Hi,

I have ordered for an bowl of ice cream and I have received completely melted bowl of ice cream. As much as I am irritated for spending money on something that couldn't add value to me, I am equally disappointed with Swiggy's response to this complaint. I requested for a refund as I believe that is Swiggy's responsibility to ensure that they deliver the food in the correct carrying mode. Like McDonalds and KFCs they should have the thermal boxes that isolate the hot stuff from the colder ones. After all they charge us for the delivery, can they facilitate this much infrastructure to ensure that the food is kept in tact. Or stop taking these orders that doesn't fit their delivery system.

What's also really unacceptable is that Swiggy is not ready to compensate for the loss we've been through.
Kindly check my money was deducted but the order was not received and not received delivery boy my Phone this services is very bad kindly refund my money on Priority basics.Kindly help
I had ordered from swiggy, Pune to Aundh Maruti complex location.I had ordered gobi paratha with curd and paid for the same but in the delivery the curd sample is missing which costs rs20+.. I want a refund or next time when I order I will pay that much amount less.
Ordered from swiggys with order number [protected]-1, later they called they like there is no food, retstaurant is closed, i asked them for food, not for money, they disconencted my call,
no professional, will secalate it adding all ceos in the mail of zomato and swiggys
if this is not resloved
i was dying for food, no food availble near my office, these ppl compare with money

    I recently placed an order with ketuz which is like 5 mins from where i stay but still by some miracle my order got delayed by more than 45 mins. I agree that it was raining a little but that in no way justifies the late in delivery by more than 45 mins. I ordered at 1.00 pm and got the delivery by 2.30 pm. I am utterly dissapointed in swiggy. I don't know what the hell the delivery person was doing for so long. I even called him a lot of time and he said he was somewhere near dunlop gate 2. Maybe he was delivering somewhere nearby but still that doesnot justify so much delay. I am very very dissapointed in swiggy.

    On 30th July at 9 pm the cake delivered by swiggy was in poor condition. The cake was spilled and disfigured. I even called and chat with the Representative but they did not replaced the cake or compensate the same. Due to which it spoiled by mood. Either return the price of the cake or provide the new cake.

      I am very discontent customer. First wrong order was delivered to my home. Than the delivery executive brings my order which is completely spoiled i. E all the curries are spoiled in the bag and everything is spoiled. When i tried to resolve this with swiggy they are replacing only half the items. Please address my complaint. It seems these people are not worried about customers. When i tried explaining these people never said sorry once for spoiling my family lunch. When i tried to get the same food. They were giving only curries. When i asked why not parathas they said u never said. I mean how can annyone not understand that the entire food was spoiled. Please someone needs to addres this issue. They didn’t empathise for a minute. When i requested to give parathas they this request cannot be prosessed and you order for that. How is one supposed to eat only dal and chicken curry without parathas. They simply refused and said u can cancel order incase u don’t want the curries. Not a single word of sorry or empathy. My small son of 3 yrs was kept hungry because these people behaviour. I m so unhappy. Someone please help and take strict action against these who caused so much agony to me and my family

        I have ordered from swiggy plenty of times and atleast 2 out of 5 times the food item chosen is not present at the restaurant and they try giving me other options. When the food item is not present, why do you have it as an option on the menu?! This is a complete waste of time and money from the customer’s end.

        To top it all, the customer care employees of swiggy lack basic communication skills and cannot get a proper message across.

        Disappointing service!!!

          Today i have ordered food (3 mushroom rice) from swiggy bearing order no. #[protected]..

          Upon opening the packet, it was found the food provided was spoiled and damaged.

          Have takenup the issue with swiggy cc team, where the revert from swiggy was unethical, as they said they will refund only 100 (Coupon) and balance amount cant return back.

          Even have explained the quality of food that we have received and had even requested to replace the food, swiggy team was least bother about customer concern and said they can given only 100 and seems they are supporting hotel person / may have given the amount to hotel..

          I need to takeup the issue with swiggy management and need the refund, as why should i pay to swiggy, when haven't enjoyed the service...

            This has happened second time that i ordered vegetarian item and non veg being delivered hurting religious sentiments of me and my family as it is month of shraavan. We did not get any apology from the restaurant (K grill) as well. Swiggy also taking it very lightly and doing this mistake again and again. I want to take action against both k grill and swiggy.

              I ordered pizza through swiggy. When i ordered the pizza box, it was totally spilled. Cheese was on one side of the box and base on the other. I took a picture and posted on swiggy app help centre. My pizza costed me around rs 500. Since it was a total fault of swiggy’s delivery service. I asked them to refund the entire amount. They agreed that’s it’s their fault bug they said that they are only allowed to give 125 coupon. I was shocked. Such a big brand name and are not ready to take ownership for their fault. I said i want to escalate the matter and want to speak to some senior guy. They said i’ll get a call back in 15 mins. However no one called. This is most pathetic service i could have expected from swiggy. I should be compensated adequately for their fault.

                Yesterday i ordered food from shakti, ordered for a bhel and sandwich, had special instructions written in the order if you see

                Fyi also had a chat with customer executive right after ordering to make sure the instructions are conveyed to the restaurant.

                After receiving the order there were absolutely no changes, i had asked for no cheese and tomatoes, which was present in order.

                Do you think you can keep making money by fooling people this way? I spent 300 for this order and even after doing everything i still dint get what i want?

                Upon calling your customer executive for replacement, he says nothing can be done as system doesn't allow.

                This is heights of customer harassment, you please shall check my facebook and instagram profile, you think you can keep making money this way then i shall clear one thing, i will get this to public. Let people know to what extent your so called customer satisfaction is. I have screenshot of the chat i had, i also requested call from a senior he says he can not help and just apologise.

                Pathetic service, i never faced such problem with zomato, but swiggy is absolutely disgusting, in terms of food quality, customer satisfaction,

                And how insane can you get to give me a coupon of 30 for my order of 300/-

                You should be ashamed that you make money this way.

                Shame on swiggy and all your customer executive.

                Never recommending this to anyone else, infact shall promote that people use uber eats and zomato.

                Your motto shall be: customer satisfaction, you are making money because people like us order.

                One voice is enough, to screw your business specially when you have strong competition. The matter is not money, atleast we are humans, you people just harass customers.

                  Hi, i had ordered 2 pizzas and garlic bread from domino's pizza, bangalore, (Fyi, the order number: [protected]), on 29th, 2018 at 22:08 hours, i have paid the sum of 308 rs. Via netbanking, the order was confirmed from the outlet.
                  I waited for 45mins, then i called the outlet their response being careless. Then i had to call swiggy customer service, all they do is ask the restaurant in con-call and ask me to hold forever.. I literally had to come out of the meeting to hold the call.
                  My order till today, 4th august, 2018 is still active and none (Domino's and swiggy) of the customer service is trying to act on it.
                  I demand 100% refund + compensation from both swiggy and domino's end. Because both have shown carelessness towards resolving the problem. And the main objective of the swiggy was to "deliver food so that we can enjoy the good food at home" did not server its purpose, i had to roam at midnight in search of food.

                    They given me the code for 100₹ discount after applying that code then also they charged full amount and after that said we have closed that scheme so why showing that scheme is it my fault than afyer cancelling order they charged 75₹ i m pissed off with services and will say to all my relatives and friends about this and will ensure nobody order on swiggy thanks for giving ur services

                      On 3.08.2018, as in subject we ordered super freak burger meal, spicy chicken fillet burger meal and two farm aloo tikki burger but we have not recieved a burger and french fries in super freak burger meal for which we have paid full payment.
                      In opinion its irresponsibility of swiggy so how can we rely on its authencity. Please resolve it as soon as possible

                          It is third time in the space of one month i have asked for gst invoice for order ‘[protected]’ from swiggy, amounting to rs. 714 including gst.

                          They had asked for 24 hours on 12th of july 2018. Seems this company is timeless.

                          It is resulting to complete loss of rs. 714 as i'm unable to claim it due to non receipt of gst invoice.

                          It is literal case of willful negligence of mandatorily providing invoice as it my right to ask for it.

                            I have placed an order with order #[protected] a hour back and it was delivered a few minutes ago.
                            This was the only rudest delivery i have ever faced till now from any delivery person, from any app be it uber, zomato or anything.

                            First thing:
                            I live in an apartment and he rejected to come to my floor to deliver and ordered me come to down and pick up the order. After a small argument, he came up and talked rudely and said "we are not here only for you. We have to deliver many orders. You have to come down we don't come into your bathroom to deliver it."

                            Second thing:
                            Swiggy shown my location at back side of my house and he said he'll only come to the location and i have to come there to pick it up. Oh! And also he mentioned "this is not kfc to deliver it to your house by looking at door number. I have mentioned a famous land mark which is in my street, but still he went to another street". So, is swiggy too bad in delivering? Are you?

                            What the #ing # is that? And the worst thing about "swiggy" is, he doesn't gives a damn about "swiggy" when i said "you stay here i'll talk to customer care", he said "make a complaint i don't give a #".
                            He yelled at my father too. Do you sit straight when someone yells at your father? And also he mentioned "i was not being paid 500 for your order. Take it or leave"
                            What will he do if i reject the order? He'll call you, will say customer cancelled the order and he'll take it. Right?
                            Why is he so careless? Why doesn't he cares about swiggy? Is it because you don't take actions against them?
                            Why there is no functionality to raise a complaint against the delivery person in the app like zomato and uber eats does? Does that mean that you don't care about how deliveries happen?

                            I want you to take strict action against that delivery person. Until i hear something from you regarding this complaint and until you take any action against him, i will not be using swiggy again and i won't let anyone of my friends use in my presence.

                              I haven't received refund for online order made on 21/7/2018 whereas swiggy confirms to follow with bank as they have already inititated process on same dayt 21/7/2018 midnight 11pm.

                              Toll free numbers are not reachable there is no customer care there is no support.

                              I'm surprised how government has approved such an agency without seeing modus operandi and no support whatsoever.

                              I feel agreived and agitated for follow up and make fool of this whole process.

                                Today I made an order for lunch at 2pm, 3.30 pm I got first msg stating some technical issues for non delivery of item. Again by 4 pm one more similar msg came and adding to that one more msg which states that their best minds are trying to resolve the issue. Once the waiting period crosses lunch time, I called all the available customer care numbers, to my surprise none of the numbers are working. Then I thought will chat, first robot came, then somebody came and told that order is cancelled and money will be refunded. Before me responding the chat session is closed. Pathetic service and response. I wonder they have any office, also feel that some few people may be operating from a small setup.

                                  I have tried booking food by swiggy it was showing 43 minutes, I have don payment and ordered food at 1:49PM it's 4:00PM, and I m waiting since, since then it is showing only message " food is being prepared delivery executive will assigned shortly" . No message for late delivery has been sent to me yet, atleast they should call me and tell this to me personally.
                                  And when I tried to contact them they have no working customer name, no complaint system, and when I tried to chatting system, then I found I can only response them by their fixed replies, I can't even type my own message, and when I tried to cancel the order, they are threatening me by telling an order cancellation fees will be levied on me, I just fed up with these type of service,

                                    It has been over a month since my outlet's menu has been uploaded on their app but for some unknown reason my outlet (Chatkhare) has still not gone live. Every time i contact their customer support they say that it'll be live in a day or two but no conclusive action has yet been taken. Please look into the matter.

                                      This is regarding incident happened on saturday 28th jul when we order veg rice from restaurant halli nenapu. We received non veg food instead of veg. That was most awkward moment had in my life. Swiggy helpline confirms that it's a flaw in application. I am raising this concern so that action can be taken against swiggy. Kindly do the needful.

                                        Order from swiggy, at night, post 11 pm, commit to pay extra surcharge for delivery. Upon not receiving the order (I. E - delivery cancelled by swiggy / restaurant), the customer is left without any recourse? Most complaints regarding such companies are when payment has already been done, but in case of cash on delivery isn't the organization expected to keep it's delivery commitments? And if it can't keep up it's delivery commitments due to it's own / it's vendor's fault, shouldn't there be an adequate compensation to the client / customer for the same? This is precisely why indian organizations have the reputation they do, they want to maximize profit and have least accountability, when will regulatory authorities take action, it seems under no circumstance will there be any correction of the system.
