I had done food booking from Chaayos. It seems that the delivery guy called me. Though I didn't get any call from him. However, there was a SMS intimation that the delivery guy was trying to contact me. As soon as I got the SMS, I called the delivery guy. The delivery guy asked me the exaction location, which I provided to him. Thereafter, I waited for almost 20 mins but didnt get food delivered. When I called against, to my suprise I was told that my order has been cancelled. Also that 75 rs. will be deducted. This is cheating your customers. How can u cancel order when the delivery guy has already spoken to and he is near the delivery location. Also if I didn't get any call, its not my problem. This deduction of Rs. 75 is unacceptable. I reserve my right to taking legal recourse against swiggy. This complaint will be followed with a legal notice.
