I recently ordered from this app swiggy on 22-08-18 at around 3:30 Order no #[protected].
My food was supposed to be here at 4:30, Instead of that I got a notification at 4:20 that my food is delivered but actually I didn't receive the food and that is not the whole concern. I tried calling the delivery guy first and his phone was out of reach so I tried to connect to the swiggy chat support which had waiting time of 2 min to connect to the support executive, It's been 2 hours since I have messaged them no executive has responded, I then tried calling the swiggy call support more than 25 times, their Customer care no. is switched off, under what circumstances is the customer care no. switched off?
After that I tried complaining on swiggy's website which supposedly wouldn't let me send my message forward. Then I tried even calling in the main branch of Mumbai, Pune and Banglore and all of them numbers were not in existence.
At last I messaged them on Facebook and they said they will give me 50 rupees coupon, where as my order was alone for 120 Rupees.
and all this is not about a refund. It's not about the money, it's about professionalism and support.
And hence, I am Complaining here against them.

Swiggy customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
As we are following you from 4 month to start a swiggy in my hotel Chotta Punjab
We have filled all the documents which you have given to us.Â
Still we didn't get any update not any call
From your side.
