This is my worst experience with any online merchandise. I ordered food on 31st aug 2018.
1. Swiggy application is unreliable which usually take wrong address and no option to enter manually.
2. Swiggy cancelled order themself and putting penalty charges on customers. They don't bothered about customer and not willing to check about the concern.
3. Same time their delivery boy visit at delivery point and asking that your order has been canceled and i can deliver the order if the payment can be given in cash. Asked payment amount is more than the amount already paid for online order. — excellent
3. There customer care executive are sitting there to give one reply only that we can't do anything then why swiggy had giving such help option and deputed such customer care executive.
Finally swiggy is made for worst services, cheating to customer, creating inconvenience to customer and wasting time.

I need my full amount of refund along with 100% penalty by twiggy.

    I'm from chennai i have ordered chilly beef in red box and i have received the item less quantity with eaten and give to me what the # are swiggy doing i donno no i'm facing this issue second time. We having trust in swiggy thats what people will ordering the food in swiggy.. I didn't expect to see this kind in swiggy.. People don't do order in swiggy and don't trust to receive good food quantity. They are cheating us.. We need to throw the swiggy out of sea because they don't take action our queries.. Get lost swiggy i'm not going to order in swiggy hereafter and then i'm not going to refer swiggy to my friends and colleagues.

      I order in swiggy but in food i got some dirty hair & somthing smelly white thing on it that totally spoil & then i contact to swiggy they said we only take feedback on that & i told swiggy to arrange a call for me they said no option to call! Sir thats truly bad for me they stole us or sending garbage only.. There is no solution they denied to talk

        Today i order 2 veg sikh subway roll from swiggy at my near station from aundh pune but when i complete my order and go for payment option i pay by my debit card and what i see my i got message from my bank there is 365 rs is deducted from my account at 14.06pm and then swiggy app give me error message as transection failed it happens two times in today so m complainting for i dont get my order but i lost 730rs please refund me my money as soon as possible thank you

          This is regarding delivery order number [protected] in parel, mumbai.
          Order placed at 7:00 pm on 01.09.2018. Order canceled by swiggy delivery person mr rizwan patel at 7:40 pm citing not finding address, even though address is properly mentioned on the website.
          Also mr rizwan talked rudely on phone with me.
          Till date 50+ deliveries have been delivered successfully at this address.
          However delivery canceled by swiggy delivery person himself and i was charged rs 75 for cancellation!
          Completely unprofessional behaviour by swiggy and their delivery personnel.
          Kindly refund my cancellation fee, and ensure this is not repeated.

            Just today, i had received a call from some bloody lowlife # from your company trying to play around with me. The phone was passed on to others and they kept laughing and asking for my address and bank account details.
            I am a resident of bangalore and am shocked with the atrocious behaviour of your employees.

            I have attached a screenshot of the call details. I tried calling back twice.
            And for some reason this isn't accepting the screenshot

              I ordered food from chowman through swiggy on 31st august, 2018. At around 10:18 pm i received a call from a phone number [protected] which lasted for only 20 secs and cut off as i tried to receive the call. There was no information that the call was from swiggy. I called this number four times from 10:56pm to 11:43pm. Every time i got the same response that "the number is incorrect. Please check the number." while checking the phone i found that there was a message from swiggy that, "your order #[protected] has been cancelled since you failed to respond to our delivery executive's calls."
              May i ask swiggy that who the so called "delivery executive" was who could not deliver the food even the restaurant is hardly 2 kms away from my home? My building, being a single tower may not receive the phone connection at times at upper floors. But couldn't the 'executive' call me once more and that too for a longer time? What special instruction does he need to deliver food to a well known building? Why does swiggy harass the customers by appointing such inefficient "delivery executives"? Is this my failure to answer your "delivery executive's" call or it's his failure to find your customer's address? I consider it as an unacceptable customer treatment from swiggy.

                Hello there.
                we ordered food on swiggy from restaurant named Indian zaika which is in Airoli navi mumbai, Maharashtra.but eating the food my brother got sick.so to verify things I went to check the restaurant but the address i went to throw me out of cliff.there is no such kind of restaurant existed.there is another restaurant named sai Leela.
                so basically there is two different name restaurant under one roof and both are registered under swiggy. so we can understand what kind of hygiene and quality is been maintained since there is no one vulnerable for the situation.
                and then when I was looking around I found there in house menu that surprised me that price of the in the menu is half of what is been charged on swiggy web site.
                what I understand from my knowledge they double the price and show that its been 30 %to 40% discounted.basically they just make fool out of customer in the name of discount .
                so I don't understand how can a big brand let the restaurant do such kind of things to there loyal customer.
                or there is some kind of commission involved to let this kind of thing happen.
                I will really appreciate if the company realize the seriousness of the situation and take a respective measures. or we the local customers take this issue in our hand and spread the awareness to the social media and deal with the situation.
                I don't expect any kind of return from the company or the restaurant.
                all I expect is this kind of customer frauding people should be band out. and by proper checking should be done before letting this people in .
                Because its the matter of customer health and honesty towards they value of there money.

                I placed an order on 19th of August 2018 from lucky restuarent Alkapuri Hyderabad..restuarent management cancelled the order and promised to repay the billed amount of Rs/-258.00 with 4 to 5 days ..I still didn't receive the amount..when tried calling on restaurant there is no response. How long will it take to get back my paid amount ??
                He talked rudly and he was at home. We have call recording. What kind of service is this?

                  Issue Description: As usual """worst delivery executive"""" and """""worst support executives""". Delivery boy discussed rudely on call and make fun of me while I shared exact address and location. He was not even close to the location at that time and delivery boy making """fool""" by saying he reached destination location, but the blind executive has not seen his location from the map. Previous also faced the worst experiences by your worst company.

                  After that I requested them multiple times to delete my account. As initially, they told me we can do in 24 hours, then say 24-48 hours and now making fool of customers.

                  Their delivery boys are worst, as their behaviour is like they don't know how to talk and not listening to the instructions carefully. This not happened the first time it's their alternative exercise. Even one of executive make fun of serious issue.

                    As done conversation with Anand Customer care on 19/08/2018, he told that the amount will refund with in 2 to 4 working days.’

                    Today on 30/08/2018, again I called customer care after 11 days, again same story telling by your supports name : Kadir, Akanskha and Nayak (refund with in 2 to 4 working days.)

                    How long I have to wait for my payment.

                    1. Will u pay interest to me? which amount was holding by you since 11days

                    2. Why don’t u Swiggy Employee don’t have responsibility of tracking the customer money whether it has credited to his account or not?

                    3. Why few of the Customer care exc. are closing the chat without concern and without reply (simply neglecting and not giving proper response.

                    Since 11 days I haven’t received the payment from your end as I am going Consumer complaint against you that above concern

                      I wants to lodge a very serious complaint about a swiggy service people. I have given 10 rs coin of valid currency. He is calling me at next day for saying 10 rs is not working at 10 o'clock in night and told to me, he will come to my place to take back a new note. What swiggy is doing? Is 10 rs coin banned by indian govt? You are working and doing business in india only. Just be adhere to rules of india.

                        The executive name VIGNESH who came to deliver the food and the bill was 421 I gave him 500 he said I don’t have change I said I my should bring change he said give me change or return it back then I went in and took 421 for that he said that 1 Rs coin is not valied I said where is the rule like that he says ur not giving tip also never long give me one Rs only then I will go then I called the Swiggy customer care and gave the phone to him he shouted at the customer care girl that he don’t know English and unwanted words which is recorded in ur customer care hen that like was disconnected then he started absusing me in bad words in front of all my guest at home if Swiggy isn’t not taking this issue and make him to ask apology in person I will file a legal complained on Swiggy and I have a photo of him and I will escalate it in social media also I will then raise the compensation for abuse me on local words.

                          I have ordered from swiggy on 22nd august from the restaurant the delhi zaika, jogeshwari east mumbai and have paid the respective amount of rs 416 through amazon pay balance. As mentioned in swiggy's app, there is a 40% cashback amount if the payment has been made through amazon pay balance, which i did. But the worst thing is that i haven't received the cashback till now. Its been more than five days and i have also contacted amazon guys many times and every time they said its a matter of swiggy and we can't do anything in it. But when i have contacted swiggy they totally refuse to handle this problem and tell me to contact amazon. I am seriously fed up of swiggy and its pathetic customer service. Order no #[protected].

                            I ordered food at valued more than 500.I complained against that food on the same day using automated option given by your app.but I dnt get any response from your end.then I had a weird chat with Mr subhadeep(assistance).he told me that he don’t found any option like refund or replace.
                            I’m not expecting this.i wasted more than 500rupess on an order .I got like this is very bad .Iam expecting refund or replace of same valued food

                              Dear Team,

                              This is to inform you that the food delivered today almost lead me to hospital. After mentioning in the special instructions the food was served with peanuts to which I'm allergic.

                              After which when i tried to consult the swiggy team, Mr. Syed Asad was assisting me on the chat, on which he was bluntly denying any responsibility of swiggy. On the other hand he infact told that the special instructions were not even given out.

                              Allergies are not a small thing, you need to be careful as this can even lead to death. I'm facing irritation and uneasiness because of missing out on a small detail by the restaurant.

                              I would like to see my issue to be resolved as soon as possible.

                                I ordered three time from swiggy in past and my luck all the orderes i received were pathetic.
                                I m sure u guys meant only to loot money from customers.

                                Its difficult to reach u for previous orders for follow ups
                                And chat is so hell time taking
                                I ordered pizza and coke from dom's pizza
                                I did not receive coke with my pizza anf pizza received was cold as ice

                                Do u think customer is paying for cold food and missing items
                                And ur chat team says they wont give me my money back since they have compensated me in past..

                                Well let me remind u compensation comes in picture only when u give pathetic service to ur customers

                                Ur service is really down market
                                I want my money back or else i am postinb this chat on social media to let people know how u loot people by charging money and not sending complete order and then refusing from refunding money.

                                  I placed my order on swiggy on 26 august 2018 from my mobile no [protected]. The order for special paneer bhature chhole 2 plates from /lahori restaurant at vasant kunj, it was prepaid order. The delivery guy came with the order and when we opened to have the order, i was shocking to see the quality of 'chhole bhature paneer wale'
                                  It was just local market item and no paneer or standard food for which i paid rs.190/-. The next 4 hours i was harrased by swiggy customer care i called them multiple times with waiting for several minutes but no response. Then i called up lahori and they didn't reply well.
                                  I will not suggest anyone to order from swiggy if such type of food delivered at ur end.

I wasn't given a satisfactory response neither was i redirected to the senior / escalation team. I was being issued a refund of 75 wherein the meal cost 354. I didn't ask for refund.                                     At the time of order u r showing delivery charges and at the time of delivery... The charges are different and its double actually.. I dont know the reason. Today i ordered tomato rice at sri raghavendra restaurant,, when i am ordering its sows me rs.35 is delivery charges but the person who delivered he shows it was rs.60.. My item was 65 nd the delivery charges also.. And i was ordered first time the coupon alson applied at the time of order,, but in the delivery time it was missed.. It was waste of money and time in ordering in swiggy.

                                    I haven't received my food ordered but on tracking it says delivered... It was ordered on 22/08/2018 at Fatoosh RA puram Chennai
                                    The food ordered from banglar heshel in bagha jatin area of Kolkata through swiggy was found stale and spoiled. The fish was rotten and also the shukto. My Order #[protected].
                                    The food was served within time but the food was totally unedible and the amount of Rs. 388 paid was wasted. I request immediate action against this reataurant.

                                      I placed my order on swiggy on 23 august 2018 from my mobile no [protected]. The order was from pahari caterers in kalkaji order id [protected] it was a prepaid order. The delivery guy named rintu das took the food and gave it to his friends to eat. He had the audacity to call me and abuse me and said that swiggy has not been paying him for 3 months. Den over the next 4 hours i was harrased by swiggy customer care i called them multiple times with waiting for several minutes. Everytime they told me that some senior cc will call me place an order and give me the compensation bt nothing happened. I did not get any food or refund forget about the compensation. I wasted my time money and effort. I need a full compensation from swiggy.

                                        I ordered a certain food item from swiggy (Order #[protected]) however what i received was totally different. On contacting them they said that they can only take feedback and could not do anything further.
                                        On requesting to talk to a manager i was hunged up on saying someone will call back in 20 mins but that did not happen either. This is not the first time that they have done this....
