This is kusuma. It's my second worst experience with swiggy. When am picking my current address through gps while ordering food but to my wonder the delivery person calls me after reaching to my office address. Till pick up the app shows my home address but to ur best knowledge, the address suddenly shifts to my office address when the delivery boy calls me. No track till i get a call. I can just view the order from home to restaurant on screen. And two times my order was cancelled n charged with rs.75/-. Worst app n worst services with best looting techniques. Even after explaining the situation the swiggy executive or i don't the person who spoke to me, teaches me how to select address through gps. Helpless guys. Without knowing that how can a person order online? The management should have realized that. No alternative was provided n on top of it they r talking about their useless rules n regulations for charging for cancellation. Whose mistake was it? Ordering correctly or taking address by app wrongly? Leaving this to so called swiggy management. The only agenda of the app is looting by charging without any mistake of mine. Worst services. Good bye to swiggy. Better go with other methodology to loot. A person can bear it max for two times. Wrong choice of doing business.

    On[protected] i ordered with order no. #[protected] from new hyderabadi restaurant. I received it within half an hour. My item was plain biriyani. I came to know that it is very bad quality food. It was smelling non veg. It was too oily. I am a pure vegetarian and smell of non veg couldn't bare at all. I ate a spoon and started vomiting and stomach upset. So i thrown the whole dish. By this, food is waste, hard earned money is waste and wasting the food with my hand made me very upset. The whole night i was not able to sleep due to my bad health condition on eating the one spoon of food. I contacted their customer care of swiggy, they were just telling sorry sorry sorry. How could swiggy promote these type of bad restaurants? I want my whole order money refund along with the penalty of extra fifty rupees. The reason for penalty is due to that type of food my health condition was affected. That food caused me diarrhea. So please swiggy promote only those restaurants which are good at it's food quality taste and healthy.

      I made an order of an available item from a restaurant.I got a call from the restaurant after ten minutes that the item is unavailable and the delivery boy asked me to cancel the order and said that I will get a refund in 2 hours.HThe customer care said that I will get the refund within 24 hours, It's been more than 24 hours and I haven't received my money yet.It was the restaurant's mistake in the first place and now they are not giving me my money back.

        I have orders pepper and salt prawns cost of 340/- including delivery. Surprisingly the item what i order and recieved is different and packing with a poor quality plastic box. I cant find any prasna except maida doughs. I called customer care immediately along with feedback. They offers me 110 rs coupon against 340 rs, when i oppose they put me hold connected call to restaurant where order was given. The restaurant lady except that order is different from delivered item as their cook only know the cooking that way. Instead of pepper salt there were only onion, garlic, colours, were filled. So i request consumer to investigate the same are siwggy only responsible for deliver or they are responsible for ensuring the quality of food from their food vendors. This is health and saftey issue with quality.
        Customer should get the worth what we pay for!

          Rethis isgarding the order whicjh i placed yesterday (09/12/2018)consisting of chrispy burger fries & coke from burgerking through swiggy . the delivery boy issued the order but i couldnt coke the bill consisted the order but the delivery executiive denied it .i immediately complained through swiggy app. even the customer care denied my complain and told its restaurent fault and contact the restaurent . i called the restaurent fellow the exective vinay he told that the order was corrrectly sent but the delivery boy has failed to give . i kept on calling the delivery boy but he stated that the order didn't consist coke and was blaming restaurnent . even though i had the bill
          I as a constumer had paid the full amount of bill and its very poor to hear that the such a famous restaurent like burkerking has such a scam .
          i would request for correct methods to be taken by the concern people and i be granted the refund

          after a long conversation finally the swiggy team gave me a compensation of 50rs for the 93 rs order . i had to suffer alot to get this thing done . it was a terrible experience . there is no proper professionalism to deal with customers

            I am order one food and it was not cooked properly and it's coming bad smell for tat I was complained customer care they not repling proprely. And they saying it's not our fault . They are also not repling properly. Pls check and clarify this One . And one more thing is don't buy any food in swiggi . Because they will not serve properly . The customer care people is too bad response. Pls do the needful

              I had ordered two dishes from this restaurant (Freshmenu in malviya nagar, order #[protected]) and the order was placed without any issue. But when i had called the delivery executive, the man said one of my orders was out of stock. This has happened in swiggy for the fourth time now. Fourth time. Out of anger i have cancelled my order. On top of that i'm hungry and also i have my exams tomorrow. I'm anyway super stressed and this site can't fix this problem. If the dish isn't available then why does it even show on the menu?? And then i call the delievery man and he says the order is out of stock? And then he made me talk to the restaurant person and even he refused to talk to me. I am so so disappointed and furious. I'll tell all of my friends not to order from this stupid app unless you fix this problem.

              We ordered honey chilli potato which was not delivered. Payment done through paytm. The customer care refuses to give the entire refund. Instead offering only 75 rs coupon whereas we paid 120 rs for the same item.
              I had pinned my location using gps but the delivery man is calling for every 5 min and asking me to tell the address. On delivery I asked why u can’t follow gps? For that he is shouting at me. I don’t know whether he is a customer or delivery man. Worst behavior worst attitude.
              I received a different order and the customer support responded back with no solution !! Neither a refund or a replacement would provided from them!

                I have placed an order from kumar annapurna restaurant on 09/12/2018 at around 08:15 pm... More than 01 hour 15 minutes elapsed... Order is yet not received n delivery man is rather making excuses that we have filled wrong address where we are receiving order almost daily in correct time... He also once called to say that our order is mistakingly kept by another client n now he is putting allegations to cover for it... Kindly do attend d same complaint

                I have oredred a food with swiggy having order no [protected] although food was good but the delivery boy is misbehaving with me he has saved my phone no and messaging me on whatsapp and also sending me vulgar photos.
                These practices are not acceptable at all.
                please look into this matter as such practices will defame you.
                I ordered from jumboking and after 2/3 mins later my brother cancelled the order the order was not confirmed . Swiggy members was on the way to confirm order and order was cancelled and they charged me with rs 75 on 125 rs order refund was given rs 50 .

                  I ordered butter masala dosa from goverdhan vegetarian restaurant using swiggy. I pay online my order was canceled i am on call with delivery boy and he said you arent attending my call so i cancelled your order i am on call with delivery boy and guiding him. I am very disappointed it is not a first time yesterday i recieve my order pacakaging was borken i complained but he say sorry sir i cant do anything for you this company engluf a customer money they never ever resolve a customer issues always say same things sir this time we cant do anything so why they open customer care they cant resolve customers issues. Do something for this type of company engulf a customer money only they....

                    Today, i had ordered kadai paneer from jaiveer through swiggy platform.

                    Ordered received in no time, appreciate that.

                    But when i ate kadai paneer, it caused me side pain after that. Also total no. Of item of paneer were less means lots of oil was there.

                    Bad to know that swiggy delivered such products.

                    You can see below, im still having kadai paneer, i haven't eaten much after that

                    Your Swiggy order no. #[protected] for Rs. 58 is very bad quality by imperial cord resturant Kanpur.
                    The person named Bhuban Das misbehaved with us and had forgotten to collect the entire order. When we called the customer care the lady Priyanka misbehaved equally and the manager Ashish too. Kindly resolve.
                    Subjected order no is for mutton biryani but received veg paloa, info rm to chat support and ask to arrange for pick up. They simply close the char. I really felt bad as I am helpless
                    I have ordered for first time on swiggy and got 50% off coupon but for the next time its not showing the coupon though there is a coupon to get first 5 orders on 50% off .

                      My name is harjit singh, n verified mobile number on swiggy is [protected],,
                      I make a order on 5 december at swiggy, but while delivery i got call by delivery boy, he said his bike got damaged n he cant deliver my order so you have to cancel your order,,, then i cancelled only because of knowledge of delivery boy,,, but after that still i didn't get my money back in my account,, even sometime they said they will cut 75rs cancellations charges, but why should i pay cancellations charges when there was no my concern,,,
                      I attached a pic of order details there they showing they refund 99 ra,, but i got message of 24 rs only,, n get 16 ra in account as refund... 🙄🙄 what they r doing??
                      Delivery boy name is ajit singh & his number is [protected],,, u can call him, he will also tell u same but swiggy customer care not ready to help me??

                        completing replacement order

                        I ordered paneer cheese delight pizza 4 days ago but its was spilled completely
                        Next day i told for an replacement order at 12.30pm but this time in india is working hours so i coudnt change the address and henceforth i was in hospital as i am a doctor and my order was delivered at home where no one was there so i told them to delivered later
                        Today when i placed delivered ordered they kept on bringing some, or the other excuses...

                        My order no [protected] placed on Sunday 9/12/18 @ 11:15 am @ Sher e Punjab restaurant was abruptly canceled by swiggy executive @12 pm when I was just receiving the order from delivery boy at the delivery location without informing or notifying me beforehand which I waited for around 45 minutes which caused a lot of inconvenience to me as a regular costumer and I'm very upset by swiggy service

                            I have ordered snacks from Mc donald.
                            Though the order shows correct address the map was reflecting wrong address and the executive was not interested in delivering the order ans hence it was cancelled but i was charged 75 rs for this which was notjustified.

                            Please refund the Rs 75 as well .

                              Usually i order from swiggy, you people can check the records, never ever i gone through such fights with delivery boy... I think his name is siddarth kamble, he called me nonsense... I have to come bk frm half km... The address is wrong bla bla bla... He don’t understand the address thats not my fault... Whatever it is but no one ever talked to me like the way he spoke.. He was saying - baat karne ka dhang change kariye, thikse baat kariye etc... And then i too got angry on him...

                                We ordered for 1 burgers nd paid full amount by amazon pay balance. We received only 5 burgers. It happend second time with us.
                                When we call to customer care to solve my issue. They failed to resolve the issue. 1st i spoke to sabiha she accepted the mistake and tole me to call aft 2 min as she cant keep on hold when i called second time for same topic mr samir answered the call nd again i have to give full information and he was unable to connect my call with sabiha and not ready to accept the mistake and not solving my issue. My lost my money, i didnt got full items in my order. Swiggy is worst to solve queries and jst looting the customers.

                                  For the order no.[protected] i paid for full bbq chicken 440 rps but i received only half bbq chicken 220 rps. The restaurant also billed for half bbq chicken. I attached the restaurant bill for u reference. While complaining this to swiggy they are saying in future they will give good service. But i asked about this order and my money 220 they are saying no options available. I want my money back.

                                      We ordered 2 mc spicy burgers along with fries and a coke. The swiggy person delivered only one burger without fries. When i called me donald's, they clarified that they did handover the complete order to the swiggy delivery boy. His number is [protected]. When i called him, he suggested that it is the mistake of mcdonald's. I am really at a loss and feel being cheated. Kindly investigate this and let me know where was the problem. I will wait for your response.
