                        I ordered from jumboking and after 2/3 mins later my brother cancelled the order the order was not confirmed . Swiggy members was on the way to confirm order and order was cancelled and they charged me with rs 75 on 125 rs order refund was given rs 50 .
