Ordered food on 15th Aug around 8:45, delivery time 45mins from swiggy app from Hotel Empire bellandur. It's been 2 hours food is not ready yet. No proper response from customer support. After calling them for 30mins they picked up now and telling items are not there. What the hell kind of service is this. I am going g to complain this on fb and Twitter as well with all details. And now they are changing my order.

I placed the order of butter chicken boneless but i get chicken curry with bone, i dont know you guys how you add in your list this Dhaba Express
Sector 2 . pathetic service the provide we order something they will give different order to us. i am not satisfied with this services. kindly remove this dhaba express in your list.

    We have ordered 3×roti's, chicken masala, chicken lollipop. The roti's all burnt very badly. Our family member are very disappointed with this. We didn't expect this from anjappar restaurant. We have paid the money and bought the food. This is not good attitude of restaurant. We need compensation. We likely to complain in the consumer service. Please take action immediately

      Ordered (465rs)Chicken 65 dum biriyani and vanjaram fish fry at Anjappar hotel, in swiggy app. Order date:15aug18, 12.25pm. delivered 1 meals at 2pm. Awaited for 10mins to reach customer care and they tells, the items were over at hotel and shalu refund 230rs only. Awaited for 1.5hrs in hunger (the delivery time projected was 40mins). Received the wrong item, even then swiggy not giving full refund. How to get the penalty from them for my waiting, stress and finally no food. Please do the needful.

        Its going to be 1 hour no delivery executive hasbeen assigned to my order. I am a regular customer of swiggy. If this is the way you all treat with customers, then its far better to stop using swiggy.
        I started chat, but no one reposnded to my query.
        I called to that no. Mentioned in the order screen, no one recieved my call.
        This is worthless.

I contacted you guys but you refuse to help me and asked me to contact dominos when their number is not reachable.             I have ordered food on 14 aug through swiggy, i have mentioned my address and landmark clearly but location was showing wrong is that my fault, i have advised delivery boy to locate my address but he denied to deliver my food after my order picked up from restaurant and he was near to my location just half km far. But he was dening to deliver at my home, where i have given my address and landmark clearly. After one hour of discussion they have delivered my ordered such a worst service. I have ordered because i was hungry but they ordered my food after one hour of worst argument and discussion with me. And he said he will cancel my order.

            V did not receive meal for 4 non veg, all food was vegetarian, the restaurant has billed my debit card for 2116, expensive, but all we received was veg. I want my difference in amount returned, . Call me and clarify.

              Swiggy order number [protected]
              This is regarding the above order number placed through the swiggy app on 09/08/2018. The order was placed at approximately 8:30 pm. After which it starting raining heavily from 9PM on wards. I expected a delay and went ahead and called Domio's Pizza (Masabt tank) for an update around 10pm. The swiggy app mentioned that i should call them directly for any further queries. They did not answer the phone the first three times, and then proceeded to answer the phone and just put the receiver aside without saying anything. I started a chat with swiggy about no update on the order and have spoken to 6/7 different chat representatives till date, who still could not get in touch with Domio's Pizza. Meanwhile, around 10:15PM i got numerous mails from swiggy saying my order has been delivered. Which it was evidently not. This time i called swiggy, and the representative tried calling the restaurant himself. There was no answer again. He told me to call him the next day during the working hours of the restaurant. The delivery guy from Domino's called at 11:15pm asking for my address to deliver the food. I told him to cancel the order as there was no update given by the restaurant or swiggy. Next day i called swiggy and they tried calling Domino's about the refund. Still no answer. I was told to call again after 5pm. I called again and got through to Domino's. They wanted to deliver the same order the next day. I refused and asked for a refund instead. They insisted that they cannot refund the money as it was paid through swiggy. They also asked for a PAYTM account that they can transfer the money to but i do not use PAYTM. So then he asked me to message my bank account details to a third party number so they can do an online transfer. I have been in touch with said number (+91 [protected]) everyday since asking about the trasnsfer and they keep delaying and avoiding it. It has not been done till date. I even wrote a strongly worded mail to swiggy but no reply from them as they have abandoned any responsibility for this incident. No form of security and follow up by swiggy. Domino's should not be allowed to operate on online platforms if these franchised branches cheat people like this.

                We had ordered food from burgerwala located in mahipalpur vasant kunj delhi the food was uncooked unheigenic not eatable the chicken was almost raw smelling. Whn cld on shop and asked for the replacement or refund the shop owner completely refused on either way on top of it he was abusing language u can cal food inspector. Whn cld to coustmer care executive of swiggy the fone got disconnected in the middle of the conversation they disconnected we had tried several times the tlk to them and left msgs also but thr is no reply yet. This app is really disappointing they are concerned about the health of people just to run thr online business they have added anyone who is delivering food without heigene concern. I would say please check the shop before ordering neither the food shop persons nor the swiggy app concerned about the health of people nor there hard earned money wasted on such bad quality food

                  The food came about 2 hours late and the person delivering the food called me up, made excuses and told me to call and ask for another delivery guy. The bags were torn and everything was wet and soggy and practically inedible. I talked to customer care 3 and was promised compensation which i have not received. I told the delivery guy to stay so i can talk to him but he gave the food at the gate and basically ran away. This took place on 8th of august and the order number was #[protected]. Swiggy truly knows how to drive customers away! I can't upload the pictures as the file size is too large but i do have them...

                  I have placed a order on Swiggy on 30th July and the order failed and money got debited and when I asked for the refund they are saying the order didn't get placed they are unable to see it in their system. I have been eating my time every days following up them to get my refund but no response.

                    This is the first time i downloaded swiggy and i ordered maharaja thali and half kadi rice as my first order. I found a cockroach inside the sweet "gulaab jamun" of maharaja thali. This is highly disguisting. I even suffered from bad stomach and nausea after eating food. I had to see for doctor after that. I have to pay even my medical expenses for that. I am uploading the pics for proof. I am also attaching the billi. I want my money back. Please take strict action again swiggy.

                    I just got call from SAM, swiggy team. He supported the fact that this complaint will be taken seriously against "Foodsta", who delivered the maharaja thali. I am thankful to swiggy team for taking this matter seriously. Swiggy has also refunded my money by providing "250rs" coupen. I wish I never receive any bad quality food in future. One thing is very clear, I will never order from "Foodsta".

                      I placed an order through swiggy and even after 2 hrs the food is not delivered. The call center has no control over the issue. They give false information and when asked for escalation indicate that escalation team shall contact. Nobody has contacted in many such instances. The only way of reconciliation seems the consumer court.

                        The entire layer of topping was badly damaged. It seems like pizza must have been felt on the road from the delivery boy and he would have recollected the pizza and packed in the pizza box in a really messy condition. Also the tissue paper were used. I want to add that there were 2 delivery boys on the bike. And i think there should be only one delivery boy.

                          Dear sir/madam on 11/08/2018 at 07:35 pm i orderedfood from chumma delicious and my order id is #[protected] i placed veg food for my family we are purely vegetarian and i ordered for veg food but they send non-veg food worst experience.in case if we eat omg i can't even imagin how iresponsible they are i don't think they do like this kind of service they are least take care about customers i clearly mentioned that only vegetarian food still they send non-veg food before eat i saw or else i can't even imagin how this could happen pathetic experience now onwards i'll not order food from swiggy

                            I ordered a cake from swiggy. The vendor was flying cakes sector 53 noida.

                            The cake should have been 500gms, as i paid for 500gms and was charged for 500gms.

                            When the cake arrived, it looked smaller, so i weighed it. And it turned out to be only 427 gms including the candles, happy birthday tag and cardboard beneath it.

                            I complained to swiggy, but they didnt agree to give a resolution. They said that its the unfair practice by vendor, and they cant help it.

                            I am very dissatisfied with this response, and would want to receive full money back.

                            I am attaching the bill and photos of the cake including the weight of the cake

                                I ordered food from faasos restaurant through swiggy app i even received the confirmation msg from the restaurant but i didn’t receive the order as delivery boy said tht restaurant didn’t receive any order. N he asked me to cancel the order. I had to cancel it unwillingly n now they are charging me 75 rs for their own miss management. I am a regular user of swiggy but now they are charging me 75 rs extra on my further orders as a cencellation fee. I just don’t want to pay the charg due to some one else’s miss management.

                                    This is the most inefficient customer service i have encountered till date.
                                    Your restaurants and your team cannot deliver complete order, they delivered wrong items and late.
                                    After that when i talk calmly to your executives they are inefficient to resolve the problem (Rajesh and pooja sharma). And their seniors are not ready to talk to custmr.

                                      I ordered pizza from pizzahut on swiggy.
                                      The chicken smelt spout and the pizza smelt rotten.
                                      When i raised this issue immediately with them, they refused to give me a replacement or refund saying that they can only pass on the feedback to the restaurant.

                                      What kind of service is this which doesn't action on a customer complaint?

                                        I had placed an order on Monday, July 30th (Order #[protected]) with swiggy. Due to issues on their website the order had to be cancelled but the payment had already been made. They didnt have the decency to update me about their issue and I had been waiting for two hours for my order to come. I waited for an agent to appear online to chat but that took time and then I received a phone call and I was told the order will be cancelled and I will get my money (I paid Rs 411) in 7 days. It has been more than 7 days and I didnt get a refund. Their customer service is pathetic. They dont even bother to update you on your refund status which is a serious issue and their contact numbers and online chat is useless. I finally got to chat after waiting for hours and was told in the morning that I will get my refund by today. I still havent received it. I went to their website AGAIN and tried to get a customer rep online, waited for half an hour and then an agent asks me my issue. I explain thing all over again and they closed the chat saying that I seem to be away when I was waiting for a response all this time! Extremely irresponsible and callous attitude. I havent used this service since July 30th and will never use this website again. I would request all of the existing customers to order from them at your own risk. They are the absolute worst.

                                        I finally got a call from the escalation team and a lot of miscommunications were cleared. Thanks to Consumer Complaints. Funny, I had to come here to get a response and not Swiggy's website. I was given wrong info about the refund time. As per the phone conversation I had with the escalation team, they refund the amount within 24 hours but I was given wrong information about the same on the day when I first had a conversation with a Swiggy agent after the cancellation of my order. I was told that it would take 7 days. I checked with my bank last Friday and they told me to wait till Monday or Tuesday for the amount to get cleared. I dont know what was the hold up but it did get resolved. If the escalation team had called me up earlier or if the agents on chat and phone had relayed the correct info and given a prompt response then the frustration and irritation would have been less. I told the escalation agent about how their contact numbers were useless and I was told it was only for live orders. What about people with cancelled orders then? Will they have to wait to get a decent response? Anyway, the lady from the escalation team (Susmita Roy) who spoke to me was very polite and calm. She listened to my grievances and gave me all the answers I needed and sent me a mail ([email protected]) with the screenshot of the refund transaction.

                                        I am Uday a super saver members also and in my last cart made with Panjabi paratha house I was charged 30 rupees delivery charges may I know the reason why as I am a super saver no delivery charges should apply. I need detailed explanation on this and want my money back. App is also now a days working very slow.
